It was a great experience staying at ritz Carlton with my parents . Staff is very friendly , could literally feel the professionalism . Great ambience great food .Thanks again for excellent service and suggestion from Sheldon. Swapnil was excellent as a manager. would definitely recommend this place .

A steakhouse inside the The Ritz Carlton Hotel. The place was cozy and fancy with their wall of wine and live kitchen where you can see how the steak is being prepared. The servers were really friendly and accommodating. They served a complimentary fresh hot bread with butter.
For the appetizer, we ordered tuna ceviche. I am not fan of raw tuna but it was surprisingly good and it doesn’t taste like a raw tuna.
For the steak, we ordered grass fed wagyu ribeye steak medium rare with truffle parmesan fries on the side. They have a box of knives to choose from and the server explained well each of the knives, I chose the knife recommended by the server but got disappointed because it wasn’t that sharp. The doneness of the steak was so perfect and it’s just heaven on my mouth. Usually, I can rarely finish my steak but this one was soo good I was able to finish it all.
Overall I had an amazing experience at The Forge, it wasn’t that expensive compared to other steakhouses in the city. Will definitely come back for another round of steak!
The food and service is absolutely exceptional. Great place, great food! Anastasia will be asked to serve us everytime we go...she was wonderful!
Appetizers were Caesar's salad and seared scallops and shrimp, steaks were tenderloin and ribeye, desert was the sorbet seeing as that's all we had room for! Al the food was great, except the steak could have used more salt and pepper prior to it being grilled. Amazing service. Went mid week and they weren't busy at all. Will go again!

Choice of knifes...there a few things like this that intrigue and make you wonder. With that said the food is fantastic and the staff very knowledgeable. We both had the Spanish Aged Beef Medium Rare (can you have it any other way?) and was pleasantly surprised it came out perfect. The sides are gigantic. Order one and split.
The crab cake we started with was scrumptious, but a bit tiny for 2.
All in all we will be back. We have tried every steak place in Any Dhabi and find this the best mix of cost, service, and flavour!
Good service, helpful stuff, great atmosphere and of course delicious food. I ordered ribeye steak and it was full of taste and melt in mouth. I enjoyed the experience.
It was a very nice experience with the 3D show on the table. The food was good too, steak was tinder and full of taste. The service was the greatest of all.
Very nice experience for the 3D tables with nice food, I ordered the set menu, soup was nice, steak was nicely cooked and dessert was ok.
Prices for set menu is around 275 or so, which is average for hotel based restaurants, I would recommend for a different fun experience with family or friends.
Heard all about the interactive le petite chef experience and just had to give it a try. Was one of the most fun dinners ever. Everything was perfect but I wish I ordered the steak from the a la carte menu rather than the one on the set menu. But was still super delicious nonetheless and worth it!

Went there for dinner. Ordered the burrata cheese I love it! But the quantity was little. Also had jumbo tigers prawns it was good (9/10) but again little quantity. For the main dish we had Australian ribeye it tasted good but had lots of fats. For juice we had watermelon it tasted like it was expired so that was the black dot of the restaurant but! They complimented us with grilled asparagus and another juice so that makes it fair.
Exquisite the least I can say food is exquisite and service is spectacular, the best Steak in town by miles from Bo MC and others , and everything else in the menu is a must , going back again to try the rest
During my stay at the Ritz, I had to pass by this restaurant every day on the way to my room. I would glance at it from the corner, stop by , peep in and I found the restaurant extremely inviting.
Unfortunately none of my friends were in mood for steak in such a formal environment, so I waited till one of my local friends from AD dropped in one evening and I dragged him to the Forge.
the ambiance was lovely, the staff extremely hospitable and extremely well trained in the menu and techniques. We ordered a seafood starter and I ordered the Wagyu Rib Eye and my friend ordered the Kobe tenderloin. The meat was cooked to perfection. we had a choice of 6 sauces . I stuck to my usual peppercorn.
We had a chocolate , java souffle and the panacotta for dessert.
The meal was extraordinary and a definite experience that one must not miss in Abu Dhabi.
The Forge never fails to serve divine dishes , with hospitable staff and fantastic view of live cooking. my visits to their fine establishment are always spiritual journeys!

Came to Abu Dhabi for a Eid getaway and booked a table at forge since we read good reviews about it. Being in the Ritz, their service is great! We were welcomed and seated in a very hospitable manner. We went through the food menu and knew what to get in 20mins.
I went for the beef cheeks under the Chefs recommendations, while my husband went for the Argentina beef tenderloin. My dish was amazing!! The meat was so soft that it melted in my mouth and for beef to be like that, it must have been marinated to perfection. It came along with beans and mashpotato which was perfect as it complemented my dish so well.
My husband liked his steak cooked to medium rare- but I surely would put my dish as a better option.
To end our meal, we ordered the Java Soufflé ordered the which took around 20mins to cook and serve. It was chocolate fondue with ice cream o the side. It was cooked perfectly and chocolate was so rich, smooth in texture and delicious!!!
It's a good Restuarant especially if you like stakes. It has so many stakes from all around the world. I would recommend if you only like stake.

The Forge is, bar none, the BEST steakhouse in Abu Dhabi! Adam and I have tried all of the major competitors-- the Marco Pierre White, 55th & 5th, etc.-- and none (in our opinion) compare to the quality, service, and ambiance of The Forge!
From start to finish, this classy restaurant delivers a meal to remember. The staff are professional and almost overly anxious to serve. The complimentary fresh bread and butter, with a side of freshly grated sea salt, awaken the tastebuds!
What could be more delicious than homemade bread and butter? Almost nothing, although the starters are just as wonderful in their own right! Adam enjoyed steak tartare, prepared table side according to his personal tastes and preferences. I had the blue cheese wedge salad with blue cheese, candied nuts, and maple syrup. Yummm! Then on to the main entre! We shared the Tomahawk Rib Eye steak-- 1.2 kilo steak that easily serves two or three hungry patrons! Our dining experiences was further enhanced by their unique steak knives. Diners are presented with a box of several knives to chose from, each one with a unique story.
In between bites, Adam enjoyed their Godfather cocktail while I sipped on a glass of French Cabernet and Merlot blended wine.
This was my second experience at The Forge and it was just as wonderful as the first! I'm so glad we chose this venue as our celebration dinner date! (Adam is a professor at NYU Abu Dhabi and we were celebrating his obtaining a book contract with one of the top 3 publishers for for his field with regard to one of his latest research projects.) :-)
I loved the steaks they serve, the staff really friendly and helpful, the place is classy !! ... I will visit them again soon.
BEST STEAKS I'VE HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE IN THIS WHOLE WIDE WORLD! RIDICULOUSLY AMAAAZINGGGG IT IS PERFECT. Steak is so full of flavor and very verryy moist.

Chef Gerardo is an artist and he prepares every meal with devotion and passion. You can literally taste the difference when he's absent.
His two masterpieces are the "wow Burger" and master "Kobe steak".
This place is extremely underrated...
Steak is very delicious and tender, one of the best places for steak in Abu Dhabi.
The best ever steak I had so far (the australian wagyu). Will go again soon.

Okey, i think i have established that i am a steak enthusiast and searching for a better steak is always on my list. When i came to know that Ritz Carlton is opening in Abu dhabi and it will host a steak house i was thrilled. I went there about three weeks ago with a couple of friends.
The first thing i noticed was the place is small and it is not very friends freindly. A great place for couples to dine in certainly, but not very good for friends night out. Since it is very small, you need to book ahead. I don't know if there are some tables or another section hidden somewhere, but if there is nothing hiding it's definitley small.
In any steakhouse, staff knowledge of the menu is very crucial. If your table atendee is not very familiar with the menu, you might end up with a bad experince. From what i saw in The Forge the staff were very well trained and knew the menu like the back of their hands.
For our starters, we opted for the beef tartare and the crab cake. Now just to give you a heads up, beef tartare is raw meat "ORDER IT AT YOUR OWN RISK". The beef tartare to our surprise was really very good, my friend asked me not to declare what it is until we finish eating our meals because he wanted to enjoy it. The crab cake was probobly the best crab cake i have ever had.
As for the steaks, we opted for the largest portions available. Probobly not a very good idea in a steakhouse but we were feeling adventurous. The steaks were good enough to show that kitchen staff know what they were doing. The sides of mash potato, wild mushrooms and potato gratin were extremely good. The steaks were good but we suppose our choice could have been better. The sauces were very good as well, they have 7 souces and we tried 4 of them.
Drinks were very good, but what i was looking for is dessert. We ordered the banana forster, cheese cake and the creme brulee. I liked the banana forster and my friend liked his creme brulee, but the chesse cake was not good at all. IT was like any cheese cake you will find in any normal cafe.
To be honest, our choice in steak could have been better, otherwise i can't see any mistake other than the chesse cake. if you are planning for an anniversary or any other events with your loved ones, this place is highly recommended. I will give it a 4 until i try a proper steak choice and then might raise or lower the rating.

Just stayed at the Ritz Carlton and have dined at The Forge several times during our stay. Food and service was amazing. Would highly recommend the scallops. Special thanks to Alina who is a fantastic hostess and looked after us on our last night and made us feel very special. Cannot wait to return
