Tried their mathbi and while the chicken is decent, nothing too extravagant, the rice accompanying it is on another level. The delicate flavour of the rice in every bite is uniform and unique and simply wonderful. Mix the chicken and the tomato sauce with it and you have a bite that will truly satisfy your pallet. The rice is definitely one of the best I've had in this city and its not too oily which is a definite plus. Will definitely order from here again if given the chance. P.s a portion of this 👇 is enough for 2-3 people.
A good place for those who love mandi or madhbi. My favourite is their wasla meat and chicken wings mandi. Iam not a fan of noisy ambiance but I think mandi n madhbi places are usually noisy.
Very good mandi and madbhi may be one of the best.
Pocket friendly price and good taste they always have what you want and deliver quickly.
They are good

Mar'17: Our love for Mandi brought us here (actually we were in the area, and stumbled upon this place). We reached around 2pm on a Thursday and the place was packed. Food just kept coming at a quick pace from the kitchen. The variety available was good, and it seemed everything on the menu was available. Unless you know what you want, you could have a problem communicating, the easier option being using sign language to point at the menu at the counter. We ordered the Chicken Madhbi, Chicken and Lamb Madfoon. Got the parcel within minutes of placing the order, that we actually thought the order was wrongly handed to us. But little did I expect to be blown away by the food.
The rice is packed with loads of flavor, unlike the ones I've tried so far. The portions are huge too.The Madfoon was super awesome, the chicken and lamb just breaking away with the lightest of touch. My mouth is watering again already just thinking about it :)
Downside: if you're thinking about your family, then go for the takeaway. Parking isn't really a hassle unless you go at peak hours. Getting there might be fun though, expect the usual hustle bustle of vehicles in Sanaiyah.
Update - Apr'17: Tried the Mutton Zurbian today. Wow! Meaty awesomeness with flavorful rice for 25 bucks. This one put this place on a whole new level.
Good food. I always do take out, I love the Madhbi. The place is ok. Can be crowded at times which is expected they serve good food. Accommodating staff. I always ask for that extra sauce!
We love the mutton with rice here. Prices are reasonable too. Nice place to grab a quick and delicious meal. Will definitely go back again...
I had mandi from various places but this place is always my favorite. I had all the food they serve. Fish mandi with Hammur is great. Chicken is not my choice so had just once and it's ok but the best one comes is mutton mandi and it's a delicacy. Custard is a must finisher.
When ever I don't have food I order mandi. It's very tasty and one mandi is enough for 2 ppl. The best thing about the Arabic food is it has less spices and full of energy.
This restaurant is my first introduction to Mandi and Madhbi. From the soup to the last grain of rice, the food always excites me. The simple and serene taste, the subltness of spices, the magic of Arabic food this is all you can get when u experience this food joint.
They used to have Zurbiyan as well, which I rated equally tasted as our Pakistani Biryani, but they are not servicing this dish due to the reasons they know well.
If you love mandi then surely this is the place to go in Abu Dhabi. Highly recommended !
Feeling adventurous for a take away and in mood for mandi? Then I recommend this place! Al Mandi& Madhbi House has one of the best mandi in Abu Dhabi from my experience. I don't know why their food tastes so much more better than the other mandi restaurants. They have a sister branch in Khalidiya area for which I had put up a review earlier. Quality of food is similar and I love both these restaurants.
Might be a bit hard trying to locate this place if you are not familiar with Musaffah but the reward is worth the effort.
