Juicy burgers with cheese fries is a perfect treat. Their shakes are heavenly. We tried caramel, chocolate and red velvet. All three were delicious. Place is spacious and less crowded.

I loved Szechuan Chick’n most. This burger comes with spicy flavour. Rest other two remains the same taste from previous menu. Must try their new menu if you are bored with normal burgers.

I ordered the Hot Chick. Tangy crispy coleslaw, hot spicy chicken and a warm bun. Delicious! Exactly the way I like my burgers. Not greasy and oily. I hope they add a combo menu, with fries and soft drinks. That would be the perfect meal. Large spacious area to sit with family and friends.
Staff are very friendly, polite and always smiling. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended to visit.

The best set of staff ever!! Shake shake is another personal favorite for me and my husband.. All the time when we were eating the staff was kind enough to look after my son who was running around.. They also provided coloring activities for my toodler but still my son wanted to explore the place and decided to walk around.. Overall best staff.. Good food and nice set up :D

Compared to other fast food restaurants, the burgers here at Shake Shack are simply like no other. In fact, I'm a meat lover and a bit choosy when it comes to burger meat but Shake Shack managed to surpass my expectations. Their burgers are definitely one of the best!
Although this fast food restaurants is pricey, it serves as a good spot to hang out and have burgers and fries. Their hotdogs are so delicious and you could have as many ketchup (packets) as you want :D
Shake Shack is one of my fav burger joints but have always eaten it in Dubai. This was on a business trip in Abu Dhabi.
The place was empty so it was easy to fit in a table of 12 pax. The ambience and interiors are standard Shake Shack type.
The service was so good that they took our order at our table and bought in all the extras.
We decided to give a try to other one's other than my fav Shakemeister. Tried the too hot to handle - it was good but i felt the chicken too stringy. i liked the chick shack.
The lemonade was good.
If there is any burger chain that has the best cheese burgers and sauce, its is Shake Shack. The beef, buns, lettuce, cheese are shack sauce are just awesome. And the fries, oh yeah, make sure u have cheese on top!
We only wish if the burgers were a little pocket friendlier.. we would have been more regular lol.

I love their hotdog sandwhiches as well as thier burgers. The service at this branch is quite good as compared to the other branch. They are friendly here and lets you take your time when selecting your order. Ambiance is just ok. No complaints at all.
The waitresses at Shake Shack are always ready for you! You can tell that there is an emphasis on customer services. The burgers here are okay, nothing about it stood out for me.

Must try out at least once because it's taste something really different and bit expensive and size it might look small but it's organic and the most importantly it's ambience in this locality it has a large indoor area and a outdoor space as winter is approaching you can have a nice time .

Tried double patties beef smoke shack. As usual keeping it up to its reputation shake shack never disappoints. Extremely fulfilling juicy burgers. Served quickly.
This branch is very big but a bit quite.
Overall good food experience.
It was really good burger by mistake they give me dabble burger and I pay dabble but when I talk to manger mark he was sorry for that and he offer me a free burger

Shake Shack is an amazing place in Dalma Mall. The lighting is dim, and just the way I prefer it. The ambience is aesthetic! There's ample seating available, and there are booths as well. My friend and I ordered a melon lemonade (the flavour of that day), two Chick'n shacks and one fries. The chicken burger was extremely flavourful and the chicken, succulent and juicy. Just wish that there were more options for chicken and vegetarian, as most were beef. Other than that, it was amazing and I'll definitely be returning to Shake Shack!

Tried the Shack burger and Smokeshack with cheesy fries. Both touched the patties were cooked to perfection put in between soft buns . Burgers did touch the taste buds perfectly

I've heard a lot about this place, took my first bite and LOVED IT!!!! Food was absolutely bursting with flavour and juiciness! I was also very much impressed with the employees, they were quick, helpful and accommodating, the atmosphere was fun too. It's definitely not cheap as other burger joints, but the burger is a lot JUICER and the bun is a lot SOFTER. We went for SHACKBURGER i.e., Cheeseburger stacked with lettuce, tomato, Shack Sauce. The fresh lettuce and tomato was great and the bun just right and not stale. Everything was fresh and well-made.
I also had the chicken shack. It's complimented with fresh shredded lettuce and pickles. Their crinkle cut fries are my favourite. Cover it with a creamy cheese sauce and I am a happy girl! Fast service, order and find seats while you wait with a buzzer. LOVE Shake Shack!! Kudos for a great, casual, fast meal in a clean and trendy space.
I've done other shake shack outlets' reviews too but it's worth a mention that I Have never seen jollier and more enthusiastic staff than I've seen here some time back when I used to visit this outlet. Just the way they would greet would make u feel happy about this place!
Although expensive I keep coming back to this place. Their chicken burger is the best item on the menu and I don't dare to get anything else. Their beef burger could be better. Chips are crispy and perfect when flavoured with salt and pepper. Great service!

This is an expensive shack.I love the big menus on the wall,the interiors and the items too.You have a self service counter for collecting all sauces,tissue and straws.The food was good too.The tables look so rustic with a ham buger marking.

The service was prompt. I did not like the root beer float, it tasted like medicine. I loved the ambience and the good music being played. It was quite a lovely lunch!

Well been here only once just to try. The servings are really small. They have a lot of staff in the back area. It looks crowded. Maybe will try again for next tym for a snack.

At the first time I tried it, I ordered a double cheese burger and it wasn't tasty at all! It was full of butter and I couldn't finish it. Then the second time WOW, it's like they changed 360 degrees, the burger was amazing! tasty and AHH its like I want to eat my fingers with it.

Nothing like a juicy shackstack burger with a well cooked beef patty and a deep fried mushroom and cheese patty to satisfy all your carnivorous cravings! Just need an excuse to run over and indulge. Been here before and it never disappoints.
These guys cant go wrong with their burger isn't it ? , thin and fluffy brioche bun and a thin premium mince patty and finally lettuce that goes "CRUNcH" when you bite in it .. A feel good burger , for veggies portobello on other hand is as fresh and juicy as it can get had a bite and i was in love

First experience in Shake Shack was very memorable indeed. 😘 Their burgers are a little bit expensive for just a burger but the taste was worth it. Their shakes are also very delicious and unique. The things you need like ketchup, hot sauces, tissues, sugar and etc are just right there for everyone without asking for a waiter or something.

I fell in love with SS when I tried it in Mall of Emirates, Dubai branch. In delma mall it's location is perfect just go in from main entrance and enter the outlet without any walk. Food is nice as always specially the fries with cheese :) staff is friendly, music ambience everthing is just perfect.
I highly recommend this place as they are giving supreme quality in middle of an industrial area away from main Abu dhabi city

When we heard a few years ago that Shake Shack was coming to the UAE opening their first outlet in Dubai Mall we were elated.
Once it opened we went there for our first burger at this place and got hooked. Couldn't wait for them to open in Abu Dhabi
Finally we got our own Shake Shack in Dalma mall and it's been our favourite ever since.
Love the simplicity of the place and the menu and the great smiles on the staff every time we visit.
The burgers are amazing and prices well. We love the soft potato bun and the parties just perfect. Crunchy on the outside moist and full of flavour on the inside.
The fries and the hot dogs are also amazing. Almost everything on the menu is awesome which is the reason they are always busy.

It was the first time I have visited the Dalma all in Abu Dhabi. The Mall is pretty big, and one of the things that caught my eye was that they have a Shake Shack over there.
The first thought after having found it on the Ground floor next to the side entrance: Wow, it’s empty here. At Shake Shack in New York or even in the Mall of Emirates in Dubai you will barely find a free table. Here , no problem.
I went for a Double Shack Burger with fries. As expected the burger was excellent. The fries crunchy and the waiting time was very fast.

Shake shack know what they're doing. Their shack burgers are the best burgers I tried in AD so far. The bun is super soft and fresh. The burger patty is cooked to perfection and a little crispy on the sides. The lettuce and tomato are fresh. The cheese is melted over the patty yet does not overpower its taste. Finally, the sauce works perfectly with the other ingredients giving you this awesome burger. I also love the shack stack, it's a great change if you want something new but still want to enjoy the shack burger. It has a veg patty with stuffed mushrooms on top of the meat patty, a must try.
Their hotdog is very tasty and has unique taste. I recommend you try it.
The fries are also awesome and one order is enough for two. The shakes are okay, good but not awesome.
The service is good, I have nothing to complain about.
The only downside is that most days the place is not very lady friendly. It's full of men and it looks weird to be the only ladies around. At least that's what I think.
I always order take out, but even when I dined in I didn't find any difference in the food. It was still great.

We always pass by Shake Shack everytime we go to Dalma Mall. And my friend and I would always say "Let's try that one time.." And strange enough, we got more excited about the outdoor tables than what it offers (gives us the liberty to have fag breaks in the middle of eating haha). But when the moment came that we finally decided to eat here, we both forgot our lighters! So we just went ahead and enjoyed the real star of this place: the burgers.
We walked in and one of their really nice servers greeted us at the door and handed each of us their menu. We don't like to be pretentious or anything everytime we eat somewhere new, so we told the server that we're "Shake Shack Virgins" and she was nice enough to guide us through the menu, and offer her recommendations. We both ordered the ShackBurger and cheese fries. For drinks, I had the Peanut Butter Shake (I asked which shake's the bestseller and the server suggested this. She made a comment about it sounding weird, but she assured us that it tastes fabulous), and my friend had the Lemonade.
I've never seen lettuce that is so fresh and green before. Im starting to have second thoughts if the peaking green stuff from my burger is artificial or natural. But once I took a bite off the sandwich, every element came together. The bun was soft and chewy, the patty was the beefiest, tastiest and most tender burger patty ive ever tasted here, and the vegies were crisp and fresh. It just melts together in my mouth as the saltiness of the cheese and the sweet-sour taste of the mayo binds everything together. Then I sipped from the (bestselling) Peanut Butter Shake...it's stuck. I sipped harder and its sweetness overpowered the sensation of the first bite from my burger. I love peanut butter, but I regretted putting it in my shake. I guess it's just too much for me.. Luckily, I have a bottled water with me that time to wash down the food. I get the "weird" part, but I don't get why the server said this is one of their bestsellers. Anyway, going back to the burgers.. It is not as big as what the other burger joints has to offer, but it is packed with enough punch to tell (bully) you that you need to go back and taste it again. The cheese fries were a nice compliment to the burger. I'm definitely coming back next time we go to Dalma Mall, but i'm surely gonna steer away from their bestselling shake.

The burger is very fatty and heavy on the stomach because of the excessive butter use, so make sure you don't over eat because the aftermath of it is considerable
After hearing soo much about this place finally headed to Dalma mall to try this place out ! And I've got to say this place more than lived up to the hype ! The burgers were delicious!!! We ordered the SmokeShack and the Shack burger with a side order or fries and both were yummm !

I used to come here always. I order Shack burger single meat double cheese no tomato, the bread is soft not rough, the meat is cooked well and tender and the lettuce is fresh i like it. French fries with cheese is great also. I liked the new sandwich they are serving Smoke shack, the bacon is good not too hard and not too crispy, the service is super. You get your order fast. I used to order the Ol' Dalma Matta, it was so tasty but now its not like before, i don't feel the taste of marshmallow sauce anymore.
Will definitely go back and try other burgers in this place! The strawberry shake is thick and finely crushed at first its so hard to sip in but its uber delish! The burgers are yummm!! It a bit on the high side but its worth every bite! Hope the branch in WTC will open soon. .

Lives up to the name of being a shack when it comes to prices. These burgers are definitely worth more than what is being charged. Totally worth your money. Being a glutton that I am, I Started with the Shack Burger®. When I had the first bite I couldn't help remembering this-
“it's so much more than just a burger. I mean, that first bite, oh, what heaven that first bite is. The bun, sesame-freckled breast of an angel resting gently on the ketchup and mustard below. Flavors mingling in a seductive pas de deux. And then, a pickle! The most playful little pickle. Then a slice of tomato, a leaf of lettuce, and a patty of ground beef so exquisite. Swirling in your mouth breaking apart and combining again in a fugue of sweet and savory so delightful. This is no mere sandwich of grilled meat and toasted bread. This is God, speaking to us through food.”
It was actually surprisingly small or I was not satisfied, ultimately ended up ordering another one. It’s good that we have a choice of fries which has to be ordered. To tell you the truth, the only thing to complain about, if there is anything at all, is how efficient & helpful each and every employee encountered was. Apart from all of this the drink selection or concretes as they call it, though interesting, was not too impressive compared to the food. Note to self: Whatever you do, have this burger at least once a week.

Shake Shack is our go-to place after shopping in Dalma mall. With its refreshing atmosphere and relaxing ambiance, we can just sit, throw our shopping bags and check the menu in peace. This is a quick-service restaurant but you get high quality burgers and service. Upon entering, you will be warmly greeted by the staffs and they will politely guide you to your desired seat.
We always go with the shack burger cheese burger which has fresh lettuce and tomato plus the shack sauce. Maybe it is the shack sauce, or how fresh and crisp the vegetables, or that the patty is made of 100% Angus beef, or how these ingredients perfectly complement each other that we always end up delightfully satisfied. I also feel the need to mention how I love their soft and chewy bread. A really gastronomic experience.
Also try their fries, which I want with cheddar cheese sauce. Yes, it will lead you to the once-you-pop-you-can't-stop situation. Fifty-fifty is a surprisingly refreshing combination of lemonade and iced tea. We also order for concrete mix-ins for a sweet finale.
Being Asians we don't expect more for serving sizes. It just enough to make us comfortably full. The pricing is higher than other burger chains but it is worth it nonetheless.

One of the best burgers in Abu Dhabi, I usually go for the double cheeseburger and fries. The highlight has to be the potato roll which the burgers are constructed on, as to date this is the only place I have ever seen potato rolls in the UAE. The service is friendly and quick and the restaurant is clean and contemporary. The prices are a bit high considering the portions, but the quality is worth the return trip.
Definitely one of the best burger places in Abu Dhabi! I tried the shack burger, fries, and a Fifty fifty. The cheese they use with the burgers is amazing. Everything about the shack burger is great except that I think its a bit small when compared to burgers from Grand central. The fifty fifty was good.
The staff are helpful and welcoming. The place is big and can accomodate alot of people which is great. I think the restaurant needs to have more lighting inside. Overall, Its really a great place to go to.
Simply delicious! This is a great burger spot, that offers simple burgers with big taste. Even the toppings are fresh and delicious. I also tried the Red Velvet Concrete Cake which was amazing! A friend of mine also loved this place, which was amazing in itself; since she's the pickiest eater I've ever met!
