The ambience is cute, perfect for winter to sit outside and also inside in summers, We tried 3 things all of them were amazing. I would highly recommend and love to go back here.
The Japanese pancakes are the absolute best thing I have eaten all summer. I love breakfast at Keki. The food is delicious, the decor is cute and the service is wonderful.
All about Japanese end course 🤤❤️ , fluffiest pancakes and much more. My favorite spot for desserts not gonna lie 😍👏🏻

Absolutely DELICIOUS pancakes! We tried the classic and the salted caramel ones. Will definitely go back to try their breakfast options as well, photos of the dishes looked appetizing!
Keki has received a lot of hype on social media platforms recently, so this was very exciting to try.
Firstly, the packaging was so cute and the staff was really friendly.
We ordered the pistachio mousse (AED 18)
It was soo creamy and super relishing, totally worth the price.
Keki is also a great place for a dine-in experience.
Definitely going to go there again.
The food was top notch and the staff were friendly and lively
A place to be for pancakes! Those bananas 🍌 are sooo good and of course the pancakes 🥞 and the matcha 🍵 juice!!!!
The pancake tastes like heaven!! So fluffy and melts in your mouth like ice cream and with the custard covering it 😍😍 so irresistible
Hands down, the best cheesecake I have ever had! It is unbelievably fluffy. If you’re a chocolate lover, you would want to try their chocolate cheesecake, but the original is a must try. So I recommend ordering both :) Pair it with a cup of their rich coffee and you‘ll be going home a happy camper! The cafe has a cute setting, not a lot of tables so it can never be too crowded. They also have a wall where you can write your names/comments on tags and hang them up there for fun (or perhaps take one as a souvenir ;))Lovely experience overall.
Tried the Japanese cheesecake. It was really smooth and light, not too sweet. It had the right blend of creaminess and sweetness and the perfect texture. Just a tad expensive though, AED 21 for a piece.
place is neatly decorated, secluded getaway place to meet friends for a chat, staff is very attentive, ordered quite a few things on the photos, my favorite was the cake original: 1) pizza’s crust is unique may be not for everyone but I loved it (hint of vanilla in the pastry.. yeah sounds weird but yumm), vegetables under the cheese are crunchy but fresh not slimy not chewy, can’t comment on cheese since I am not good in cheeses, 2) another dish with poached eggs and roasts and avocados (forgot its name) was excellent, the best of it is the purée of the right balance (not acidic, not salty, just right for my taste buds), 3) the shashuka is good but I was too full by then. 4) I can always find extra space for a cake and this original gal out cake was awesome. Great job to everyone frontlines and behind the scene.. Definitely will stop by next time in Abu Dhabi
Good ambiance and food. Best for working outside office. Tried the original cheesecake and it was amazing (sugar level perfect, fluffy and no bad aftertastes). And egg avocado and shakshoka was great (tomato acidity level was zero, taste and texture of cheese and the shape of the egg). They even have “Molton Brown” hand wash (for those who doesn’t know this brand, it’s very expensive brand to find in a restaurant)
🍱@kekiuae has surpassed our breakfast expectations by serving up such gorgeous, colorful & stylish plating! Every single color on their dishes were acquired by smart but healthy food play. So the reds you see is beetroot hummus, the greens is avocado and the orange is... *drumrolls*.... sweet potato!🤩Brilliant right! The food tasted fantastic, the after-effect was a very satisfied, healthy feel and though we ate so much we didnt feel stuffy or bloated at all!
🍹The RED and GREEN drinks were super healthy yet so refreshing. We tried their Avocado Crostini, Rising Sun Breakfast, Peppermint speciality tea, Cappuccino.☕ But hands down my favorites were the Pancake French Toast and the Keki Latte!😍The french toast is basically fried Japanese pancake and it was SO soft and yum! The latte was so silky❤ Everything looked and tasted so, so good - it brought an instant smile on our faces!🥰 Highly recommend both!
🌷Thank you so much for the gracious invitiation, welcome and hospitality @kekiuae - cant wait to visit soon ❤👌
The cutest cafe in town.
I think the location of this cafe is just amazing.. it’s very quite & relaxing.
The ambiance is just a wonderful and cute depiction of Japanese culture.
The service was really lovely.
We got the Strawberry Mochi, Iced Matcha Latte, Latte Sponge Cake, Hibiscus Iced Tea & the ever so popular Japanese CheeseCake.
Everything was just absolutely delicious and presented so nicely.
An amazing place to hangout. The Japanese Cheesecake will make you come back for more. We have tried their coffees and infusion teas and they were a delight. We also tried the Mochi, but felt the outer layer was way too thick n chewy. Nevertheless, we also tried their bun basket and it was subtle. The bun basket had their in-house bread and jam. This bakery has a lot of different delicacies to offer and with such an amazing staff, this place will make you come back again and again. Happy munchin!!
Great place! I used to be so addicted to it that I had it everyday at work, it’s ssssoooooooooo good , it will get you really fat so beware!
Loved the Japanese cheesecake original flavor. Just like the ones in the videos. Fluffy with yummy taste, very affordable and a lovely ambiance.
Best dessert I've had this year! ... It's only Feb so it might change later 😋
Had the cheese Danish which was really really really good and pistachio milk cake which was a bit too sweet for my taste but good non the less. Iced keke matcha latte was a great tasting iced tea as well. Will come back next time for sure for the traditional Japanese cheese cake 😋
I love the unique pastry selection here, they have brioches, croissants and buns that are a unique mix of light and tasty.
I love the cheesecake they have - light, fluffy and perfectly sweet. I love to stay outdoors, it has a very cozy vibe.
This has to be the best place for japanese cheesecake in abu dhabi. This place has opened the flavours of japanese dessert for us and after it, no other Japanese dessert seemed more delicious than this. The japanese cheesecake is my favourite here, its soft and fluffiness just wins the heart!
My first time visiting a Japanese bakery and trying the Japanese cheesecake which was always on my to try list. Was not disappointed at all with the classic cheesecake. Really soft and moist. I also had the custard cornet which was absolutely wow. The pastry was flaky and the custard filling just melts in your mouth. The interiors are very cute. I didn't try any of their drinks but hope to do so soon.
It was a great experience 👍 It was a relaxing place to chill and dine... They have good food and the coffee was terrific. I ordered their signature Keki Latte☕️ it's a must try!!! Kudos to their service it's nice and warm... Thank you...
I visited Keki after coming across their food truck at the MOTN festival. Great experience, lovely pastry, pretty aesthetic, great tea, and coffee. Totally recommend.
Serving best Japanese cake!!The cake is light and fluffy which melts in mouth it goes very well with the coffee.Keki bakery has amazing interior with Japanese pictures and decorations..Will definitely go again to try their other items.
Keki do u love me 😍😍😍.. 🙈l would like to say about this coffee shop . They have AMAZING place ,AMAZING food & of course AMAZING stuff. Thank you so much for nice experience . Wish best of luck .... and before I forget 😆 I recommend everyone to try it’s really good.
Hear quite a lot about this Japanese place and decided to try it out. The location is pretty good, away from the city. Love the ambiance here. Had the nutella cheesecake and the original cheesecake which were both quite light and delicious.
Love the Japanese cheesecake and the cheese tart. So soft and fluffy!
Decor is very cute, they have little maneki nekos(lucky cat figurines) in the store. Wish I could find a store in Dubai!
Is possible for take away orders? I am planning to order for my colleagues this weekend. I heard good things about this restaurant and based in reviews from customers.
A hidden Japanese gem in AD.
Loved the original cheesecake, so fluffy and light.
Ambience is very nice and cozy too.
Staff are friendly, and the price is good.
Will visit again for sure to try other treats.
Most amazing fluffy desserts and pastries!!! It is so moist and fluffy. I can literally live off of this! It is super delicious :) do you do delivery?
Hidden gem for dessert lovers in the city!
The ambience is super cosy and relaxed the staff are great and very friendly.
We ordered the famous classic cheesecake and rose milk cake, both were delicious and perfect!
Enjoyed every bit of it, definitely coming back to check out their other stuff
Matcha Roll from @kekiuae
Rating : 7/10
Price : 15 Dhs
Its one among their different cake rolls, tastes soo good. The cream which is filled inside is mixed with some berries which will sooth your taste buds. I feel the taste is worth the amount spent.

Great to see that the coffee scene in Abu Dhabi is finally developing! KEKI is perhaps the best artisan coffee in Abu Dhabi. Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates a great cup of coffee! Costa and Starbucks lovers, stay away!
Nice little cafe in Al Bateen. They serve Fluffy cheese cake and good coffee. The staff also are polite and welcoming. There is also an outdoor seating area.
I went here for an afternoon coffee fix and was awed with the ambiance and food! There cold brew was a perfect drink to quench your thirst during sunny afternoon. The egg tart are a must try! It reminds me of Japan’s tart. I recommend their Japanese cheesecake too for it’s fluffiness. I would like to appreciate their friendly staffs too. My overall experience here was awesome. 🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽 50 plate emojis for you Keki! 😘😍☺️
Although we were so loud and many, the staff were so welcoming and kind 😍 the place is so warm and cozy, i loved it although it is bit small 😎 but u still will get a parking hehehe 😊
Looking for the fluffiest japanese cheesecake in town? Keki is the perfect place for that. My first visit with a pregnant friend was great since they still accomodate us to dine even though they’re closing in a few. I can still remember how thoughtful the manager for telling that they can’t say no to a pregnant woman. While on my second visit the let us try the tart we order for take out for free.
Tried the famous Cheese cake and other cakes in the shelf and i must say that they are all good, the rose cake was also a stunner.
Will definitely go back to this cozy restaurant whenerver i crave for a Japanese cheesecake. Recommended!

Great bakery! Their coffee is absolutely ethereal and their food is also great. The original cheesecake lacks a bit, but adding Nutella fixes that. Their iced keki latte is a must for me everytime I visit alongside their beautiful soft mochis.
The ambience also makes for a great place to study. Whenever I need a quiet spot, I always gravitate to Keki, not to mention their extremely jovial and helpful staff.
Haven't been there at the store but I got a chance to try their Matcha Keki Cake for take away. Smells good and taste good. Passed my taste as pastry lover. I look forward to try some of their food and hope to visit the store itself.
Keki is a Japanese bakery located in Al Bayern , they have one of the yummiest fluffiest cheese cake , it’s so light that you would order another one .
Their ambiance is really nice and cosy , and super friendly staff , this place was the first time I have a dessert in my cheat day and it was totally worth it .
Cuz it’s very near where I live I always pass by and order take away on Fridays for my family , my parents as well who’s picky loved it a lot .

-Japanese CheeseCake
You can also add Nutella or Caramel
Excellent place for cheese cakes and delicious 😋 breakfast with good cup of hot 🔥 steaming coffee definitely worth going if in a mood for good and a better cheese 🎂 then the 🧀 cake 🎂 🏭
Having missed Japan, it’s so delightful to find this little hidden gem in the capital. The cakes were exactly what we were looking and happy with the very generous amount of match in the latte which for those not accustomed may be too bitter. A little sugar is all it needs! Nice to have outdoor seating for when the weather is nice and the price is very reasonable.
Excellent concept with unique tastes and falvours.
Staff super friendly with an relax atmosphere.
Décoration is warm
We heard that they have an food truck also
We ordered their pistachio milk cake which turned out really good!! and their signature cake too,but the pistachio was better.
Their keki latte is so great in taste, really good coffee.
Update:
Tried their cone filled with custard. Very light in taste and sweetness. Also highly recommended
Very friendly staff and welcoming
Good service and good food! Looking forward for more options on drinks specially the cold beverages. Great place for people who love to take photo.
The place is aesthetically pleasing. It's so adorable and great place for taking pictures and hanging out. Service is great, the waiters are very kind and friendly. The cakes and hot chocolate are pretty good.
Jiggliest Cheesecakes everrr! The cutest little Japanese bakery out here in Abudhabi! 👀
These Japanese cheesecakes have a cake like texture and are so soft that they dissolve in your mouth the very second. Despite the place being so busy, the service was amazing here. We ordered the original cheesecakes and opted for the Lotus and Nutella toppings. (you can choose either Nutella, Lotus or Caramel) They also have chocolate flavored cheesecake 🍫
We visited Keki to tame our sweet cravings..
.
Famous for their Japanese cheesecake, we were curious to try it out. It tasted like ordinary cake but was more fluffy and light with prominent egg taste. It was light on sweet which I liked.
.
The Cheese Danish, Custard Cornet, Cupookie were all good and not too sweet.
.
The place is really cozy and well-lit. I loved their cute decor and cutlery. The staff was friendly and helpful.
.
Not a place I would frequently visit but perfect for a quiet afternoon tea party with your friends.
If you craving the fluffy and wiggle Japanese cheescake and soft matcha roll cake, this is the best place to visit. Their Keki Latte maybe too sweet but it was perfect with the cheesecake. And the their matcha latte is a perfect pair to their roll. I love their ambience. Small and intimate.
Best Japanese cheesecake ever, really enjoyed the experience. Fluffy, moist and delicious. Worth the money. Tried the original flavor and with Nutella , both amazing
I recommend this place.

Last August when I visited Japan (Osaka), I really really wanted to try Pablo‘s Cheesecake. I got to admit their cheesecakes are worth an arm and a leg. There were unforeseen circumstances before our wedding and a cash card we cannot use. We are forced to adjust with our ¥34,000 budget for 6 days. It’s impossible and
Japanese cheesecake has been brought home to Abu Dhabi. So much varieties to choose from. Keki Latte is highly recommended. Breakfast is amazing too. Their staff are very accommodating. Very busy place ---- but understandable as there are a lot of customers.
Worth a return visit. Really enjoyed this chic café, interior decor, the little reminders of Japan and the taste of their cakes and bakes. The keki latte & rose milk cake was sweeter than expected but otherwise everything else was well made.
My second visit to keki after seeing their posts on Facebook. A Japanese inspired bakery. The interiors and the ambience is really cute. The staff is really friendly and polite. The also have an outdoor seating, which wasn't there the first time I visited.
Love the Japanese cheesecake, different from the usual cheese cake as this one is soft and fluffy. Loved the cheesecake, they also have toppings if u wish. They have the caramel, Nutella or the chocolate toppings. Tried one with the caramel topping, a little more sweeter. Also tried the rose milk cake and pista milk cake. The rose milk cake is more on the sweeter side, but I enjoyed it. Overall had a really good time and looking forward to try out new items on the menu
Friendly Japanese bakery with a wide variety of lovely, fluffy pastries, both savoury and sweet. They take great pride in what they do, and the service is wonderful, polite, and you're treated more like an honoured guest rather than a paying customer.
Try the Japanese cheesecake 👍
10/10
We discovered keki through reem weekend. And visited it almost every week in the last one month. The classic original Japanese cheesecake is the best ever in Abu Dhabi. It’s light, fluff and super yum! the matcha latte was so-so. The keki latte was better. the French toast was nice but felt a bit chewy kinds. the pistachio cake is a hit with my husband! The rose cake wasn’t that good.
I just accidentally seen this bakery when I was walking going to the hospital, since I love anything Japanese I have it a try, I had strawberry roll and ice chocolate,
The strawberry roll taste ok similar to the authentic but the shifon / bread of it could had been a bit more fluffy, the ice choco is just standard tasting, nothing special, I wish I had an option to have it with syrup like hazelnut or caramel. I wish they have something savory to offer too cow when I visited all they have is sweets, maybe I should try going earlier? But ambiance wise, it’s very good :)
If you are in a mood for a Japanese sweets and pastries then you can try this bakery. It is conveniently situated near Al Bateen Park. It has a very nice ambience for a group chatters as well as a solo goers. Staffs were nice and approachable. Great foods, like their best seller Japanese Cheesecake (i love the fluff, the amount of sweetness and its freshness) and of course the Tarts. Im a tea lover, and they have a variety of relaxing and delicious tea to choose from as well as different hot and cold beverages that will suit your taste. The Price, its a bit in a pricey side though but that's expected in a place like this one.
The place is very cute, smells lovely and the design is very cozy. I tried the traditional cheesecake and had some coffee and i tried mochi for the first time which was also not too sweet and i loved it.
We tried cheese cake. Taste is nice though price is a bit expensive. Nice and neat and beautiful interior. Staff is all nice. A bit slow serving. will visit again soon.
Visited on a weekend. I was not a fan of matcha but decided to try their matcha roll and loved it. The texture is good and so is the taste. The presentation is lovely, you can't help but snap a photo. Also tried their best seller cheese cake which I recommend to everyone going in the cafe. I ordered iced cafe latte, it was ok but I guess a little too strong for me.
I love the ambiance and decorations of the cafe. You can read a book or catch up with a friend vibe. They have indoor and outdoor, wherever you prefer.
0/10 the Ukrainian employee still haven’t tried that iPhone game that I recommended it to her.
As for the food it’s pretty yummy and they make good mocha even though they don’t have it in their menu , they also offer matcha tea 🍵 which is unfortunately underrated .
There was a Keki truck at al Mariah island winter wonderland and it was the first time i tried the japanese cheesecake outside japan and it was the closest i got to the authentic tasty ones i had in Japan 🙏
Cute spot! Has a Japanese vibe from the time you enter. Good selection of breakfast as that’s what I went there for, quite sumptuous. However, they don’t have tea.. any sort of tea.. which I felt was a bit disappointing. Also no menu. You will be just shown pictures of food on a iPad to choose from. No names, no description, no prices. Would have been nice to know what to order instead of asking the waitress “what’s this photo” and feeling awkward and just order.
After reading a lot of reviews in Zomato about there fluffy cheese cake. Me and my friend decided to visit down this place yesterday....parking is a little difficult to get there..but we managed to get a parking near to the bakery..The staffs were very welcoming and friendly...First we tried the original fluffy cheese cake..loved the soft texture..its was very light and not very sweet Perfect it was...The we tried the mocha roll..something different from the usual. Then goes the rose milk cake..soft nd really sweet it was..Having a friend who is having a sweet tooth..it turned out be there favourite out of all...Lastly tried the chocolate fluffy cheese cake..was not up to the mark..as it was was not spongy nd soft as the original one.For drinks we ordered the keki latte and cappucino..Overall experience was really nice..and will be visiting them to try the others sweetz..Must try place it is.
I love desserts, they are what make life stand out and this is why I visited Keki. A little Cafe in Al Bateen where when you enter you feel at home where a welcoming staff is ready to cater to your cravings for good pastries. The item that stands out in this little confectionery is there Japanese Cheesecake the one that can bounce around all day everyday. This Cheesecake is simply divine, light with a fluffy texture and a light cinnamon taste that melts in your mouth; the best part is, its not heavy its so light you can have one after another.

very unique and special with a simple presentation

was delightful with the toasty texture and juiciness from the berries however it just didn't stand out
Coffee Rating 3
Honestly it was alright since its main goal was not the coffee I will still give it a 3
Ambiance; 4
gives you a very comfortable feeling, not at all imposing the white and green are peaceful colors that contrast as you enter the cafe. The seating is available both indoors and outdoors and is very cozy. Overall the atmosphere is one of joy and relaxation which is furthered by the staff
Staff; 4
the staff were very welcoming and looked after our every need and were always willing to help, however it should be noted when we visited no one else was present at the time and after reading some reviews apparently as the number of people increase the overall service decreases. Since nothing was prepared food was brought right on time
Have you been at Keki’s in Al Bateen? If not, then go and check. I know most of those who’ve been there only tried their Japanese Cheesecake but yes they do have a breakfast menu and that – we’re going to try later. For now let’s talk about their lovely Japanese Cheesecake. Yeah, the wiggling one!

I have been hunting for a japanese bakery for some time because of finding affordable eats from the land of the rising sun is hella hard.
I have seen this place pop up on my feed often and saw mixed reviews of their desserts and drinks but as usual this review depends on whether I LOVE IT or HATE IT.
The location is at Al Bateen Park and hard to find if you aren't vigilant in spotting their signage. However the interior was very trendy and cute. From the hanging flower ornaments and the japanese items placed on the tables to plush comfy benches and chairs. The shop was so busy that they had some people seating outside as well. (they have outdoor seating btw)
We tried five items. Presentation wise, they all looked good enough to eat. But there were hits and misses.
Hits:
Fluffy Japanese Cheesecake Original and Chocolate version. The original was fresh out of the oven and was fun to bully... As in because it jiggles like jelly. I have never had so much fun poking a dessert like this....ahem the taste was definitely light, spongy and has an eggy creamy taste. While most people don't like the egg taste, I on the other hand loved it. The taste was smooth, creamy and delicious.
The chocolate version of the cheesecake was denser and sadly does not jiggle. But despite that it looked heavy, the taste had a light choco taste and still maintains a creamy consistency even after being heated in the oven. I noticed that the eggy taste was less pronounced in this cake.
Iced Green Tea Latte. Cold, Creamy and tasted refreshing. It went really well with the light cheesecakes as a drink.
Misses:
Hot Chocolate. The latte art was adorable but the taste? I have tasted chocolates like these as a kid and I did not love it. The aftertaste was kinda like... Coconut oil? Not 100% sure but some people love it but I am one of those who is not fond of the aftertaste, therefore... I am not okay with it.
Chocolate Cornets. Spiral cone shaped pastries with chocolate filling. The filling was Nutella (-ish? ) which I love eating by itself but somehow the pastry it was wrapped in was not appealing to my taste buds plus it did nothing to contrast with the super sweet filling. Makes me feel like going for their Choux Cream next time.
Staff: they were busy and at first I had no idea where the lineup was because there were a lot of customers... Mainly men but we got our orders in and it took some time for our food to be brought to us. Good service. Needs more improvement and smiles as well from the staff.
Overall, not a bad first visit. I definitely wanted to taste more of their sweets next time because there will be desserts you will love and some you will avoid like the plague.
So for now, I Like this place a lot!
Keep it up and see you next time.
Fluffy cheesecake cravings sorted with the cute little Japanese bakery! Lots of naughty treats for a sweet tooth craving. Will sit down next time for some coffee!
This a small Japanese bakery that sells cheesecake, coffee and much more! It’s located in Bateen and you can easily find it on google maps. You should definitely try it 💯
