Came here yesterday during lunch. Located inside Mushrif mall, surprised to see a place that serves shisha inside a mall.
This is a gooood spot for shisha. The customer service is absolutely fantastic & quite welcoming unlike other places.
We tried the grape mint flavor - pretty good & they did change the coal at reasonable times.
We ordered Mocha & Choco Mint Frappe, a plate of fries and falafel (which was served with a plate of salad, hummus & Arabic bread).
They only accept cash, no cards allowed - that was a bummer BUT the mall has plenty of ATMs around - not much of a problem.
Except for that, this place is just perfect.
Never knew there is one shisha place like this in Mushriff mall... Its a pleasant and good place for shisha lovers... They have decent options in the menu... We have ordered shish tawook, hammus, sea food platter and shisha... Disappointed with seafood platter (Prawns are not well cooked)... Other items are ok but shisha is the best... This place has different shisha options (even with fruits)... Friendly staff and service is quick... The atmosphere will not make us feel as if we are in mall

There is No wifi though if you want to spend some time for work. I think they should remove this from tag as it could be misleading.
Shisha is good and served without ice. They have some nice flavors. Served without ice or cold water for the price @ 55 dhs.
انصحوني ف شاوراما عندهم و رحت اجربه بصراحه شوراما عندهم لذيذ و من الاخر بس المكان شوي اجواءه تعبانه بس الشوارما انصح فيه و الخدمه عاديه و بطيه
A pleasant ambience, wide selection of an international menu, awesome shisha options, a courteous staff, and an affordable price range. Head there for work, or a catch-up with some friends/ family members, and enjoy the shisha flavors!

As I was walking around Mushrif Mall, I noticed there were customers going in and out of Le Terrace so I decided to see what the fuss was about. The pricing here was about average but what surprised me was that they were serving Shisha in the mall. I haven’t seen this anywhere else so I thought it was interesting. The restaurant itself was rather large, it had two floors, including outdoor seating. As this is the only restaurant in the mall to serve shisha, you bet it was definitely busiest area of the restaurant.
I just tried one thing which was the Polo Risotto (Chicken) and it was nice honestly, and the portion was good, not too big like others. And they were using fresh chicken as I was feeling that from the taste. Delivery was late with about 5 mins. Overall the experience was yummy.
Most definitely the best Sheesha I have had in Abu Dhabi. Along with that the staff is super courteous and the ambiance is warm and inviting.
A good place for sheesha lovers. This place has good Mediterranean cuisine and the service is pretty quick. The staff are friendly in suggesting what to order incase you are confused. The taste of the food if good. The ambience and interiors are pretty decent and we don't feel that it's in a food court in a mall.
This restaurant is decent, clean, hospitable, with a great outdoor seating when the weather allows it. The food variety is immense, the presentation is fabulous, and above all, the taste is absolutely exquisite! Drinks and cocktails’ selection is broad, and while everything we tried was delicious, some did clearly outshine others.
What I would like to see is a change in the menu that we’ve been enjoying for the past year repetitively.
Solid place to get some good quality food for less. It’s not the cheapest place in town but the menu is good and there is bound to be something for everyone
Best breakfast in town the food is clean and reasonable price 💕 yummy in tummy a must try in reem island #bshawarma #reem_island #homs#tabouleh
Nice service..
great & fast .
Loved it , definitely recommend. It was my first time but they didn’t disappoint.
Keep it up guys. ............................

Nice place
With very good food quality
The comment is about prices
The reasonable price of some meal for take out, jumps high if you choose the same meal for dining in
Staff are friendly and deserve a thanking salute
Simple place
attentive and friendly staff
Don't expect too much of an ambiance
Outstanding food and perfect service
I go with
Shawarma and Creme caramel
Delicious food I must say
Over all it was an good experience
Nice to come here
I Would recommend this place to all
First of all, the food came on time which is always a plus. Everything was delicious !!! 😍
The vine leaves were tooo salty though but still edible.
Ps: besides this amazing meal food, the delivery guy (Hadi) had a really nice perfume on 👏🏻
We tried battata harra: 3/5
Fahitta chicken platter: 5/5
Pasta: 5/5
Cordon blue: 3/5
Fattoush: 4/5
Average 4
The outdoor seating is currently closed ceiling and Smoking is allowed there. However, the resturant is not prepared with well ventilation system. We came back home smelling cigarettes...
So far the best Falafel experience in town, blueberry cheesecake and mango/strawberry ice cream were not too bad either, good Shisha spot. Friendly service.
It's a nice Mediterranean cuisine restaurant with incredibly wide range of menu offerings, I have tried it for take away and home delivery. In overall the food is very good, however, at little times its less impressive than what we know it for.
I had some issues with the delivery service through zomato online order; some times it is delivered promptly as expected, and there was a couple of times when they missed the order somehow and took literally over 2 hours to deliver (after follow up from my side of course).
I hope restaurant management can improve their system to ensure prompt delivery at all times; because unreliable service is not sustainable.
Le Terrace is a restaurant and cafe that has the power for you to sit in one stop and dine. Why? It provides 3 well-known cuisines that mostly people look and crave for. It serves Italian, Arabic and Indian cuisines. It’s been operating for 5 years now and it offers different dining areas that will make you comfortable with. There’s fine dining area (non-smoking), Shisha/smoking area, and upstairs you can either have a private event/celebration or plan a gathering with small groups.

I am totally in love with the food they serve!
Its very delicious, great flavors and a perfect Lebanese Italian twisted restaurant.
They do have good shisha as well.
Service is very good, the waiters are quick and attentive, they do have a outdoor seating area which is very nice, sitting their one doesn't feel like they are in a mall.
Always been a pleasant experience visiting Le Terrace.
Highly recommend it! A must try because they serve really good food.
Went there with family, highly recommended by all means.
Food: 5/5
Staff: 5/5
Service: 5/5
Keep it up Le Terrace, will definitely come back
There was no welcoming when we entered.... However the following service was excellent... The food was delicious.... Bit pricy for place..... Great enviornment.....
I love them 💕 Almost every weekend we go there and enjoy 🤗 Service is very nice and the ladies are so sweet to us always. And the food is very good. My recommendation for sure 👌🔝
Tucked inside corner @ Mushriff Mall this place is actually big once u step in. Best place is to sit out n enjoy the retreating winters. Fresh juices were fresh indeed 👍. Ordered the Fried Kibbeh along with Shish Tawook Chicken which were served with fresh breads and salads. Portions were good enuf to satiate a pallette for 2. Staff was attentive and helpful. Keep it up #leterrace #high. Wonderful experience.
Well there is not much to say other then this place is awesome great staff and manager , tasty fresh food and drinks . When compared to other lebanese restaurants this easily wins on many different categories.
It was a long time that we were thinking of trying this hidden place, but having being disapointed by places lookalike in the past,, I was honestly worrying about the quality of the food !!!
But, as I always say, don't judge a book by its cover !!!
And this exactly what happens when you step into Le Terrace Resaurant & Cafe in Al Mushrif Mall.
The food was quite good, maybe the service needs to get up to speed, but it is definatly on the righ path to keep its popularity...
Good luck and as always Flat Eric...
One of our favorites! Best Arabic grill around, go for the lamb chops, and don't miss the lemon mint drink! The staff are always beyond friendly and remember us immediately, always nice to feel welcome.
Never noticed this place until we started frequenting this mall a lot and ran out of places to try! So we decided to give it a try and what a good choice it was! Their mezza is really impressive, love their fattoush, hummus, fatte, batata harra and most of all their grape vine leaves with extra pomegranate molasses, so yummy! We also tried their 4 cheese pizza and were surprised at how good and rich it tasted! Their manakeesh and hot fresh bread are very good as well, and their customer service is top notch. Needless to say, we always go back for more!
You could go to Mushrif Mall a hundred times and still not notice this classy outlet. The only thing you see at the corner of the food court are the glass doors of Le Terrace Cafe and Restaurant.
Step in and you will soon forget you are in a crowded mall.
The restaurant has multiple seating options from the large indoor central hall and outdoor terrace to a quieter hall covered with tasteful paintings of Arabic calligraphy, and another more cosy terrace mostly with tables for two.
The smoking and non-smoking areas are clearly separate so we enjoyed a quiet dinner indoors with no smoke or smells from the smoking section outdoors.
We were served by the hospitable, attentive hostess Ms Doris from Cameroon. She helped us choose our order.
We wanted to eat light and my tough diet only indicated Hummus for the night so we ordered Hummus for me and Spaghetti di Buffalo for my better half and French Fries on the side.
Before our food arrived, the table was laid out beautifully by Doris (twice, as we found the terrace cold for our six year old after a while and moved indoors).
Once we had given our order, the table was soon filled with a generous platter of fresh salad (lettuce, rocca, carrot, cucumber, tomato and lemon) and good tasting Arabic pickles (quality of these has fallen in other places but these are just perfect here) and freshly baked bread which was warm, soft and delicious.
The hummus arrived soon after and was tasty and well presented. My daughter gobbled up the fries quickly, the serving was generous.
We had asked the Spaghetti to be replaced by Penne and it arrived in a large bowl good enough for two, loaded with a ready tomato sauce and ample sausage slices.
The rosemary strands liberally sprinkled in the dish were a bit of an annoyance as they are hard to chew or swallow. But overall, the dish was well made, with the pasta soft and cooked just right, and not rubbery as in some popular places.
This restaurant seems to be known for grills and meat and the desserts looked very inviting but we left that for another time.
We were very impressed with the warmth of the staff in general and the graceful hospitality of Ms Doris who is a star in terms of service. She is a graduate in Anthropology!
The male staff in black uniform were loudly talking to each other and didn't portray as much of a graceful image.
This restaurant is recommended if you are in Mushrif Mall or nearby and want to have a quiet meal in an elegant ambience, away from the commotion of the food court or the bustle of a coffee shop.
The prices are a bit on the higher side, for example a shawarma dish could cost you more than AED 30, but there's a price to pay for good ambience, a nice view and professional service - I think the experience measures up.
I have always managed to walk past this restaurant, until today. I made a conscious effort to go to Le Terrace :)
It turned out to be good.
True to its name ,there is a little terrace with greens and water feature. Our server Justin was a good dude. We ( me and my friend) offered to nick name him Justin Trudeau, he agreed. Hahaha. Love it when people like to go along with our humor. Good man, Justin!
The second best thing about Justin was that he listens to what has been said. Makes life so much easier when you need to order for something.
As for the food, i didn't expect beef carpaccio to be what was on my plate. Carpaccio is raw meat or fish, this one was air dried. I still thought i'd give it a try. When i saw the dish, it put me off. I didn't even bother to try it.
On the other hand the spaghetti di buffalina was very very good..
Justin hooked us up with some hummus and fresh baked khoobos. It was tasty.
The coconut cookies that come with the tea/ coffee was so food i had to order for a plate of it.
There was a custard dessert that was very nice.
Apart from that one let down on the carpaccio, i'd say it was a good dining experience.
Good food and excellent service. We had calamari & chicken grill which was served with fathoush, pickles, humous, toum, green salad and freshly made bread. Calamari tasted overly sour but the chicken was grilled good with 2 portions enough for 6 people. For drinks we had pina colada, meloncolada and jade all of which tasted good. We ended the meal with a sweet note by having freshly cut fruits, creme caramel & a white creamy sweet name of which i cant quite recall. i would totally recommend this place to anyone who wishes to have good tasting arabic food.
I will give 4 points out of 5 for the service and 3.5 for the Food..
Spanish omelet, zaatar with cheese, mutabbal, rocca salad, chicken shawarama... all of them are presented very nicely .. but i am not very much impressed with the taste.. they have very nice place, nice amenities and great service team. I am impressed with the ameneties and decoration.. i would appreciate much if their kitchen team can improve ..
I visited this place because of amazing reviews on zomato. Here is my evaluation of the place ...
Easy parking and easy to find the place ..
In a mall..can be convenient for some ( good place to take a break from shopping or walking )
Good sheesh a. Although not the place to experiment with exotic flavors, stick with what you usually smoke .
Food is ok ...
Good mocktails collection .
First floor gets filled with smoke after crowd starts coming in .. ( requires better ventilation )
Waiters take a while to visit your table so make most of it ..
Conclusion is .. If you are in that area or you are bored with nothing else to do .. Do check out this place ..
Good Shisha. Good Food. All in all a good place to spend some quality time with your friends to catch up !
For food we had the Chicken Shawarma with Hummous and Chicken Nuggets, this was accompanied with a Melon Shisha.
Needless to say we were happy people when we left . :)
Loved the ambience, pleasing staff and delicious food esp the shawarma sandwich, and the desserts are yummy!! Must try if you're at the mall.
Good food, shawarma especially. Fried fish filled was exceptional so was the grilled chicken. Reasonably priced. Service is very good.
Le Terrace Restaurant & Cafe is a nice place inside the mall.. nice and cool ambiance, the staff and service are good... nice Arabic and middle east beverages... Lebanese food is amazing... i like the grilled food, it's always great and delicious.
Salads are perfect, love it. There is outdoor seats. A little bit high prices comparing with other same level restaurants... that's it :)
It actually deserves 5 , but the service is very bad, like 15 min till they see that somebody is there and till they take the order, also the music is extremely highhhh, if u r with someone it's hard to hear
For food it's 5 , it's very good , no comment for food
Best place during the day. Usually filled with people and smiling faces. The ambience is nice green and foresty. He fountains give u a sence of relaxation. The drinks come in big portions. Didnt get to try any food yet but I'm sure its great.
Went here for dinner with my family and was surprised to find out there was actually Shisha available in this restaurant. We ordered chicken cream soup, arayes with cheese, a linguini pasta and a pizza. The quantity of the food was more than adequate for the four of us and the taste also was good except for the soup which had an overdose of Coconut flavor. Will be trying other dishes soon.
Its our office gatherings/party food place! They do an excellent job with their catering!!
I especially love their stuffed vine leaves, cheese rolls, msakhan rolls, kibbeh and the pastries they serve. And OMG their shawarma's are are sooooo good! They serve a great variety of food too, with a rich menu offering - and guess what, they also serve shisha, thats always a plus!!
The Chiken shawarma is yummmmy !!!! I always make sure I have atkeast one of these in a day!! I ah wNt tried any other dish . No other place has this taste in the shawarma!! Perfection
Okay so today we tried le terrace and I was floored..I personally loved what I ate...to start with the ambience is lovely and the service quick...we asked for hooka..which was pretty good...then we ordered hummus,a plate of falafel, zatar manakeesh and chicken shawarma and I was super impressed...the hummus and falafel are the best I have had till now...the manakessh and shawarma was pretty ok too...I highly recommend the place...it's the kind of place you can relax and have a chat with friends...
I have not given it a 5 because their italian is average...
Well this place is a real gem. How nice to hav a cozy place for food and shisha in a shopping mall
Shisha is very nice also the food and their coffees are must try specially cold coffees
We ordered a lintel soup and a club sandwich both of which were delecious and their colslaw was exellant
I ordered a frappacino which was yummy but it was itself a full meal cannot be taken with the food
Overall good experience place to be visited more than one time
Great look, friendly staff and good food. The options are a bit cliché but they do most of them right. The pasta was iffy, the grills were nice and the soup was delicious. Would visit again. Great view at the top.
Nice ambience, good food and shisha.
This place is tucked away on the food court level of Mushriff mall, and its easy to miss, because I have, until recently I did not even know this place existed. But I am now glad I found this place.
Very relaxed ambiance, excellent attentive service, and good food. The menu has quite a bit of variety, with Arabic, Indian and Italian cuisine. The first time I went there, I had a mixed salad which was very fresh, and frankly huge. This was accompanied with a Chicken Shawarma, which was crisply toasted, with the meat inside tender, moist and flavourful. All of this was washed down with their special fruit cocktail, which was quite tasty
An excellent experience, with a very attentive and helpful server.
I highly recommend due to good food, excellent service, family and child friendly environment.
This was an unexpected surprise. We have been going to Mushrif for a couple of years now and I think we always passed this place up for some reason. Going in, we were very surprised that this has "A Terrace" with live plants, fountain and sheehsa. Now the name certainly doesn't match the menu, but I will say it was interesting to have an Arabic and Italian choices. We went there for lunch, but we will return for dinner. Staff was very attentive and super accommodating.
On our plates:
Spicy Potato, Fattoush, Arayes Chicken, Mixed Grill. the portions were were good for the prices and it was way more food than we could finish. The Spicy Potato was a bit too tangy and you couldn't really enjoy the spice. The Fattouch/Fattoush was by far the freshest I have had and had the right amount of sumac dressing, I would return just for that. Arayes Chicken had good flavor and was a much larger portion than I expected. The fries for both the mixed grill and Arayes, were not done very well and a bit soggy, disappointed. The Mixed Grill was the right amount of food, grilled well and all of the flavors of the meats were fresh and not bland.
Looking forward to return for dinner.
Been going here for several years now, mainly because my Boss likes the place and the food is pretty good. My only real complaint, if you consider it one, is how the management sometimes disregards our wishes when we ask for separate checks. Case in point, back in late September of this year, I went here with about 15 others that I work with. When we made the reservations for our evening out, we specifically indicated that we needed to have separate checks at the end of the meal. The meal was good. When it came time for us to leave, the management presented us with a single bill despite our original wishes. I should also mention that we had even reminded the staff when we first started to place our orders that we needed separate checks. The only thing that the staff could tell us was that the management decided to do one check. Unfortunately, because some of the folks in our group had to have their own bill for travel reimbursement with their company, we had to ask the staff to breakdown the bill into individual ones. At this point the fun really started; apparently because of our request to break the main bill down for each individual, errors were made. Reviewing each of the individual bills reflected that we we had been charged "collectively," for twice as many fruit platters than we had been served. Once this error was pointed out, the management got involved and corrected the oversight. Though I would like to believe the staff did not double bill us on purpose, it still makes me question the sincerity and genuineness of the restaurant when dealing with expats. Aside from this issue with the billing, we still had a great time and would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant, just make sure to check over your bill when you go to leave.
One of the best restaurants I've ever been, the food is delicious and rich, generous portions, menu offers a great variety of food and the staff is attentive, caring and friendly! would i go back? Every day:)
