بصراحة الاكل ولا غلطة بس لاحظت تاخير في بعض الوجبات بشكل مش طبيعي انصح فيه ولكن يا ليت من صاحب المكان شوي يوصي باستعجال الوجبات

One thing I noticed, the pineapple slice used to be thick and yummy, now they are using a paper thin slice...

طلبنا من خلال ديلفرو سلطة سوبر فود فلم يحضروا أهم مكوناتها ذات السعر المرتفع مثل الإدمامي والطماطم الكرزية رغم أنهم بالمحل يقدمونها كاملة، هذا خداع واستغلال للزبائن، كما طلبنا إضافة الدجاج على السلطة بمبلغ إضافي فكان قطعاً رفيعة جافة كالبلاستيك بلا نكهة أو تتبيلة! لابريوش أفضل منهم يحضر الوجبة كاملة والدجاج لديه لين وطري برائحة وطعم طيب، لن أطلب منهم مرة أخرى، السبب الوحيد الذي جعلني أطلب منهم هو أن لابريوش كان مشغولاً على التطبيق ولم يقبل الطلبات. When at the restaurant they serve full ingredients but when we ordered on deliveroo half the super food salad most expensive ingredients were missing, edmame, cherry tomatos.... We also added chicken, which came very dry like plastic and flavorless in thin cuts like french fries. Never going to order from them again. The only reason I did so was because labrioche wasn't accepting orders at that time. Labrioche serves juicy tender well marinated chicken, and doesn't cheat online customers by reducing the ingredients.

Cold breakfast food and they are late to service you and they are hard to understand الفطور كان بارد جايبين الفطور قبل الكوفي رغم قلت لهم كل شي مع بعض وصعبين الفهم والتأخير ما يقارب ٤٠ دقيقه

lovely place just wished they had more couches for seating. staff was nice but not all of them. some were grumpy.

I ordered coffee, was asked if I wanted sugar, waited 10mins still no sugar. Had to eye contact someone to grow me sugar. I wS sitting on the terrace. No one checks out side clients. I have the menu, no one came to take my order as I waited and waited. Finally i gave up wanting to eat here paid and left. For sure if I wS inside it would have been different. Thank you I love Shakespeare been going for many years all over uae., egypt and many countries.But here first time and last. Thanks. An English writer on vacation.

One of the best cakes tasted ever...<br/>We had ordered the Red velvet cake for our anniversary, initially we were a bit apprehensive about the price (the cake cost us about AED 129), but the taste blew us away. It was extremely light and moist with the right mix of cream.<br/><br/>An absolutely perfect cake, will definitely try their other varieties for sure.

The ambiance is really awesome. The food is good. Waiting staff is polite. They serve awesome deserts. I had calamari fries, red sunset, green dragon, lettuce wrap and chicken breast with mashed potatoes and it was nice.

One of the fanciest restaurant in town! I love the ambiance, atmosphere and everything in it. Foods are excellent especially the desserts! Even when you are in diet, you can ask to substitute the pasta with voodles. The staffs are warm and based on my personal experience they still recognize you in the second visit. Appreciate it a lot!

Nice place for breakfast, coffee and desserts for meeting friends there are indoor and outdoor seatings and family section suitable for families and ladies.

One of the best places to taste the sweetness of their cakes, while sitting in an old fashionable style. Their shisha is also great especially that it can be smoked outside in this great weather.

First time visiting this mall and I felt very happy when surprisingly I saw a Shakespeare branch, as I love the sweets selection they have and promotions. Want to thanks Catherine for a wonderful service provided, she made me and my mother feel very welcomed and was accommodating, also she explained in details the sweets and helped us to make a right decision.

We have been a regular of Shakespeare’s at Baniyas for a year, but no more, ordered the shakshuka yesterday and it was just a ok, the eggs couldn’t be seen and was all mixed together, today my wife ordered a shakshuka for takeaway and the eggs weren’t cooked through, no bread and it looked like roadkill, no presentation or care was made in the cooking of this meal, she called to complain and was met with silence then he hung up.... very disappointing and our family will no longer use this outlet again.

This place never disappoints you❤️👌🏻. I usually go there for my post work out brunch and everything is tasty and made according to my request.The staff is very helpful and always attentive.I would say it is the best Restaurant in Bawabat Al Sharq Mall❤️🌹

They had a benign staff, that showed attentive behavior. The atmosphere of the place was serene, and the music playing in the background enhanced the atmosphere. Food came quite fast which was a plus, and it was hot and delicious!! Loved it!

I ordered chicken slider and the chicken was frozen like the one you would get from the supermarket! And it was Burned!<br/>I’m so disappointed what kind of restaurant serve a frozen chicken for 56 dirhams. <br/>The only good thing about it is the dessert and the decor.

I was tried there set dinner that cost you @ 162 AED presented very well.<br/><br/>I was asked fresh orange juice there given packed juices that only get disopaint me.

Club sandwich, wholewheat spaghetti and pepperoni pizza with chocolate Cappuccino and vanilla espresso. Excellent! Temperature was good, tables are clean, decor is the usual Shakespeare theme. I shall be back to this place!

I've been there today for the first time with my family. We had such a great breakfast! Nothing was overpriced and the service was amazing. Amazing location, stunning decoration, super cozy and lovely. We had two egg dishes and two sweets. Also, a hot chocolate and a chocolate cappuccino as the waiter suggested. Everything was tasty and the presentation for everything was good too. Definitely I'll come again!

Wow! An unexpected treat! Today's delight is even better by my brother Salam Lallu.<br/>He brought us this awesome cake from Shakespeare & Co.<br/>Even though I don't know what kinda of a strawberry cake it is ( as usual I only know to eat :-P).<br/>It appeared to be around 3/4 of strawberries and the remaining was just dressing with some blue berries too.<br/>Have to say that it's so fruity and reminiscent.<br/>The cake dominated my night.<br/>A delightful delicacy.

Ordered simple dish, penne arrabiata, and it took ages. I was the only one in the restaurant. Dish was tooo oily, in other branches is the taste different. Service was not very attentive.

The cakes are amazing. The best I had anywhere in the country. My personal favourite is the success chocolate. The salads and the mains are not to be missed

Food is great at Shakespeare and Co. As are the prices. I highly recommend the mozarella sticks and chicken satay for starters. The mango lassi is definitely something to try here. My favorite main is the Shakespeare Classic Chicken. The ambience definitely adds to the appeal of the restaurant.
