I really loved the Dhai Puri, Paneer Tikka and Royal Briyani
I really loved their street style Pani Puri and their Masala Chai. Their Indian Main course are really great too it's worth it and their sweets are just the best
I have visited Royal Rajasthan at the Hamdan Street and I really liked the experience of the street side Pani Puri and the way they served the chat items really reminded me of back home.
I visit this place just to have great chaat items. Visited couple of times and their Dahi Kachori is my favorite. The taste took me back to the gully shops in Chennai. 😋😋.
Other than the chaat delicacies, rest is the normal north Indian cuisine..
Good go to restaurant

We were shopping in home centre and home box when we got very hungry and was way last lunch time... well almost 4pm when we saw this place and it was still open! A cozy place with extremely polite waiter. The food arrived piping hot and fresh! We wiped clean every bit as it was tastiest simple meal I had in a long time! Definitely going to order home delivery more often when we feel like having vegetarian food!
Taste - 4/5 (Chaats and snacks)
I've only sat and eating here once, the alacarte is okay not that great, and the service is also fine. But,
When it comes it chat items, it's amazing. I've had so many pani please, sev puri, dahi Puri, etc. here and kachoris I can't remember.
Great place for chaat items in the city and that's that, I wouldn't recommend for ala carte but it's only my opinion.
A wonderful good old place for enticing great indian snacks. The pani puri is the original classic one from rajasthan, great taste and spice enriches the taste buds. The spicy puri water is amazing. Finally, the masala chai is wonderful and tasty. Amazing place.
Went there a few time to try gol gappa or so called pani puri which is special and some times veg north thali which was good and fresh. Service was good and thumbs up for such place.
Must visit place indian or pakistani veg lovers. Thumbs Up
Always best food specially dal bati and sev tamater bhaji, we always love to enjoy there fodd and service thank you.
Keep going on all the best
I am a fan of North Indian Veg Thaali's. And I have added this place to my favorites list for thaali's in Abu Dhabi. The hot puffed up rotis and the various curries and bajis that came along with the thaali was superb and lovely. Not one bit i left behind. I had asked for some sauted seeds removed green chillies and they served me well. The mango pickle, lassi and finally no space for dessert:)) A wonderful veg meal in a long time.. Will be back.
Average looking restaurant but the quality of the food is reAlly good. We are vegetarians so this option is convenient for us. Authentic tastes of NorthIndian dishes are well maintained. But except for the jilebi din like any other sweets. Other than that everything is good
This was my first place to order from Zomato. I love their chaats. The Bhel & Sev puri is what I always go for usual. But for my last order I thought of going for a change and I tried their samosa chaat. The chaat was not to the expectation what I had in my mind. The amount of curd poured into the chaat was excess which happened to ruin the chaat. They need to be always careful while pouring the curd into the chaat. It changes the original taste of the chaat. Their Mango lassi tastes really good.
Visited Royal Rajasthan once. Seems to be a decent place.
I had just Pani Puri once here and it was nice. Hygiene maintained and Staff used gloves while serving Pani Puri. Authentic Taste.
Found this to be a bit expensive as they charge 10 AED for just 8 Puris. Doesn't justify the cost. If it was cheaper, I would have visited it several times.
Came on time and delivered on time.
A basic but good place for Indian vegetarian food, visited last night fot typical Indian dinner.Ambience is very basic but food is good,we ordered Kadi Pakauda,Bhindi fry,dal fry with Tawa roti and plain rice, all items were good and worth the price, not too spicy.
Did not receive Gulab jamun
I asked for plates and spoons
but they didn't send it.. :(
Take away - Pani puri and Aloo Tikki Chaat with the works. Pani puri is our favorite in town but the Aloo Tikki chaat was amazing and a must try!
Good place for Indian north/south vegetarian food in Abudhabi. Taste is good but little bit over priced. The location is silent and easily reachable.
this restaurant is must try for people who love Rajasthani food kadi pakoda besan k gatte and dal bati taste is awesome it is lil costly but tastes same like rajsthan evening time panipuri and kachori also one can try
Love the daal bhaati, kadi and the Thalis are great... the staff is friendly, courteous and do suggest some nice dishes... the jalebi and gond ke laddus are fab ... will be back soon ...!!!
My husband wanted to have a quick dinner after our shopping spree in the area .. first i thought what’s with his choice .. pure veg restaurant.. that too one m not familiar with .. never heard of it ! But honestly it wasn’t so bad at all .. absolutely impressed with the staff .. quick and service with a smile .. place was also nice deco and clean ... food was tasty too bursting with Indian flavours !! We ordered dal fry, Punjabi dum aaloo, roti and vegetable corn soup !! Everything was delicious !!
My childhood was in jodhpur and to be frank it was not just food what I had there pure nostalgic. Kadi pakoda and royal rajasthan spl. sabji was out of this world.
Food was good, loved the rasmalai. Ordered mini thali and dal batti.. I tried this cuisine for the first time.. It was a pure veg. Which was a the most difficult for me has i am pure non veg. This cuisine was completely a different experience and very filling.. I enjoyed the food.. But ambience and wash area cleanliness needs a big improvement.. Restaurant can make the place a better experience.. Staff was good only ambience cleanliness was a turn off.. Still i have rated a 4 for the food

It's good for chat.. I like their pani puri.. Aalu tikki and ragda.. Samosas and in food dal batti churma is yum.. One of the good Veg restaurant in Abu dhabi.. For a change is good..
Went yesterday for early dinner.
Started with Awesome Shev Puri. Amazing chuttnies, huge Puris and tangy and tasty. Then ordered the Royal Thali. A combo of hot Chappatis, kadi, sabji, salad, raita, lassi, amazing Dal, pulao, Hyderabadi sabji. End with Milk cake burfi.
Points to improve:-
Menu was in a file printed in a black and white, should be presentable.
Papad was very soggy. Looked like we were served afternoon papads. Not fresh at all.
Love the food. But ambience is not good at all.
The table cloth doesn't match with the walls and the floor carpet. Walls are too tacky and loud.
Plastic chairs kills the feeling.
You guys need a huge makeover please.
Should play some background music.
Famous name in Abu dhabi restaurant industry, authentic rajasthani cuisine.
Good for casual family dinning.
Ambiance- 5/10
Cleanliness- 8/10
Taste- 7/10
Price- 6/10
Staff-6/10
Delivery- 6/10
Must try- NorthIndian thali, dal baati churma, bhel puri, pani puri, fresh sweets.
My first visit here left me craving for more, the place is always bit crowded as they serves the traditional Rajasthani food and the quality is good too!
Service (4/5): The staff is friendly and prompt!
Ambience (3/5): The place is bit confined & average but doesn't matter if you get the good food!
Food(4/5): Food is no doubt traditional and amazing, we ordered the Rajasthani thali which consisted gatte ki sabzi, rajasthani kadhi, daal fry, raita and roti.
Before this meal, we had panipuri there and I loved it! They serves the best panipuri in the town. Must try !
went out for a quick bite and luckily dropped by this place to try some panni purri and I couldnt deny how good the first bite is , very affordable staffs are nice and lively, the location is also good since its in the city centre
As usual excellent food delivered, all of us enjoyed it.
Ordered chat food for work today and everyone just loved the food. By far the best samosas, kachoris and paani puri in AUH.
So recommended chat items are:
Punjabi Samosa
Kachori
Mirchi Pakora
Royal Rajasthan has been on the top of our list whenever we craved for a veggie dinner. They have a number of options for vegetarians , the Gobi manchurian is something that we order everytime we visit the place. Well if you are not up for a full veg meal they also have great chaats and sweets for a quick bite. Well they did manage to catch the attention of a meat lover like myself in a country where you'll never run out of options for non-veg dishes so they gotta be doin something right.
The rating is for the chaat dishes. The chaat is delicious and made like the ones in India. The staff very generously accommodates all requests for additions and modifications to suit everyone's taste. I have tried many different chaats here and its always been good.
Good !
Weekly team lunch me to Royal Rajasthan which is quite famous for their authentic Rajasthani food.
We ordered
*Paprdi Chaat
*Ragda Samosa Chaat
*Jalebi
*Rabri
*Gajar ka Halwa
The chaats tasted similar. Needed something really strong to distinguish them.
The jalebi, Gajar Ka Halwa, Rabri were fantastic ! The Masala chai here is also pretty good !
Parking here is an issue on the weekends !
Ambience is just fine though a secluded section lacks air conditioning, which is sad.
Overall a thumbs up !
Superb taste, great place and fast service!! This has truly become one of my fav restaurants on Hamdan Street
PS: The masala dosa gets my mouth watering everytime I passby
This place was recomended by Sharan Dev ....Its one of the best place to have pani puri.....the spice level can be customized as per customer requirement...would definitly revisit this place😍😍😍
Ordered palak paneer and dal panchratna. The taste ws excellent and overall quality of the food was really good. Also tried paneer buji which was also excellent. Love the masala chai and especially when they prepare fresh in front if you. Chapati ws bit hard and I believe some improvements s needed. Overall worth a visit and shall recommend visitng ths restaurant.
They loved and would definitely return. We had great service and as always, the food was delicious
and fabulous. i will recommand to every one
The place serves the best daal baati I have had outside Rajasthan till date.
I love the chutney and daal specially.
Other things to try here are their Chaats, Rajasthani Thali and Sweets.
A little overpriced if you prefer good ambience but the taste of food served makes up for that.
Small and old restau in hamdan old souq area in abu dhabi city centre. Pani puri was good and their veg thali's are worth a try! Available all day too unlike others which only serves thali during lunch. Prices are also good. Would go back to explore other things on menu esp the chaat 😉
I only had pani puri from them while i was on the way to somewhere, and that pani puri was soo lit , it touched all my tastebuds . So amazing , so amazing it was ... this will be my only stop shop for my favorite pani puries
I would have rated this with 5.0, however the decor of this restaurant is not very eye appealing. Lightnings, the tables chairs everything seems out dated. It is difficult to find a parking near the restaurant.
However the food is amazing and they have good selection and good sense of north Indian food. The staff was helpful. Homemade style rotis are highly recommended. Try any paneer curry and you wont be disappointed.
Also we found this restaurant a bot overly priced. Though the food was great but you should nt pay high prices for this decor.
Still if you would like to taste nice north indian food. this is for you.
PS - Samosas and tea were nice too.
I have always tried their snacks section and I must say they have yumiest chats. So whenever I am craving for some pani puri, bhel puri or alu chaana chat. I go to this place. Parceled chaat serving is really big. Their pani puri is really good tasting. I would recommend them to make paani cold. So it would taste more fresh. Nice place for snacks. Sorry no picture to post. Always get too excited to eat. 😬
The best thing about this place is the chat corner. Their pani puri is by far the best I have ate in Abu Dhabi but not the same for the food.
I've always looked at this place as a chat corner and picked up samosas or bhel for takeaway. Never really went in as its not really appealing with its shabby front entrance door. But today i decided to go in with my wife n 2 year old kid. We ordered a sada dosa for the little one, my standard samosa chat and north Indian thali to share between 2 off us. First of all full marks to the Dosa - it beats many other south indian joints hands down(yes! we shared our little one's dosa). Secondly the thali , although simple with one Daal, chole, aalo sabji, chapati n rice -but absolutely delicious & soo generous with quantity that we struggled to finish it between 2 off us. Size of chapati's is massive. Samosa Chat was pretty ordinary i must say with lots of green chutney floating in it. Overall, I've changed my perception of this place from chat corner to a decent dinner joint.
Will come to try other thali's for sure.
We usually order food from here and only go there for chat items. The dining option is not that good but the food is very good. Being a Rajasthani I really liked the food from this place as you get a lot of options.
احب الباني بوري مالهم واييد طعمه يشبهه اللي فالهند وشوي سبايسي وسوري ع الصوره بس نسيت اصور قبل اكل 🤣♥️
طعم هندي صح، اطبوا من البيت
