This is by far the best place in Dubai to eat a healthy meal. They have the most amazing and tasty salads in town with a great variety of ingredients. Try their open faced omelet with spinach and potatos, the new kale salad for lunch and king fish for dinner. We bring all our guests to the baker&spice in the Marina and they keep on going back for more!
So delicious! Fresh food, loads of flavor, but missing a more variety of vegan options

Baker & Spice is a pioneer of the local-organic-fresh maxim in Dubai. It offers seasonal bounty of dishes, prepared in-house and has a country-style decor and is on a Dubai Fountain–facing terrace. The salad bar brims with inspired creations, the breakfasts are tops and the meat and fish dishes sustainable sourced.
Lovely, cozy place with a great selection of light meals. Try the baked stuff. Amazing! Quick service. Great to just get off your feet after shopping your heart out! I visited the one at Gold and Diamond park
We went to Baker & Spice on a day that I did a 60K bike run. So needless to say, hunger pangs were super duper peaking :) We ordered a portion of Turkish eggs and a portion of simple scrambled eggs. Along with that, I also ordered a B & S dates smoothie. She ordered a cappuccino and loved it too. The portions are sufficiently large, the quality is prime (most importantly) and the views are brilliant. It was summer so we couldn’t sit outside but we kept thinking what a brilliant setting it is for the good months in Dubai, sitting right next to the turquoise waters of the marina. However, what I would run back to B & S would be their homemade sausage. It isn’t cheap but it isn’t the most expensive too. Dubai has all classes of restaurants and it is not indicative of taste but cash. Taste wise, Baker & Spice is one of the best breakfast places in and around the marina and JLT areas. View wise, it’s hard to beat as well. Would easily go back!
Really good food, that feels homemade. Besides I can always feel the good quality of the products they use. A must try are all the breads and pastries. I especially love cereal bread and almond croissants. Salads at the display are always fresh and tastes amazing.

Being the only cafe on that side on the Marina, I would like to visit more often as I am frequently in the area but I find the prices very steep. Today’s lasagne looked amazing but the price for one portion made me opt out sadly.
I do enjoy the breakfast when I can justify the spend :)

A good place for a yummy casual outing although a bit overpriced. We went there for dinner and we shared few dishes that we really enjoyed with lovely sweets and coffee. Always a pleasure to go there. Their shakhshouka for breakfast is not to miss!

In love with their Roast Chicken and Soup du Jour! This is one of the cleanest food places I have been to in Dubai. Too bad their menu selection is not that big. But the stuff already on there is delicious. Save some room for dessert because they do have the winning fudgiest smoothest richest chocolatiest chocolate fudge cake on the planet 😀
Baker & Spice at the Dubai Marina is a perfect place to lounge over breakfast during the weekend. The healthy food and drinks will more than soothe you if you are tired from the previous day. I had a customised veggie salad (forgot the name) and avocado toast, loaded with seeds and nuts. They were delicious, and helped remove the guilt of ODing at the Cheesecake Factory the day before! The pomegranate juice was spot on! The only problem? The location, view and food fill you up so much that you'll feel lazy to leave :p At least that was the case for me, with the hot sun blazing outside.
Newby to Baker and Spice and I am suitably impressed. Clean and cool with a comfortable setting inside. I had the Oolong Tea with the home made gronola, yogurt and fruit whilst my wife had a flat white and almond croissant. Both were very good. The granola, yogurt and fruit was fresh, well balanced and just enough. The croissant was baked and loads of almond. Very nice. Well done.
Eat here a lot when i lived in london and thid one lives up to the london branch, if not better. The eggs and omelletes are always perfrct and the coffee is fresh and delicous.

Awesome place to dine in and chill, read a book or something... The food is great and the crew are friendly. The food is oresented very very well, I feel like my meal could cost up to a gold bar. The price is pretty much average around the Marina Area. I love the comfort this place has.

Love love love their salads. They have a couple of gluten free options too. Amazing coffee. Went to the souq al Bahar branch, so had a great view too.
Healthy and Organic. My kinda place. Baker and Spice always has the most amazing salads to choose from. The fish cakes with tartar sauce is so delicious! Selection of bread is always good. Great cakes and coffee too.
Oh and the pecan pie is to die for!

The grilled chicken quinoa pasta salad mixed with beetroot, chickpeas, tomatoes, spinach and olive oil is insane!
Their food is delicious all together. You can never go wrong with their croissants. The Almond chocolate croissant is to die for, in my personal opinion. The quality of the chocolate they use is absolutely delectable and I can never get enough of it. Their new selection of tea is delicious too, they have some organic options. The selection of salads they offer is always colourful, fresh and tasty. I could go on and on and on, but I guess you get the picture 😉

We didn't go there by choice, unfortunately all the other restaurants nearby have closed. If you don't live in the area, you might encounter a parking problem. The restaurant was busy, but the waiters very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We ordered the eggs Benedict, an omelette and a pain au raisin for my daughter. As drinks we had a cappuccino, a latte, a sparkling water and a red orange juice. They initially forgot the water, but this was served quickly after reminding. The food was delicious, my eggs Benedict were cooked to perfection. I couldn't have done it better! The sauce hollandaise was good, but I suspect a packet sauce and not the real thing. But hey, I could be wrong. They gratinated the sauce slightly, just perfect. My wife enjoyed the omelette and even my daughter finished her raisin bun. The coffees were good and the juice really freshly pressed. The bill took a while to come and it's not a cheap place, 190 AED inclusive tip, is a bit on the expensive site. But it is well worth it, considering the quality of food and drink.
Great place for breakfast! Fantastic English breakfast with baked beans with a real twist. The freshly baked muffins are delicious. Definitely worth a try.
We had a going away brunch there for a couple of ladies. The food was good. Service was good. Most of us got pick 4 salads. Some others got French toast and pancakes. Everything looked so yummy.
Great place for breakfast. Been many times and tried lots of dishes but my favorite is always the shakshouka. Lovely relaxed setting and service is always spot on!
Their granola is absolutely great, crunchy and full of flavour. They also have some nice cakes and a small salad bar which is a good option for lunch.
The green juice is awesome and taste crazy healthy. Crab cakes are average - they could taste more of crap but acceptable with crispy salad on the side. The counter salads are very tasteful as well as the bread. Cozy place and can for sure be recommended for lunch.
Perfection. One of my favorit always-go-to places on dubai..food is excellent very fresh and always served based on seasonal availability. The salads from the counter are delicious, avacodo salad from the starters section. For the mains ive tried linguini with prawn,kingfish, and red mullet. The king fish is divineeeee. Their juices are super fresh and the multicereal bread is amazinggggg. Must try olace in dubai mall

Never a disappointment, I can highly recommend Baker & Spice for the quality of their food, and their beautiful Marina & Dancing Fountain view locations.
I'd recommend that you indulge in the mascarpone & lemon curd Danish 👍 incredibly sweet & creamy with a beautiful zing from the lemon, it pairs beautifully with their artisan coffee.
The eggs are always cooked to perfection and deli counter of salads is just so Instagram-worthy!

When you are looking for yummy breakfast or healthy lunch or take away, baker and spice will not disappoint you with a choice. I am a regular client there and today wasn't an exception. Their marina brunch is one of my favorites. We can there for a late breakfast and our order was fried eggs, granola with yogurt and fresh fruits (excellent!) and pancakes. Service is always very friendly and quick, food is super tasty and looks delicious (worth taking a photo), interior is simple but casually comfortable. Everything I ever tasted at Baker and spice taste exceptionally good, but be prepared to pay a lot. I would say that's the only issue I have with this place. 75 AED for English breakfast is a rip off. Seriously, I just got back from UK where I never paid more than 6 pounds for eggs + sausage + becon + mushrooms + potatoes and coffee, no matter how posh restaurant was. When I think of it, English breakfast is not that sophisticated that you can't cook at home. So as much as I love their food I go there when I have no time for my own home healthy cooking. But location of all their outlets tells it all. Probably makes sense as there is a demand
Good clean food and if your lucky you can sit outside and enjoy the Marina view. Shakshouska, eggs benny and avocado on toast are some of my favourites. Service can be slightly iffy here.
Visited Baker and Spice on a Thursday night, the place was absolutely empty but the location is really nice by the water on the Promenade.
We skipped starters and went straight for the mains.
We tried:
*Chicken pie – this was delicious. The pastry was crisp and flaky and the filling was really creamy and well-seasoned.
*Linguine with wild prawns and mushrooms – another great dish! Very rich and creamy
Portions are really big so make sure you’re super hungry!
Will definitely visit again – their breakfast looks yummy too!
Really good coffee. Portions were bigger before along with the bread basket. The selection of salads is perfect for those who want a healthy meal and I like that they have pomegranate molasses on the table with olive oil
We came here often for breakfast in the weekend.
We tried several dish here all were pretty good:
- the french toast with caramelized apple and date syrup is quite nice.
- the blueberry pancake with compote, nice but a bit small
- their open omelette with ricotta and spinach, very nice.
like all the freshly bake cakes and pastries.
but overall this is our favorite place during the weekend when we want to eat some CRONUTs.
The place makes cronuts only during the weekend and they change flavors each time and they are really really gnummy!
What a great small place in the marina! Nice small outdoor space with fantastic view. I have only been there twice and I just had to order the same dish the second time ;) The home made chicken sausage with mashed potatoes was soooo good! - I'm really looking forward to go there for breakfast soon! Also the staff is friendly and make sure you have a nice evening! - It also add to the plus side that dogs are allowed ;)
PS. If the price wasn't so high (I must say it's a little too expensive compared to what you get), we would be coming here very often...
Ok so the bread and ingredients are supposed to be fresh. The setting is well lit and facing the water. Their coffee is great. However, their menu needs a lot of work. Apart from the very good burger, I have never been inspired enough to order something else.
They used to have a chocolate thousand crepe cake. No more. The dark chocolate and raspberry coulis cake? Plus maintenant. The crispy fried chicken tenders with its dip? No mas. Why fix what's not broken?!
UPDATE: forget about having coffee there, the most horrible you will have in Dubai. It's a shame since they have one of the best croissants that would go well with it.
I loved the concept. Simple, tasty food that changes daily. The ambiance was nice with no drama, just good food and service. I would recommend this place to you.

Baker & Spice recently launched their new seasonal menu and boy is it good; something to definitely look out for! We started of with uber fresh juices: pomegranate and blood orange.
They had this huge counter filled with bread, bread and more bread plus zaatar labneh. My favorites were the grape focaccia (the grapes are sourced from India) and the cherry tomato focaccia. My mom loved the feta cheese and onion bread (I thought it was a little strong) but it went well with the labneh, it's a first that we've had different favorites. We then moved on to their delicious range of salads, there were so many to choose from and all of them were incredible; heaps of favorites. Special mention to the quinoa sweet potato salad, greek salad and beetroot hummus. We also loved the oven baked cauliflower with tahina and the grilled eggplant.
While we were eating the kind people at Baker & Spice were also offering portions of their new and best selling dishes: green shaksuhka, beef lasagna, fries, meatballs and more! I really liked the beef lasagna whereas my mom loved the green shakshuka.
Moving on to dessert, the perfect end to this amazing meal, we tried the apple and strawberry tart which was light and fresh. Our personal favorite the white chocolate ganache 'cruffin' I'm still dreaming about this it's that good. We also tried the lemon curd 'cruffin' which had a zesty flavor but still great.
Although a bit pricey, it's quality and quantity speaks for itself, definitely recommended!
I dined as a guest of the restaurant, but as always my opinions remain unbiased.
When the weather is right this has to be one of the best breakfast spots in Dubai.
This part of the Marina has a great vibe and Baker & Spice is always guaranteed to be packed on the weekends in the mornings and rightly so. The Menu is full of excellent dishes and you certainly can't go wrong with the Homemade Sausages which are simply outstanding, along with the Eggs Benedict or if you're so inclined - the Full English Breakfast. If you're really excited the Blueberry pancakes are also worth a shot.
Overall the experience is laid back with out the pretension of more over hyped breakfast locales and the food above par in comparison, it's not cheap but it is cheerful. The coffee is some of the best around town, not quite as good as Tom & Serg but a close second and serves as a perfect compliment to ensure a morning buzz in a great setting.
Very pleasant experience. To sum the place up in few words: nice staff, nice food, decent coffee and all that reasonably priced...what more can you ask? The only negative I could really think of and to be honest this is really just so can write one down was a limited choice of water...apart from that highly recommend

Really good. I have loved everything I have tried here. It is a great place for lunch and brunch as well as a good place for dinner on a week night. I like how the different antipasto salads are always changing and they are always delicious! The baked goods and jams are scrumptious as well.
I LOVE this place. The food, especially the cakes and salad are stunning and the coffee is also good. It's a 5 min walk from my apartment so the location is great, right by the Marina. If I could afford it, I'd go every day!
Excellent organic delicious food. We tried the fresh orange, lemon and lime with mint juices which went down in 10 seconds. Followed by some fish and beef short ribs. Was a delicious 5 star meal in a quiet restaurant near the water, with fast friendly service.
It is a good place however overpriced! You are basically paying to sit by the Burj Kalifa.
The view was indeed magnificent and calming however the small portioned Caesar Salad was not worth AED75!
We also ordered the roast Chicken which was good. They say everything is "organic" but it's really not. Nothing is really organic it's just locally grown ingredients (including the chicken). I wouldn't mind paying AED 75 for a Chicken Salad if I knew the ingredients would be organic.
Now the question, would I go back - probably not. I had it once and that's enough for me. I rather try other restaurants in the area.

Quality of the food was excellent and they let us sit there for a long time without trying to hurry us away. They don't have fancy coffees, though they have a nice tea selection.

Good food & very good service. Ithin the enclosed Gold & Diamond Park they have an indoor seating area & an outside seating area . The complimentary bread basket has a bread made with beetroot..how unusual. Selection for non vegetarian food is more compared to vegetarian food but food is good & easier to make healthier choices here

A smaller version of this restaurant chain, right in the middle of the gold and diamond park. Has outside and indoor seating. Pretty good for breakfast as no worries with getting a table. Food is good quality just like the other locations.
