Made an order for delivery and wish I didn’t. First the food took forever and arrived cold even though I’m only 10 minutes away from the restaurant. We ordered the corn dogs and fly hotdog special, and to my surprise once I opened the box, the majority of the ingredients were all over the messy box and was not in the bun! Which I had to replace. Its very clear that the order was mishandled or maybe dropped and still given to me. Corn dog was the same story, sauce was all over its box and got stuck to the paper. Nothing worse than paying and eating cold food that you had to replace in the bun yourself! Definitely never again.

Amazing. Fresh. The most delicious burger patties and hotdogs I’ve ever had. Friendly staff. Aesthetically Beautiful restaurant. Highly recommend.

We went there and got the chili fly hot dog and Hawaiian fly hot dog. <br/><br/>Chili was pretty normal, not spicy and no special flavour. <br/>Hawaiian is good for people with open mind to try new flavors. It had a sweet taste in it but it said that there r mango pcs and pineapple mustard, but I ended up with pineapple pcs and no mango. This is a small restaurant located in Khalidiya. The ambience could be described as retro. We ordered one burning love which is a baked potato with Russian salad, sour cream and cheddar cheese sprinkled on top. We felt the dish should have been warmer so that the cheese on top would have melted. However, this was the only dish recommended by my friend that was the highlight of the day's lunch. I ordered a fly dog special. The taste of mustard was overwhelming and the sandwich was too spicy. The hot dogs here are all beef and the beef frank was juicy and succulent. However, we were not satisfied with the taste of the hot dogs.

with regards to food, its kinda usual burger and hotdog sandwiches which is bit expensive. servers are pleasant and attentive to your needs. place has a creative designs and ample of tables.

These guys never disappoint me. Hotdog or Burger, all good!! Hotdogs are so tasty and the little details really give that flavour the extra they need. Hotdog sauce is good, just like the burger ones. Burgers are well baked, not too much sauce ( a thing I'm always sceptic about)

It seems like an 80's period diner. Classic icons of music hanging on the brick walls. As we sat on the table, complimentary nuts are provided by a courteous staff. We opted for combo meals, mine is Philly Steak hotdog with Potato wedges. The hotdog is grilled, tasteful yeah but what i dislike it's not a whole hotdog, rather sliced into pieces. Everything falls out as i munch into the bread. Also had a Mushroom burger, size just right and meat is juicy. Nachos and Wedges are pop 👍🏼 to me, but not the Twister fries, it's salty and dry. A quick plan to have burgers I would recommend Fly hot dog. Firstly I am not a hot dog fan and was not interested to go. But the thought was changed when I saw their menus. Great burger and milkshake too. In fact their their breads and buns which is fantastic. Quite place but great burger joint. Must go....

The waiter advised that the king Elvis burger is the best you offer but I found nothing special in it. Actually it has so many ingredients which comes off as over doing it. The burger had a strong taste of meat not in a good or enjoyable way <br/>

The best point of this restaurant is that it opens until 03:00 a.m! Which is not so common in AD. The service was pretty good, the food was less than expected, although the finishing and the presentation of the sandwich was so good, the stuff inside the sandwich was tasty, but the surprise was that the hotdog itself was not tasty at all!! Which is the whole story.. Plus we order the burger well done but we got something less.. My suggestion is that they should be more careful about the quality of the main items first, because everything else is good.

Being a foodie and writing reviews to boot is not easy when you tend to be cautious about trying new restaurants. That being said in a bout of braveness I went in to Fly Hotdog / Burger. Being a burger lover and reading some of the reviews I decided to try the Hawaiian Burger. Opening the menu I found the prices a bit steep, later finding out I had to pay extra for fries and a drink was a bit of a shock considering that burger was AED 50. I'm really not one to complain about the cost of food but do expect to get some sort of value for money considering the ambiance and service of course. <br/>This was a bit of a let down however. Don't get me wrong, the burger was tasty and fresh, however it was not value for money. The fries were your normal ones, nothing special that would make you pay extra for them. The place needed a little maintenance and I hope the staff can be a little friendlier. Polite goes a long way but polite with a smile goes even further!! <br/>In closing, I had an ok but expensive lunch which has increased my skepticism of trying new restaurants.

I have tried their flying burger which is Beef. The burger was one of the best burger i had in Abu Dhabi. This is the only burger which has satisfied my taste buds after trying so many newly opened burger chains all over the UAE but nothing can match Flying burger taste. It costs 38 dirhams which is alot for a burger but they deserve it. So my second visit to this place was not as good as it was in the first visit. The burger was very oil and the beef was not fresh.

Found this place on Abu-dhabi weakly and decide to go and try it out. We ordered 3 different hot-dog with fries and onion rings. I found them very good and tasty. Haven't had such good onion rings in a while! Best hot-dog so far here in Abu-Dhabi! Staff is friendly, family friendly environment. The only down side is lacking of parking space. We will defenitely be coming back on hotdogs craving days!!!!

It may make a mess but it’s worth the mess.<br/><br/> <br/><br/>Raspberry Cheesecake-it may not be one of the best cheesecakes I have ever eaten but it is a great dessert with whip cream placed on the side and dressed in strawberry sauce. Real good joint for hot dog lovers!! Stuffed hot dog sandwich that makes u want to open ur mouth real wide open! 😛 They serve peanuts for appetizer which is fun to have over a chit chat with friends. Mashed potato is also worth a try. Delivery of food took some time. But overall a good eat out.

Wife and I tried the honey mustard fly git dog, baked potato and fly burger.<br/>The hit dog toppings were mixed up by the staff and we didn't like it very much. But the baked potato with Russian salad was amazing, the burger was exquisite. The environment seemed a bit too bright but was a fresh difference from the majority of the fast food joints.<br/>Staff were polite and accommodating, service was pretty slow though, not sure if it was the order or the weekend crowd though.<br/>Good experience overall, been there a few times since, will definitely go back.

Went on foot so parking was never really an issue but extremely glad the place wasn't crowded even on a Friday. There aren't many hotdog places in Abu Dhabi which makes this place a bit special to try. Ordered the chili cheese fries with a chili fly dog combo and King Elvis Burger. The chili of this joint is pure heavenly bliss. Burger and hotdog are both cooked to perfection and both items are exceptionally well. Staff vibes are great yet the place is a bit smaller for a usual fast food joint. Recommended highly for food connoisseurs.

So I ordered a delivery from fly hotdog the food came early the burger tasted great although the lemon and mint tasted like lemon and water and the cheesecake was alright the service was great and the staff are very kind I recommend this place

Passed by this place and took a menu from the guy standing outside. We decided to go here after looking at their menu and were seated by our kind waitor and given groundnuts to have while we decided what to order.<br/><br/>I ordered the special chilli burger with a cookies and cream milkshake instead of coke. I asked for wedges instead of fries which they were happily able to substitute. My friends ordered the special fly hotdog and the chilli fly hotdog. <br/><br/>The meal took around 15-20 minutes to arrive to our table. Piping hot but served in a weird plate which made it a lil hard to eat considering it was kind of a bowl but not really a bowl? Anyway the burger was delicious, and the wedges were so yum. The milkshake was reallyyyy good too. I loved the whole meal and would definitely be going back to try more things on the menu.

I had normal burger with chili fries. The size of both were generous but notthing special. Prices are sooo high and they told me to make my order up to 100 at least so that they deliver it. I wish i didnt call them.

I saw this place on my feedback and decided to give it a try .a small diner with white and red venue and Elvis pictures all over the place :) first they serve u salted peanut in a small bucket something to curb ur appetite which is a great idea .we asked the waiter about their best selling items from the menu ,the waiter he was friendly and helpful.we ordered special fly hotdog ,chili cheese fries and Elvis burger . It took a while thank god for the peanuts :) the chili sauce tasted perfect and the potato fresh with white and yellow cheese . A good trendy fast food joint. The decor looks like one of those American rode side cafes we see on the TVs with a good atmosphere. The food is good. The only misgiving is that they only have a small menu.

After you leave the restaurant all your clothes will smell after after bad burned oil. <br/> <br/>This was the place we used to like, however it seems we will not come back for sure. <br/><br/>It seems they don't have enough staff , since they are running for take away orders .It seems the management changed. <br/><br/>After all this if you are still into a hotdog and cant find anywhere in the city , you may consider to come here.

A good place for hotdog fans. I've never sat in as parking here is a NIGHTMARE! There's a guy waiting outside and he takes your order and you take your car for a whole round and pick it up. I've tried out the chilli fly hotdog and chopped fly hotdog.<br/>The chili fly hotdog is something like chilli corn carne ... loads of minced meat, cheese and sausage in a roll. The chopped fly hotdog is chopped sausage with all the pickles, onions, cheese etc minus the bread. It is supposedly considered to be a "light" meal. In reality, nothing with cheese is light. But it sure is tasty! These two were around Dhs 25 each which is pretty neat.<br/>Looking forward to try out their burgers.

It's a place with a fun presentation and funky packaging of meals. The food is amazing for a quick meal!<br/>When you go there just keep in mind to try The fly burger as it is really delicious!

Just tried their burger from a colleague who ordered it to the office. A teeny tiny but Nicee burger and the crust on the burger is very good. Definitely going to try the rest. <br/>Update: i ordered delivery thru zomato and got one of my hotdogs wrong. I called the manager and he sent me another one for free. Now the regular fly hotdog was not bad but the sauces top were a bit too much. The special was nice but also i have a problem with all the sauces that they put on top. I also wished if the hotdogs were a bit more flavorful. But all in all it was a good sandwich but i liked tbeir burgers more.

We wanted to try something new, i read the reviews on zomato for the place, and decided to give it a shot. We ordered the fly hot dog <br/>and the fly burger combo. The packaging is very nice and funky. Great food, the burger was juicy and flavored nicely and the hot dog was the best i had so far in AD.<br/><br/>Highly recommended.

I was passing by after work. I though of having some burgers to go. I asked them if they got some sliders and luckly they do have. Love the packing and when i try the mini beef burgers, I was really impressed. So fresh and tasty. One of the best mini burgers in AD.

I'm not really happy about the food quality here in AD but i like the restaurants in this street , anyways heir hot dog is so good ! Even when it is cold it taste so good !

Nothing great at All.The bun/bread is so blant.The salad was intresting with hot dog sliced and mixed along .The qty is surely decent enough .The hot dog is nothing special .Flavours are less ,hope they improve .surely not worth the money .

I think its the best Hotdog in town. I think they also serve the best chilli in town. True American Style. <br/><br/>The Elvis burger is filling and and the veggies in the burger are grilled to perfection.<br/><br/>They have a mini burger or a mini Hotdog meal which is ideal during lunch breaks with a friend. Pay AED 3 more and they can convert the mini burger into a mini Elvis burger. (The regular burgers are bland) <br/><br/>The dine in experience with friends will be a lot of fun.

Once seated you are greeted with a bucket of groundnuts to munch on which I thought was a nice, different touch. And another bucket for your shells. The restaurant was empty as is on most occasions whenever I've passed Fly Hotdog. However, it was always on my must-try list. Service was relatively quick as we were the only ones there. Their Chili Hotdog was just okay but the winner is their FLY HOTDOG. Definite must-try. The glass bottle Cokes are my personal favourite as their guaranteed to be fizz-full :D which isn't always the case with the paper cups.All in all, I recommend you give this restaurant a try. You'll most likely go back again. :)

Ordered home delivery. Delivery was quick and food was still warm. Had fly hotdog, Chillie fly hotdog n Chillie fries. Fly hotdog was the best. For obvious reasons Chillie hotdog n fries tasted the same. Bread was soft, tasted fresh. Would recommend for a quick bite.

Their hot dog sandwiches are tasty, staff are friendly and also their place is clean and neat, however, their prices are very high for the product they sell.

I really still don't understand the reason behind all of these highly positive feedbacks for this restaurant!! I'm not saying that I didn't enjoy "THE" hotdog sandwich, but I kinda find an overestimating of regular hotdogs with all types of topping u may add.<br/>If we start by the hotdog itself... it's good brand, u can find it in the supermarket..<br/>The bread, is less than good, the better quality one u can find it in the supermarket..<br/>The French fries, it's the same regular one sold in the supermarket..!!<br/>Even the Coke is small bottle sold in the supermarket..<br/>Overall, I wasn't comfortably eating while all the toppings were dripping off all over my hand.. The sandwich is just regular american hotdog and doesn't deserve that all bragging, I just don't see value for it's cost of AED 35<br/>Having said that, I'm willing to try the burger next time.. I loved their service although I did not give a higher rating because they have very few choices in the menu to choose from. I was supposed to order their chili hotdog but he waiter was kind enough to give me a try for their chili first. according to him it would taste a bit arabic, maybe I would not like it, so before I order he made me taste-test it. And true enough I did not like it. But that was really kind. Anyway for all you hotdog lovers out there, this one would be a good place for you.

I tried the Chicken Fillet burger. Chicken was grilled nice and well. Only thing I did not like was the amount of tomato sauce in the sandwich in addition to the tomato slices added in the sandwich itself. Not a big fan of tomato so that put me off.

I was flying pass (as always), by this place called Fly Hot Dog 🐶, and thought why not a fight diner...<br/>So, when I entered there were nobody inside, and started wondering how this place was operating as there were no doors anywhere, beside the front door of course, so after 5 very longues minutes, some one knocked on the window, so I turned around and someone asking me what I wanted !!! It was obvious that I wanted to play tennis in this tiny outlet, with no menu, no staff and selling only DELICIOUS 😋 HOT DOG 🐶... <br/>Actually, the place is operating by the staff next door, with Sharwarma street uniforms !!!<br/>The guy who cooked my meal, was very nice and pleasant and made up for the lost time...<br/>To the Owner : Get a menu, some staff in different uniforms and change your outside sign to a neon lighted one, as it is very difficult to find you in the Dark...<br/>As always Flat Eric...😃

It was worth the try to be honest, the hotdog was mouthwatering! I just wanted to try it after eating a shawarma, but man those hotdogs were amazing! <br/><br/>Definitely going to eat from again.

Came here with a pal from NYC and we were both very impressed. The Retro dinner look works well in ghosts part of town, looking into the street rather into a boutique mall. I thoroughly enjoyed the chillie dog, it ruined my diet though. I have no complaints, just wish it was calorie free 😊

This shop is missing the unfff in its menu. I mean we tried it and everything and i cannot say anything wrong about their food. But regardless that there staff need to be more trained. It's just another burger and hot dog shop that misses that touch of soul. @ uaefoodlovers

Im not sure if there are any other places that specialize in hotdogs but this place serves a mean chilli dog. Tastey, spicy chilli with a slow burn atop a good quality dog sandwiched in a good quality bun. Yum<br/><br/>This time I decided to try the elvis burger. Whilst being visually stunning, it wasnt very tastey and a little all over the place. The toppings did not compliment the burger, the meat itself tasted average and everything seemed underseasoned from the meat despite flowing with juices after my first bite and the vegetables that tasted tart(unripe) and not sweet (especially the peppers). Also the chillies were jalapenos (i expected green) but they grilled them dissipating any heat or flavour they had amd the cheese was lost in the midst of all this. Not sure what they thought they were thinking or aiming for when they came up with this one, Id rather burger king or Max Burger.<br/><br/>Verdict. Fly Hot Dog is awesome! I had the cheeseburger, which is among my favorites in AD. The American 1950's diner concept is pulled off just right, with just the right amount of cheesiness. I loved the unshelled peanuts that were provided to snack on while I waited for my meal. It's a great place that's hidden back between some of the buildings in the Khalidyah neighborhood. Definitely worth a try! I'll have to go back and try the hot dog, but I'm expecting similar awesomeness.

Very good ambience with an open kitchen. Limited selections from burgers and hotdogs but the chicken burger was one of the best burgers i've ever had. Fresh, perfectly cooked burger. The bun is so soft. While you wait for the food they serve a bucket of peanuts too . overall a great place .

There was a lot of hype about this place and we decided to drop by for dinner after work. The burger Elvis was much talked about so we ordered that and the flying hot dog or something. Hot dog was good but the burger was disappointing. It was a biggg burger with no taste. Might as well just go back to Shake Shack.

Maybe the location of the place makes it a little harder to park next to it, but I was lucky on the day and parked at the spot. Walking in, all tables outside were taken, but as we sat inside, the people left and we took their place. The restaurant is in a place that makes you feel like you're not in Abu Dhabi anymore. You're in a European country.. As our waiter took our orders, he thought we ordered 3 meals instead of 2, as the meals came, he happily returned it and apologised for the mistake. I had the Elvis Burger. It was amongst the best burgers I've ever had (I've had many). The juicyness was there, the taste was there, the meat was thick, the bun was fresh. Everything fits. <br/>My girlfriend had the Chilli Hot Dog, that was a perfect meal too. The Chilli was amazing, and the hotdog tasted lovely. We ordered Chilli Cheese Fries on the side and they were very tasty as well, they put the right amount of cheese and right amount of fries! <br/>Last but not lease, their Float! They had a Coke + Vanilla Ice Cream float which tasted amazing. I am a sucker for floats, but I haven't had a float this good since Ruby Tuesday closed down!! We also asked the waiter if we bring our own Sodas, would they make them into floats and he agreed. Which is very accommodating, most restaurants refuse such things but they didn't seem to mind. <br/>The bill came and I just laughed and wanted to hug the dude. All this for 115 Dhs. Sounds like a great bargain for me!

These guys claim to use only the best and fresh ingredients for their dishes....hmmmm.. Well.. I think I must agree with these guys.. My fries and hot dog certainly tasted fresh. I must admit that I didn't expect the hotdogs to be really as good as it tasted. As I entered, the staff greeted me really warmly and served me peanuts as I sat down. But as soon as I placed my order, I got up from my seat and walked upto the counter where my hotdog was being prepared. I ordered a plain hotdog with fries for myself and so did my colleague. It was incredible. It tasted like heaven in my mouth. <br/>My overall experience was excellent and the staff, especially the guy behind the counter; were really friendly. Best way to describe the ambience of this place is a simple reference to the comic book Archie, the interior looked like pop Tate's bar in the comic where the teenager used to hang out.

Finally a Hotdog joint in the Capital city. Just passed by and found this striking restaurant and decided to check it out.<br/>The interiors were amazing. Very Americano.<br/>Quickly flipped my phone ran thru zomato and found some reviews abt it, n decided what to order. <br/>We called for their signature dish 'fly hotdog' and ' burning love - baked potatoes,. While our food were getting prepared they gave us whole some peanuts to crack and munch. That was very new to us.!! Food arrived.. Hotdog was good, well grilled and garnished. The baked potatoe was huge,very tasty and satisfying. Overall good experience. Will return sometime.

I have been looking for a hotdog joint for a while now, and it struck me when I saw fly hotdog. The decorations were really awesome, very American and actually it gives you the curiosity to go in, and that's what we did.<br/><br/>It might be a bit pricy for a hotdog joint but I really enjoyed the very friendly staff, the lighting of the place, the jukebox and of course their food. The hotdog is actually juicy and their chilly sauce is done well.<br/><br/>If you are a hotdog fan such as myself, try their fly hotdog signature dish, you can never go wrong with that! An awesome hangout with great atmosphere and delicious food :)

This review is just based on a single burger that we tried at this place, the chilly beef burger. The place was so appealing from outside with open kitchen and the ambience that we thought of trying a burger. While sitting waiting for our burger we could see the chefs in action. Frankly speaking, all burgers looked yum and filled with so many items including herbs. Sadly for us ours was not as expected. It was a big let down. There Wer no much sauces or flavors, neither onion,tomatoes or Anything much exciting.. disappointed, but wud try some other burger next time to see how it tastes.

I've lost myself waiting for a meeting and I saw few restaurants . I was attracted to this one because of interior and exterior design and first of all it was crowded. I asked them for recommendation because I'm first time there. They offer me a "Fly Hotdog" and "King Elvis Burger". Because I was hungry my decision was to go for a burger and it was AWESOME!!! Best burger ever!!! Now I'm disappointed because I didn't try Fly Hotdog which means that I have to come back :-) For sure I'll put this place to my favorite destinations when I'm up for quick bite. I hope they will open their branch in Dubai also. I wish them good luck with their business.

So I just stumbled upon this place while parking in Khaladyia and loved the look of the outside. The inside is American diner style with some countertop seats and a few tables. The menu is fairly brief with a few hotdogs, hamburgers, sides, and shakes. <br/>Let me say I was extremely surprised at how good the hamburger I ordered was. I ordered the oldest burger which was two patties top with peppers, onions, jalapenos, lettuce, and tomato. All of the ingredients were cooked on the flattop griddle adding a nice carmalized flavor. The burger patty was key to making this meal delicious. Fly Hot Dog did not try to reinvent the wheel and the hamburger was just quality Angus beef with salt and pepper, no fillers or additives. <br/>I will be finding this place again to sample more. The courteous and quick staff also made the experience one of the best diner style meals I've eaten in Abu Dhabi.

Was walking around in Khalidiya and came across this cute little place looking just like an American Diner transported to AUH.This was lunchtime but surprisingly no noisy diners inside, was a bit surprised by this.Friendly wait staff soon had me checking out the menu and came up with a small pail of peanuts to gnaw on while they worked on my order.This was just a sampler visit so I had their Chili Fly Hotdog. It came in a well put together box nicely packed and tasted really good, great chili and good quality bun along with the sausage.Will be over soon to try the rest of the menu. So far great experience.
