عندهم احسن كنافة نابلسية خشنة في الامارات ، جبنة الكنافة مميزة جداً و من نوع عالي الجودة . شيش طاووق و لا أروع . الخدمة للامانة كأنك في الشيراتون ، الستاف دايماً حواليك و عينهم عليك ما بتتغلب في اشي بس انت اشّر و هم بيخدموك بكل اهتمام . المكان نظيف و مكون من طابقين بس ما عندهم مصعد للزباين الي ما بيقدروا يستخدموا الدرج بس عندهم طاولات حلوة في الطابق الارضي. المواقف متوفرة في اغلب الاوقات . و صار عندهم تطبيق خاص فيهم اسمه Sajway . The best Konafa with cheese in UAE. The best sandwiches ever in Abu Dhabi. Excellent service and hospitality. Excellent atmosphere. The restaurant consists 2 floors ( no elevator). Clean and unique tables. 5 stars service. Car parkings available. They have their own app for iOS and Android.

I tried their Shish Tawooq Naaem and it was absolutely yum.Love the flavors of this one .<br/>The best part about this naaem was the freshly prepared bread in which everything was wrapper ,it was super soft ,warm and simply melting in the mouth.<br/><br/>The wrap consisted of shish tawooq mince spread on the bread .For the stuffing there was fresh french fries and garlic paste inside .Everything went together very well.<br/><br/>There is always an option to customize the dip to hummus paste as well which is great too. The takeaway was delivered before the promised time which was excellent .The naaem was divided into 4 small parts for easy handling of the wrap and it was convenient to eat too.<br/><br/>It was so yum that one wasn’t filling enough for a good lunch for me personally.

At lunch time, this place supposed to be fabulous. I tried two times for dinner, and two times, the mixed grill was completely overcooked even the second time I told them the first time was and they ask if I like medium for the lamb and I said yes... I know chicken has to be safe and well done but not triple dead... I will give it a shot in lunchtime as everyone tells me it's amazing.... Was really looking forward for a great meal...

This is second time half dish is delivered. Picture at Zomato shows different picture whereas dish delivered is only 4 slices saj bread. Is it fair?

After a confirmation call from the restaurant receptionist who confirmed the time of food arrival at 06:00, I started a sequence of phone calls back and forth trying to find out the status of the delivery driver. Time matters to me as I am a front line nurse who work in a covid unit, and I was late on my shift because of the delay in the delivery. The food arrived at 6:55, I got late on my job and received a warning. Sorry for the extended details but I am so frustrated as I like this restaurant and I am concerned about it’s reputation.

I ordered shish tawook sandwiches, i ended up having fries sandwiches with little pieces of shish tawook. This has happened for the second time now. Before, the sandwich was full of chicken and now all you find in it is fries and sauce. Please fix this as your restaurant was one of the best.

A mixed grill dinner a perfect way to finish the working week. the delivery was 30 minutes early. The meats were tender and serving size big I couldn’t finish the saj or the chips. Will try their other dishes next time.

I order regularly from here. Excellent quality food at a decebt price. Dining inside the restaurant is even better. Falafel and chicken taouk is a very good. Greek salad is fresh and they give generous portions of feta cheese. The owner is very welcoming whenever I visit.

I am working in a construction site in Saadiyat Island and no one would think that a food delivery can enter our workplace. But only Sajway (Tourist Club) can do. <br/><br/>I have been working in Saadiyat for almost 2 years now and have been ordering food from Sajway several times. Today is not an extraordinary day for me but I feel guilty due to my busy days I wasn’t able to pay good words to Sajway. <br/><br/>Better than expected, Sajway is always on my top list when we talk about chicken shawarma (Taouk). Always fresh, hot, juicy and pleasantly pack. The fattoush is delivered fresh same with the caesar salad. I haven’t tried Taboule but my colleague always order it from them too. And seems they love it. <br/><br/>Sajway is our favorite at site. Thanks to their staff who always prepare the good food and to their delivery guys who always on the go to send our food. More power to Sajway!!! 👏👏👏

I recall a conversation with an Emirati colleague a while back that the best Arab food is Lebanese.  I admit, my experience with anything close to Arab food are kebabs and hummus (yes, I know there are various ways to spell hummus - humous, hommos, homus, etc. - but I'm going with the spellcheck way for this review).  So in the interest of retaining my self-proclaimed "globe-trotting foodie" status, I went with Sajway restaurant after trying out Nasr Grill.<br/><br/>Ambience:  Unfortunately, I did not step foot into the restaurant, as I called in for delivery.  However, looking at the photos of the place in other reviews, it looks to be a clean, well-kept establishment.<br/><br/>Service:  I ordered delivery, so I can't give an in-restaurant review.  However, I was impressed by the fact that the restaurant gave me a courtesy phone call to let me know that the order will take about an hour due to salah.  Fortunately, I've been in the UAE long enough to know that salah means prayer in Arabic, and that some restaurants have a pause in service to observe this Islamic practice.  It is what it is, but I'm glad that they at least gave me a courtesy call to manage expectations.<br/><br/>Food:  I can see why my Emirati co-worker claimed that Lebanese food is the best Arab cuisine!  I ordered the Kabab Istanboule and Hommos Beyrouty.  Word to the wise: there is enough food in the Kebab Istanboule order to feed two (perhaps more) people!  I was very satisfied with the portions and more impressed by the flavor of the food.  The meat was nicely seasoned and well-balanced by the accompaniment of herbs and spices.  Speaking of which, the garlic sauce it came with is a must-have with the meal!  I found myself alternating between dipping my pita bread in the savoury Hommos Beyrouty and the garlicky cream sauce.  Every so often, I'll "reset" my palate by eating the pickled vegetables that also comes with the meal.  There was so much subtle flavor in the food that I found myself all over the place sampling the variety on my dining table!<br/><br/> Delivery:  No real complaints here, as the restaurant did call ahead to let me know about the hour delay.  The deliveryman was courteous and, given the hour-long delay, was actually pretty fast!    <br/><br/>Price:  For the amount of food, I could definitely stomach the price tag (no pun intended)!  For a feast that can feed more than two people, I spent AED 81.90 (to include the new VAT) which is roughly $22 USD.  Pretty good value, if you ask me!<br/><br/>In summary, I will definitely be ordering from this place again!  As mentioned before, I did get a preview of Lebanese food with Nasr Grill, but I went conservatively with just hummus and kebabs.  Now that I have a better idea of what to expect, I'll be more adventurous with Arab cuisine.

I ordered from then 3days ago the following dishes and what are my ratings:<br/><br/>- Zaatar with cheese: 4/5<br/>It was served in a saj brown bread but the only thing I wasn't satisfy about it that it was oily. <br/><br/>- potato extra: 3/5<br/>It was good. I ordered it in a white saj bread. Usually when I order from other resto, the filling is just mayo & French fries in a saj but this place has a twist. Instead of mayo, they added coleslaw with small and thin slice of pickles. It's good but the coleslaw was overloaded.

We keep coming back for their Shish Taouk sandwiches because they're to die for! Their kebabs are also not bad, as well as the spinach and cheese manakeesh.

They have good daily dish options. I have tried dinning in and order everything was ok. My score is based on my opinion that the logo of the restaurant says Lebanese food and the food is not fone Lebanese way and when i mentioned the issue to the resturant owner she replied we make Palestinian food which i dont mind but why would they mentioned Lebanese food on there box and logo. Worth the try specially there daily dish menu.

I know Sajway one year ago and from that moment is the only Lebanese restaurant for me in Abu Dhabi. I really love it. The staff is very nice and the place so kind. But the food? WOW! Very tasty and price is more than ok! But the bet part is on Friday when there is Mansaf! I'm totally in love ❤

Todays experience frankly speaking without exaggerating exceeded my expectations. Not once but twice. <br/>I ordered at work in the afternoon a dish that is not in todays menu. I got a call tellimg me that its not in today menu. 1 minites later I got another call telling that they will prepare it for me despite its not in todays menu.<br/>The other experience was in the evening when I ordered 2 dishes and they were finished. Yet they called the other branch to check if they have my order. <br/>Surprisingly and gladly they did and they were both tasty ans delicilious. <br/>Thumbs up 😊😊

My increasing love for Lebanese food has brought me to Sajway. <br/>This outlet has good ambiance, good sitting arrangement. <br/>We ordered Hummus, Falafel, Fateh &egg cheese.<br/><br/>All dishes were really delicious. Want to speak on Fateh, as tried it for first time. It is a dish in form of curry and tasted good. The mix of fried bread with chic peas and yogurt was amazing.<br/><br/>They serve small and hot khaboos with the servings. <br/><br/>The place is inexpensive and has got wide menu. If I could give this place a minus rating, I would - based on today's experience.  I ordered what sounded like a very simple order of two Sajway mixed grills, and it stated on Zomato it would take 45 minutes. Over an hour later, with no sign or change in the status to 'on it's way' on Zomato, I called the restaurant up - but this proved frustrating (to say the least) and ultimately pointless. <br/><br/>I spoke to three different people, who were useless, and who couldn't even seem to understand things properly. After explaining the situation and my discontent several times, I was then told my food was going to be with me in 5-10 minutes. 20 minutes later (1.5 hours after I ordered), the food arrived - cold and disappointing.<br/><br/>Calling Zomato was little help as well - no refund was issued, and the customer service left a lot to be desired. <br/><br/>All in all, not a happy customer - and definitely won't be ordering from here again.

Ordered a chicken fajita sandwich from here with fries and pepsi. It took a while to get delivered (1.5 hours). <br/><br/>The food arrived warm however, and the packaging was decent but some tissue would have been appreciated. The sandwich was cut up into 4 pieces. The peppers and the cheese gave it flavor in what was an overall healthy meal which was quite filling and not too expensive. <br/><br/>So would I eat it again? Verdict: Yes

Super bad service. First time experience was Sajway delivered to the wrong address without calling the customer herself to confirm the order; second one they deliver it after almost 2hrs as the store's staff excused was he just saw the order online when he opened the ipad after charging. How is it possible if I have received the confirmation "on the spo" that my order has been confirmed and the payment has been deducted to my card already? This is really disgusting.

The sandwiches were great. Just the delivery was late. But all in all everything was good. The eggs and cheese were excellent and the nutella and banana seemed to lack something but it was okay.

The Lahme Bajien saj was perfect however the kawarma saj with cheese was very oily and the meat wasn't fresh. I can't believe last time when I ordered, the guy named Zakariya haven't charged me the delivery charge of AED 3 however this time they did by another cashier called RAED after having my location closer to a storey building from Sajway restaurant. That's insane. Is this how you treat a regular customer. It just makes you feel that your customer is useless. I don't think I should order anything from this place anymore. I didn't want to escalate these far however you have treated me to go this far. It's not about the AED 3 I'm talking about but a customer service quality you are treating to your customer. The food here is good. We've had the cheese fatayers that are super cheesy and yummy. And the shish tawook which comes with hummus, fries, pickles and bread. However, the grills are not good value for money because the portion size is too small compared to other restaurants in the same area offering more grilled meat for lesser value.

One of the good Lebanese resturants. I usually prefer the shish tawok sandwich with saj bread, inside there is a grilled chicken pieces, potato and garlic. Its really delicious.<br/><br/>The fatoosh salad is good as well.<br/><br/>They have a DAILY dishes, its a pre scheduled main dishes every day in the week.. you can see in photos one of the daily dishes meal. Its a Beef Straganove.. i didnt find it good its a little bit sour. <br/><br/>In general. Sajway is always an option for me either in home or delivery to work office.

I am never ordering here again. Horrible service and very rude staff and they made me pay for something they didn't deliver. I had ordered 12 sandwiches for me and my colleagues at work. They delivered only 10 and when I asked the operator he told me that he checked and it was 12 before the order left and that I should check again because they have cameras (wth??), otherwise he would send someone to check the order at my office!!!! I told him we are like 8 people looking at the order now and there are indeed 10 sandwiches... And still he insists that I should count again and he started arguing with me and raising his voice...The audacity to imply that I am lying, worse yet that 8 people don't know how to count and to come up with this BS is just mind-blowing. Instead of apologizing and winning me and my colleagues as customers he just lost all of us. Shame...

Had previously read a lot of reviews about their poor service and late delivery, so was very circumspect whilst ordering lunch today; however surprise - surprise, not only was the good served on time, they were well packed and very yummy too! I'm definitely going to try my luck again.

The worst service in the entire Abu Dhabi, Guys,please don't order online because the guys working behind the desk are dump and they don't know how to operate. They will say sorry when you call them asking for your order because they are not even placing order to the chef, whoever owns this business is unbelievably losing opportunity and also naive to hire lot of managers who are useless. I ordered at 11:45am and when I called at 1:45pm for my order the answer from the manager behind the desk is "sorry 2 more mins and wait' and later he came to know he didn't even place the order and asked me another 25 mins to deliver the order. Can you imagine ? So if you guys are hungry and wanted food urgent please don't order from this place because they will make you starving for minimum 2 hours. And this is not going to change in future as well coz the people working in operation side is stupid and they don't care for business. They are just workers who have no passion in business. First of all, the food taste good, we usually order a decent amount of sandwiches for our office lunch but every time they mess up. They arrive late, they say 45 minutes but the delivery guy always come 1 hour and 20 minutes the time we order. Sandwiches are not correctly marked at all, always messed up with Brown and White Bread sandwiches. Some of our office people didn't get what they ordered. The guy over the phone doesn't really care if I called and told him that the order is wrong. Overall, food is good but big problem with delivery and order management.

Ordered a tawook sandwich and received the bread potato pickles and NO CHICKEN! When i called them - they couldnt care less. Needless to say food arrived stone cold and over 1 and a half house later - big no no!

Really shocked of their service this time!! We tried it before for lunch and iftar in Ramadan and both times were fine, this time ordered for home delivery where it is supposed to be delivered within 45 min and reached us after an hour and 20 min!! Among the many Lebanese joints in the city, we find that in sheer taste of the food, Sajway is one of the best. <br/><br/>This outlet in Tourist Club area of Abu Dhabi is neatly decorated with a Harley bike kept near the entrance etc<br/><br/>Although there was a Iftar buffet available with a very reasonable rate we chose to have al-a carte.<br/><br/>Our favorite is the Touk platter we absolutely love the taste, besides that we had some stuffed chicken and few types of sandwiches. The portions of saj are hilarious! Do not eat here if you are hungry. This is the tiniest saj in town. They tasted ok though. The fries were undercooked too.

We usually order delivery to the office, and it never let us down! Everything on the menu is delicious. But you can never go wrong with the french fries extra saj and bonless chicken sandwich 😋

My review is based purely on quality of food and delivery. I've never been to the place itself, however I've been ordering delivery for many months as of now, and I must say that it's perfect for a workday lunch as well as for any other meal, when what you need is just a home-made type of food.<br/><br/>The variety and quality are both great and you can actually feel like it's homemade (it's really the best word to describe their food). If you order from a "daily menu", with any dish you receive also a daily soup, green salad, bread and desert (pudding/apple/yoghurt/pancake with choco and banana or some traditional lebanese desert), which is more than enough even for an adult male athlete!

Sajway never let you down , they serve the best sheesh tawook sandwiches , and their mixed grill platter is delicious :) , they deliver their meals in a box which contains soup , bread , one fruit and the meal whatever it's you've ordered!. Recommended Lebanese cuisine!

Tremendously unorganized. Lost orders are very easy to happen here. The staff is on the lowest scale of professionalism or communication skills. Although their food is very good and clean. Although their connection with the outer world is the poorest. Their khalidiyya branch is much better.

Absolutely bad bad service I called for food delivery at 17.30 have been waiting 2 hours and calling the restaurant , the guy was taking the piss and telling me that the food was coming after a long time waiting I decided to cancel it , very amateurs staff . DISAPOINTED

Amazing arabic restaurant with good menu and daily cooked dishes. The Shish-Tawook sandwich is one of the best in town.<br/><br/>Dine in - Have not gone there yet<br/><br/>Home delivery - the main dish comes with a box of you main, box or rice, yogurts, bread, soup, salad. Slow delivery.<br/><br/>I would have rated better it the home deliver service was less than 60 minutes!<br/><br/>Thumbs up Sajway- a better alternative to old and dated Lebanese Flower.

This restaurant wasn't on my list.. Just passed by and it was dinner time. The place looked small at the entrance.. But it was beautifully designed. A big Harley Davidson was kept near the stairs.. Visual treat for bike lovers.. Beautiful paintings.. Interior decoration, Huge LED screens etc. Lovely. Coming to the food.. It was really good. Fatoush was the best ever had. Mix grill and turkish kebab was exceptional too. The service was good as well. Will return for sure. We liked our visit here.

I had try it for three times...and what I must like was the take away sandwishes. You should definetly try it. <br/>two sandwishes for 25 AED and one 7 UP for 3 AED...excelent quick lunch.

Received our order after 2 hrs of waiting & following up with the restaurant, the mixed grill was freezing cold, small portion, no taste, we asked to replace fries & bread with vegetables but they did not (although they confirmed that & we repeated the request 3 times while ordering).. First & last time to order anything from this place, very bad experience
