I like Popeye's a lot and now discovered that I can order pieces only and don't have to take a full meal which is excellent for me, as I don't like to stuff myself on fries and overload on fizzy drinks whereas I can feed myself on fried chicken only - EXCELLENT DISCOVERY.
+ Ordered just three spicy pieces and staff asked if I wanted breast and I said I preferred not to have the breast pieces - I find those get dry and prefer to nibble in essence on the bones where the meat is juicier
+ Ordered, serviced and paid in less than 2 minutes with a smile on every one of the staff's faces
I cannot think of anything negative! Really enjoyed my fast and easy food court meal when my family was diving into their Burger King meal!
Chicken burger is one of my favorite. Also small shrimp here is good with nice taste dip. I sometime take out, and eat it with my family. All my family like it.
popeyes inside marina mall at the food court area is their location. some cue is quite in there as we visited this place for a take out meal since they only had one order taker. their prices seemly a bit high compared to others but serves their unique biscuit and cajun fries. i can say that their chicken is crispy and juicy and also loved their shrimp popcorn.
Visited the outlet for the first time and decided to put for the cocktail of fried shrimp n chicken known as Fish & Chicken Tackle Box.
The food was pretty delicious especially the fish.
As a grab and go meal goes Popeyes is a good choice if you love everything fried in batter. I'm not a fan of spicey food so I opt for mild chicken strips etc.
I have to give them credit as today I had a complaint on the degree the chicken strips were cooked, and the manager on duty immediately helped me, and offered to cook new strips in a few minutes. The second batch were fresh and tasty so good on them. One doesn't expect much of a food court outlet but this one made me smile and the chicken was good
And all things chicken, I tought that it would only be fair to give my verdict of Popeyes at Marina Mall, don't worrry about the reviews, this place is most definately the best choice for this poor food court, I said poor because personnaly I think it could be a hell better!!! Don't you think so ???
