Yassine, was my waiter for Today’s dining at The Coffee Club , Marina Mall - Abu Dhabi.
I was amazed of his truly kindness services to me as I told him I’m not liking what I’m eating then he immediately changed it to the other option. Usually, it’s rare to find workers whom their goal on top of the service is the customers satisfaction and being very patient to what the customer complains for.
Today was a tough day for me since morning I was stressed with so many submissions but when I arrived to the coffee club and observed this professionalism in responding to customers complaints .. this is by far made my day and my mood has changed drastically..
I wish all workers be like Yassine, it doesn’t take that time and effort to be kind to others even when you’re serving them.

Very delicious food, had a meal in years this tasty. Staff very friendly and attentive. Ambience was really good, loved pasta. Food was delicious and fresh.

My friends and I decided to come for afternoon meal and coffee and we loved everything. From the pastas, burgers and toasts to hot, cold and blended drinks, everything was so good. As some of us had dietary restrictions we had to ask details on the menu and the staff patiently explained the ingredient of each item that they are serving.
Coffee club is one of my favorite coffee places to go to, but the costumer service of this particular branch really makes its special.
The service by Subba was very good.

I was with my family and we just pass by, we decided to have a look at the menu. While we were checking the manager said the was amazing. And must i say he didn’t lie. We ordered the double cheese burger and the chili pasta and the big breakfast. The meat was amazing and i am the kind of person that would think twice ordering a burger at a restaurant but they did not disappoint. Their meat gets imported from Australia. Great service. Great food. Lovely setup.

The coffee club is my favorite spot world wide. They offer the best cappuccino. We ordered pasta, burgers and salad, all came fresh and delicious. The staff are happy and serving us with a smile. SUBBA at Marina mall branch is very professional and attentive for all the details. He asked for our feedback twice and cares to understand all what the kids order with patience and smile. Definitely will visit them many times especially Marina branch.

I loved the staff and their service. I got this delicious drink which was so filling as well. I got a quiet place in the cafe with a plug point and enjoyed my time there.

I always loved going to The Coffee Club and this seems to be our favourite branch in Abu Dhabi. I must say I find it a bit hard to choose what to order every time because their menu options are so varied and all seem to have very interesting flavors. From the drinks to the food, everything seems to be on point.
My husband and I went there for some brunch last weekend and my salmon and creamy cheese in flatbread was just divine. The smoked flavor was absolutely there and with the rocket and glazed tomatoes, it just works as a prefectly healthy snack. My husband had the chicken club and with his particular instructions, the waitstaff was able to deliver. Shout out to Subba who was very polite and pleasant and very swift in assisting us.👍 Thanks to him as he reccomended what is now our favorite drink so far from TCC, the Passionate Frappe. It was a glorious mound of raspberry slush and a hint of mint with Sprite. It was truly a refreshing drink that just seems to spark joy.
All in all, great service coupled with great food and a nice and chill spot, this is definitely one of our top faves in Marina Mall.👍

We're there last week. Very good food and service. We loved the Mac and cheese croquettes very much. Expecially we likes the kindness of Princess and Devaraja. We will return on out next vacation for sure👍👍

Came in yesterday Saturday evening for dinner. We had steak and pasta.
The carbonara was creamy and nice.
The steak was australian beef tender and nice, but i still like sirloin over this part.
The mixed berry pancake w/ nutella 🥞 was also nice, a bit dry for my liking, i like really fluffed up pancakes but this was ok not bad.
The coffee was good! Cappuccino is recommended! ☕️

The food is superb every time I come here with an equally superb staff who are efficient, friendly and have an eye for the little details. The new menu items (especially the eggs with sweet potato) were amazing and welcome additions
Been visiting this branch for breakfast since 2017. Friendly staff, nice food. This week we went twice and as always were greeted by the smiley staff, Subba was looking after us and he made sure we are happy and enjoying our breakfast.
I like this restaurant because of tasty food , clean place and helpful staff. Moreover, i will thank the employee ( princess ) for here welcoming and professional service .

Went to The Coffee Club in Marina mall with my family and had the best time. Chicken cashew was the best.Server Luigi was amazing and very friendly, definitely going back there and will recommend it to all my friends. For the drinks, I would recommend the “Sparkling Pomegranate and Lychee” Great new taste for me.
The place is beautiful and cozy, every bit of the food tasted sooo goood. We went for breakfast where there was a decent amount of choices to select from, we ended up ordering the big breakfast which costed 67 dhs which seemed a little too much to be honest but still delicious and very full filling. We also ordered the mixed berry pancake = 58 dhs which was delicious but again it would’ve been worth it if it was in 40’s and last from their interesting frappé’s the summer citrus frappé = 30 dhs, so refreshing and sooo goood. The staff members were very kind and attentive to all our needs. Over all a perfect place, it’s only a 4 because of their prices but definitely a place that won’t disappoint you.
Any place with all day breakfast is my kind of place. Every dish we've tried here has been good. Burgers, sandwiches, fish & chips, salads and various dessert and breakfast options. The ambiance is very relaxing, the staffs were polite. The food is very delicious especially the chicken parmigiana. The chicken is soft and very flavorful. What I love most here is the raspberry white chocolate cheesecake. Its not too sweet and the texture is very smooth.

We just had a brunch in this restaurant with kids. Really amazed to see the service quality and food was great. Mr. Antonio is leading from the front and taking good care of the guests. Best part is kids eat for free at least today !

Just wanted to leave feedback in regards to our waitress, Augusta. She was absolutely terrific, very eloquent and warm. We already come here because we love the food and ambience, but Ausgusta really elevated the experience this time and it was a pleasure to be served by her.
Shared some quality time with my twins over here for dinner. We ordered orange juice, mixed berry waffle & strawberry smoothie for kids. I relished the chicken schnitzel & chocolate frappe with molten lava chocolate cake. The chocolate Tower was not available.
So i totally forgot to take pictures because the food was so deliciously presented i just dug into the food... Everything we ordered was perfectly prepared the soup and slads... The appetizers you should order the Mac and Cheese Croquet the sauce is to die for... The main courses are perfectly seasoned and cookes to perfection... The staff is the most friendly and helpful and always have a smile on their face... I recommend this place at anytime of the day... Thank you for this great experience.

Popped in for breakfast. I had the Shakshouka and my husband had the poached eggs with chorizo sausages and smashed avocado. Both dishes were delicious. The service provided by Subba was excellent. We also had coffee and s citrus frappe. Both we’re excellent. Everything was outstanding.
Cinnamon French toast I have tried two times there was delicious salmon nicoise pesto was good but the quantity was too small compared with the price , caffe latte was good

We have passed by this outlet a number of times and had always thought it to be just another coffee shop. Expecting coffee and a light snack, we entered. But was amazed to see a good selection of veg food in menu.
We ordered waffles with mixed berries, pistachio cake and Thai green curry. All the 3 were delicious. First time trying a pistachio cake, it was light, crunchy and delicious. Thai green curry was spicy and fresh. The first bite will explode lemon grass in our mouth. Waffles were good, loved the berry compote.
Will definitely be going back to try their other veg dishes.

Nice place to chill out with some friends. Ordered Carbonara and Sriracha Burger. The carbonara was good, I liked the crunchiness of the Chicken in the Sriracha Burger not that spicy. The oreo cake was so good, we're so full and we can't even finish it anymore. The staff were very accommodating.
I ordered pasta prawns and apple shaken tea. The pasta was really good, it has small bite of spiciness that blends well with the creamy white pasta. My instant favorite. The presentation was good also, makes you want to snap a photo before you eat (but I'm too famished to do that lol, forgive me).
The ambience looks inviting. Resto was clean. Staffs are friendly and well-informed. They occasionally asked what I need and how I like the food. Even the chef asked if I like it and two thumbs up.
Its a good place for catching up with friends, relatives or simply if you want to enjoy good food with your favorite people.

My favorite meal of the day is breakfast so I always try to find the best place to have breakfast at , and the first thing that attracts me is the menu am always looking for something new or different , and trust me when I say their brunch menu is something different in a good way of course .

Tried first time the Main Menu items and as expected, it was really delicious. We tried Chicken Schnitzel and Classic Chicken Burger and we highly recommend to everyone.
Have been coming here again and again. We absolutely love the coffee club. Staff are very friendly. The food is good. Have tried the Strong arm burger(Its a good burger but not the best), Club Sandwich(love it), power bowl(a little dry) and we especially love the apple crumble which is a MUST TRY. Need to try it out for breakfast soon though. The menu looks fabulous.
The food is really good, ambience and cleaning also. The only thing I would love to see here and in restaurants in general would be the transition from plastic straws to paper straws. Let’s please be conscience about trash in the earth we live in and respectable. These plastic straws cannot be reused or destroyed many times ending in our oceans and killing animals. So I would like to ask for the management to change the plastic straws to paper straws. Thanks! 😊
Great selection of frappes, very elegant presentation. We ordered feta cheese pizza its amazing and fresh off the grill and also we tried their bbq wings the sauce is fantastic! Our server is very warm and he recommend a bowl of chips which is good. The chocolate brownie is phenomenal! We will absolutely come back again!
