Earlier this week I had visited @alfornome in #abudhabi #delmamall for lunch.
Ordered a chef’s signature dish called Al Forno #Lamb shank- Aed 78.75
It is served with potato wedges.
It's slow-cooked meat, slightly slimy and medium rare also 80% tender, not overall. It's a Must Try!!
Then I ordered Chicken Parmigiana- Aed 83 and it usually comes with tomato sauce, but I tried to avoid it. I didn't want to ruin the herbal taste of the chicken. Its served with grilled vegetables. The chicken breast is topped with melted #mozarella and #parmesan #cheese and giving a sticky texture. Oh and the combination of buttered-fettuccine #pasta. It's a win-win situation here won't disappoint you.
Finally, coming to the last one, I had to taste this #seafood dish called Seafood Linguine- Aed 65
I believe it's affordable because seafood dishes are generally quite expensive at some places and also this comes with pasta 👌🏻, what one could ask for more. It comes with mussels and shrimps with tomato sauce, and I had requested it to be spicy which gave a spicy-warming aroma and a hot taste.
I intended to try it without the tomato sauce, so as to keep the original taste of the chicken with herb spices
Me and my freind i came to launch at alforno dalma mall what a find casy and friendly staff our waitress mae,good atmosphere and super food specially pirata with flavorful of yummy lemon spicy taste.definitely we come back again. thank you..

We had an amaizing time at Alforno Dalma Mall. All thanks to the African manager who was so polite and our waiter Rannie. We had thier mushroom rissoto and Salmon. I would strongly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for outstanding service and food all in one. Thanks Alforno for making my day.
We ordered Al Forno Lamb Shank and Tuscan Rib Eye Steak for the main course. It was perfectly cooked in medium rare. Bread compliment for the teaser is also nice and still warm.
For drinks,
we ordered cappucinno and chamomile tea. Cappucinno was too sweet for us.
For the service,
when we came for the second time, we noticed some waitress didn't pay attention carefully to our order. We ask for a mushroom sauce for steak. And surprisingly , it was a creamy mushroom soup, not mushroom sauce for the steak.
Went there on the Eid night and we had the entire restaurant to ourselves. There's nothing to not like about this place. The place is huge, food is yummy and staff helpful. Perfect just perfect!
Food is delicious. My recommendation for breakfast is Baked Eggs. Staff is very good as well. Only small feedback is that I wait to long for my food. But I will go there again for sure.
The taste differs a lot between the two branches of Al Forno. Dalma Mall branch was a disappointment. Definitely recommend going to the yas mall branch any day! Service is by far the same both places.
Have been here a couple of times and they have really good food with with good quantity. Staff are warm and welcoming. A good cozy place to chill. We ordered for the mushroom soup that comes along with garlic bread. And also trid their penne chicken pasta in white sauce. We also ordered the steak, that comes along with two sides which is well cooked and great flavor. Really enjoyed the food at al forno 😄
Alforno Ristorante Italiano after my visit I love their place very good for family and staff was very friendly. Prices not bad and they have Alforno flatbreads taste good and pizza also good , definitely will visit. Again to taste more items
If you're looking for a good Quality pizza then this place is a must visit. We ordered one chicken pizza and one penne alarabitta pasta. And both taste absolutely delicious.
Pizza had thin crust with load of cheese and enough meat. Pasta was full of sauce and meat too and all taste delicious

Me and my husband loved Al forno. We lived very far from Dalma Mall but we still come for their food, specially when we crave for their pizza and pasta. Ambiance was nice and they have an accommodating staff. Really recommended place to dine in. Ronell Dot Dk
So here comes the turn of AlForno which has 2 outlets in Abu dhabi one in Yas mall and the other in Delma mall . We went to the Delma Mall branch where we had Pizza. The pizza was okay but i love their hot lava cake with vanilla ice cream .. will definately visit soon again !!
It's very good and distinguished restaurant,they really should open many more branches in Abu Dhabi,their pizzas,and pastas are very nice and delicious.
Nice place, I go there frequently with my family. Pirata (spicy creamy tomato pasta with shrimp) is my favorite dish. The best Waiter/Server there, is Mr. Collins. My only negative comment though is regarding the new complimentary (Loves)bread which is really awful, compared to previous baguette bread. I see people have one bite of it and leave the rest uneaten including myself!

Service was a bit slow but when the food arrived our mood changed because of hungriness. Awesome food! No repentance in our order! Seafood linguine with mussels and shrimps in a zesty chili and garlic tomato sauce, Twister-twisted and folded pizza stuffed with mozzarella are tasty. Neat place!

So one day we tried out Al Forno... We had a grilled salmon with potatoes for the side and pasta...

Super place for a cozy chit chat time with loved one. The waiters are so well spoken and explanatory. The waiter explained their dishes and we asked for custom made dishes.. Slurp ! Pasta and pizza .. The free served bread and artichokes dip is so delicious ..
The ambience of this restaurant is perfect for a good date or a couple's night out!They serve you a complimentary bread basket ( Focaccia Bread with shredded olive & tomato sauce.) We ordered a Lasagna di carne and a Stinco di Agnello Brasato, a Fragola Mojitino and a regular mojitino. The lasagne was really good. The meat sauce tasted real good and there was no cheese overload. The lamb shank was braised to perfection. The rosemary sauce was simply delicious and brought out all the flavours of the lamb. The mocktails were good too. They served us complimentary Limoncello at the end of our meal. Will go back there to try their various antipasti next time.
Good Italian food. Good service. Also has a nice ambience for a mall restaurant. My only gripe is that I wish restaurants such as this would serve local bottled water instead of the extremely pricey imported stuff. We don't have the option of tap water here in UAE.
While shopping and getting hungry al forno is a nice place to stop by and enjoy italian food.. The pizza and pasta were good and also we ordered something like a cheese pie and it was also delicious .. Good place to eat at . Recommended
One of the best Italian restaurants. We went there couple of times and we always order risotto Ai Gamberi and pizza favorita. All the appetizers are good
So we went there for lunch craving authentic Pasta.
For appetizers we got the cheese garlic bread, which was fine, not really as garlicy as we hoped.
for the main course I got the long egg pasta with tomato sauce and sea food, which was really really good. I would eat it ten times again if I could, the tomato sauce was on point and the shrimp was cooked to perfection, my friend got a penne pasta with shrimp and pink sauce. He rated it 8/10 and he's hard to please btw.
The location was very good, though one of the waiters was quite talkative and couldn't mind his own business, he weirdly invited him self to our table and started chit chatting about his immigration and life expenses. That was unpleasant but forgivable.

This place is one unique and authentic Italian restaurant. The wood-fired oven, friendly staff, extensive options and cozy interior scream out to be tried. to sum this review up with one word, I'll just say 'MUST-TRY'!
The stuff who work in alforno are the best ., they help you to choose the food ., and they know everything about the food .. I really enjoy when I eat at al forno .. The food taste amazing.. It's the real Italian food ?❤️❤️ and I like the bread that they give us at the beginning ? and the lemonade that they give us when we finish eating is so tasty ??
The ambience is good, staff is quite courteous and helps you select your food as per you palate.
The Quattro Stagioni Pizza is delectable specially the part that has the turkey ham.
The Shiac Forma can't recollect the full name but it's like your garlic bread and yes it is some thing I have never had till date.
And they also give u a bread basket which comes with an Anchovy Dip (silver fish dip) which is out of this world.

Visited the delma mall branch and dubai mall branches...awesome ambience..nice interiors..I am a fan of their thin crust pizza...the server in delma mall branch was so friendly that he could customize our pizza n pasta according to our choice..thumbs up to their desserts too...a must go for all foodies...
I've tried this restaurant twice.. one in dubai and the other in abudhabi.. my experience in abudhabi was much better.. i loved the linguine con cozze gamberetti al cartoccio.. very tasety.. no one could do it as this place.. the staff is excellent.. the waiter was very friendly and experienced.. he answered all my questions with a very nice smile..
food is god with a great decor. Good and knowledgeable staff. prices for food is OK. but beverages like mineral water & soft beverages should be low. it is more then 15 time then the retail prices . service was good but could be better. accompaniment should be served without asking .bread suppose to be served hot. we must refill our chilli condiment . aregano and chilli peeper sould be served with the food. goood place to go.

The restaurant was busy and was very family friendly. The chairs were a bit uncomfortable for they were long and wooden with no cushioned back.
Complementary bread was placed on our table after our orders were placed. The sauces served along the bread, I think they were tomato sauce and olive paste, were delicious in caps.
We ordered this mushrooms stuffed with goat cheese appetizer, which was good. The mozzarella sticks were disappointing. The crispy bread around the mozzarella sticks had a queer taste to it that I did not like at all.
The pizza was okay, though instead of the sausage came meat which ruined the pizza's flavor since I was expecting sausage.
The tomato paste in the Penne Arabiata was very watery. I didn't like that at all.
I've been to the restaurant before and I know for a fact that they serve delicious main courses though we weren't lucky with out choices this time.
The molten chocolate that was not as hot as it was supposed to be although the waiter said it'll take 15 minutes to cook in the oven.
Complimentary lemon juice was given at the end in shot glasses. It was good.
Bottom line: very friendly conversationalist staff. I would go back again.

When I first walked in, I thought it was Ilforno which I really like. Then I realized that it is different not only in name but also taste. It serve variety of food, but they all normal and did not wow me. However the place is nice and comfy.

The manager came to us and change with the new one. Appreciated it. Hope next time steak will be perfectly cooked. There was also Bread for compliment before main course, which was still warm.
