It was my first experience at Masala and i must say... Food taste was tooo good. I really want to visit Masala again in my next visit of AbuDhabi.
This restaurant is situated inside the area of Ferrari World theme park. One and only and very well known Indian restaurant in this area. Lots of dishes are available here. Indians as well as another counties tourists like this food dishes very much. Little bit costly.
The food was presented well and the restaurant is located just below the Ferrari world entrance. And this is tge cheapest you would get there I suppose
The taste was fine I ordered a chicken roll which was sufficient and we also ordered a masala dosa which had two different pieces of dosa unlike found in india(one big) .

Went for iftar and this place was a random selection. The pakoda and papdi chat was really well flavoured. The kabab platter was tasty with veg hariyali kabab, mutton seekh and chicken. Main course, the highlight was Mutton Rogan ghosh. The waiter Mr. Shankar was very good in explaining and helped us through each dish including the dessert - gulab jamun .. worth a visit..
Good food. Great service. Dosa, Pav bhaji and samosa Pav a must try. Place is just down the entrance of Ferrari world. So little noisy. But food is just great. They also cater to big groups from india. So crowded some time. They have a chat corner and great drinks options. Must try.

Good Indian food, not exceptional
We went here in February 2018, for lunch from work. We were craving for some Indian food (even we have quite often :)) ), so we said that will be nice to give a try to this restaurant so close to our working place in Yas Island. The place itself is very big and looks nice, and I think they serve also buffet, but we choose a la carte with Entertainer. We had Chicken Biryani, which was good, Mutton Biryani which was average taste and Masala Chicken with Plain Naan which I think it was ok (actually I never tried this dish in other restaurants) so I don't know if should be a little tasteless comparing with butter chicken (which is my favorite Indian dish).
The staff was nice, they took my order through phone before reaching the restaurant, so in this way we'll not stay too long in lunch break.
Overall was ok, but the prices are quite high comparing with other Indian restaurant from the city (maybe because is in a mall), so actually we prefer to go in the city where we found some tastier dishes and cheaper.
Really great place! Great food and the staff Mushtaq and Mohan are excellent and super friendly. We were in Abu Dhabi for the whole week and have visited Masala street every day we were here. That goes to show how much we enjoyed the food as well as the service. We opted for the menu items and enjoyed our meals here every time. Our only request would be to expand the menu a little bit so we have more items to look forward too.

Being placed in a very nice location, having very nice food and very friendly staff will be my arguments when recommending a restaurant to anyone.
Well, buckle-up and take a ride to Masala Street because they have plenty of everything.
Had an amazing time at Masala Street. So they offer you Indian buffet as well as menu food but we tried menu as we wanted to have Bhel puri, paapri chat and stuff which was for sure not there in the buffet and we end up having Pao Bhaji, aalu prantha, mirch ka parantha, bhel puri, chilli paneer, pindi choley, and everything we had has an amazing flavour as they use pure Indian masaley to their dishes which is a big addon to their taste which makes you lick your fingers at the end. As every dine in is incomplete without sweets so we had gulabjamun with rabri but, they had an amazing serving of desert but the gulab jamun dipped inside rabri should be hot as it adds a great taste to the desert but they serve with cold Gulab jamun. Rest all was good and we had great time with the man (Mustaq and Mohan) serving on our table.
What a great fun to enjoy the finger licking Indian food at famous Ferrari world. Wide variety of veg food and Gazar Ka halwa was like dream comes true in Abu Dhabi. Hospitality was really appreciable and cutlery was amazing. I must recommend this.

It was a excellent superb buffet after a adventurous day after all the rides of ferari world. Me as an Indian just loved each and every food which was served in the buffet. The butter nan which they served were mind blowing. The non veg variety was not there other than one chicken preparation and one fish preparation. Other than this all the items were excellent.

Full disclosure: I've never been to India, so this review is from someone who never traveled there and experienced culinary heaven. However, I've had my good share of Indian food in the U.S. and now, being in the UAE, I guess this is as close to the source as I'm going to get. With that being said, on with the ratings!
Ambience: As Indian restaurants go, the décor is pretty tame. I've been to places where it felt like I was in a wedding hall. In other words, over the top to the point of being tacky. Fortunately, Masala Street at Yas Mall has a few wall-sized murals that are tasteful and not distracting. That and the place is very clean considering the volume of tourists that go through this part of the mall.
Service: This is where the restaurant really shines. On all my visits, I was greeted immediately, which made me feel welcome every time I come here. I had the same waiter (I really should ask his name next time) for all my visits and he was amazing! Never pushy, he gave me plenty of time to mull over the menu - this was really helpful considering that this place serves many regional Indian dishes and I definitely needed the time to make up my mind.
Food: I really wish that I wrote down the items I had in my previous visits, since they were all wonderful! It took some mental discipline to force myself to take notes and photos before digging in, but luckily, I did it this most recent time. I ordered the Paneer Achari, a vegetarian dish made of chenna, which is an Indian cheese. It was served with a spicy mint chutney that complemented the already flavorful dish. For the main course, I had the chicken Murgh Tangdi Masala coupled with garlic naan. The chicken masala was perhaps one of the best I've had. I don't know what the chefs put in it, but the herbs and spices created what I can only call a culinary experience! The chicken itself was cooked thoroughly and retained a good semblance of juiciness. Also, their garlic naan had just the right amount of garlic and was cooked with a nice balance of soft on the inside and crispy at the edges.
Delivery: I haven't tried their delivery, although I know this place does provide the service. I won't be taking advantage of this service, however, since I happen to live outside their delivery area, (at least according to Zomato).
Price: Reading some of the reviews for Masala Street, I don't know why people expect to pay less for eating here. For a three course meal with a drink, I spent a little over AED 100 (roughly $27 USD). Indian restaurants back in the States easily charge almost twice that amount. Either way, I personally think it's pretty affordable considering the quality of food served here.
Overall, Masala Street does a great job as one of the few Indian restaurants in Yas Mall. Its prime location near Ferrari World can make it hard to navigate due to the high volume of foot traffic, but the food and service definitely makes it worthwhile to brave the crowds.
I love this restaurant. Specially the buffet they serve as its very economical and value for money. Specially for all indian tourist who visit ferrari world this restaurant is a treat.

Its a very testy and delicious food and also Mr. Sagar is honest and gentelman person also co-operative staff. So specially again thanks to Mr. Sagar. If you are in abudhabi than you have to must visit at least one time for meal.
If u are on Yas island or ferrari world and u want Indian Food. Definitely go their. Even if there is lil bit costly. Then also according to taste itz really delicious.. don't know about buffet or waiter and staff. Just meet to Mr Sagar from Nepal. He is very polite and gentleman. 👍🏻

A not being able to express type of experience I have never had before as energetic staffs and multiple menu can I would say attract not only indian guests but also folks around the world whoever are fund of spicy food.
Unforgetable moment I had with Masala Street I have ever experienced. Restaurant collegues' enthusiastic approach surprised me and my spouse and more than that my kids.
We had our pre new year dinner here, I won a 400aed vouher from the national day event at yas circuit. I didnt expect much after reading the reviewas, but I won't let my voucher go to waste so my family and I went there, though the interiors needs a little authentic feel at least or something more, the food tasted incredible, we had that big platter of grilled of everything chicken, beef, kebabs, mutton masala and byryani... and wow!!!! me and my family loved it!!! tho it was pricey luckily we had the voucher but the portions was quite lacking considering the price point. Any how we had a great tome and great EAT!
A large spacious restaurant with ambience truly of indian touch. Food exceptionally priced with options to choose from for both veg n non veg with good qty served. Buffet too had variety of dishes. . They have a fantastic and elaborate buffet spread with a vast number of salads, grilled dishes, curries and desserts on offer. , including chicken, mutton, biryani. The taste of all the food was awesome. I would definitely recommend the buffet! and Chaat Counter is awesome.

If you visit the Ferrari World Abu Dhabi and have not tasted good at Masala Street then you are really missing out some delicious food I have been there hundreds of times and always take my guest to this place. Beautiful, neat and clean place to dine, well mannered staff. Food is yummy and very reasonable. Everyone loves the food here. I was very hungry as it was 3pm so i skipped ferrari world for a while and went to this place.
They have buffet and ala carte both.
Food is nice. Crowded with indians as they get nicely prepared north Indian food.
Give full order ciz they take 15 minutes to serve.
So have a great meal everyone.
I'm definitely not an expert in South Indian food but I ordered an onion dosa and a masala dosa and they were both really tasty. Delivery was polite, quick and hassle free. Will be ordering again.

After eating Pizza for lunch and a long tiring day in Ferrari world, I was craving for Indian food and as a Vegetarian was searching for Vegetarian or a Indian restaurant with decent options for Vegetarians. My Zomato discovery showed me 3-4 options around Ferrari world and within Yas Mall however I was surprised to see Masala Street which is 1 minute walk away from Ferrari World's main exit area. When I told them about my preference, the guy on counter offered us pure Veg buffet (yes, they have regular buffet) and separate Veg buffet for large tourist groups.
I tried almost everything, Hara Bhara Kabab, Kheer, Papad, Bhindi Masala, Paneer Sabzi, Dal, Rice n Rotis and it was worth it. (Paneer sabzi and juice was not that great). My overall review

I really love the ambience at this place. The decor is tasteful and holds true to the roots of the food through modern design. The food was fresh and flavorful and the waiters were attentive. I will definitely be going back for the authentic chaat and dossas.
Went to Masala Street with high expectations and they delivered. The service was great; I was welcomed to the restaurant. I ordered the Murgh Makhani and my wife ordered the Chicken Raara. Both were cooked to perfection and extremely tasty.
Absolutely loved the pani puri and dhahi papri chaat! :) The manager was also extremely kind to have made a special chicken dosa for me although this was not originally part of the menu! :) Great customer service!
Out of all the restaurants in Yas Mall we decided to dine at Masala Street b'coz it is so accessible, you can easily see it before you ride the escalator to the entrance of Ferrari World. The place is so cozy (except that it was crowed that time) and the Interior is nice as well. Since I have no idea about indian food, I did ask the waiter if what can he recommend for chicken curries and he told me to get the murgh magkhani and so I did, and my cousin's ordered some muttons and prawn butter and it was good! =) Hoping to get some extra prawns next time haha
Great new Indian restaurant in Ferrari World.
We checked it out during a visit last month. They have amazing variety which includes Dosas. Chaat & Kathi Rolls besides the usual grills & curries which are excellent.
They also have a buffet offering which is great value if you are looking for a quick meal.
All in all a great addition to the f & b scene in Yas Mall/Ferrari World.
We ordered pav bhaji and chole batura. Mostly touristy crowd waiting for buffet lunch. The food was good. Finally we got to eat pav and not burger bun. Nice place

I came here for lunch after visiting the Ferrari world. The food was absolutely terrific, spices were simpered to the right amount and the service was quick and swift despite the crowd. I left my phone at this restaurant the same day I was traveling to Doha. One of the staff named "Sagar" helped me out a lot and in the end made sure that I got my phone back. So I will always be grateful for his act and I will visit Masala Street again whenever I'm in Abu Dhabi to return the favor and of course for their amazing food.
