This small joint serves one of the best shawarma in town. The Chicken is 'always' perfectly roasted to moist, tender strips and you can feel all those distinct flavors once you bite on it. The Mexican and spicy fries are a hit as well. I prefer Pita bread over Saj as it becomes hard to chew later on. The siders juices, appetizers are good as well.
Overall it is always a good-clean-quick-pocket friendly buy.
Being just opposite to Shining towers,this small eatery serves the best of Shawarma varieties.Their falafel sandwich and shwaramas are too good.Its delivered on time and is hot and fresh.I prefer their Pita shawarma over the Saj since the Saj could get harder to chew when not hot.The french fries served for Dhs.10 is sufficient for a single person and is too good.This place served a very authentic delivery.
Liked the Mexican pita shawarma. Would like to suggest to add some pickled green chillis. Delivery was as per the timing mentioned. Overall satisfied!

Food is delicious and tasty as always, fast delivery. Portions are big and great value for money. Shawarma 500g mix is great choice for 3 persons.
Went in for the family meal which included 2 Shawarma, 2 Manakish, 2 french fries, 1 fattoush salad, 1 hummus, 4 soft drinks. It's basically a huge meal for 4 adults. With 2 adults and 2 children you would have to do a takeover of the remaining. In addition to the quantity, the quality of service was amazing which adds on to the amazing taste of the food at this outlet. Would give it definitely a 6/5 on the taste of it's Shawarma as compared to other Shawarma outlets. The place has limited seating so better to do a take away... as this place can get really busy during peak hours. Would consider ourselves lucky to be seated at rush hour. Special thanks to Ruel for catering to all our needs during our visit. Wi-Fi available also..
Tasty shawarma. We ordered spicy beef shawarma. The extra sauce was a nice touch. We especially liked it since we would dunk our shawarma in it. The only issue is the customer service. With better customer service, this would have been 5 stars. We went there 03/10/18 at around 10pm, dine in.
We had chicken shawrma in peta bread, beef in samoon and a chicken shawrma box. All three choices were perfect. Price is reasonable. Probably best shawrma in town.
So it's true. I was hesitant before, because numerous times I got disappointed with places that were overhyped on social media, but failed to live up to expectations. Shawarma Street met my expectations though. May have even surpassed it a bit. What I didn't like was how unfriendly the guy in the cashier is when he found out I will be using my Entertainer voucher. Cold treatment and stares and all. Started friendly until I showed my voucher. Made me feel like I should feel guilty for using it.
I am a fan of this place. I like their shawarma especially the saj box with french fries. Food is prepared and served neatly. The staff do not even smile sometimes especially guys at the counter. Anyway it is a good place for shawarma.
I love a good shawarma platter and these guys have never disappointed me. I always get the chicken and get a Greek salad as well. The salad is fresh and lovely and they don’t skimp on the feta cheese (ohhhh how I do love feta cheese). Super fast delivery as well!

Had an opportunity to taste chicken shawarma here in pita bread. It was finger licking good. Had also tasted their mankeesh (mushroom and chicken) cooked in traditional flames oven and the taste was out of the world. The chicken was soft as it was supposed to be.

it's one of the good shawerma places in abudhabi, I ordered meat shawerma this time it was filled with meat but lacked tahini sauce which resulted to a dry sandwich, I recommend their tabbouleh also it's one of the taboulehs I've ordered through zomato

A cozy, clean outlet with sizzling hot meat and/ chix shawarmas, tahini/ garlic/ mex sauces, fresh veggies, homemade pita/ saj/ samoun breads, and generous service and deals that keep you coming back for more. I recommend the chix mex saj. Their crêpes are next on my foodie bucketlist!

We can’t deny we all love Shawarma! Shawarma is one of the best On the Go food in UAE, delicious, accessible and Affordable. (bestfriend of hardworking OFW ‘s and others) . Shawarma Street has 3 branch in Abu Dhabi ( Al Muroor, Al Salam, & Khalidiya Branch). I’ve visited Khalidiya Branch ( behind Shinning Tower) it was very accessible to public transportation like BUS, taxi or you can even walk if you’re within the vicinity.
Shawarma at it’s best. A very good experience. Though it’s more of a takeaway place. But I don’t mind that. Mexican shawarma was great. You can feel the freshness of the lamb and chicken and freshly made bread adds on to the flavours.
Very much fond of this outlet and had a solemnly reason for going to abu dhabi.
I was warmly welcomed and presented the menu.
Their variety of breads which was their own hand made was their authenticity and brought more taste to the food
Their mexican spicy shawarma was the one I chose to taste made from two different breads
After a full tour of abu dhabi had a wonderful fulfilling food.

What's NOT to like? Spicy chicken with sauces and tahina with your choice of veggies or fries in a freshly (right in front of you made) hot pita bread! I take the 10dhs Mexican one which is SO affordable and filling but you can add their delicious spicy fries for 12dhs...they're worth it but in my opinion, a bit pricey.

Super quick delivery and i LOVE the fact that their takeaway bag says 'we are gonna make you an offer that you cant refuse' inspired from the famous Godfather movie.
The shawerma in pita bread is satisfactory. The mexican shawerma sauce is very good. Chicken shawerma however had a lot of garlic sauce.
The best thing is that they are open from 9am.

I had gone to the Khalidya branch. The restaurant is a small place but pretty creative. Had tried their Mexican shawarma in a pita bread. Their packaging was different comparing to other places. A good place to try out.

The Shawerma, beef and chicken, as i have tried both with some french fries, are delicious and properly cooked. Ambient is cozy and staff are friendly.
Soo we ordered somethings not in the menu.. I created this dish because I'm a potato lover.
Soo I ordered spicy fries with cheddar cheese + mayo then shawarma sandwich without bread haha so we put the filling that support to be inside the sandwich on top of the fries which is the meat, lettuce, cucumber, pickles and Lebanese's jalapeño
And the result was a delicious shawarma fries. I like it, I asked for the chef to put the dish in the menu..
When I first tried shawarma from here with my friends ,we were shocked,the Mexican sauce was tasty more than ever,I really can't describe the taste ,not even with 1000 lines,so you must try it.

Food was really good with a variety of options to choose from in terms of bread ( Pita , Saj , etc. ) and meat ( chicken, beef ) . The accompanying salad was also really good.
The service was fast and the staff were really nice. There isn't much place to sit so if you do go with a big group, it wouldn't be a feasible option.
Overall , would recommend!
I tried their Shawarma again and I feel that they have improved the quality of the beef. The service was great and I was asked to tailor make my sandwich which was quite unique. The downsize is that it is a very busy area and quite tough to find a parking in the evening

It is very competitive out there for Shawarma with the many outlets that offer it. Unless you are doing something extraordinary, it is hard to stand out from the crowd. Shawarma street has redone their outlets with new modern branding and seem to be stepping up their shawarma game in the meantime. Their delivery needs a little focus, as our hummus arrived warm and soupy, while the fries were cold and soggy, but otherwise all was tasty. The Fatoosh salad was very flavorful and fresh, with still crisp pita chips sprinkled on top. In addition, the manaeesh was soft and warm. I would recommend the Shawarma Platter which comes with a pile of juicy chicken or beef meat.
The saj was also very well made and flavorful..... but I asked for it without the sauce, and it had sauce on it....so perhaps the message never made it to the chef. Pita bread was super soft and warm when it arrived. Shawarma Street is a very friendly business and they really try to please their customers, so they are definitely worth a try. If you like sweets, you also might like the Street Crepe which is filled with chocolate, strawberries, banana and nuts. Like a sundae in a crepe!
Beef is great...chicken is great...zatar and cheese is great...falafel and labne is great....simple a great place to order from for breakfast lunch or dinner..
Their price for shawarma is normal and for manaqeesh and raps the price is of great value...highly recommended
I love the new branding... I'm a fan of the place since they launched however the quality of food is keeps improving... the wraps is a must try !
