The Dampa Seafood Restaurant is a really good Filipino/ sea food, the service it’s good and the food too tasty, you must try the Cajun sauce. 🤤🤤🤤 #Deli
Nice place. Beautiful ambience. The Cajun sauce is the best. Good size shrimps. Baked mussels are huge. Most of the clams are closed, cannot open at all. Don’t like the crabs because it’s kinda empty after opening it, it’s like no meat at all. Grilled squids are good, although size is little bit small. Semi giant squid is ok, it can be improved.
Found ourselves next to Dampa, and since this was a restaurant we have been wanting to try for a long time we walked in on a whim.
Greeted at the door with a temperature check and sanitizer. The restaurant looks deceptively small from the outside, but is quite large and spacious and laid out over two floors.
The restaurant has a wonderful energetic vibe and excellent ambience.
We went downstairs as the upstairs was close to full. We were seated quickly and our orders taken.
We ordered the seafood dump for 2 which consists of unlimited rice, crabs, prawns, clams and mussels.
Service is super quick and the food arrives quickly. The food is served with considerable flair.
Service: 5/5
The food: we ordered the seafood in a spicy Cajun sauce and the sauce to be honest did not carry any heat at all. The server was kind enough to give us some additional Cajun spice powder.
The food is tasty and served hot.
The cons: The serving size is considerably smaller than their ‘OTHer’ competitor. The seafood as well, including the shrimps, the mussels and the crabs were smaller than their OTHer competitor.
We ordered two drinks along with the dump - The love you long time, which was basically peach ice tea - 2/5 - Over sweet and not a very pleasant taste
And the Justin Bieber - which was passion fruit and pineapple juice - again on the sweet side but quite delicious.
There are some very interesting dishes on the menu like the steamed mussels, baked Cajun shrimp and lobster for which I will definitely return.
Overall a good dining experience.
The seafood: 3.5/5
Value for money: 4/5
Ambience: 5/5
Sea food is what makes dampa so special. Cajun sauce is a must try! Can’t wait to go back!
Dampa , sea food restaurant with variety of sea foods and with their special sauce your mouth feels heaven🥰
Loved their food. We ordered the Cajun spice Dump @ seafeast for 2 to 3 people. Loved their Cajun spice flavor and their food was yumm. However, their portion size was less and also the crabs were too small and contained less meat.
One of the best seafood busket restaurants 👍🏼
There was a little bit queue on Friday night, but were seated in less than 15 minutes. The portion is very generous with a very reasonable price and the unlimited rice is definitely a plus.
