I’m hard to please when it comes to Korean food and yet I’m rating this restaurant with 5 stars! Definitely the go-to place to satisfy all your Kfood cravings from street foods to korean fried chicken to stews and soups! There’s a limited space but the ambiance is very homey. All staff are Koreans who speak good english so communication is not a problem. A little bit on the pricey side but customers surely get what they pay for!

This is the second time that I ordered in bon ga for pick up. The first time I ordered i was excellent the black bean noodle was so good the consistency of the sauce was good and taste was really authentic. I love the kimchi and yellow radish. The second time it was good and taste was good bad the consistency was very thick too much starch. Anyway i really like everything and good job for the authentic korean food

Always stop by and get some foods from them whenever we visit the Korean groceries across the street. Their fried chicken is definitely our favorite. We always ask them to keep the fried chicken and spicy sauce separately so it won't get soggy when we get home. Love their bibimbap and jajjangmyeon also. Although their price is a little bit on the pricy side, but they do have a good quality.

The food is great however, the staff wasn’t that friendly or maybe because we came 30 minutes before they close. Anyway, the food was really good and you’re sure it’s authentic as it’s managed by a Korean. There’s also a wide variety of options on their menu to choose from. Dinner from Bon GA the authentic Korean restaurant. Honestly I don't remember the names of the dishes I ordered apart from the Ramen and the rice cake. That said you can't beat the taste of the dishes at Bon Ga. A very calm and quiet place decorated nicely with Korean arts and the people there are very polite. Although comparatively pricey the quality of the food and ambience more than makes up for it.

Lovely place - and the food we tried was excellent in taste, temperature (stone pot!) and authentic Korean. The owner himself is Korean (I think) and so this small restaurant is family-run. On the menu all the Korean favorites, and they make their kimchi in-house. Very gentle and respectful staff, and the owner is a gentleman. Very happy with our meal, and we will return - and we bought some kimchi to take home!

It’s been a while since we had lunch in this Korean hidden gem. But I surely remember how good the food was and how authentic the whole place is. It is tiny for a restaurant but the quality of the food speaks for itself. You may have difficulties to communicate with the waiter, understand zero what’s going on in the Korean soap opera on the TV screen, watch the Korean couple order things you wish you understand but that’s what makes this place legit. I’ve always dined in this restaurant, and never once was i disappointed in their food. Today i decided to try something new and get it delivered. I ordered a cheese ddeokbokki, kimbap and bibimbap and it all arrived piping hot and in under 30 minutes! (granted I do live 10 minutes away). Very good food quantity and quality 👍

My favourite trip on a regular basis to Bon Ga. Simple, balanced food that comes with your order ; Nutrients from the lightly cooked/steamed veggies, home made kimchi (diff age has diff taste) just-right level of beef marination and soft white rice, not to forget the hot bowl of miso or other clear soup. Sogalbi is just amazing. It does fall into the healthy food category. Cant get any better.

Small place but love the simplicity of it. Great atmosphere. I love Korean food so I always have high expectations for I've been to a few Korean places in Dubai and loved if. I ordered a beef stew I forgot the Korean name of it. It wasn't that bad but the soup was a little bit underwhelming. It was just spicy. There's no punch to it. I wish it could have been more tastier. But I might go back to try the others. I wish I could get the authenticity of what makes a Korean dish so great the next time I order.

The next day after eating at Hankook, I told dad that we try eating over here in BonGa Restaurant. It wasn't as big and busy unlike Hankook, but it has a cozy home feel where you could surely enjoy your food AND watch Kdrama! This day, I totally wanted to go for jajjangmyeon, so I did! Plus I ordered half of dakgangjung (boneless style yangnyeom chicken) and a soup (which I forgot) for dad. As usual, your orders comes with the famous side dish-kimchi and some other side dishes. Jajjangmyeon was worth it! Heaveeeen! *mini heart* I will probably order this again next time. Dakgangjung was perfect! For the whole time dad and I were eating, it stayed perfectly hot (temperature wise - not flavor wise). I was beyond amazed to be honest! We were there for some good 30 minutes and until the last 3 pieces, it was still hot! 짱이에요! KFC isn't like that! SFC isn't like that! I was not able to taste the soup that dad got but just by the looks of it, it looked spicy. Will come back soon with my boyfriend so we can have a date over dakgangjung. ㅋㅋ 감사합니다!

My orders: Ttokboki Sogalbi Gui My Taste Origin: Filipino Review: Ttokboki was homey to taste if only I ate it before I ran out of rice. Hungry as I was driving to the restaurant from my workplace, I was happy to have ordered this. The spiciness started to kick in in the first bite. It was addicting. Not to mention the dish was hot from the stove, spicy, sweet, yummy, smells good, soft, chewy. I needed to stop or else I will be late going back to my workstation. Sogalbi Gui - The ribs were amazingly thin sliced and flavored as expected, gingerish, sweet, sesame seeds and etc. didnt like the salty kimchi (but if it is the norm sorry was a bit too salty for me) I was praying so much that the price and portion will go hand in hand together but was disappointed to see a bento box as in my picture I can go with bigger portion without the kim chi, egg roll and that green side dish. I would have liked to just dive in to the beefy goodness with my bowl of rice in the super supporting role. Place. If you know safeer mall you will not miss it. If you see the building with the ice cream shop and tea shop at the front you are at the right location.

Can't think of any reason not to give Bon Ga Resto. 5 stars. We have been wanting to go there forever and finally had a chance today. Since we are from city centre and Bon Ga is located in Mussafah. My friend had Lunch Combo which is served with Korean Ramen and Kimbap (korean maki). And I had Hotpot Bibimbap. Everything was wonderful, the taste and ambiance. Our server was extremely attentive. He even served us korean style fried chicken as service!!! And it tastes just as authentic korean style fried chicken! It seemed as if the moment we finished one dish, we dont need to think of next meal. Cause the quantity of service was alot as well. We'll be back someday for the variety kinds of korean food :)

A bit of a drive from downtown Abu Dhabi to MBZ, but well worth the effort. Bon Ga is the newest Korean restaurant in town and a gem hidden. It's a small place with 4 tables and a side counter. The menu had a lot of variety in it. The first time I went to Bon Ga, I ordered BBQ short ribs and belt fish. Both dishes were delicious and very well cooked. Portion size was generous for the price. The short ribs had the bones in it, which I love. The second time I went, I ordered the bbq short ribs again and an order of the spicy fried chicken. The chicken was excellent! It was not overly breaded and the sauce had the type of heat that builds up as you eat. Only mark down was that the short ribs did not have the bone in like before. I highly recommend Bon Ga and will be going back to try the rest of their menu.
