It was my first time visiting Starbucks in Al Reef and it was a good experience. <br/>The staffs were friendly and the ambience of the restaurant is appealing. <br/>The Caesar Salad I ordered is very delectable. I had a hard time choosing what to eat but the friendly staff recommended their Chicken Caesar Salad. Good Recommendation - Kudos! <br/><br/>The Cafe Latte is very nice as well and well presented. <br/><br/>Will definitely go back.

Can't say I am thrilled with Starbucks at Al Reef or anywhere else for that matter. I have had coffee there a few times and can't say it caters to my taste, but this is not the main issue. Very often you need to clean your own table before you sit. Sometimes I go into the nearby supermarket and return an hour later to see the same messy tables outside which I saw on the way to the supermarket. Ashes and cigarette butts scattered around. Staff the place a lil better if your employees are so overwhelmed.

Their coffee might be better than the others , but their service is definitely not .. that's why I buy my coffee beans from there and brew it at my convenience at home .. you gotta get more friendly .. esp in the early mornings ..<br/>A winter advantage though: the only place in alreef with an outdoor seating !!!!<br/><br/>Update: they seem to be getting a lot more friendlier and nicer to deal with .. I'm starting to like going there

Headed to the shop for a frappe late in the evening but had to walk out after staring at the menu for few seconds as I found all the staff busy with just a customer wandering inside the shop. No match for the friendly faces in Costa

Newly launched in Al reef. Head to head competition with Costa. Well, service is worse as the staff will not deliver order food to your table, unlike Costa. Flat white also no latte art. Food wise is more or less similar. Well, if the choice between two, Starbucks may not be my first choice
