مطعم مزدحم جدا خصوصاً في فترة الافطار في رمضان.. البوفيه المفتوح كان تقريبا به كل أصناف الطعام والشراب والحلويات والفواكه المجففة والمكسرات والتمور والمعجنات والمخبوزات .. المطعم كبير جدا والمساحات ممتاز وبه جلسه خارجيه تطل على المسبح للناس الي تحب الشيشه.. في الداخل العاملين مرحبين جدا وودودين للغايه.. احببت المكان والاطلاله رغم الازدحام .. انصح بزيارته طبعا.. وما تنسوا تتذوقوا ام علي بالمكسرات جميله جدا..

They have good seating capacity Normally 5 star hotel’s restaurants not focusing tasty food but service wont compromise that is true fact every knows. But this restuarant is far better one. Personally liked their menu, it will like to all kind of nationalities. Arabic starters and salads is good. Even soups Restaurant outdoor space is lit 🥰

(التعليق الأصلي) Very huge buffets with delicious foods during Friday brunch. Very affordable price and specially just add aed 100 and get unlimited alcoholic drinks during full brunch. Nice welcome drinks at the entrance, alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Nice ambiance and followed social distance and focus on cleanliness. Staffs are very attentive and anticipate customers needs. Highly recommended this place for Brunch. Live pasta station on huge cheese, paella, Lebanese corner, live soup, seafoods, crapes station, huge selection of breads and desserts.

The place has great vibe and great atmosphere..... The buffet spread is amazing....frm variety of cusines to fall in love with.Mouth watering seafood , fresh made pasta, bbq steaks n ribs, and amazing dessert. The food was amazing and the place with beautiful pool outside was great attraction indeed!

The Hotel overall with the luxury feeling of it, all the furniture, inside and outside design that makes you comfortable. The room too, the mini suite was so specious. It’s just the little things that made me give it 4 stars, like the dusty room windows, the breakfast buffet missing a healthy cereal option, milk alternative and some of the food in the cooker was cold.

Beautifully designed hotel with friendly attentive staff. We stayed for my birthday with a complimentary cake delivered to our room. From the pool staff, to reception, lobby and dining room, everyone is smiling and genuinely eager to please and they try to make your stay as personal as possible. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Fabulous hotel, understated luxury, amazing staff throughout, can't recommend this hotel highly enough! Would recommend to anyone wanting a luxurious stay in Abu Dhabi with a beautifully Arabian touch! We had phenomenal views of the Presidential Palace from our beautifully appointed room, and one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. Also great food served in the Club Room over Ramadan. Thank you for making our stay with you so memorable! We will definitely be back Bab Al Qasr!

Lovely setting - but need more experienced staff serving to the beach, waited 20minutes for guy to take our order then another 20 minutes for drink to arrive. Not because the staff were not working hard, just not enough of them or system in place to manage everything. Really nice lunch tasty food.

Hotel is brand new and very nice. Staff are extremely attentive and friendly. They managed my lost bag with Etihad as soon as I arrived and took care of it. I was upgraded to a premium room and the view over the Palace and towards Marina Mall was for. My only comment is that the view is slightly obscured by the dots on the window, which I presume are to give the exterior the bronze colour. Also, the windows could do with a clean on the outside. I'd highly recommend the hotel. Breakfast is good, and the artisan kitchen where its served is beautifully light and spacious.

A wonderful hotel with tasteful decor that has made strong connections with the culture and heritage of the UAE. The staff were friendly and very professional. We had an I Grade which was lovely. The spa is excellent and I would recommend you try it! 😉

Visited it 18th & 19th Aug 2017.. Amazing luxury Hotel...Truely 5 Star's in all Service , ambience, Rooms , Pool...Its beutiful Morrocon..HOTEL One of the most luxurious and modern hotels in UAE. What I liked was: Friendly welcoming staff. High quality finishes and beautiful designs in rooms and common area.. In-room Home automation system controls light, AC temperature, alarm and don't disturb/ make my room options with a touch of a tablet in your bedside table. Great views of Emirates palace and the presidential palace specially at Night.. Amazing Swiming Poool & Pool Bar....We had Lemon Mint there it was amazing...

We booked the Club superior room which was supposed to have Lounge Access and therefore costs more than double the price than other rooms but were very frustrated right from the beginning because there does even still not exist yet a Lounge and even though we paid the full price for this. While asking for the lounge they told us only that it might be only open in 2018. Next day we found out (of our own) that at least they give 2 free drinks plus canapés in the evening in the bar for people who booked the lounge access - and when asking for more details they made us feel like a beggar begging for some food/drinks (actually we paid a hell of money for getting a special service and there was no outcome at all). While sitting in the bar we got a red wine (definitely a cheap one) and when the canapés arrived we did even not believe what we saw - they really gave a small plate with 3 single tiny canapés (for 1 person - see photo) and asked us to share this "fantastic" food. I felt ashamed for the hotel because this was ridiculous and they would have been done better not to serve this tiny little bit. The bar manager Rames (he was the best guy from the whole hotel and the hotel can be proud to have him) saw our long faces and due that he was so friendly he asked the chef to bring us one more plate - definitely more or less same amount on the plate (see 2nd photo) but at least we honored Mr. Rames good will to make us feel a little bit more comfortable. After that we went outside into a restaurant and bar to have fun and not to be annoyed that evening anymore. Regarding the pool and beach side I can say that it is very small and they do not have enough sun beds and umbrellas for the guests. So if you are coming late it might be that you do not get anymore a sun bed/umbrella. Also the pool and beach area is very noisy due to the sound of the ventilation systems (from the ACs from the hotel and I guess pool heating/cooling system). The breakfast variety and quality was good but I would recommend to have trained people at the cooking stations and not trainees who still have to learn for example how to make fried eggs etc. Our room was also not like a superior room because the view was almost none due that we had the city view while the neighboring towers limited the view (see photos) and it was somehow sterile without any cosy factor. The staff itself was friendly and the lobby was nice/pleasant architecture and design. Actually what we expected was that at least the General Manager or somebody from the hotel would say sorry for taking our money and not giving us what they promoted on their website and what we paid for or even giving us instead of the fault information/promise on their website for example a voucher for a special dinner for 2 or instead of the lounge access access to the bar/cafe/restaurant or sending a bottle of champagne to our room or even at the end when we checked out I actually expected a voucher from for a 1 night stay/dinner for 2 in one of their hotels in Dubai because we live in Dubai. Nothing came and I would be happy if the General Manager would get in touch with us for this frustrating experience.

Spend Eid Al fitr there and I must admit it's one of the most luxurious and modern hotels in UAE. It's newly opened so everything is brand new and up to date technologies are being used every where in the hotel. What I liked was: Friendly welcoming staff. High quality finishes and beautiful designs in rooms and common areas. The traditional Arabic touch in a modern contemporary suit. Sense of luxury in all details( toothbrush kits are Agner). In-room Home automation system controls light, AC temperature, alarm and don't disturb/ make my room options with a touch of a tablet in your bedside table. Great views of Emirates palace and the presidential palace specially at night. Great breakfast buffet. What I didn't like was: Swimming pool was under maintenance, however they offered a car from and to the nearby jumeira etihad hotel. The car took so much time for pickup and drop. No clear sign on the main road to the hotel so we took some wrong turns to get there.

Not a great start, been sat waiting for our suite for nearly 2.5 hrs with a toddler. Will have a hard time winning us around after this start! Would not recommend.

Went with a groupon offer and it was well worth it. Such a lovely hotel with access to the pool and beach. Good service from the waiting staff. Would defo go again

Amazing hotel! I was there with the family and I totally enjoyed! From luxurious settings to amazing beach and pool, sumptuous breakfast, and genuine service from the heart, Bab Al Qasr gave us a memorable and enjoyable stay - surely we will be coming back!
