Rude Restaurant staff. Almost 1hour and 30 mins delivery time. Our house is just opposite their restaurant. Nice food but rude customer service very poor customer service!!!

Opted take away of Thalassery Biriyani, definitely the chicken in it was not fresh also it seemed like they dint cleaned it well before cooking, it smelled foul, also rice is with full of lumps not mixed properly with Masala.<br/><br/>Lack of freshness and quality.<br/><br/>Please take whatever the money you want and provide people with food consisting fresh and quality ingredients.

Horrible customer service..!! I rang to this restaurant today 21/06/20 at 21:15 and ordered food. I asked for delivery time. The was was so rude. He told me to wait for approximately 30 mins as the restaurant is busy. I can understand. But the staff was so rude as he told me if I want to wait it’s fine or else i can cancel the order. Very disappointing attitude. Never recommend or go back to this place again. <br/>

Naser one of my neighbour but still the quality of the food needs improvement..due to huge orders they loose their consentration in food quality i believe..some items are very delicious here.

Ordered for 2 chilly chicken paratha roll. We recieved paratha heated atleast 2 time or made a day back and repacked.Chicken was so dry and reheated atleast 2 times before making sandwich.Their was nothing added to make it a chicken chilly roll.if their are no stock,please do not take orders

When our go-to Mandi place raised their prices and eventually, shut down, we were forced to look for nearby Mandi places. Nasser did not disappoint.<br/>Not only do they have good prices for the serving, but the food is also very very good. Our usual orders are their Chicken Mandi, Madhbi and Mutton Mandi.<br/>We have eaten in their restaurant and called in for delivery and the service is prompt and excellent. <br/>Whenever we have a tough time deciding what to cook or eat, most of the time we end up eating here and never regret the decision :)

Biryani was very because of less masala.flavour was good but was dry ..better if it had some masala ..

Nasser is one of the oldest restaurants in Abu Dhabi and they have perfected the art of grilling chicken we think. Never ever have we got it anything less than it is usually. The spices, texture everything is perfect. It is accompanied by kubus and one of the best hummus and garlic sauces in town. The chicken goes perfectly with them. A famous restaurant joint for biriyani..I used Get from both the branches ..there dum biriyani are really nice ..bought mutton dum..the pieces are really soft and cooked well ..good restaurant to try South Indian biriyani

Had been here long back. Ordered Puri bhaji. Puri was a bit oily but tasty. Bhaji was more like Kurma. They have huge dining for family. Overall it was good experience<br/>

Better only for South Indian dishes and economical. But should not eat Arabic food here. I ordered a lot of Mandi once for my guests. Worst Mandi I ever had. Meat was not cooked and rubbery. We had no choice but to throw it.. Hope they learn from mistakes.

In 2015 - 2016 this restaurant was superb.Right now the dishes are super costly and also the content and quality is very very bad. Stay away from them.If you accidentally get into there and saw my review..Please Don't ever order "BUTTER CHICKEN" and " CHILLY CHICKEN".That was my last bad experience there.Note : They won't serve normal Jug water in Family area.They will force you to buy Packaged drinking water.Thank you.

Ordered for delivery. Beef masala, butter chicken chapati and ghee rice. Beef masala was a little spicy. Ghee rice one of the best u can get in Abu Dhabi. Delivery was on time. Value for money.

Was there yesterday with expectations from word of mouth feedback. But it was nothing out of the ordinary. It was just good. They need to take a bit more care about the cleanliness, especially the wash basins in the wash room, which were blocked and nobody seemed to care.

Nice place to visit. Food is delicious @ a very reasonable rate. Will surely be visiting again. Been a while since I was looking out for a unlimited Thali place that serves Matta rice, and finally doing one. Tried the Fish Thali and it was awesome. The staff are attentive and well aware of the menu. They do have an upstairs dining and it's quite decent for families. Take aways and call-in orders are also excepted.

On Friday morning, we went to this restaurant to have breakfast. The waiter informed that their Speciality thalassery Biriyani is ready to serve. So we ordered 1 thalassery chicken biriyani and 1 thalassery mutton Biriyani. The rice is that matters in Biriyani. Should admit the Biriyani is worth every dirhams paid. Heard fantastic things about Nasar for the last few months from friends, we decided to visit and try it out and we were super excited as both myself and my wife really enjoy Indian food. We decided to get 2 dishes(Chicken Biryani and butter chicken) and 2 different types of breads(We went with the cashiers suggestion). We arrived around 8ish and it was way to full to dine in so we decided to take it home as a take-away. I must say this was one of the best meals I have had in Abu Dhabi! Well done Nasar, I can see why this restaurant is always full.

Weekend was hitting in so we decided to get Mixed grill as the shawarma we got was good from the . We received disappointment worth 135dhs. Arayes was the only good item along with lamp chops(although they weren't that tender ) sheekh kabab weren't good chikka tikka were just fine! They didn't even give hummus and No bloody Fries!!! They gave a really big pack of kaboos .. what did you expect us to eat it with when you gave very less amount of meat! <br/> The only good part about the order was that their delivery was fast because they didn't have much to put in it !!!

Quick service, good food, good price, variety to choose from..we had ordered Mandi and it came with 4 different side dishes....not a typical mandi but does have little taste of mandi.

Having heard mixed reviews about this restaurant we decided to try this one (as its a stone's throw away from our new place) for the love of kerala poratta's. But must say, it took me by surprise coz the place was really crowded and spotted a lot of arabs too!! <br/>The interior isn't that great, with colour a little too weird. And not a very family friendly place to eat from. They have an outdoor seating too, which didn't seem to be used, probably coz of the weather. <br/>We decided for a take away and gave an order for PORATTA and CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA. The poratta didn't seem fresh and so was a little hard. The gravy wasn't bad though.<br/>A value for money restaurant, I would say, with food quality that is average!!

Restaurant which assures one of the best food in the city. Had been to this place many time. Never disappointed me. Biriyani , Rotti , Chappathi and All curries, all were tasty. A must try place.

Very Bad service…phone operator always saying it’s very buys and your order will get minimum 45min Further more even we paid for the food i cant understand why we want to give tips to delivery guy. If he not got tips he will abuse u..tc

VERY, VERY, VERY BAD experience!!! After 2 hrs, the delivery did not come. Exchanged numerous calls, literally, but location was not understood when we are 3 buildings away and explained in all languages possible for 10x calls!!! Called their restau again but instead of apologising they were making excuses to their inability in a rude manner!!! More so when the delivery guy came, instead of explaining and saying sorry, he was answering in very rubbish and rude way, telling he is not our father to tell our complaint and was asking if we want it or not. This was the very first time I encountered such a very bad manner. These people are very arrogant like they will never run out of customers. All restau are getting busy but they must learn how to handle it professionally and if in case they fall short at least saying sorry will not hurt and wont cost anything from them. This is the last time I will order from this restau. And you guys out there, if u wanna try out its your call. By the way, nothing special about their food. Noodle is like indomi. Goodluck!!

Nasar Restaurant does traditional food and is best known for its poratta and traditional rottis. The restaurant has a really nice atmosphere. It's always pretty packed so can be difficult to get a table without booking.

I tried Nasar Restaurant in Airport Road for the first time and I was really satisfied overall. We had Chicken Varatharachathu with Appam and Nan. All the three items were yummy. Never had a chicken Varatharachathu like this in UAE. It's a must try option here. However the ambience could be better in comparison to other restaurants to attract more families. In addition it really doesn't affect your pocket much.<br/><br/>Keep it up.

Recently been to this place as my friend was quite interested in trying something new , as we were regularly going out for tea, so needed to freshen up. <br/><br/>After skimming through the menu we ordered Chicken Jalferezi and Half Chicken Tandoori. Me personally I loved Chicken Jalferezi and the Chicken Tandoori was satisfactory. The roti was fresh as well. <br/><br/>It was decent food at a reasonable price and I would recommend people to give it a shot. Will surely try other items on my next visit.

This review is for the Airport road branch located next to the Rak bank. Initially I was little reluctant to go there but now I make sure I visit atleast twice or thrice in a month. Even sometimes we have our lunch break in there. Freshly baked Indian breads with wide selection of Indian curries are the best in there. Also you must try their "Mota"set which is a lunch combo - it is absolutely a steal - great value for money and food is delicious. I took a friend of mine last week - he loved it more importantly it is not expensive as well. Staff service - they do recognise their regular customers.

One of the many Indian restaurants in Abu Dhabi but affordable to the vast middle income expats here. Food and ambience is excellent for the price you pay compared to many class Indian restaurants in Abu Dhabi.The only remark I found here is the time taken for take away services. This is disgusting and very often we need to wait more than 20-30 minutes even for small orders !If they improve areas like delays taken for parcel service, I think they can be the first choice of anyone loving Indian foods and increase their star ratings in this section as well.

Its just wow......its an amazing place to have food. Forget about everything, its the food and the taste matters the most. I went with my wife today and had some roti with beef fry and appam with prawn masala. It was delicious and most importantly the cost is less and I'm sure you wouldn't care to pay even more for that taste. I'm sure ill visit often there.

The food is tasty and cheap. But why do I give a 1.0 rating? Oh yeah, the 'hygiene'.<br/><br/>Nobody here seem to be concerned about hygiene. But some have to be, right? It is the same person that does all the cleaning and all the serving here. At one moment you can see a guy cleaning the floor, at the next moment he is wiping the tables and in the next... the same person comes with your food! Fantastic, isn't it? The waiters (aka cleaners aka wipers) don't have discipline. They shout with your food on their hands, so you're eating a little bit of their saliva too. Ugh! And there is definitely a little bit of shit in the food because they are even using the same person to clean the bathroom. They do this all without gloves or any protective measures.<br/><br/>If you want to know more, yeah, the waiters (aka cleaners aka wipers) don't have discipline because they are not trained. Some of them look at you like "why did you even come to make my life miserable?" (In case you're wondering, they don't know that I wrote this review, so that's not the reason I'm sure :)<br/><br/>So overall, a place with zero hygiene that I feel like throwing up as soon as I'm out of the hotel. Nasar restaurant in airport road nearby Texas chicken is one of our favorite restaurants which serves indian cuisines. their space had been improved and staff were very accomodating. food quality is really good and satisfying.. price is so affordable for its quality and will surely be coming back to this place!

Bad service and not much parking lot. If you are try to order from home or office they will charge extra 1dhs in each items. moreover very rude delivery boys. I ordered food at 1:30 pm and got it after 3:30 pm.

All variety of South Indian food available here and the dishes are good and worth for the money we pay. It comes to around 80 for 4 with drinks. Highly recommended. Parking is a issue though but there are staffs who can take care of it very professionally.

This is good hotel with great food and poorest hospitality..A big zero hotel in service. They behaves like we are eating for free.we had to argue with suppliers many times.

Friday is all about biryani for us. We had ordered chicken and mutton dum briyani which for our taste buds lacked a lot of flavor. It seemed more like saffron rice than briyani to us. I was hoping the find some masala underneath but found none. It also didn't taste particularly fresh. Quantity is generous, 1 Biryani stretches to 2 meals. All at a reasonable price. Not sure if there quality has gone down or if it was just a bad day.

Ghee rice and Beef fry - thats one combination that most of us long for. And if you're on the prowl looking for the same, look no more. The best place to have this. They hav another branch in Tourist club which is not consistent with the taste that this branch on airport road maintains. Ensure if you're ordering food for delivery, choose this branch alone..

Some of my colleagues were all gaga over this place and managed to convince me to try their food... It's a typical Kerala style restaurant... They are good but I think a bit over hyped... I have had better biryani at smaller restaurants in mussafah... This place is usually busy on Fridays and u still get very quick service... Which I thought was great... Overall I like the place but think it's a bit overrated...

Descent restaurant for Kerela Food. Popped in for Lunch. Had a tasty briyani with Fish fry and Fish Curry meals.  Lunch time the restaurant is packed.  The good part is they bring cooked different variety of fish fry and request us if we need any. The staff are friendly .

They are here to fool people in the name of biryani. We order from here quite frequently. IF  you call for dum biryani , he will pack same chicken biryani and charge you different rate.<br/> Inshort, any biryani you call , all look and taste same. when we tell him we need only dum and not normal biryani , He will say we have. <br/>When we tell me please dont send normal biryani as dum biryani and tell us now if you dont have. Then, finally, He will then say,'No, we dont have now'. While placing the order he will say yes we have. This is how they are.<br/><br/>There's hardly any  masala in it. Morever, customer service is very bad. The person who takes the order is so so rude, I have never come across such rude person in the restaurant business.<br/><br/>Today, I ordered for talassari biryani and  to my surprise it was same like the<br/> normal biryani infact worst then it. Clearly most of their customers are not zomato users, hence the low rating. This is one of the best places in town for affordable and tasty malabari food. This restaurant is crowded all the time! And its not only the Keralite population who visits but many Arabs as well love the majboos they serve here.<br/>I have visited this place on many occassions and every time, there was a huge crowd waiting outside to get seats; hence showing how popular this is.<br/>Ive tried many of their dishes like biriyani, dosa, fried rice, kerala meals, noodles, etc. Recently I got a home delivery done from there consisting of kerala paratha, chicken 65 and beef curry.<br/>No words to say but all their dishes are delicious 👌

I think they have been here since the 90's, but its a sure thing they are old in town, very old. An indian specialized restaurant, the quality compared to the comoetition is weak, the good thing ia that they have a cafeteria of their own selling cold and hot drinks.

Having heard of this restaurant from some close friends, I finally dropped by on a weekend to try them. First thing I noticed is a huge pile of parcels at the entrance waiting to be picked up, must be popular with deliveries & takeaways. The place is a typical Indian restaurant also serving a few Arabic dishes. The place is clean & looks recently refurbished. The staff was quick to take our order & quick to serve as well. We ordered a few varieties like rice (Biryani), curries (Chicken & Prawn), a fried fish & rotis. The curries tasted pretty good. The rice is about average and nothing great. Rotis was served hot & tasted good. The fried fish was ok, slightly above average that's it. Finally for dessert we took an ice cream falooda which was pretty ok. So overall the food was good but what makes it better is the price, it's easy on your pocket yet filling. So try it out, can become a regular or often dine in place for many.

Had dinner with my friends today. Decently placed hotel and even we dont get parking we have people to help us put when we are dinning in and also we can palce the order from our car itself. We order ghee rice, biriyani, fried rice with sides of beef olarthiyath and chicken. And we dnt have to wait much and also food was pretty good and economic at just around 50. Overall it was good exp and surely must try. Place is quite crowed and food quantity is quite less compared too. Even though i suggest a try 👍

Very good restaurant, tasty food and very decent suppliers. But if you are sitting in family room. One idiot table cleaner there. Tall  slim  clean shave person from kerala,if you are sitting with ladies this guy will roam around you without any reason. Dear hotel management remove that idiot from family room.

This place is famous for the variety of food they offer with low cost. Biriyani being the most ordered food I guess. The service is quick and the place is Gud with decent ambience. Parking can be a pbm at times. Worth a visit if u are a fan of Kerala food.

Am suprised to find a lot of reviews going against this restraunt, to be frank they are not bad as some have posted here, residing nearby to this.restraunt I find it amusing with the no of customers that enter this place, and its just not the keralites but large no of arabs are fond of thier majboos. It is an obvious fact that 80 percent of their customers are not zomato users. My personal choice would be the ghee rice and fish masala combo, I wouldnt suggest their biryani, but their majboos is good, and the curries are decent for the price they offer.

Ordered Chicken Biryani from here... Its was very bad... i felt they have mixed additional rice with remaining biryani and packed their food... very disappointing. ....
