Amazing food, its so affordable and the food is damn tasty!
When our go-to Mandi place raised their prices and eventually, shut down, we were forced to look for nearby Mandi places. Nasser did not disappoint.
Not only do they have good prices for the serving, but the food is also very very good. Our usual orders are their Chicken Mandi, Madhbi and Mutton Mandi.
We have eaten in their restaurant and called in for delivery and the service is prompt and excellent.
Whenever we have a tough time deciding what to cook or eat, most of the time we end up eating here and never regret the decision :)
Awesome option for Indian Cuisine
Biryani was very because of less masala.flavour was good but was dry ..better if it had some masala ..
Food:
We regularly order from nasser and 9 out of 10 times it is their legendary Charcoal Chicken. The best in town. Nasser is one of the oldest restaurants in Abu Dhabi and they have perfected the art of grilling chicken we think. Never ever have we got it anything less than it is usually. The spices, texture everything is perfect. It is accompanied by kubus and one of the best hummus and garlic sauces in town. The chicken goes perfectly with them. We usually order half chicken and the portion is enough for two of us.
Price:
Much cheaper than most other restaurants, Nasser is our saviour during month-ends when the pockets are almost empty!
Service:
Despite being very busy, the orders never felt delayed and always arrived piping hot.
Ambience:
Since we got it delivered, not much can be said about the ambience. But we have been there previously and the ambience is just about okay. Nothing too fancy.
Will we recommend:
The Charcoal grilled chicken is a must have!
A famous restaurant joint for biriyani..I used Get from both the branches ..there dum biriyani are really nice ..bought mutton dum..the pieces are really soft and cooked well ..good restaurant to try South Indian biriyani

If you are looking for best thalasseri dum biriyani you must try it from Nasar restuarant.It is really good and tasty.Whenever i feel to have thalasseri biriyani i prefer nasar resruarant.
Ordered for delivery. Beef masala, butter chicken chapati and ghee rice. Beef masala was a little spicy. Ghee rice one of the best u can get in Abu Dhabi. Delivery was on time. Value for money.
Valet parking facility is helpful even though they are adding 3dhs to bill.

Nice place to visit. Food is delicious @ a very reasonable rate. Will surely be visiting again. Been a while since I was looking out for a unlimited Thali place that serves Matta rice, and finally doing one. Tried the Fish Thali and it was awesome. The staff are attentive and well aware of the menu. They do have an upstairs dining and it's quite decent for families. Take aways and call-in orders are also excepted.
On Friday morning, we went to this restaurant to have breakfast. The waiter informed that their Speciality thalassery Biriyani is ready to serve. So we ordered 1 thalassery chicken biriyani and 1 thalassery mutton Biriyani. The rice is that matters in Biriyani. Should admit the Biriyani is worth every dirhams paid. If a Biriyani lover, this is a place to visit for sure.

Heard fantastic things about Nasar for the last few months from friends, we decided to visit and try it out and we were super excited as both myself and my wife really enjoy Indian food. We decided to get 2 dishes(Chicken Biryani and butter chicken) and 2 different types of breads(We went with the cashiers suggestion). We arrived around 8ish and it was way to full to dine in so we decided to take it home as a take-away. I must say this was one of the best meals I have had in Abu Dhabi! Well done Nasar, I can see why this restaurant is always full.
My rating is based on food I ordered expressed in terms of Happy or Unhappy on multiple parameters rather than measuring on scale. Idea is to make your decision easy.

Good Fish Tikka !
Weekend dinner with the squad led me to Nasar Restaurant which is in close proximity to Al Wahda Mall.
Parking here looks like an issue at first glance but do not be taken a back as the guys here at Nasar have valet service which is just splendid !
The food here is good for the price point and quantity though I really have mydoubts over the quality here.

*Chicken Lollipop
The salad which came first was extremely old, raising my doubts over the quality here.
The noodle soup hits you in right spot and is recommended !
Fish tikka was just fabulous !
I would just go here to eat the fish tikka here, complimented by their mint chutney .. the fish is really succulent and it just melts in your mouth
Beef fry and the chicken lollipops are good here as well for their quantity
The service here is a bit on the slower side given the fact the restaurant is bustling on Thursday evening.
Overall for the price point and service, Nasar Restaurant is very big thumbs up !
Though I feel they need to up their quality and service game a bit

Quick service, good food, good price, variety to choose from..we had ordered Mandi and it came with 4 different side dishes....not a typical mandi but does have little taste of mandi.
Having heard mixed reviews about this restaurant we decided to try this one (as its a stone's throw away from our new place) for the love of kerala poratta's. But must say, it took me by surprise coz the place was really crowded and spotted a lot of arabs too!!
The interior isn't that great, with colour a little too weird. And not a very family friendly place to eat from. They have an outdoor seating too, which didn't seem to be used, probably coz of the weather.
We decided for a take away and gave an order for PORATTA and CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA. The poratta didn't seem fresh and so was a little hard. The gravy wasn't bad though.

Restaurant which assures one of the best food in the city. Had been to this place many time. Never disappointed me. Biriyani , Rotti , Chappathi and All curries, all were tasty. A must try place.
We really enjoyed our meal at this place and what great food they provide, the place was extremely busy but it didn't deter from the great food.

Nasar Restaurant does traditional food and is best known for its poratta and traditional rottis. The restaurant has a really nice atmosphere. It's always pretty packed so can be difficult to get a table without booking.

I tried Nasar Restaurant in Airport Road for the first time and I was really satisfied overall. We had Chicken Varatharachathu with Appam and Nan. All the three items were yummy. Never had a chicken Varatharachathu like this in UAE. It's a must try option here. However the ambience could be better in comparison to other restaurants to attract more families. In addition it really doesn't affect your pocket much.

Recently been to this place as my friend was quite interested in trying something new , as we were regularly going out for tea, so needed to freshen up.
After skimming through the menu we ordered Chicken Jalferezi and Half Chicken Tandoori. Me personally I loved Chicken Jalferezi and the Chicken Tandoori was satisfactory. The roti was fresh as well.
It was decent food at a reasonable price and I would recommend people to give it a shot. Will surely try other items on my next visit.
This review is for the Airport road branch located next to the Rak bank. Initially I was little reluctant to go there but now I make sure I visit atleast twice or thrice in a month. Even sometimes we have our lunch break in there. Freshly baked Indian breads with wide selection of Indian curries are the best in there. Also you must try their "Mota"set which is a lunch combo - it is absolutely a steal - great value for money and food is delicious. I took a friend of mine last week - he loved it more importantly it is not expensive as well. Staff service - they do recognise their regular customers.

One of the many Indian restaurants in Abu Dhabi but affordable to the vast middle income expats here. Food and ambience is excellent for the price you pay compared to many class Indian restaurants in Abu Dhabi.The only remark I found here is the time taken for take away services. This is disgusting and very often we need to wait more than 20-30 minutes even for small orders !If they improve areas like delays taken for parcel service, I think they can be the first choice of anyone loving Indian foods and increase their star ratings in this section as well.

Its just wow......its an amazing place to have food. Forget about everything, its the food and the taste matters the most. I went with my wife today and had some roti with beef fry and appam with prawn masala. It was delicious and most importantly the cost is less and I'm sure you wouldn't care to pay even more for that taste. I'm sure ill visit often there.
If you love spicy Indian food then it's the perfect place for you!
I like the gobi chilly a lot also the dal tadka and vegetable biryani .
Panir kadai and mix vegetable were also very tasty.

A typical malabar restaurant. king fish curry, chicken dum biriyani, grill chicken etc are worth trying. You gets parking there most of the time and they have vallet parking services as well.
Nasar restaurant in airport road nearby Texas chicken is one of our favorite restaurants which serves indian cuisines. their space had been improved and staff were very accomodating. food quality is really good and satisfying.. price is so affordable for its quality and will surely be coming back to this place!
All variety of South Indian food available here and the dishes are good and worth for the money we pay. It comes to around 80 for 4 with drinks. Highly recommended. Parking is a issue though but there are staffs who can take care of it very professionally.

Some of my colleagues were all gaga over this place and managed to convince me to try their food... It's a typical Kerala style restaurant... They are good but I think a bit over hyped... I have had better biryani at smaller restaurants in mussafah... This place is usually busy on Fridays and u still get very quick service... Which I thought was great... Overall I like the place but think it's a bit overrated...
Descent restaurant for Kerela Food. Popped in for Lunch. Had a tasty briyani with Fish fry and Fish Curry meals. Lunch time the restaurant is packed. The good part is they bring cooked different variety of fish fry and request us if we need any. The staff are friendly .
Clearly most of their customers are not zomato users, hence the low rating. This is one of the best places in town for affordable and tasty malabari food. This restaurant is crowded all the time! And its not only the Keralite population who visits but many Arabs as well love the majboos they serve here.
I have visited this place on many occassions and every time, there was a huge crowd waiting outside to get seats; hence showing how popular this is.
Ive tried many of their dishes like biriyani, dosa, fried rice, kerala meals, noodles, etc. Recently I got a home delivery done from there consisting of kerala paratha, chicken 65 and beef curry.
No words to say but all their dishes are delicious 👌
Having heard of this restaurant from some close friends, I finally dropped by on a weekend to try them. First thing I noticed is a huge pile of parcels at the entrance waiting to be picked up, must be popular with deliveries & takeaways. The place is a typical Indian restaurant also serving a few Arabic dishes. The place is clean & looks recently refurbished. The staff was quick to take our order & quick to serve as well. We ordered a few varieties like rice (Biryani), curries (Chicken & Prawn), a fried fish & rotis. The curries tasted pretty good. The rice is about average and nothing great. Rotis was served hot & tasted good. The fried fish was ok, slightly above average that's it. Finally for dessert we took an ice cream falooda which was pretty ok. So overall the food was good but what makes it better is the price, it's easy on your pocket yet filling. So try it out, can become a regular or often dine in place for many.
Had dinner with my friends today. Decently placed hotel and even we dont get parking we have people to help us put when we are dinning in and also we can palce the order from our car itself. We order ghee rice, biriyani, fried rice with sides of beef olarthiyath and chicken. And we dnt have to wait much and also food was pretty good and economic at just around 50. Overall it was good exp and surely must try. Place is quite crowed and food quantity is quite less compared too. Even though i suggest a try 👍

Tall slim clean shave person from kerala,if you are sitting with ladies this guy will roam around you without any reason. Dear hotel management remove that idiot from family room.
Am suprised to find a lot of reviews going against this restraunt, to be frank they are not bad as some have posted here, residing nearby to this.restraunt I find it amusing with the no of customers that enter this place, and its just not the keralites but large no of arabs are fond of thier majboos. It is an obvious fact that 80 percent of their customers are not zomato users. My personal choice would be the ghee rice and fish masala combo, I wouldnt suggest their biryani, but their majboos is good, and the curries are decent for the price they offer.
