The Oven & Saj of zaatarino - thyme with fresh vegetables was crisp and tasty .Although not in the revised Menu, was accommodated for a vegetarian choice.Excellent service and good packing .

My favourite shisha place.. because they one of the cheapest shisha. The staff serves fast and accommodating. Everyday its crowded also until the closing time. All of the food were delicious. Been here couple of times
A budget friendly cool Shisha Cafe. Usually Shisha cafes around the town don’t nail all the dishes but here the quality of food is really good. The Shisha is really amazing unlike all the substandard ones which are thrown at you in these kind of places. All in all, I would highly recommend this place if you are in for a good time with shisha and quality food.
Outside seating area isn’t there so that’s one of the issues but I would give

The sheesha is pretty average but they serve some really good food. The quantity of the fries is really good and even the cheese alfredo pasta. Its usually crowded and if you're coming by car, parking is gonna be a huge issue in the night.
We tried ninar special beef burger and it was the best burger I had in AD. It was perfect with the fries and onion rings it came with. We also tried fresh juices but it was too much watered down, we felt. The lasagne was also nice. So is the saj bread. The shisha was good too and all of them were under the budget.
This place has the cheapest shisha that I've ever had in auh. The ambience isn't all that colourful,but you could get together with a friend and hang out for a really long time . The staff isn't all that cooperative but atleast they serve orders on time

Ninar is a pretty awsome cafe to chill out with friends. I remember visiting ninar quiet often as a teen living in Abu Dhabi. My visits got quiet frequent as their food was something I enjoyed eating all the time. The pasta's served at ninar are my favorite, especially their penne arabiata. It's a classic but it taste so good, the tomato sauce is flavorsome and you just want more.⭐️ the manakeesh served is also tasty, my favorite being the zaatar cheese manakeesh.

An old time favourite with college goers and youngsters in the city, Ninar is a great place to catch up over shisha and have a quick bite or drink. While I've been here countless times over the years, I only recently tried the Fettuccini Antonio Chicken and it's one of the best I've ever had! Their nachos, pizzas and crepes are also great, as well as the fresh juices. Great value for money within a cosy and relaxed ambience.
My go-to place for cheap, good shisha and good food. Highly recommend their Fatoushe and Penne with Chicken and Cheese (basically a really yum Alfredo). They can change the sauce for you, if you'd like (I asked for Pink/Rose sauce once, that's what is in the photo). Their Ninar Burger and Nachos with Cheese are good too. Their Grape Mint shisha has been Dhs 25 for the longest time (except I think they've increased it by Dhs 5 just recently - still cheaper than most other places). They have a small outdoor seating section, but somehow their indoors doesn't get unbearably smokey - not for me at least. Their service is good too.
Nice, quaint joint for good sheesha and to grab a meal. I like their English breakfast, the omelets are good and the scrambled eggs are fluffy, there is also something about their fried sausages which makes them yumm. Arabic fare is also good.
The ambience is good. The sheesha is reasonably priced but not strong enough. The chicken pizza is good but please don't put cottage cheese in it. The fresh juices are really yummy. The shakes are worth trying 😊 one of the staff is so haughty and does not get orders properly. They need to check on the attitude of their staffs. Rest of the staff are OK
While walking and headed out of nowhere, me and my good friend bumped into this cafe.. When we first entered the cafe, it was full of smoke since it was a shisha house. It felt a bit exhilarating, but the ambience was really good tho. Interiors were nice and the kitchen was fantastic and it stood out because of the old fashioned oven (Pugon in Tagalog).
We ordered an all meat pizza, a frappucino and an avocado shake. Pizza was really good, it was fresh and juicy. Frapuccino was just fine, not really fascinating. Avocado shake was okay. Price was just right for the pizza but not for the drinks i guess. Place is good, except for the smoke covering the air. I would suggest they have a separate place for smokers and for those people who just wanted to eat and chill. Service was really excellent, the staffs were accomodating and kind. To sum it all, our experience was good. Definitely coming back again to try other pizza. Too bad i wasn't able to take pictures! 😭
Best crepe in town is in Ninar cafee! The atmosphere is nice cozy and quite. One thing I do recommend is that they bring back the outdoor seating especially for shisha not good to have n closed place.
My Shisha Hangout. Mix Shisha is the best. Love the green tea. Haven't tried anything else yet. It is for sure serving the cheapest Shisha in town.
Best Lasagne in town better than the Lasagnes made in Italian restaurants!! Well recommended to try it..nice atmosphere and the location in the middle of the city..amazing shisha and logical prices..

Ninar is a quaint place with good ambience having a warmth to it. This is a joint to hang out over Sheesha and gorge on some good food. The service is swift and the place is usually packed with people from everywhere.. My 1st day in Abu Dhabi and my brother decided to take me here and it turned out to be good. The fattoush is decent and the Turkish coffee has become a staple.. All in all a good place. Good stuff 👍👍

A friend and I thought of going to a sheesha cafe to relax and talk. They were pretty full. Luckily we got a table. We just had there grape mint(my fav flavour) sheesha and a drink. I must say the sheesha was good and the Ac was on full blast. The ambience was normal and the employees were friendly. I may visit Ninar again on my next visit to Abu Dhabi.

I used to go here really often because they have amazing coffee but off late ever since the outdoor seating shutdown the inside has become pretty stuffy with sheesha and smoke smell. The food undoubtedly is pretty good and reasonably priced
I always wanted to try thier menu because my friends kept telling me they've got amazing food such as crepe, fatoosh, chocolate milkshakes etc..so after college my friend asked me to come ninar because she wanted to do sheesha...so I decided I'll hog when she's doing her sheesha...really pretty ambiance.. And for unwanted things they overate.. Like for water it's 7.. It's not even a five star hotel to charge 7dhms.. Even the waiters don't seem so happy with thier job...but food is really good..the pasta and crepe where above average and tummy filling.. We cudnt finish the crepe as it was really big...overall nice and calm place with good food :)

One of the get together places for me and my friends.. good food.. large sitting area.. love their Capuccino.. slightly pricey.. other than that are their staffs.. the staffs talk bad about the customers.. one of my friend heard them talking inappropriate stuffs about us.. couldnt speak to the manager but informed the others..
Ninar is one of the best chilling spots conveniently located in the city where shisha and food are available at a reasonable rate .. Would definitely recommend it!
Shisha is for AED 25, i think one of the cheapest shisha places around which is family friendly. Ambiance is good, not noisy place either. The crowd is mostly in their 20s and 30s, with a couple of teenagers around. Food is reasonably priced. Their chocolate brownie is tasty. There is no internet service though or i would have given it a higher rating.
My favourite seafood salad in Abu Dhabi! beautiful seafood salad and Spanish omelet here. It was a little too warm in the restaurant for me which caused some discomfort but the staff were great and best of all it the value!
Would highly recommend and will certainly return.

Ninar coffee shop, one of the top preferred cafés by students and youth in Abu Dhabi to spend some quality time with their friends, sipping Sheesha or drinking one of the varieties of smoothies Ninar has to offer. It's technically in the heart of Abu Dhabi and their menu is very reasonably priced. I must honestly admit the fact that Ninar has one of the best lasagnas I have ever tasted in my life! I honestly feel that's the reason why I love this cafe so much. Having tried lasagnas from various other restaurants in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, going to the extend of paying almost thrice the price of the lasagna in Ninar, I can only say that there is something truly special about the lasagna in Ninar which can be only explained by trying it out for yourself. It does not have a lot of sheets, nor is it very meaty either; it's just perfect. You can feel the flavors melting away in your mouth when you have a small bite of the lasagna . Ninar offers a variety of dishes at a very decent price. The ambience in Ninar is not something you would want to go for your first date, but it is perfect for having a good time with your friends. The only issue that genuinely bothers me about Ninar is the fact that they have an average service; I feel it's mainly due to the waiters being under staffed. I have waited for upto 12-15 minutes various times to get my invoice. I feel they could use a couple of more staff but the food usually arrives within 10-15 minutes after placing the order. As a whole, I would say Ninar is a perfect place for those who would like to hang out with friends, sit back, relax, talk and grab a very delicious quick bite at a very perfectly priced cafe. They also serve Sheesha to those who enjoy smoking while they have their meal.

The new and improved Zomato outlook along with it's revamped points system was much needed and feels refreshing. Kudos.
Though boredom is a negative feeling, it does evoke a positive response in one, with the response in this case being exploring new places to just sit back and relax. Well, that's how I would say me an my friends came across Ninar. Having been here twice already, I'll be including experiences from my earlier visit along with my recent one. Here's how it all went down.
Location :
They are located along Khalifa street, along the line of Le Royal Meridien Hotel and the post office. Location is quite convenient with an average volume of people passing through this area everyday. Parking maybe a bit unpredictable though depending on the time of the day. Late evenings, at around seven or eight are recommended.
Ambience :
The place is quite attractive on the outside as well as on the inside. Seating arrangements are mainly in the form of sofas which are well spread out, though the place may feel a bit cramped up in certain corners. The place is well lit up and the atmosphere is quite suitable for a casual masala-filled conversation with a couple of friends.
Food and sheesha :
On my first visit, we ended up ordering a margarita pizza along with our staple mint sheesha. The margarita pizza was fairly delightful with a fairly thick layer of cheese, but not entirely out of this world. The sheesha on the other hand, being quite smooth and clean, was pretty impressive, making us rethink our sheesha preferences in Abu Dhabi.
During my second visit, we ended up ordering a halloumi cheese saj, a strawberry milkshake along with our usual mint sheesha. The sandwich was pretty much okay, but lacked any real punch. It could've been much better though with a lot more cheese. The sheesha was a big disappointment in comparison to our experience of it last time. It wasn't really smooth and hit our throats real hard. A coal change was needed to make it better. Fortunately, after all our disappointments, came the milkshake. Truly world class, truly brilliant. One of the best I've had to date, every sip I would have, I kept it in my mouth for a while, savor it before gulping it in.
All in all, I would say that the food is pretty much great. Much better than your average cafe at least.
Menu and Pricing :
Menu isn't really bad and offers quite a lot of options including the usual cravings. The range of shakes could be widened though. Options are a bit on the pricey side though making you think twice, but they ain't too expensive either.
Staff and Service :
Service was quite satisfactory, living up to our expectations. Staff were pretty much well mannered and well maintained but lacked interaction. They don't really cater to football as well, meaning In case you were to look for a place broadcasting the Barclays Premier League, you would have to give this place a miss.
Final Verdict :
Quite a place I would say, they could do much better though if they were to incorporate a few changes. Food and a brilliant atmosphere are reasons why I would go here. I would give this place a miss though, in case I were to have sheesha along with some quality football entertainment on my mind alone (that's the prime reason I end up going to a cafe usually).
If you have friends that don't smoke sheesha, then this is one of the best places to hangout with them. The range of food items which they have for the offering is way too great for a 'Cafe'. and secondly, the place is very big and not smoky at all like how most of the sheesha cafes around the city are, a sheesha costs around Dhs. 25 and its worth the money. You wont end up coughing or choking on the sheesha. Everyone of my friends loved the place and also the interiors, its something unique and worth having a look at. as far the food it concerned, they have really good pizza's and burger's. Do try the Margarita Mozzarella pizza if you love cheeseee! :D

Ninars, which is also my second home, is a small cafe located right next to Sofitel on Khalifa Street.
It definitely serves one of the best sheeshas in the city. Be that mint or mixed flavour. It sure gets a little too smoky sometimes (hence its not recommended for families)
The food here is quite good as well, have tried the Pastas, Pizzas, Chicken Fajita here. The chicken and cheese pasta is absolutely brilliant and so is the thin-crust Margarita Pizza. Also if you're looking for a chicken pizza, go for the Fransisco pizza. The chicken fajita is not bad either.
The interiors of the place is bright and fresh (unlike most other sheesha places in the city) It gets really packed by around 7 pm though.
The staff is quite friendly, or maybe I go there just way too often for them to not be nice to me. They have someone called Princess who serves here, who is extremely sweet. Their coal guy takes a while to come, which gets a little bugging sometimes. (Ninars really need to get someone to help him though)
You would find all kinds of people here, right from school kids, to working professionals.
It is quite decently priced and a great place to end your day after a busy day at work.
