مطعم جامد جدي. ب50 درهم تتمرمغ اكل وشرب وحلويات 🤣 وكمان الاصناف كلها طعمها حلو فعلا. والسلاطات مميزة جدا. مطعم هندي. او مطعم مكسيكسي انت اللي تختار. جربت الاتنين قبل كده والمكسيكي بالنسبالي احلى لكن الاتنين ظرفاء جدا جدا .

المكان بنسبه للسعر حلو اب ٤٩درهم للشخص و اللى يحب الاكل الهندي و التايلندي بيعيبه لانه الاكل كان لذيذ بنسبه للعاملين كانوا بشوشين المكان يستحق انه الواحد يروح له

المطعم في حامد سنتر مدينة زايد المطعم ذا طابع هندي فيه بعض المأكولات الصينية و التايلاندية يمكنك الاختيار بين طلب طبق من الطعام او البوفية.. لا تتوفر مواقف لسيارات في كل الاوقات

مطعم نظيف ،سعره في الأجازات مرتفع قليل ،في زحمه وازعاج اطفال ،هذا يرقص ويدافرون عند البوفيه ،لو في عصيرات كان افضل ،لا تغيير في الحلويات اكثر من 10 سنوات بشكل عام مافي تنويع في الاكل .

Worst food ever I had. I have ordered for a South Indian tiffin item - Masaal Dosa and it was served in a plate that does not fit the food served. The chutnies provided were horrible to taste. Please dont go to this place :(

Pathetic Food, we ordered the Chicken Angara (Recommended by the server) and it was just bland and filled with chilli, no flavor whatsoever. Very disappointed as once upon a time Arab Udupi used to be really kill it. I guess the management changed or the cook is interning ;P Wouldn't recommend!

Order a Fish Briyani+Chicken Chilly+Nan,Both Fish Briyani and the Chicken Chilly Taste is Very Average and the Nan also very Hard.<br/><br/>I Expect more from Arab Udupi.

I recieved the order after 3 hours. The delivery boy can't be blamed. He was sent to a location 6 km away on a cycle in this hot weather and they didn't even tell him what the location was. We have always enjoyed the indian / chinese dishes from Arab Udupi. One of our most favourites is the Chicken Lollipop ( these are a great treat specially for most of our occasions and cravings over weekends)<br/><br/>Served hot with an ultimate Schezwan sauce that goes very well with the huge chicken Lollipop!<br/><br/>Highly recommended for its taste/sauce and complimentary Papads on huge orders<br/><br/>

Orderd for idli vada in the evening , it was so damn hard like a brick could not eat it. , the restaurant should be checking on these vital issues , i guess this was cooked in the morning and not stored in a accurate place , zomato should be working on these elements as restaurant should be deploying fresh food , not the ones which was cooked in the morning!!!!!

The food used to be good before but now its horrible. No wonder they have closed few branches. Ordered Masala dosa and plain dosa the other day and they were served cold.<br/><br/>The restaurant is very dirty and unhygienic. If you’re a chaat fan, you have to try Arab Udupi. Their pani puri, priced reasonably is one of the finest we’ve had. They have a large menu, including Indian food as well. Would definitely go back to try more items on their menu.

Placed the order online and was very disappointed with the service, the food and the quantity was good thou, however the service was a complete let down, it took more the 1.5 hours to deliver the food, I Made 2 phone calls to follow up and all operator or whoever he was kept saying your delivery will reach soon and just hung up ,on the 2nd call the same guy answers and does the same thing again, I had chat with zomato to get the order sorted, I would've canceled the order but couldn't since I already paid for it. Very unhappy with the service.

Ordered their pani puri - take away as I was rushing to catch bus. They were quick to pack the parcel. Charges were too less than I expected as they are inside the mall. Packaging was ok. Pani puri was good and fresh.

Had previously tried Chicken Hot and Sour soup and loved it. Today ordered the same to relish it but instead received lots of mushroom and hardly 1 or 2 pieces of chicken.

Arab udipi used to be the go to restaurant once upon a time until 2011/12 when it just went all downhill.<br/>I used to visit this restaurant atleast 5-6 times a month with my folks as this was just a minute away from my place and I've seen it from its peak till this point.<br/><br/>The chowpatty/chaat corner is still great and it's one thing I'd strongly recommend in Abu dhabi's chaat places.<br/>The veg curries and tandoor aren't that fresh and sorta taste frozen.<br/><br/>The breakfast for pongal, dosa and sambar are decent at their price point.<br/><br/>Overall 2.5/5

Love the fast food , dosas , samosas and vadas... nice quite joint... staff is very friendly and courteous... the place serves a variety of nice vegetarian and non vegetarian Food... !!!

You can find Arab Udupi restaurants all around Abu Dhabi and they have been serving customers for over 40 years.<br/><br/>The branch I went to is located behind the Hamdan Center. There are adequate paid parking spots in front of the restaurant. The restaurant area looks cramped inside but the family section downstairs is quite spacious.<br/><br/>We send in there to have some standard south Indian staples like dosas and idlis because during our 5 days stay in Abu Dhabi, we didn't get a chance to eat these dishes at our hotel. So we ordered some 'saada' dosas, 1 ghee roast and a dahi vada. The dosas were light, crispy and the sides of sambar and chutney were good. Although I had one gripe that the batter used to make the dosas seemed to be rather sweet already which is not what I'm usually used to. Think it is more common in Karnataka. The dahi vada was also really sweet.... Sweet enough to eat as a dessert.<br/><br/>We had a second round of servings, I had the rava dosa and the wife ordered another saada dosa. My rava dosa was not mine the ones I've had at other south Indian places because it was quite white and not very crispy. I usually like them a lot crispier and the color is more on the brown side as it is fried for a longer time.<br/><br/>The menu has a lot of other options like north Indian and Chinese dishes. Prices are ok and the ambiance in the family section is fine.

We have been eating here for last 21 years and the taste of food is still good and price is economical compared to others. Delivery was fast and chicken lollypop was wrapped in a way that it was still hot. Veg Makhanwala was Mughlai flavor dish and cooked well.

we gave instructions for naan to be cut in 3 pieces, instead we got full naans not even cut in halves which is usually done.

if you want to get insulted come and eat here ..their employees doesn't have courtesy how to talk to a customer and always show there rude attitude especially pani puri guy.<br/><br/>This hamdan centre branch should learn first how to treat customers.

Delivery delayed by 30 minutes from scheduled time. Order received but food was cold and chutneys were watery and tasteless. Sambhar was not even worth tasting. Using very bad and cheap packing materials. Don’t even try to use the plastic spoon as you may cut your tongue. Very bad experience and last time to order from this restaurant.

One of the popular Indian restaurants in Abu Dhabi, we visit here quite often.<br/>They offer North Indian and South Indian dishes here which is delicious and tastes good acc to Indian standards.<br/>I personally love all their chaat items especially their pani puri (definitely recommended).<br/>Their dine in area is not that great so home delivery would be recommended.<br/>Overall it’s a decent place and quite nominal too compared to other mainstream Indian restaurants in Auh. <br/>

A truly amazing experience. A routine place for someone else turned out to be my find of the day.<br/>In the heart of the city, serving delicious typical Chatpati pani puri and chaat dishes to the core. Above all, you can stand like the conventional pani puri Thela and eat them made fresh there itself. The chaat corner is rightly named as Bombay Chaat. Bhel Puri, Idli Vada Dip, Aloo / Chana mix Chaat are my favorite dishes from here. <br/>We always chose to sit outdoors. The indoor is usually crowded & the downstairs is for family which doesn’t feel as open & spacious. The hygiene isn’t the BEST here & the service isn’t the BEST too. I’d give hygiene & service the same 2.5/5 <br/>I’m not a fan of their other main dishes, the only items I’d have from here are the Chaat evening snacks & the breakfast items.

Its Lent season and wanted to try something veg..The veg monchow soup was decent, the veg kholapuri didnt disappoint either..the chappati like every other restaurant was a let down...five minutes and the chappatis were like pappad...the ambience and the service scores a brownie point each and will dfntly go back to try the non veg dishes ofcourse no chappati for sure...

Love their Keema paratha...it has the right amount of spice.Pretty good for the price.<br/>Their Vada is the best I have tasted so far-crunchy and crispy on the outside...literally you can hear the crisp as you take the bite .Combining that vada with their orange chutney -the best dip ever!!.

I had an online order in zomato and the rates I see on the manual bill and the rates on the zomato order is completely different, they print the bill to tally the amount mentioned by zomato and then edit the quantity or strike out the item and make it the final amount, when I approached them with the first bill their reply was that it was a mistake and they would send an other bill and the next bill also they had done the same thing of printing it with higher quantity and then manually editing the quantity. I would not blame zomato as I’regularly order with them but Arab udupi is the only restaurant I have faced such an issue, still thier reason for the second bill to have issues is that it’s a printing mistake. Please be careful and cautious with this restaurant and don’t end up paying an higher price then what it really costs <br/>

This is one of the first veg places in abudhabi in those days they were serving pure vegetarian and was always difficult to get a seat but a few years back they had a management change and introduced a new menu with non veg options. Stepped in for breakfast the standards have changed by a huge margin ordered for a poori bhaji and mysore masala dosa along with tea. Also had a friday special breakfast dish. The service is one thing that remains the same, great service.

I have tried their several curries, naans and chicken lollipop. Curried are normal and nothing special to mention of. But their chicken lollipops are really great. It tastes so good. The spicy side dish coming with the chicken lollipop pairs very well.

We always order Chicken Manchurian and Lamb Sweet n Sour with Chicken spring rolls. Although it's not a Chinese restaurant, the taste of the Chinese dishes is good enough. Always ordered home delivery; food always comes fresh and hot.

Ordered Masala Dosa and Pani Puri..We were served very quickly and the staffs were also very friendly..it was a good experience being there..and very reasonably priced..Dosa was good and crispy..but the chutney was bad..the gravy was not good..sambar and pani puri was tasty..paratha was not well cooked..it's good to have pani puri with families and friends in open air..the service was very good..there is nothing to complain..Loved their food..!!😍💓

Simple chaat place with outside seating which is nice. Unfortunately the pani puri were not too great as the puri is not fresh and crisp. Mix chat was ok but a bit messy with no real stand out flavours. Dosas looked good so maybe will try again another evening. Service was friendly. Update - thali is great here at lunchtime. Cheap and best - 10AED.

Ordered chicken Triple Schewan fried rice. delivered very late .. more than an hour and with tasteless food. salt was v less, there was no chicken except for few small pieces in the rice, fried noodles were v soggy and gravy in a small chutney container which moreover looked and tasted like sweet chutney. it had no chicken and no vegs. v bad quality, money wasted.

Having spent the past 24 yrs in Abu Dhabi, I would say that the quality of service and ambience has deteriorated over the years. However, I still find some of their dishes tasty like Chicken lollipop, Chicken Mughlai, Chicken manchow soup, and stuffed kulcha. Their fried rice and noodles are alright. Puri Bhaji and Gobi Manchurian are items that give value for money. I ordered a Chicken Biryani once which tasted terrible. It had a lot of artificial color. Their samosa chat was so watery. Definitely give their Kashmiri pulao a try! It had the right amount of sweetness. My friends and I liked it. We ordered Achari chicken kebab which wasn't a wise option. If you happen to stay or work close by and need food in a jiffy, don't hesitate to call them for delivery but choose your dish wisely.

I was a regular customer of this AU Hamdan branch, but the last experience was uncultured pathetic horrible. Had ordered food and was delivered on time after opening the packets we found that on item was missing, we called the restaurant to notify them & if possible to get it delivered as we had already paid for that. To my shock the same delivery guy came back with the missed order & started enquiring about the packet he delivered to us and started blaming that we had received that order and he did not hand over the packet to us & was arguing (cheap guy), I had to send him back without taking the order which was already paid to them. And when I complained to the concern guy at the restaurant...he started arguing in support of his staff....poor experience...very pathetic experience....will be taking up this matter with Abu Dhabi customer grievance cell...😡

Have visited 3 of their outlets. Tried dosa and chats. Dosa was OK not very tasty, but reasonable for the price they charge. AED 10 for any type of dosa. Their chutney was bad, sambar was good.<br/>Coming to chats, pani puri was nice. But vada pav was just OK.

We happened to visit this place because of my car, reason being it went bad and while we were waiting for the help we decided to munch at this outlet. Table linen was so dirty full of stains. Ordered masala dosa and tomato uttapam and let me tell u i havent tasted this pathetic food ever. Pathetic tasteless food. I ordered paneer tikka which just red color and nothing else. I ordered The veg thali with mota (brown) rice they sent with barik (white) rice. All sides were just taste less n very low quality not worth aed.20<br/>At all. You will get much much better thali in sangeetha, foodlands, golden spoon, saravana bhavan for lesser price.<br/>Arab udupi a big thumbs down sorry..!!

We always order from this place but had a terrible experience this time. It first started with the Filipina at the reception. She doesn’t know how to speak on the phone at all. I guess she needs training on customer service. More than talking, she's screaming on the phone. If she's taking the order, she should also be aware of what all is included in a particular dish as she is the only point of contact for a customer. We don’t get a choice to speak to the Chef. Finally getting to my order, I placed an order for Fish Thali and I asked her what all is included, she told me – rice, 2 chapatti, veg, chicken fry and yoghurt. I was wondering why is chicken fry in a Fish Thali? – To which she had no answer. Then I asked her whether fish fry is available? She said no, and then I asked her, which fish will u give in the curry? She directly gave the phone to one Indian guy there. That guy (don’t want to mention the name, even though I know it) took my order again and said that the receptionist took the wrong order and she was talking about some "set thali" and not Fish thali and that’s y she said there is chicken. So then I clearly told him, I want only FISH THALI which has fish fry in it and not chicken. He said ok, got it and kept the call. Later I called them again – when it was due to be delivered, just to remind them that I want FISH THALI and not that set thali. They again confirmed to me that they are sending Fish thali only. We Had ordered for 3 plates. When the food arrived and we opened it, we were shocked. There was no fry fish at all but there was that wonderful (please note the sarcasm) chicken fry which they mentioned about. Please see the pic for how big (or should I say small) the piece was. Then in the fish curry, all of us had different kinds of fishes. One was king fish (no complaints), another was a tiny sardine and another was only the head of a sardine fish (pic attached). We got so furious and called up the branch to complain. <br/><br/>Again instead of listening to us, the receptionist is only throwing the blame on her other staff saying, it's his mistake / no no, that one's mistake. She doesn't even want to listen to the whole story. We were talking in pure English but she said she can't understand us and again gave the phone to another Indian guy there in the restaurant. That guy was blank about the whole issue and only kept saying, sorry, we will not do this mistake next time. When asked, why different fishes are given in the curry? He says that there was nothing left and so we gave what was remaining. Imagine our condition when we heard this..!!! They took the full amount from us, did not give us a discount or anything for all the Terrible mistakes they have done. Finally we just ate the food that we got. I don’t think we would want to waste our money on such a place again.

I had ordered today (12th July 2016) an American chopsuey veg and a shezwan fried rice veg (Receipt number 122201). For someone like me who has never had non vegetarian food in their entire life, I ate the American Chopsuey not knowing what are the contents in it. Assuming the food to be filled with only vegetables, I stumbled across a Chicken Piece after popping it in my mouth and was shocked to find out that it was CHICKEN NOT PANEER. When I had called the Restaurant, neither did the Philipino girl who took the order or someone else who took the order- Javed, said that there was a mistake. The restaurant manager- Ravi said that he will send veg chopsuey again. What is the point in sending food after messing up the order and causing someone like me who has never tasted Non Vegetarian and breaking my religious sentiments. I am very disturbed by this incident. I strongly recommend people who are serious about the food they eat to never order from this restaurant.<br/>VERY BAD RESTAURANT FOR VEGETARIAN PEOPLE. CANT TRUST THIS RESTAURANT.

Arab Udupi has been a favorite spot for Indian dishes since my childhood. I love their vegetarian options.. It's hard to find a better option in Abu Dhabi for Masala Dosa and Vada.. I also love their Prawn special..

Service is horrible and the waiters are extremely impolite. <br/>No consistency in the food they serve. Had ordered an upma this morning and was served a big lump of burnt starchy part that you usually scrape out of the bottom of the vessel. It was quite early in the morning so no excuses whatever.<br/>To the management: You are in the hospitality industry. Never too late to train your employees on the fundamentals of being hospitable. <br/><br/>You have lost one customer in me, and I hope my review helps you guys to keep your existing customer base.

Had their channa masala last night. It was so yum. Also love their Shezwan Noodles. Thumbs up from me. Good value for money. Although their ground flooe seating area has a strange smell.

We have ordered Puri Bhaji and onion Dosa...the moment when we received our puri bhaji we called waiter and ask him to canceled our order however waiter denied saying that once u placed order u can not cancelled as he made bill moment when we placed order and not after u eat.. We ask him to call manager or someone who manage the restaurant ..he said all Arab Udupi outlet has same rule which is set by owner.. I just asked him check if dosa is prepared or not and if it's not prepared then cancelled it but both of them has always denied that even if it's not prepared we can't cancel order which is so pathetic answer I never received from any restaurant

To be honest i never liked arab udupi. Order only paneer manchurian from here and that also ended up very bad. I hope this place improves because i do wanna give this place one more chance

Arab Udipi chain offers what we've been eating at Udipi restaurants back in Mumbai; the whole range of North Indian, South Indian and chindian food. We usually end up here when each one has to eat different type of Indian food. Food is average, but can't complain.

I've ordered breakfast in this restaurant and it tastes good. Their service is good and my food reached within 30 mins and I'm happy about it. I've not been to restaurant and cannot comment on ambiance. They can improve the taste and it would be more yummy if they do so.

It's been 3 days that I've been here and I have delighted by seeing menu. One can get some vegetarian food and nice ambience too. The real attraction is the serving space just out side. Its good to have some open air.

Went in for evening tea the other day. Ordered the vada along with tea. It tastes ok. Have tried most of the other dishes from Arab Udupi and it has all tasted good. Was our go to restaurant back in our school days. I absolutely love their masala dosa's. Didn't try pretty much anything this time because of the timing. But this is also not a new place. So there you go !

Been here once.. Value for money food. Nothing special nothing bad..The ambience is just about ok but i am street away from the restaurant we ordered a puri bajji which need 3 Follow ups and more than 80 min very bad when it comes to delivery.

Out of all their restaurant branches this is my favorite,mainly due to the service itself. Decent place to sit underground and average food. Recently I guess they started buffet dinner for 25 dhms which is pretty decent. Chat items are also available.

Previously they were good . But their standard goes down, i use to love their dosas but now they change their chutney<br/>They are not even giving basic coconut chutney with their dosas plus stop giving red chutney samber is also not upto the mark . Chutney and samber are main pillars for any dosa then what is a point of having it.

An excellent place for Dahi chat ( youghurt dumplings). Parathas. Freshly prepared. Serving is really good. An excellent option for summer months As food is light. Real value for money. Home delivery also very prompt. Menu is very diverse. Something for everyone on it. I would definitely recommend it.

Arab Udupi is one of the oldest restaurant chain in the UAE and the reason why they have survived so long is due to their good food and their friendly service. In some of their restaurants the option of Chaat makes your experience unique. If you haven't already tried Arab Udupi out then I recommend you to go here asap.

This is not an upmarket restaurant and very basic. We prefer to have some items home delivered instead of dine in. The food is good and service is quite impressive. Expect crowd on week ends.<br/><br/>There is a Chat counter which is one of my favorite! The thali is quite good and I luv the Veg Biryani and Egg Curry from this place. No one can beat that!

Well, this is a nice place, though a little far away from my place. I did not know they have an underground seating.<br/><br/>The thing about this restaurant is that the chaat served here is really nice, compared to the other places in Abu Dhabi where you get chaat. The place has delicious food, great variety and is very cheap. The quantity served for the price is a wonder !!!<br/><br/>It is a must-go-to place for a quick grub on a day when you're running low on cash but want to have a sufficiently large meal to make you feel much fuller than you want to be.

This particular Arab Udupi Restaurant is tucked away behind Hamdan Center and though it is small on the outside, you cannot miss it. It has seating below the ground floor and has limited outdoor seating as well. If you want to savour some really delicious Indian road-side snacks prepared here in the evening such as Aloo Chat, Samosas, Ragda Pattice, Bhel Puri etcetera and even Pani Puri inside a restaurant setup then this is the best place to be at. The spiciness and sweetness of these can be adjusted prior to preparation after the order and are hot, fresh and crisp.<br/><br/>I have tried the mini veg thali here at lunch time which is a limited thali, served with a couple of chappatis, one potato korma, dry cooked radish, rasam and dal and plain rice. The potato korma was excellent and so was the radish and rasam. The dal was rather bland and needed excessive serving of salt to make it taste better. The chapatis were okay. You have an option of taking either thick rice or thin rice but the thin rice are also fat!<br/><br/>The menu is wide and incorporates both vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes abundantly. I really like their Puri Bhajji and Pav Bhajji. Their Dosas used to be thick but the parsimonious use of dosa batter has made the Dosas here quite thin, especially the Plain Dosa and Masala Dosa. Both the sambar and coconut chutney offered with the dosas is good. I like their Set Dosa, Rava Dosa and Uttappam. Their vegetarian dishes of paneer and palak are enjoyable. And I forgot to mention the idlis and vadas which are all nice. I have not tried any of their non-vegetarian offerings so I cannot comment on those.<br/><br/>One may call this a value for money place. The ambience is good but can be better and I would suggest the TCA branch for better ambience, the service can be a patience tester at times but all in all I would recommend this place for the food!
