It seemed she didn't have the patience to go through the process of accepting the voucher and had way too many priority order. And then went straight on to not accepting my calls. very upset with this.

Never order pizza from this restaurant. It's basically a manakish with extra cheese. There is no spice, no pizza sauce, no seasonings. Only cheese.

I&#039;ve tried the Shish Tawooq platter a couple of times and what I love most about it is that it&#039;s always consistently nice. It also comes with a nice selection of sides that makes the order very rich and filling. Very good quality and very good price too.

23 June 2019<br/>I had ordered Shish Tawooq which was pretty nice. The chick was juicy and had nice spices on it. The garlic paste and hummus was pretty nice too. However the khubus served was hard and felt as if it wasn’t fresh. <br/>I had asked for a delivery and the delivery of the food wasn’t on time. It was delivered 20 minutes late which was a disappointment.

First time to try Chicken Fajita Sandwich and it didn’t disappoint me. Would definitely try it again. We received it hot and we enjoyed it. The price is cheaper compare to others and the taste is delicious and healthy.

Not worth the price even after 20% discount from zomato.For 41 dhs(Including 5 dhs delivery charge) i received 2 small shawarmas 2 small fries and small portion of falafel with small drinks and taste is also not that good.I felt like at least i paid 10 dhs extra.

Another good shawarma joint to recommend if you are a fan. Good size of shawarma in saj bread, balance amount of meat, fries and garlic sauce. The complimentary pickles are not that salty. Their pies are definitely must try! Please do try the pies and let me know your rating!!! 😋🤩🙂

Staying in Reem Island, I went in here for a takeaway dinner one random evening. <br/>Ordered the Chicken Shawarma meal - it was filling and contained some salad, hummus, another dip, flavoured chilies, fries with chicken shawarma and came with a pack of khubus. Costs 37 AED which is mid priced I feel. Though a drink could be added to complete the meal experience! The chicken was a bit dry too. Also tried the chicken shawarma wrap which was good and priced reasonably at 10 AED. <br/><br/>On the service I would not rate them very high or friendly. I expected it to be quick but I waited there for almost 30 (or more) mins to get my order. In that long I could’ve gone home and ordered it online so I found it a waste of my time. I prompted the staff but they are too busy to care about a waiting customer which I did not appreciate. I feel if a customer has taken the effort to be there & ask if it will be quick, then the order could’ve been done accordingly than going in serial order and finishing other stuff.

Delicious food and the portion sizes are quite big too. Definitely value for money. The veggie wrap was soggy though, there's room for improvement there.

Ordered lunch from Bshawarma - Zaatar manakish, Veggie Wrap, Falafel Wrap and Apple Pie. The food was well packed and delivered. The taste was amazing, specially the apple pie. Enjoyed the meal!

One of my the most horrifying experience of my life. They just don’t care if you’re food gets delivered or no moreover no one even cares to call and check if its delivered or no after taking money online. I waited for 2 hours and the staff at the reception kept saying that it will reach in 10 mins again and again and this is only after me calling them multiple times not once they called me. Just not recommended at all if you are ordering you gonna have a very tough time.

I ordered for 2 burgers, two manakeesh and a meal for 2 ... i didnt get the order as i wanted as there was one of the shawerma sandwichs in the meal is missing ... the frustrating part that when I tried to call after several tries and disconnecting the line and not answering, finally they have answered the call and so simply they said we will send it ... and I have to wait for another hour for the same ... i don’t recommend this restaurant for delievery ... first impression was really bad ... I have ordered the big meal for six the food reached 1 hour :30 minutes late because the delivery boy has delivered some orders before my order food reached cold and the portions is too small and it seems in the menu 6 meals of shawarma but we got six little sandwiches instead with tiny appetizers for 170 AED the whole experience was so bad not recommended.

The meal shows how the restaurant is very generous and good . The shish tawooq was well done not dry and over cooked or undercooked. This is my first time ordering this and it wont be the last time !
