The cafe is very tasty; the design and the seats are very comfortable.
The staff are very kind and very fast in their help.
Prices are accepted and reasonable...
A good coffee with the yummiest Tiramisu is like a match made in heaven. And this totally was! It makes you smile. It’s not too sweet, melts in your mouth, writing this review is making me crave it more! Keep going back for more! Oh and if you’re a coffee lover this is the place to visit
I would love to start off by their staff who are so friendly and welcoming. This is my daily spot for coffee during work. And I think they are a big part of creating the comfortable refreshing ambience.
I have tried their espresso latte and the cappuccino. It’s awesome. I try different desserts every time , so my all time favorites would be the pistachio , saffron and vanilla milk cakes . The honey chocolate cake is also a must try but somewhat on the ‘not so soft’ category.

Wow! I loved it. This is one of the best coffee experiences so far... loved the concept, the marketing guys are doing a great job. The coffee menu with all the explanations is a treat by itself. The location in Yas mall is perfect for a calm relaxing morning coffee. It would have been even better if my better half had a day off today as well! But again nothing can be so perfect... the cappuccino is perfectly crafted and could have only been better if the great Michelangelo sculpted it himself 😎 well done illy you gained a fan. Highly recommended.
💕Molten Cake at Illy, Yas Mall. The softest yummm brownie, topped with vanilla ice cream and warm chocolate sauce to top it all....@36 aed. And what else, we were offered a piece of their original tiramisu cake which was their new launch (complimentary) 💕

The moment you walk in, you realize that you are going to enjoy a great experience from the warm welcome of the supervisor standing there. The seating inside this tiny cafe is nicely thought off and very cosy. Their coffee is my friend's favorite but I haven't tried it. I have tried their tea' s collection which is full of flavors and their carrot cake is not the best you would try honestly speaking but the size of their piece is greatly portioned. Cosy cafe and great service, I can't wait to try more stuff from their menu. Well done.
Went for coffee and was suprised by the different coffees on their menu. We ordered from Americanos to Cuppacinos. Good, strong coffee...the way I like it. Service was good too! Groovy milk container!

I loved this place, despite it being in a mall its such a good place for seeing the friends for a coffee. I tried something new and tasteful which I was very happy with. Real italian coffee.
Only had coffee here, which was pretty good. Location is nice and it feels quieter and more private than Shakespeare café next door. Staff were also quite friendly and I was taken care off in a prompt and professional manner. Definitely going back.
For me illy cafe is the best cafe it's perfect for breakfast and the cafe taste really good the espresso and illy cream great to try the quality of cafe amazing and the sitting really comfortable .

Located in ground floor of yas mall, very big choice of coffee (like a catalogue :) ), but it's great and the cakes are also good as well
But the only thing is that it's over priced compared to other coffeeshops
The first time I came here I actually intended to sit down at Shakespeare and Co and sat at illy by mistake (they're right next to each other). But I'm so thankful I did! I love café viennois aka espresso con panna and I haven't found a place in Abu Dhabi that makes it better than here. The sandwiches I've tried are also quite good and waitstaff are friendly if occasionally hard to flag down from the courtyard.
The rating shall be changed as I only had a cup of coffee from place.

The coffee is good but Dhs 19 for a espresso cup sized cappuccino!!!!! 😨. To think that I chose Illy over all the other coffee shops in Yas mall.
The drink was very tasty and refreshing; however the service could use a bit of improvement. The atmosphere was nice and the desert was nice too.
Best coffee ever.. True Milano coffee.. Wish there were more outlets in Abu Dhabi city. The cappuccino is amazing. I didn't like their Tiramisu.
The best canolli flavored with candied oranges and pistachios is from this place. Even the canolli from italy did not measure up to this one. The filling is fresh and tangy, not too sweet and just the right balance. The shell is crispy and light. The coffee is amazing especially the illy crema which is a bit heavy but worth the calories. The tiramisu is also nice and yoy can control the biterness sonce they give you am espresso shot to poyr over the biscuits accordingly. Overall recomended

If you're a coffee addict then this is the right place for you. I went there in the morning and wanted something light so I ordered the latte macchiato for coffee. They dont have much options for breakfast since they mostly serve sandwiches and croissants and desserts. I got a cheese croissant which was soft, warm and delicious. All in all, great place for just chilling out and having the perfect coffee.
