Best customer service in all of AbuDhabi in any restaurant by far. Biplab the waiter was excellent. Mina his manager was very good as well.
My favourite Nandos branch will always be at Shams Boutique. They have the nicest staff (shoutout to Mina and Biplab!) and the food is always great quality!
My wife and I went out for dinner to this Nandos on a Thursday eve.
A staff member named Mina offered us a selection of the latest mocktails on offer and suggested we try two of her favorites. We were not disappointed, the saffron orange as well as the pomegranate were amazing!
The food as always was delicious, no faults there.
The real reason for the review is to give thanks to the amazing staff and especially Mina for turning a regular dinner into a great experience 🙂
Mina suggested me ti have mediteranian espetada and designer drinks pomegrsnate lemonade. For the sides i ordered grilled veg and took the 3 bean but shr told me to hav garlic bread instead bec all veg. I love her service

I would like to commend Mr. Dabashish, the Restaurant’s manager last night, for his cooperation, good manners and fast action with the packaging mishap that happened with our order. The rider mishandled our delivery and food packaging came to us soaking wet and all greasy. He told us he dropped the paper bag along the way. But thanks to Mr. Dabashish, he sent us replacements for the food that were soiled even though it’s not the restaurant’s fault. I was so upset that I raised a complain to Zomato and I just wish this won’t happen again because it is food that they are dealing with and should be delivered properly at our door step especially in these times of pandemic.
The food was delivered exactly on time.. The packaging was great.. Always a comeback comfort food.... Thumbs up👍👍👍.. The staff name Mae who assist as who was very nice and helpful😊
