Staffs are nice, helpful and knowledgeable about their products. The dark chocolate elixir and iced caramel macchiato are delicious and refreshing. They have a nice location as well.
The martini brownie was just divine! Although I wish they had added a little less caramel as it became a little too sweet to tolerate in the end. Still divine nevertheless. The quality of the crepe was superb! But i would’ve expected a little bit of more melted chocolate in the crepe. Overall great experience. And definitely worth the price :)It’s in the Centre of the mall, alfresco, overlooking your fave stores, so you can plan your shopping while you indulge!
Had their speculoose waffle I liked it it was waffle with milk chocolate and vanilla ice cream. Their service was good and their chocolate shot was really good.
Best sip and and bite spot in Al Maryah Island! 🥰 This place is so relaxing plus the lady crew is so attentive and polite! Will surely visit Godiva again!

I'm a coffee lover and I must say that they really make good coffee. I ordered cafe latte and strawberry crepe. I love their coffee but it's a bit pricey compared to other coffee shops. The crepe was really good! I think it's the best crepe I've tried so far. Just perfectly sweet!😍

I will keep it simple, very unlikely of me. I think in my humble opinion, Godiva succeeded in becoming the best place to offer chocolate based desserts in Abu Dhabi. Its a bit expensive but its just because the chocolate is of a very high quality so its totally worth it. Staff is really helpful and friendly, and the ambiance is just perfect

Ordered the Crepe au chocolat waffle which was the perfect amount of sweet. However, Godiva is a bit expensive. But will definitely go back to try their famous Sin Cake

godiva as usual never disappoints me! the cafe is situated in the heart of the galleria which makes it very remarkable. the food was lovely although not the best chocolate crepe i have had.
A small yet cozy space in the central atrium of the mall.
A must to go place for all chocolate lovers and sweet teeth people!
Don’t forget to try the Chocolate balloon and the milk sun cake!
Godiva is just a chocolate heaven! I dont have a sweet tooth usually, but once I crave dessert or chocolate, Godiva is my escape from reality. I have tried the waffles, the pancake, the molten lava cake/dark chocolate and so on and so forth. They are all great, and this is the only place around that you can taste a real chocolate!! To be honest, I dont think it is expensive, compared to what you get. By the way the Bluberry Mojito is a must have!! The only thing that I would suggest, is that the staff can be a little bit more friendly and welcoming. If I was serving here I would be proud and up-sell all this mouthwatering chocolate treats and be more fun. They seem a bit bored I think hahah :) But anyway the desserts compensate everything. I keep sending here only my special people.

Fancy place with excellent service and location in Galleria mall with a nice water view. Tried their coffees, chocolates, cakes and waffles and they’re all perfect and high in quality. Most of the items mentioned are a must try. Enjoy!
We have been to Belgium and Italy. And we know how a chocolate and gelato should taste. And Godiva's cone reminds us of that precisely.

I visited the Godiva cafe at galleria mall and it is one of my fave destinations for some sinful treats! Love the ambience, the seating, the location of this cafe in the mall. The staff is lovely! courteous and efficient! Please try the hot chocolate, the chocolate fondue, waffles with bananas, bon bons, crepes!!!!!! oh my! chocolate lovers paradise. The coffee rocks too! Try their black tea as well. I love this cafe♥ very relaxing and a fun place to visit for sure!

Welcome to chocolate heaven. Went for a quick coffee and croissant and it was delicious. Iced caramel macchiato and cheese croissant. Definitely need to come back here as it was truly divine
Some of the best chocolate i have ever tried. Although it may be pricey it is so worth it. Even the ice cream here is soooo good. The chocolate covered strawberries are okay but not wow and not wort the price in my opinion.
Ordered "Strawberry dipped in Chocolate" so yummy. Very reasonable price and fresh and sweet strawberries. Chocolate is yummy too. Nice place and have good options of various chocolates.
My cravings has been satisfied last night as we treat ourselves for a yummy Soft Ice Cream from Godiva. I didn't expect it to be that filling for AED 27/- as we did try all the flavor from Dark, vanilla and milk chocolate. So totally worth it. I'd love to comeback next time to try out their other sweets!

I scream , we scream and we are all scream for this Soft Godiva 🍦👌🏻. As for celebration of 46 🇦🇪 National Day we went to see fireworks at The Al Maryah Island and we decided to dine here at Godiva Chocolate Cafe for their Popular Soft Ice Cream.
3 Flavors are available Vanilla White Chocolate, Dark Chocolate and the Combination of Vanilla and Dark Chocolates with authentic Santo Dimingo Chocolate. About the taste I really love the Dark Chocolate cause I can taste the Kick of the Dark 🍫 that I really enjoyed 👌🏻👌🏻I choose the Combinations for me to know about the tastes of both flavors.
The interior design of the place is inspired by the Belgian Style. love the understated colors combinations of the interiors , the furnitures used and the timelessness of the classic ideas of the interior 😉

Usually i come to this place whenever i want to have something sweet. I like their waffle and crepe...its hot and fresh. Variety of teas. The ambience and seating is awesome. Theres a lot of variety in their menu to choose from. I am saving that 1 extra rating for later because I have not finished tasting few items on their menu.
Nice chocolate and the ice cream there is very nice as well. It's a little overpriced but I believe it worth it. The location and the view is fantastic.
Their hot chocolate and praline chocolates are a dream. It has a good location and the ambience is lovely. Service is usually good. A little pricey, but worth it.
Situated in the heart of the mall, this place has the most prime location by the lake and the center of all the shops. The location makes a great after meal tea/coffee and desert as I did on the weekend.
Among the many fabulous deserts they offer I enjoyed the chocolate covered strawberries the most.

As I entered and got seated by their courteous and friendly staff I was taken aback by the view which was just lit !

The crepe was served first and it was just amazing, it was just the right temperature and looked aesthetically pleasing as well !
Next served was the Sundae which was just mindblowing !
It had these all kinds of chocolate flavors, hot and cold. It's easily to get lost in all the dark and milk chocolate flavors !
Being a luxury chocolatier, it's cliche the price is on the higher side but worth the buck if you are a chocolate lover !
Godiva's seating is lovely and their chocolates are very good,the only suggestion I have is that they need to open a bigger branch in Al wahdah mall ,because it's a busy mall specially during weekend nights and in special occasions.
Nice café, absolutely loved the view the cafe has. It's also in the center. Service was okay but I wouldn't say it was perfect. They have good selections of desserts.

Profiterole with Americano : Profiterole, cream puff, or choux à la crème is a filled French choux pastry ball with a typically sweet and moist filling of delicious pastry cream. It's topped with vanilla ice cream and surrounded by hot chocolate with crushed pistachios sprinkled. Delicious!

If you haven't try it yet you have to !!!! One of the best ice cream I have tried so far the chocolate one is the best flavor as far as am concerned . The chocolate is sooo good and the staff in most brunches are sooo nice . I would definitely recommend it and you should definitely try it out !!
We had white chocolate sin cake , coffee mocha and strawberry crepe .the chocolate cake was heavenly . The strawberry crepe was also good and flavorful. What i loved the most is the ambience and setting of the outlet at the galleria mall. We had a great view of the (sea/ swimming pool) and it was a calming experience . The staff were also friendly and the service was good . Overall we were satisfied with our visit
Love their chocolate sin cake, crepe & waffles ( new addition, wasn't available when they first opened). Their coffee & hot chocolate are really good too, so is their tea. They've got a delicious addition of chocolate & their chocolate covered strawberries are good for takeaway too.

The location is second to none in the luxury mall: the Galleria. It is at the center of the mall just by the fountains and overlooking Abu Dhabi skyline. Their chocolate crepe is the best in town. Highly recommended
Being a chocoholic person, I couldnt resist my cravings until I have been at Godiva.. Tried this out here for the first time after receiving some chocolates on emirates.. Been going through about it and knew a store here .. paid a visit with a friend of mine who was equally a chocoholic person as me .. ordered dark decadence chilled chocolixir along with white strawberry .. got to say .. it was tough to finish it as it was quite large and then we tried the ice creams both in cup and waffle cone .. we were just stuffed after that... got to say the ice cream is really soft and heavy for one cone .. but you will love it ... A bit expensive but worth the legacy of Godiva ..

Beautiful location. I had just had some dinner and i was craving something sweet.
First tried their white chocolate strawberry. Then fruit was succulent, and went well with the sweet creamy texture which contrasted the acidity.
I needed more.
I got a cone of ice cream. Sadly they only offer two flavours and im not a fan of dark chocolate so i got the vanilla. Was not dissapointed. The cone had the perfect texture to it when i took a bite. The ice cream was true to the high standards of quality which is expected of Godiva.
Would i eat it again? Verdict: Yes (i need my fix)
I am not into coffee shops and I rarely visit them. I liked this Godiva for:

Godiva chocolates I had for first time while travelling in emirates airlines , such soft silky chocolates , Godiva cafe just have all their signature dishes with their famous chocolates ..... such calm and quiet cafe , to come over when your stressed and to have some chocolates to lift up your mood. Last week visited here and indulged into chocolates 🍫 waffles, chocolate drink, chocolate fondue everything is yum
Love how the place is really quiet and classy. The atmosphere is very good. The interior is well designed. It is a place to enjoy your desert and coffee. The service was good and fast enough. The prices are affordable. The taste is just great .. i loved it .. I would definitely visit again.

A very amazing view,place and to unwind in here! Awesome and professional staff most especially the person in Charge last night Sept.20,2016 7pm at the Galleria branch. Didnt got a chance to have his name. I was lost with the Ice cream taste Soooo perfect! Their Dark chocolate indeed is very special! With the truffles OMG!!!! Make me speechless! Cant explain just almost finished the box of chocolates:) I recommend everyone to visit their cafe! A luxury experience for me!!!! ❤️️❤️️❤️️❤️️❤️️
How can someone doesn't like Godiva chocolate? I first meet this amazing brand on emirates plane, I never heard about it before and for the past 6 years I'm addicted to it. Amazing options and combinations!! A must try the entire menu!!!

Great spot at galleria mall. Ordered mix soft ice cream with Americano. I order it in a cup. They served us in paper cup!! Bad service. They servant took our order and chat thing with his collages so I have to repeat the order.
The place itself is great, good decor and well spaced out seating.
Just the sort of place to head to when you feel like its the day where calories don't count. We were genuinely happy with the place and then low and behold our server managed to ruin it all by throwing the bill onto the table when it was time to pay! Out of basic courtesy please make sure you hand over the bill to the guest and don't just randomly toss it on the table! So full marks for the food but definitely not happy with the service!
Edit: Just noticed an earlier review which mentioned they had to wait a while to get their order taken, I second that!
One of my favorite spots unwind in the Capit when I am craving for quality chocolate and ice-cream in a relaxing decor with a great view!
However, the service has not beeing quite the same lately. Hoping we will be served soon again with the same friendliness and professionalism as we used be served here.
Update - new manager working hard on improving the service. Looking forward to visiting again.
2016/Food quality is lovely but the staff has a bad attitude!
The coffee shop should open at 9am and at 9:30 there was only one employee who recommended us to have breakfast in bateel. We came back after breakfast and the staff who had finally arrived spoke and behaved like we're a nuisance to them. We were the only customers in the shop at the time.
This joint has a pleasant vibe and lovely view. Their strawberry waffle is really delicious, and their chocolate (instead of an espresso shot) shot is irresistible. I love the fact that they serve their cappuccino with a piece of chocolate inside, brings the cappuccino experience to a totally different level! We rarely dine here as price are rather steep for a quality to be found in other various good Cafes. Still one of my favorite place for a quick chocolate fix.
What a location! Lovely vibe, beautiful view and refined decor. We enjoy coming here for a relaxing coffee. They have one of the best cappuccinos in town. Their chocolate shot is my weakness. Usually one single shot and any crave should be fully satisfied. The staff is super friendly, polite and well trained. Though prices are on the high side. Would like to visit regularly.

Love the chocolates, the muffins (the 3 varities), the ice cream n drinks; but not impresed with the sandwiches and the bill is bit on the higher side so cant make it regular.
I would have to aggree with most reviewers, the chocolat is definatly en avant garde over there, but so is the bill !!!

As a chocoholic this place has been on my 'to visit' places for a very long time. Finally tried this place out with my family on a lazy weekend night. Tucked in a cutesy place in Galleria mall with cozy seatings & a beautiful view which makes you want to spend hours there. Coming to the items that we ordered; I ordered a Godiva Milk Chocolate Sin Cake which was a silky milk chocolate mousse with rich chocolate ganache, since I don't prefer a lot of dark chocolate I didn't opt for the dark chocolate option. Also tried out the Three mini Godiva muffins, which were a combination of White Chocolate Vanilla Bean Muffin, Mini Chocolate Hazelnut Crunch Muffin & Dark Chocolate Truffle Muffin the textures were really good along with these we also ordered a Hot Chocolixir which is basically hot chocolate it was super smooth & creamy it definitely transported me to the Belgian times. Was the best hot chocolate I've had till date. Will surely keep coming & trying out more delicious chocolate delicacies.

This place is a pleasure for the taste buds! I suggest to have dinner or lunch anywhere in the mall and leave some space for a dessert here. Dark Chocolate ice cream and tiramisù are a must as much as the pralines. Looking forward to taste the others slurpy options!
Though Ive had Godiva chocolates before, it was the first time visiting their chocolate cafe in Galleria. The seating is beautiful and the staff is super nice. We were not really hungry so we settled for the famous soft ice creams. We had the mixed ones - dark and white chocolate in waffle cones which cost Dhs.25 each. It was really good....so soft and creamy and pretty big. I found it difficult to finish one whole cone.
The chocolates are pretty decent too.

Met a friend here for a quick snack. Theeee best place for chocolate snacks. I had there chocolate covered strawberrys with a chocolate drink (sorry I forgot the name of the drink I had) my friend recommended it so I ordered it. With the ordered they gave us a complimentary chocolate truffle. Super delicious. If your a lover of chocolate THIS PLACE IS FOR YOU!!!
I go back all the time!!! The ambience and scenery are spectacular. Very pocket friendly as well, which is a huge plus!!! Staff is always very Atentative and knowledgeable of their menu.

As a chocoholic, this is the place I should try and avoid as much as POSSIBLE... yet it is not always possible. I guess they call it willpower. This is such an enjoyable place. Refined atmosphere, peaceful view, great service and of course amazing chocolate and sweets. This time (again) we went for the chocolate fondue, on the top of which I had my chocolate shot (ouch, i know!!!), tried bits and pieces from what my friends ordered, dark chocolate truffle and 3 layer cake (yohoooo), and spend the 3 next days at the gym.... all worth it. Will do it again next month😍

This is like heaven for chocolate aficionados. Went post lunch for a dessert and went straight for the fondue. It came with strawberries, bananas, marshmallows and croissants. With substantial amount of hot chocolate sauce in the middle, it was a perfect fondue that you can ask for. There is lot to offer on the menu which can be enjoyed in a tranquil setting of the place as it overlooks a beautiful water facade outside. You do pay a premium for the things but it is Godiva experience that you pay for.
For those of us who is not chocolate lovers, this will turn your belief into something. A taste of their elixir chocolates after a tiring day will really make your hormones melt and release the happy hormones. It actually relaxes you in a different way.
The vanilla chocolate mixed icecream cone. By far one of the best I've had. We tried the chocolate sin cake last time, that was nice too but nothing different from most top bakeries. Then there are the chocolates, those are fantastic!
Services are just fine, prices are higher than an average cafe but that of course shouldn't be a problem for any customers coming here, it is all for the luxury and name.
