Excellent service. The staff in the reception, Mara, made sure we had a good time. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The room is spacious, clean and well maintained with excellent view of the palace. Good amenities and breakfast. We'll surely come back.
It was an amazing place for staycation! The service was excellent. I can recommend it to all my friends who are planning to go to a place where all the staff were accommodating and makes you feel like you are home away from home!

This was my first time visiting khalidiya Palace an it was by far my favourite hotel by Far. The night we checked in the gentleman offered to upgrade our room as it was our first time we visited, Hope to return soon. Your pool area was our favourite it kept our two year entertained an staff in the lobby area always were very attentive to our 2 year old. Keep up the good work guys ��
Morgens um 9 Uhr angereist. Sehr bemühtes Personal. Durften erst einmal frühstücken. Zimmer im 16 Stock. Aussicht vom Balkon auf den Palast. Zimmer sehr groß und geräumig. Kann man mehr draus machen, muss man nicht.
Frühstücksbuffet, für jeden was dabei. Ich selbst muss mich glutenfrei ernähren. Kein Problem.
Poolanlage sehr gepflegt. Viel Personal. Drinks kosten hier um 10 Euro. Essen sehr teuer 25 Euro aufwärts, für einen Imbiss.
Strand sehr schmal und steil, Sand, Meer ca. 30 °. Lockt halt Quallen und Ungetier an. Lila Fahne beachten.
Ausflüge in die Umgebung macht man mit dem Taxi (günstig)
Lebenshaltungskosten nichts für den schmalen Geldbeutel.

Must say the room we are staying in is spotless clean with everything one needs inside. Excellent staff, always helpful and highly professional. Oh and the sea view!! Definitely want to come back again!
Nice interiors , family friendly hotel, love the pool and the beach , khamoon restaurant Arabic cusine were awesome and the live music made the atmosphere more romantic , like the fire arrangement to keep us warm ....staff is friendly ...over all very nice experience, we enjoyed it a lot

Our room was very nice, clean with a spacious balcony to hangout while looking at a very fantastic view. Facilities were fantastic and all staff were very courteous and acccomodating...they always offer to help which is exceptional! We are grateful for Mr. Almaz for granting us a late check out... we never asked for it, but since we checked in late he anticipated we might want to stay a lil bit longer... that made our stay worthwhile. �

Absolutely beautiful place to stay in, excellent customer service and great facilities. Very welcoming, clean and well maintained. Alcohol free. Heaven on Earth.
