افضل سوشي عندي الصراحة متنوع وكل شي فخاطرك تحصله افضل طلبين عندي ( فولكانو رول + رول كاليفورنيا ) من بعدهم مافي سوشي 😅 بس الصراحة احب اسخن الاكل يوم اشله لان كاليفورنيا يكون بارد بس بعد حلو 😍 اعتبره ثاني افضل محل سوشي 😁

مشاء الله حلوو المطعم واول وناس كثير مدح المطعم واول مرة اجرب السوشي واصلا مااحب الاكل البحري فجربت وكانت تجربة جميلة جداا

المكان هادي ونظيف والخدمه سريعه، الأصناف متنوعه بخلطات واشكال رهيبه للسوشي، عندهم سوشي المانجا بصراحه طعمه غريب اول مره اجرب هالنكهة، عصير الطبقات لذيذ يكون ثلاث طبقات من عصير الفواكه حتى عصير الشوكولاتة في الصميم🔥 يستاهل ٦ نجمات. لكن انتبهوا من المواقف الخارجيه تراها بفلوس انا جتني مخالفه ٢٠٠ درهم 🤣

من افضل مطاعم السوشي في بوظبي من وجهة نظري وفرع الخالدية يتميز بسرعة الطلبات اكثر من فرع دلما مول وعندهم مكان خاص للعائلات، في الفترة الحالية ما عندهم خصم فزعة ولا عندهم خصم انترتينر مما يجعل الاسعار مرتفعة بعض الشيء

Me and my son are sushi lovers....just had early dinner there and we were both satisfied with the food. They taste delicious as they look in the menu. Friendly & accomodating staff & great chef!I definitely will recommend to my family & friends! Extremely satisfied!

My friend who is not a sushi lover sent me the GPS coordinates of Sushi Story bcoz I wanted 2 take my sister - extreme sushi lover - out for dinner during her visit 2 Abu Dhabi. Boy did we hav difficulty deciding wht 2 select...... everything jus looked divine. Eventually we had salmon & tuna ceviche, dynamite roll, spicy crunchy salmon roll & we finisd off our meal wth tempura ice cream which cud hav had a bit more crunch. Overall it did nt disappoint! The ambience was cosy, the service was gud very attentive. Wud definitely go back 2 try sum different dishes .... & recommend it 4 sushi lovers.

I am adding this review regarding another branch which is in dalma mall, the food is okay but the service is soo poor the staff are so rude and especially (the short skinny girl wearing glasses) she's very rude and that's a shame for your stores and UAE I am always having a good food and good service in al nasr restaurant and I'll come back to it but the dalma mall one that was my first time and I'll never go back there I hope you give them some feedback and teach them bcoz I dont think they're educated at all.

We ordered beef ramen (OK, but nothing special), fried rice (no complains) and imperial sushi combo. Sushi was the weakest point, with laughable portions of fish. When sushi in carrefour is more generous and tastier than from “Japanese restaurant”, something is simply wrong.

Tasty sushi and rolls, everything is always fresh. My favorite tom yum is here. Delivery is always on time. All requests to the orders are always followed <br/>

I visited Sushi Story a few months ago and I loved the spicy tuna roll & dynamite shrimp<br/>Ordered the Sushi Set Roll today from them and I got my order in less than 20 minutes. Highly recommend. Such good service.

Online delivery said 40 minutes but took over an hour. When I called the restaurant, the answer was even if you come to the restaurant you have to wait 30-40 minutes for the food. I guess I won’t be ordering online or coming the restaurant. Disappointing.

It's my first time trying Japanese cuisine here in abu dhabi, and Sushi Story Restaurant didn't failed me.. i tried some of their food and it's mind blowing, every bite is heaven. i will surely go back to this restaurant and we'll surely recommend it to my friends. 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

On our first visit in khalidiya branch, our ramen soup temp was not that hot. We were so frustrated since it was winter that time and the ramen soup is not as hot as we expected. Then on our second visit on Aug 10,19 @7pm we were so delighted when we tasted the omaya roll and the ramen. Ramen soup temp was we ever expected and so happy on what we ordered. However, the tendon came to our table. I took a bite and so curious what was the plastic like i tasted. When i took it out from my mouth i found out it was a piece of seasoning plastic. Like a 1 inch thinly cut plastic. So i let the waiter see it and informed him about it. One other thing that frustrates me the most is that no manager who come to us and apologize in behalf of the teAm or the chef. How frustrating our experience was. I swear we will never come back to that restaurant. By the way, before the tendon came to our table, the waitress mistakenly give it to the other table.

Good quality food, amazing as always but if one thing to complain about is the building, it looks old and the furniture looks a bit overused and the overall look of the restaurant from the inside doesn’t look as pleasant as the one in dalma mall, could use some renovations to attract customers more 😊

At first i was curios about this place, i heard for so many timea about this restaurant, then one day me and my partner had our lunch here and end up in love with this sushi restaurant, almost every week we eat here..their choices of sushi are all good, specialy the imperial sushi, and what i like most is this creamy seafood ramen, the broth according to me is 10 out of 10, it makes you forget about the world for a while..<br/>The services team are amazing, the hospitality so far never disappointed us and for sure we will always comeback!<br/>

Well I'll try and be polite as possible, first of all the quality of tempura is greasy and flavourless. The batter supposed to be light and less greasy. It was crumbling and flaky. Do not order the vegetable tempura.<br/>Secondly, the dynamite shrimp was good. Reduce the Mayo as it overpowers all flavours combining the dish really well.<br/>Beef grill was good but the pieces was uneven and too much of sauce.<br/>The salmon roe sushi was good but the rice and seaweed felt like it was pre-rolled and chilled as it was chewy.<br/>Shrimp was good and again too much of mayo. Might be good to reduce on it.<br/>Thirdly, I don't mind paying a little more if it is worth it and after reading all the reviews I was quite shocked the way it was actually.<br/>They didn't charge me for asahi and water.<br/><br/>I had such high hopes for authentic Japanese food. There was no story here.<br/><br/>Second review will happen soon.

Best sushi I ever tasted!! Their dynamite roll and Volcano roll are superb! Also we’ve tried their seafood gyoza and shrimp tempura which are also good. Their staff are very accomodating and friendly as well,especialy the one named Patrick who gave us a warm welcome on our first dine in. Must try restaurant in abu dhabi! Worth the money! Definitely will go back again.

When you come just ask for patrick such a sweet guy with amazing serving, the manager here is also such a sweetheart its always so good coming here and food is just spectacular

Enjoyed my dining experience at Sushi Story. The staff was very cordial and service was great. We had the prawn and chicken teppanyaki along with the sushi set (California roll, spicy Tuna and spicy salmon). The food was great and sufficient for two, we couldn't even finish the rice that came with the teppanyaki. Their in-house matcha ice-cream was simply delicious!<br/><br/>Thank you sushi story for the great meal and dining experience.

I went there for dinner with friends and to be honest am not a sushi person but i had really nice experience we have ordered tepanyaki which was quite special with taste and cooking show that was presented! Also w had dynamite rolls that was one of the kind. I would definatly give it a try to try more in there menu but i have only 2 comments, first to work on their service team skills of presentation and serving people and the food took at least 40 minutes until the chef came and started cooking so i still think they can do better

This is by far my favourite Japanese restaurant in town! Quality of food, presentation, portions, and cost are all perfect! The ambience is nice and staff are welcoming. We had Dynamite Shrimp and Tod Tatsuta Age (fried chicken) as appetisers. And we ordered the following Sushi platters: Takara Roll, Maguro Tapuri, Sushi Story Deluxe, and Ten Maki. All dishes were spot on 👌 I will definitely come back again to this amazing place.

My visit to the Sushi story was peppered with several negative and positive aspects so let's start of with the positives. We had ordered a creamy seafood ramen and a sushi combo platter that came with a side of soup and salad. I'm not generally a fan of ramen but this was one was quite good. The broth was thick and flavorful and all the elements in the ramen were cooked to perfection. The sushi combo was the winner that night! It had a good variety of sushi for two people and the soup and salad were a great addition to the meal.<br/><br/>Coming to the negatives, service was a HUGE let down! Nobody greeted us at the door, nobody seated us and we had to wait quite some time before we even received the menus. Once we placed the order, sushi platter was the first dish to arrive and they seemed to have completely forgotten about the ramen. After half an hour of receiving the sushi we reminded them of the ramen and they definitely seemed like they had forgotten all about it. After another 20 minutes they arrived with the wrong flavor of ramen and we had to wait another 10 minutes for our order. The terrible service greatly ruined the experience for us. With so many sushi joints in the city I'm never coming back to this one.<br/><br/>(have added a couple of extra pictures of freshly made sushi that was laid out at the counter)<br/> <br/><br/>___________________________________UPDATE____________________________________________<br/><br/>Post my review on Zomato the management team went to great lengths to rectify the situation. They invited us back to make up for the unpleasant experience and won us over. Everything from the food to the service and Mr. Florian's hospitality was top notch. From this experience I've realized that the mishaps of the previous experience was a one-off situation. The best sushi in town! 😁 each sushi is stuffed with goodness. It’s packed with flavors and they really pay attention with their ingredients.<br/>The service is also excellent. The waitress remembered us and was excellent in explaining what’s in their menu. <br/>We ordered the dragon roll and their new sushi product which I forgot ✌️The volcano roll is also a bomb!<br/>Their ramen and noodles are average so we go there for the sushi.<br/>So far so good! 😋

Very poor service and the manager is really unprofessional and doesn't know how to treat customers. I used to be a regular customer but honestly I wont be visiting this place anymore. Not worth it at all.

I am usually not a fan of sushis in general but I must say, I loved this place. The food was delicious. We ordered two different sets of sushis and two portions of chicken ramen and a mango float for dessert. The only problem I found was the chicken slices in the ramen was too dry. Very chewy and tasteless. The mango float was good too, it was almost frozen, not sure if that’s how it supposed to be, but never the less, still good.

Good place for sushi and we visit whenever we have time for the Miso soup. New waiters should know their menu before taking orders. At least the service was improved a little since our last visit.

Highly- recommended! My husband and I go to this place for authentic Japanese meal in Abu Dhabi. Their ramen and various choices of sashimi and sushi are to die for. So I've heard a lot of good reviews about their sushi, but I had gone specifically for their ramen. I was super dissapointed though. Firstly their ramen bowl is quite small compared to other places and for their price. I had asked to make it spicy, however it was just salty and quite bland. The noodles used felt like the instant noodles I prepare at home. I had a veg ramen while my bf had the beef one. The only good thing about this beef ramen was the beef apparently. Dont see myself returning, at least not for their ramen.<br/><br/>*Edit*<br/><br/>Revisited this place . Started off with the Yakitomorokoshi, which was Japanese grilled corn, loved how soft and juicy the corn was. Then moved on to the mains, a veg ramen and a beef ramen. The ramens were so much better this time. The veg ramen had more veggies, however this time I opted to replace the regular noodles with Udon noodles. The service was really good and all the staff ensured that we did not leave dissatisfied this time.

Not a very big fan of sushi but really enjoyed myself at this place. You must try the volcano roll and the dynamite shrimp. The service was very good. You must give this place a try.

For the food and presentation, It’s awesome and very tasty! Service, very bad! One of the waiters there didn’t ask us before taking our plates, so un respectable. Also another waitress from there, asked us already for the bill and we are still eating that time and too early for them to close. Why they are in a hurry to give us the bill? You cannot wait guys for us! One more thing, the girl who gave our bill has an attitude. She is not smiling, giving us a grimace face!If she will continue like this, don’t work in the customer service. Disappointed from your service! Even the food is nice, for sure we will not come back for the way of service that you are giving for the guests.

I love their Ramens but was quite disappointed when they served it coz it’s a lil cold already. But to be fair enough, the taste was good. I’ve enjoyed the dynamite roll. It’s big and heavy.. I could say it’s perfect for two.

We were there for lunch. The food was good but we felt somehow uninspired by it. This applied especially to the sushi royale. The Ramen with chicken looked more appealing. The menu on the provided ipads was incomplete with regards to pictures, so it was not very clear what was on offer. Service was a bit slow. The ambience does not exactly scream „Japan“ to us.

I'm writing this review on spot. I just couldn't wait till we leave! I love the ambience, the service, and most importantly the FOOD! Their best sellers are dynamite shrimps and volcano rolls, we tried them both and we just can't get enough of them. Tastes like heaven T_T. Definitely the best sushi I had in Abu Dhabi. Might not be the original but the best. We also tried the chicken yakitori and the seafood cream ramen. And they were just 👌👌🌸.<br/>We ordered Mango float just now and my goodness it makes me crave more Mangos!<br/><br/>The total bill was around 200 AED and we were three girls and it was more than enough food for us.<br/><br/>I recommend this restaurant and we will come back!

All dish are ok except for the overpriced beef noodles, uh sorry, it’s says beef shio ramen in their menu. :) It’s pretty hard to find a good tasting ramen around Abu Dhabi, nothing seems close to the authentic Japanese ramen cuisine.

Eventhough its a bit pricy, i think its still worth to try munching on their dishes. I tried their seafood ramen while my husband tried their beef...and uhhhm i forgot the sushi that we ordered. Well, my ramen was yummy because it has lots of stuff on it like the egg etc. Plus its in a big bowl! This was my first time ordering from this place all went smooth until I waited one an a half hour for my order, and like it was not enough, once my sushi arrived there where like gum, the rice was watery, flavorless and the worst quality food I have ever tried, we could not eat more than one piece, the fish was breaded on fried panko and it was a mess, like some one who did not have a clue about basic food made my food, highly disappointed and I will never order from this place ever again.

Please don't use Zomato delivery. Your Sushi is one of the best in Abu Dhabi but Zomato delivery despite having great friendly drivers have poor dispatch system which points at wrong addresses and their management are not inclined to resolve the issue at the time of order resulting in a lot of frustration which is not what online ordering is supposed to be about. Your guys in the restaurant are too quick to point the finger at Zomato delivery as being "their problem"(fix this, Then 5 stars !! )

Ordered delivery via Zomato to satisfy a weekday sushi craving after a long day's of work. 10 on 10 for delivery as well as taste. Ordered the volcano roll and the dynamite roll. Both extremely delicious! Highly recommend.

Depends on what you are eating. My rating for different dishes are as under (a) #dynamiteroll (AED 50) - Cooked salmon inside sushi roll with avacado and chipotle sauce wrapped with another layer of salmon and then torched. Later, topped with dynamite shrimp and tobikko, and decorated with spice mayo and teriyaki sauce. Doesn't it sound wonder? Yes, it taste also good so my rating 4*, (b) volcanoroll (AED 50) - The picture speaks for itself...the shape of volcano created from shredded crab, philadelphia cheese roll, rice and stuffed with avocado, cucumber, crab sticks. Drizzle with Honey, mustard, spicy mayonnaise, Teriyaki and chiptle sauce. Juz loved it so my PmP rating is 4.5*, (c) #sushi rollset (AED 48) - Try an assorted sushi in combination of 4 pcs California roll, 4 pcs spicy tuna roll and 5 pcs salmon roll. Loved it but my order of preference is tuna, salmon and California (crab based). Definitely worth trying. Hence, my rating is 4*, (d) #yakisoba (AED 53) - Udon noodle based Japanese style dish contains shrimp, calamari, green and red bell pepper in spicy sauce. My first mistake was that I didn’t stir it properly so the top portion was bland including shrimp and calamari. I later found that the sauce was settled in the base. In any case it was pretty average so didn’t enjoy much so my rating is 2* (e) #tiramisu #chefspecial - No comments as it wad horribly bad. My rating is 1*.

I heard a lot of news about this Japanese restaurant but only tonight I got a chance to experience their food. We ordered volcano roll, yakisoba, dynamite roll, shifudodiaburo, sushi story special, ainu special roll and kani salad which were all amazing! The ambiance is suitable for a real Japanese set up though it gets even better if you can play some good music. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I hope sushi story will open more branches to cater the growing market within the emirates. Keep up the good work and more power!

Great food but delivery was over 40 mins late

A nice place with a lot of tasty items on their menu. Liked it a lot. Will definitely recommend to anyone who likes Japanese cuisine to have lunch or dinner there.

Sushi was amazing. The best sushi I ever had in UAE. Awesome beverage and desert. Loved the ambiance. Staff was very friendly and polite. Highly recommended.

Since my last review a lot has changed. I placed an order last night. It took my than an hour to deliver it although I live few minutes away from the branch. The sushi was definitely not fresh. The taste was pale, dull and a bit chewy. Quality drastically declined. This used to be one of my favorite places.

I was not always a Sochi fan, but i have tried several restaurants. And i can diffenitly say that<br/>Sushi story is one of the best.<br/>I had 2 visits, both were very good.<br/>The food was very testy and rich with flavours.<br/><br/>And the branch manager, Florence, was very polite and helpful. Also the staff were very nice and kind.<br/><br/>They have a wide range of platters, we, my wife and I, tried 5 of them and were all nice.<br/><br/>I recommend this restaurant and especially this branch to everyone.<br/><br/>If you like suchi you will be happy, and if you didn't try suchi before, it is better to start with a high quality restaurant like suchi story.

Definitely a place to try. Sushi quality is great and fresh. Service is good also. And over welcoming. Prices are reasonable not exaggerated. I advice All sushi lovers to try this place.

Its a great place to dine in. It is cosy. The food served is excellent tasty and fresh. The service is good good and the prices are acceptable not too high.

So far it’s the best ramen I had in Abu Dhabi. I tried their seafood ramen. The sushi was excellent too. I highly recommend it to Japanese food lovers. The service was excellent and the staff was very helpful and friendly. All of them had big smiles on their faces

Food is great and the ambiance is nice. Just like a fine dining restaurant. Pricey without the entertainer but the food is really good. Ramen is good but the soup serving is kinda small. Everything else is great

Thank you for addressing my concern. They changed the order as I requested for the volcano roll without mayonnaise. My wife has food allergy, they called and corrected the problem. Appreciate the fast resolution. Kindly note this is my wife's favorite sushi place in Abu Dhabi.

One of the best sushi places in town, lets start off with an amazing staff, ask for patrick when you go as your waiter wonderful young guy, manager as was so nice to come talk and joke with us, the food makes you speechless, better than most sushi places in abudhabi specially for the stealaway price you pay, another thing i love is the privacy, they have private booths which you can close and eat peacefully, overall one of my favorite restaurants would recommend to everyone, on another note, the mexican and sushi story special are out of this world!

Best sushi in Abu Dhabi with good service and very friendly staff must try Sushi story khalidyiah branch and you will definitely come back for the salmon salad , volcano sushi. Everything is always fresh
