Thank you for your delivering the cake I ordered for the intended recipient. However, I hope your team delivers on the correct date next time. I chose September 24 as the delivery date but it was delivered last September 17, which was a week earlier than expected. It was supposed to be a surprise birthday cake for the recipient. I'm truly disappointed as a first time customer. Nonetheless, the cake was awesome and tasted great.

Both red velvet and chocolate cakes are a must. But the way the creamy after-taste stays on when trying baked cheesecake is unparalleled. Not necessarily the sweetest, rather tje the allowance for pure cheese flavour to take over is the winning stroke here.

The menu is very cakey, they have a huge varierty of cakes, other things on menu are same like what most of cafes are offering. The place is not for those who hop im to cafes for a cosy comforting environment, so if you want to spend time in calmness this is not for you bcz of the traffic of passerbys. Everything else is okay

Firstly, they did not have mant of the items from the menu. Secondly, the milk cake was Terrible. Hated it. Also bought Oreo nutella mom cupcake. It was nice. The grilled chicken burger had too much chicken, the patty was too hard. Not much flavour, I specifically asked for extra spicy, but the burger was bland. Quantity was great. The burger was huge and there were a lot of fries along with it.

The delivery was fast. The cake tasted great as always, but so unpresentable since the icings were all over the box(inside). With these kinds of orders, it should have a fragile/careful handling. Might lose your appetite when the appearance is like inedible anymore. Lesson: better to order cakes thru the shop itself for proper handling.

We had an excellent experience with BB's and I must honestly admit, one of the few places which went out of the way to make the customer happy! I think it was Marcel who spoke to me over the phone and gave us alternate options with clarity when told that some of the items were unavailable. Fantastic pastries! Exceptional value. That's what I usually get when I order online from Bloomsbury AND THAT'S EXACTLY WHY I ALWAYS LEAVE THEM A NOTE TO PUT CAKES IN SEPARATE BOXES when I order cake slices, however, this's not the reason why I'm giving this only 2 stars, it's because of the disrespectful stuff. Located right next to the atrium, the ex-bakery & cafe joint has expanded into a full-fledged restaurant, with an extensive menu serving a selection of breakfast and mains at very affordable prices. They have a grab-and-go at one end, a stunning display case that boasts beautiful cakes right after that, and also a sneak peek counter where you can see them taking pizzas out of the oven! The servers are polite, ever-smiling and full of optimism. The service is quick. The food is filling and tasty. All-in-all a great addition to the restaurant scene in the Al Wahda area.

I ordered triple chocolate brownies, it came only in paper bag as if thrown into it in rush. When I took them out they were so dry and flaky as if abt to shatter cz of dryness, it was suppose to be gooey from inside atleast, but it wasn’t even close to it. wont recommend at all. My husband ordered the Chocolate Red velvet cake. It was really yummy. The cheese was really soft and the chocolate fudge was so rich. The first layer was was amazingly soft and yummy. The second and third layer was kinda not as soft as first. It’s really really really filling. Just one slice and we can skip an entire meal. Something which I noticed, The cake of 145 AED is relatively tiny and the cake of 200 is huge! There’s no medium. Apart from this, Everything else is perfect. I couldn’t try rest of the cakes although it looks beautiful enough!

We order the afternoon tea since years but it becomes more expensive and you will get less... the macaron were missing (replaced by a brownie ok) the scones were tiny but the service was good and very friendly... but is not the same anymore if you have to keep in mind that there are so many afternoon tea offers all over Abu Dhabi ... the additional cake we had was fresh and moist but very sweet ...

They made our anniversary cake and my birthday cake so nice.. they are always ready to except and suggest changes if possible in cake in terms of if customizations is required. Needless to say this place is my every occasions cake go to place. I can’t gush enough about their cupcakes and cakes. Delicious carrot cake! The cream cheese? Wow! The red velvet cake? Been othering that for my birthday consecutively for the last 4 years. The cheesecake? Even more yum! Love their cupcakes too! The only thing I don’t like is their lotus cake. I don’t taste any lotus taste and it’s too vanilla tasting and a bit more on the sweeter side. But since nothing can beat their red velvet, i’ll be back again and very soon like always!

Location: Al wahda Mall Food: The newly launched pastries were of different flavors with a little twist and cute designs. Loved the texture and combination of flavors in each pastry. Two of my favorites were choco raspberry tart and hazelnut pralines. The chocolate was so decadent and of excellent quality i can tell. Prices are very affordable i for this quality of food. I really recommend the place. They have the Ube cake too for only Aed60! I cant believe this place has that cake on offer. Such an amazing deal. Ambience: i feel like im inside a palace in london having some high tea with the queen. Service: Friendly staff and very accomodating. Overall: 5/5

Dear manager I'm a regular guest for al wahda blooms bury and I really surprised that since early September you redecorate the red velvet with unproffisonal way, also the choclate fudge cake it's not attract our eyes as we do always and the new pistachio cake are totally not pistachio its with too much sugar and some random spread on the top of ground pistachio. You are losing your logo value specially the red velvet for sure I will not buy this for any birthday or other value occassion as I use to do always from bloomsbury. Wish to improve it and take response I do really wish to see you with highe qaulity and proffsional as always

The icing is not too sweet, while it melts in your mouth, you try to figure out is this milk, cream, cream cheese which will make you dig in for more! It was worth the calories. i always order for a whole cheesecake and red velvet. my last experience was a bit off. the packaging is not the same. they put the whole cake in a big white box without even a handle. i've asked for a plastic bag or a ribbon and but they don't have. how can they expect their customer to carry a big box inside the mall?? they haven't thought about and consider their customer's convenience in designing the cake boxes! if this will continue, i will not order from them anymore and save myself from hassle.

During my training in AbuDhabi, the attendees raved about the food from Bloomsbury. We called them on a weekend, to be told they don't do delivery in the afternoon. The next day, we tried again, and luckily they opted to deliver which took over an hour to receive which was shocking for the regular customers. I ordered a sandwich which was AED 30 or so. After the long forever wait, and confused customer service, we finally received our order and to my horror, I got a soggy sandwich and that's it. It was stuffed with cheese and chicken with no sides of any sort, with just two slices of bread. Honestly, being a foodie, I was quite surprised especially when my attendees specifically felt bad for me saying we expected more than two pieces of bread which a stuffing an thin as slice of cheese. I was obviously disappointed with the whole experience of severe delay of food to a skimpy tasteless sandwich. I agree maybe their salads to be healthy, but would I recommend this place to anyone...I don't think so. Too priced for the value of food or quantity. Not worth the price or the taste. There are better options.

The red velvet milkshare tastes like a cake in a glass :) me and my husband loves it so much. :) The ambience of the restaurant is perfect for a day or night date with your special someone. Worthy of numerous visits for late night coffee dates and chill afternoon date. ** Update ** I went to Bloomsbury's Al Wahda again last 03rd November. Will surely go back and enjoy our week offs in Bloomsbury. We ordered Red Velvet Milkshare (the glass has changed and whipped cream is missing), Dulche De Leche (Banana Milkshare) which is tasting good, Chicken Pesto Sandwich that is very delightful and Hazelnut Eclair that has a very good filling. I wish there was a 0.5 rating, available, for the customer service, i got from there branch yesterday. I went there, since I was craving really badly for Caromola cup cakes. When I went there, I could not find the cake on display, and I happened to ask the sales person (Mr. Mark), if its available, or not. The way he responded to me, was as if, I asked him, to sell me the whole restaurant or as if, I asked something which was a big crime. He saw, some other customer, and just went off, to serve them, without even being bothered that, I was there before those customers. Food is good there, but I would not recommend if this, to anyone, if this kind of customer service is provided.

So Me and my friend went to al wahda mall's bloombury. We've ordered the blue velvet cake and the rose coated cake . I'm not sure of its name. But I've selected that particular cake as it looks simply delicious ! Both the cakes was priced at 26 dhms per piece. Since it was our first time, we decided to give it a try. The blue velvet cake had a touch of cheese in it , which was worth the hype. But the rose coated cake , was a total WASTE !! It is so similar to those cakes we find from cheap bakeries. It was dry. It had a little bit of moist which was the butter, that will later make you feel uneasy. But overall , We loved the ambience of the cafe.

I have rarely enjoyed nearly each and every dessert of the menu as much as I enjoyed it from Bloomsbury. Their cakes, brownies, muffins are freshly baked and indulging. Needless to say they all go very well with their coffee too. I literally had nearly everything from their menu including a whole cake for my brothers birthday and they never failed to impress me. It's a hidden gem if you ask me about it as not everyone knows that on the ground floor of Al Wahda mall exists one of the best bakeries in AD The staff were very friendly and helpful and as for the price it's very affordable and reasonable when compared to portion sizes. Recommended!

So much improvement, one of my favorite cheesecake! As I said in my previous review that this place is kinda average, well yesterday we gave another chance and we had dinner again at this restaurant. We had tomato soup with garlic bread, which was delicious, so fresh and tasty, and Southwestern chicken sandwich, which was nice, the bread was so interesting and a good combination of the ingredients. But the piece of the resistance, was the baked cheesecake which was heaven! I can even compare it with cheesecake factory, so now I have 2 favorites places for cheesecake time. I like the restaurant itself, decorations are really attractive and the dark color for the furniture and frames is very classy. Staff was nice and kind. We'll go again for sure, especially for the desserts, good job guys!

Lovely cafe with some yummy food. The coffee that I had was really nice too. And the chocolate fudge cake quite sinful. The ambience is pretty good too. Very tasteful decor 😍

One of the best cheesecakes in town. Today I decided to come back at this place and I really had a pleasant surprise. The place really improved in all aspects since my last visit. The restaurant is very well decorated and offer you a cosy but at the same time, high-class atmosphere. The staff are very interactive and welcoming, they know what and how to recommend you, and based on their advice I had one if the best meals in the last period. The items in the menu looks very well choose. I had a tomato soup, a southern chicken and a baked cheesecake. The soup was fresh and tasty and above all was hot as a soup should be. The sandwich simply pleased my taste buds and the cheesecake was brilliant. I was chewing each bite for a minute to feel for more time the amazing taste. Overall I want to thanks Bloomsbury's for the nice experience we had. Good Job Guys, and see you next time.

Good start for the whole day. We went on bloomsbury Al Wadha mall to have breakfast around 9:30am and ordered coffee and cakes. They greeted us a warm Goodmorning with Smile. They are very kind to serve us even they are busy for preparing the store and the display. I Love the cakes in bloomsbury they have the exact amount of sweetness and perfect bake. Also the presentation are cute. You can also buy cakes for special occation and other drinks in the store. PRICE: 100 aed 2 pax (approx) STAFF: accommodating, Friendly & bubbly LOCATION: inside al wadha mall ( accessible and visible), just good for Drinking Coffee while chillin or waiting for someone. FOOD: i love sweets and they have a wide range of choices for sweets defends on your mood. Same with Drinks. You can have HOT or COLD. They will serve it with Smile :) 4/5

Great experience, right from ambience to taste. Cakes look jaw dropping and tastes even better. We ordered chocolate cupcake and each bite had chocolate oozing out of it .

I had the chocolate cupcake and rose macaroon and cappuccino. It was delicious. I loved the cupcake more than the Macaroon. It’s a perfect spot to sit and read and just have the cup of coffee you need. Tried the red velvet slice, and it was absolutely freaking delicious! The best red velvet I have found in Abu Dhabi !

Today I went to Alwahda to buy birthday cake for my friend . As for the taste itself I choose Bloomsbury the Red Velvet Cake 🎂 . I tasted this cake twice and we really love it 😍 The creaminess of icing give kicks to the sweetness of it. The Red Velvet flavor inside is really nice combination to the outside sweetness of the icing. The Place is decorated nicely that whenever I'm passing near the store I'll always take a look of the sweetness inside 😋😋cakes overload😜 Staffs are nice and friendly to customers as always. Prices is little expensive than other but I always choose this cake store 🍰😜 Cause I know already the taste 😜

Beautiful place and beautiful food. Cake is so good. Very tasty quantity also too much. From this fruit cake was best Oreo was also good . Very good service relaxing atmosphere
