Soul food on a budget 💯
If you’re someone like me to whom quality matters more than the quantity with the advantage on the pricing than this place is your go to place.
1.) The all American cheese burger slider is perfectly cooked.
2.) The dynamite shrimps are just as soulful as it sounds.
3.) And the passion fruit mojito is the ideal drink.
Wish this order combo was named after me lol.
Secrets service was always the best: Marie on the phone was very considerate and attentive to what exactly I wanted, giving me a happy meal at home.
This restaurant was indeed a secret for a long time. Amazing food for less price. Dynamite chicken and mojito was the best. Amazing indoors. Totally recommended. Would love to come back.
Zomato Gold failed to mention that the buy 1 get 1 offer is not valid on burgers. Found out at the time of payment. Disappointing service by zomato.
A small place easy to miss but you shouldn’t miss it! They have some authentic American grub - variety of fries, burger sliders and some cool drinks!
What we tried :
Loaded fries - Yummy! Wish they added more jalepenos though ;)
Dynamite Chicken pops - It’s quite different. Heads up Don’t go expecting spicy chicken.
Buffalo Chicken Wings - Right on the taste & flavor
Buffalo & Classic Chicken Sliders - Preferred the Classic more. Plenty of other Chicken & Beef options as well were there. They allow you to choose different sliders variants which is great.

Staff is courteous and prompt, place is peaceful for a quiet dinner. Not a huge menu, but Overall experience was good.
Definitely going back to try their coffees with some art/writing on it as I saw on their Instagram page later :)
Was craving for some pancakes, and came across this place. The pancakes were very soft, fluffy and thick. Extremely good value for money along with toppings, compared to other places that ive tried, where the pancakes are more dry, thin, and expensive for comparatively a lot lesser quantity. Would definitely recommend to others.

Swung by Secrets for dinner.
TBH, th experience did not start off well. There were only two other customers in the restaurant and service was abysmally slow. Strike one.
On perusing their menu, we ordered the dynamite shrimp only to be told that they were out of shrimp. Strike two.
We ordered the following -
- Classic All American Cheese Burger - The burger itself was nothing exceptional, but it was cooked well and was tasty without being memorable. 4/5
- The Cheesy Steak Burger - Generous amounts of Cheese and Steak - 5/5
- The Buffalo Chicken Burger - A superb burger with generous amounts of well marinated chicken breast and ranch sauce - 5/5
- The Loaded Curly Fries - The fries came absolutely drenched in cheddar sauce. Very tasty and great value for money- 5/5
The food arrived fast enough and service improved dramatically with the arrival of MC (Mary Chris), who was pleasant and cheerful and looked after us.
For dessert we ordered the Chocolate Lava cake and it was decadent and heavenly. 5/5
Their menu is quite varied, and they serve breakfast and a whole selection of Pasta dishes as well.
As far as ambiance goes, the restaurant has none. We sat through our meal with a movie droning on in the background. Perhaps some music would have been more appropriate.
This little bistro as great potential, and I hope that they do iron out the kinks.
Worth many repeat visits.
Update 23/12/2019: Went to secrets for a repeat visit with Zomato Gold only to be told it is not applicable on Burgers and drinks!!
Food and service was good.
I tried the dynamite shrimps, chicken alfredo pasta, chicken burgers. All of which were too yummy. This one is a place that is not really explored by many but do go visit it if you want to have yummy food that is not too heavy on your pockets as well! Do give this one a try soon!
This SECRET bistro should definitely be told....
We ordered 2 sliders - buffalo Chicken and American cheese slider. Both were amazing and highly recommend their sliders. The Patty's were perfect, the pickles and sauces were perfect. Next time I will order their wraps. This is truly a secret hidden gem for light eats , brunch and breakfast. Secret, you got a loyal customer and we are going to be regulars.
Update - recently ordered their wraps, it was bit of a let down. I am reducing one star for putting room for improvement on their wrap. The wrap bread is not my favorite, it is a bit chewy, they could improve on the wrap bread.

This American bistro has vibrant atmosphere and diverse menu including appetizers, fresh salads, all day breakfast, pastas, wraps, sliders, desserts, juices and milkshake and speciality coffee.
We ordered their Sliders as we found them most attractive in the menu and they didn't disappoint. We had "Classic all american cheese burger" 💸 AED28 and "Buffalo Chicken Burger" 💸 AED28. Hands down to these yummy Sliders! The slider size was handful and were not less than a complete burger. Apart of the freshness of the ingredients and juiciness of patties, there was a unique flavor in their secret sauce which kept us wanting more.
Besides the food, their staff is attentive and courteous.
We wanted to avail zomatogold but unfortunately only Sliders are not included. Staff told us that we can use zomatogold on any dish except Sliders which was disappointing. However, staff offered us a complimentary dessert to make our experience worthwhile.
In dessert, we were served "Saffron Milkcake" which was good. It was light and fluffy. Fully soaked in saffron flavored milk and topped with cream.
We really enjoyed their sliders but since they are not included in zomatogold so we will prefer to have a complete meal in the same price for two.
The place is clean and neat with a simple decor.
Their service is basically I would rate it fast as I was able to have my lunch in less than 12 mins.
I had the walnut salad with goat milk cheese, it was a great portion and so tasty. However I would recommend them to add a little bit more pieces of cheese as 5-6 pieces. Without the need of adding 10 more extra dirhams.
Their buffalo chicken wings were amazing, really tasty and well cooked.
Coming to their hazelnut coffee, not your best option.
I’m a coffee addict and if you are so, you wouldn’t like it, it has some really weird taste..and no option of milk, like soya or lactose free or coconut milk. So sweet and a bad damage to your diet 😂😂😂 but I loved the cool part about printing a photo on your coffee. Really nice of them and unique to be honest.
I would try maybe their americano for the next visit.

Its a really good place to dine-in. Quiet and ambient. The food was really good. The wraps are amazing but I find the sliders too over-priced. Great desserts too but the molten chocolate in the cake seemed a little too thick. Even after pointing that out great food. A must try:)

This place is a hidden gem. The perfect spot for branching. They have a cute small place. We ordered the Dynamite chicken, Chicken Wings, Quesadillas and each had their own special flavor. The prices are pretty reasonable. Service was fast and good.

One of the hidden gems here in Abu Dhabi! Their burgers are fantastic! Cheese steak with mushroom burger! Yumm!! The sliders are definitely to die for kinds! Definitely a must visit for burger lovers!

Ordered two Spanish omelettes & hash browns which where delicious. I would have given 5 stars but the toast was not toast, maybe would have helped if they had turned the toaster on. Improve on that and give a choice of white or brown bread, would then be perfect.
A Dynamite Shrimp appetizer that blasts away the same rendition in restaurants at triple the price and half the yum. Branded as an American Restaurant, Secret is a little tucked away off the main road, but it is a jewel that needs discovering – and the ample available parking make up for it. And as the chalkboard and The Beatles say: Love is the Answer.
Impressive decor, decent location and good staff. The creamy white sauce pasta was delicious. Asked for a few customization and they incorporated it perfectly.
Just ordered in and was pleasantly suprised how quickly they delivered.
Shakshouka was great. Very few places make it the traditional way, in a tomato paste.
Every other place just uses Bell peppers.
The omelette with caramalized onions and cheese had a nice balance of taste, sweet and tangy.

It's an ideal location when u know u need to catch up with a friend or family and u dont want the hassle of looking for parking or walking long distances to reach a cafe inside a mall. I really liked the location!
The food was such a wonderful surprise! Between me n my friend we ordered fried chicken sliders box of 2 and fire chicken wrap (spice alert).Both had outstanding flavour, quantity was perfect. The quality and taste was satisfying and I am looking forward to try other items off their menu.
The coffee - Dhabyani was amazing! So refreshing. I would highly recommend this place for its location, service and food!
The fries are really nice. Loved the crispy outside and fluffy inside fries with the toppings. Wings were nice too. Burger had too much condiments in it, in my opinion.
I have tried their shakshouka, Dynamite shrimp and home delivery service so far. I was surprised by their quality of the packaging made me feel like a 5 stars hotel service but then the flavours of the shakshouka required a poultry addition "from my opinion" the tomato sauce has me concerned whether it is mainly out of a paste jar or some fresh tomatoes involved in the cooking. The addition of the small cheese cubes was fantastic and yummy. Coming to the dynamite shrimps, I was blown out of the flavours in this dish compared to the price of other restaurants serving the same product. I am so coming back for it.
I have to say, amazing delivery speed. Being a Reem island resident, they are super fast. Food neatly packed and still warm! Would definitely order from here again. We had the chicken poppers and Secret sliders — loved every bite!
Been here a couple of times to have the loaded fries that you get here and hands down, one of the best in Abu Dhabi. But I feel like the quantity is reducing by every visit. Will be back to try out other items.

I ordered one if their combos which includes creamy pasta and dynamite chicken and served with salad and fries. Everything was really yummy except the dynamite chicken and the pasta needs to be a bit more salty. I ordered a hallomi sandwich which I highly recommend because it’s really tasty.

Overall their coffee is so nice and tasty.. and for lesser amount than other cafes that provide same brand of coffee. i really recommend to give their coffees try.
I’ve only had the chance to order from here, so I can’t comment on the ambience. Ordered breakfast (shakshouka, eggs benedict) which was pretty yummy and filling. The portions are good. I also had the chance to try their dynamite shrimp and Passion fruit mojito. Love the refreshing mojito a lot!

I was planning to eat burger in abu dhabi. I searched in zomato and found this “secret” resturant with a good price and rating. I have ordered burger combo box which contain:(1 Chicken burger, 1 beef burger, dynamite shrimp and salad). Also I ordered regular fries. The rating is like the following: Delivery/5( only 20 minutes), Chicken burger/3.5, Beef burger/4.5, dynamite shrimp/4.5, salad/3, regular fries/5. I addition, they have provided me lipton ice tea for free.

A cool place to spend with family and friends... Nice food and friendly staff... Worth to try Secret Loaded Fries and Dynamite Shrimp! Will go back definitely!

Tucked away in the corner of Al Falah and Najda Streets, Secret is a lovely little café that you will want to revisit over and over again. We particularly enjoyed our breakfast here. We ordered Eggs Benedict and the Halloumi Eggs Benedict, and helped ourselves to the warm toasted slices of bread with butter, served to us complimentary while we waited. Eggs Benedict were done to perfection - firm outside but runny on the inside. Halloumi Eggs Benedict were an interesting fusion of the popular Halloumi cheese and the classic Eggs Benedict - creamy and decadent. As for coffee, the hot Café Latte is freshly brewed and so aromatic, while the cold "Valvat" is sweet and satisfying. We found small sized hot "Secret Coffee" to be a bit too small, but it still leaves a big impression and awakens the senses. Besides breakfast and coffee, their Dynamite Shrimps (not pictured) are some of the best we've had, and the value for money is too good. Nice open location and servers are friendly as well.
One of our favourite places out here in Abu Dhabi. Been here a couple of times and the loaded fries are definitely a favorite of ours. The Dynamite Chicken and the wrap were really good too. Oh, and they have the most amazing Lotus Milkshake. Definitely a great place to eat since everything is pretty affordable.
Love the food! For me I think they have the second best dynamite shrimps ever!!! Although the quantity was a bit low but love the food always. It was my second visit though but would visit million times! Bravo 👏

Tried special grilled chicken burger yesterday, it was nice but not stomach full. Side salad was good, definitely recommended to try this. They have other good menus too.

The cheese wrap was delicious but the croissant was not very fresh.
Would like to try out their lotus cheesecake and their breakfast options.
Their Secret Loaded Fries is surely worth a try. Its got the right amount of cheese and it comes with jalapeños which makes them unique. Its also served in a good food portion. The Spicy Chicken Wrap was not good in quantity but was of good taste and was presented well. Their Lotus Milkshake was thick and tasty.
They had friendly staff and a lovely peaceful atmosphere.
