They are best at keeping you hungry. They love their customers to remain hungry and will not even share driver's number. This was the 1st and last time I ordered from them. So the genuine time of delivery will be 2-3 hours.. its better you order your dinner after lunch.. so that you dont have to Starve like us. I wanted to give 0 but that wasnt available sadly.

Such a disappointment and shame ! The chicken and the garlic sauces tasted so dry and bitter. I am disgusted to realize they don’t even know how to prepare a proper broasted chicken neither the garlic sauce. But if we complain, all the staffs know what to say is “Sorry, we will compensate next time!’ They are just being sarcastic. How can a restaurant repeat their mistake more than 2-3 times. They really don’t deserve a 1 Star even ! 🙄

Worst fried chicken ever had. In dine in, It was served cold, looks very dark like fried in weeks old oil. Even all you can taste was flour and old unchanged bitter oil. When complained, they apologized and took back. After long twenty minutes brought same pieces refried. With extremely hard crust dripping oil. My order was three piece chicken meal. Simply Worst Ever.

The delivery is fast like what they promised, but they need to maintain the standard of the freshness of the food, the chicken is already cold that's why you cannot enjoy, u will taste the flour and oil instead enjoying the chicken. The French fries is also cold.

The worst fried chicken I ever had in my life. It seemed the chicken was dipped in oil before packing, so much oil. Also there was completely no salt in the chicken. Never ordering from here. Complete waste of money.

Tried ChicKing for the first time few days back. Ordered both grill and fried chicken. I'd prefer the grill over the fried one, much healthier option. Affordable pricing. Located inside the Food Court. Parking is a little difficult in that area.

Best Filipino style spaghetti, however, it will be great if they can offer a bigger size serving. I do not like the flavor of the chicken and some other stuff but, this is definitely 1 of the must try comfort foods!

Delivery arrived almost 1 hour. The food is not warm because it took almost an hour to reach in my place. Spaghetti tastes good what I expected but the chicken taste very bad, it is tasteless and it does not cook very well, the fries and gravy were very bad and taste the water.

Chicking’s probably the only fast food offering a Filipino-style spaghetti. Their pasta tastes better compared to a well-known Filipino fast-food chain here in Abu Dhabi. We always get the Spaghetti Bucket Meal, and everything’s perfect every time. Not a single issue about the food. Even the delivery is fast and prompt. The only negative about this restaurant is the delivery guy. You see, I also work for a restaurant until late hours. That’s why I get to order from them at around 11:20-11:30pm. The thing is I always ask the call agent if it’s still fine to order for delivery. And they gladly accept. Otherwise, I won’t be ordering anymore since I know how it feels to have late customers. But when the delivery man gives us the order, he tells us to order earlier next time. This happened twice. My husband was furious since he’s the one who met up with the guy. I mean, they shouldn’t be accepting orders if they will show this kind of attitude to starving customers. We’re not even that far from their Madinat Zayed branch. Just saying.

Bad delivery service. Horrible experience! I ordered 8:20pm, then the suggested time of delivery is 9:05pm. Time check: 10:13pm and I haven’t received the food yet. The confirmation branch was in madinat zayed shopping center but it was referred to Shabiya branch, it’s like 45-60minutes away from me.btw, I am just living here in madinat zayed downtown as well.

We placed an order over the phone. I don’t thing we can underestimate ChicKing anymore. Frankly speaking we thoroughly enjoyed every bite of it. The chicken pieces are crispy and well done. The fries are tasty and not hockey sticks. And the pizza (in this case it was Hawaiin pizza) was actually delicious. Loved it. I gave this place 5 stars.

I ordered the crunchy chicken. The chicken was crispy but not hot, yet it tasted really good. I think I ate the sandwich in 3 bites, and was thinking of ordering another one!!! 😋😋😋The fries were ok but their coleslaw and garlic sauce make a great combination with the sandwich. The lettuce in the sandwich was crispy and fresh. The delivery was perfectly timed.

I placed an order yesterday: one crunchy burger meal , a royal wrap and chicken pop . I received 2 burgers that no one would eat ! The lettuce were literally not fresh they looked disgusting the chicken pop didn't have a special flavor not at all so I ended throwing the whole order in the garbage , unfortunately I was busy I couldn't call or had time to complain , the burger looked nothing like the photo they advertise , I didnt have the chance to see the Royal wrap cz I didn't even get it lol never ordering it bad bad bad

Such an authentic flavor for fried chicken that remains same in all branches. I have been having Chicking right from my native place and the taste and quality remains the same. The chicken pieces are crispy and not oily at all compared to other fried chicken franchises. I always opt for the spicy chicken and fries which isn't too at all.

Luv their spaghetti but experienced missing order twice. First instance was in their branch near our Jebel Ali office. One burger steak meal was missing that was already paid for. Unfortunately, my colleagues didn't check til lunch time because we were too busy. Today , the cola was not included in the burger steak meal. Not happy. Not ordering again.

These fast food have their own identity on chicken and soho rice that makes them different. The spaghetti royale was also tasty which is recommended for Pinoy customers. The pizza toppings was ok but the bread itself is not that good. Anyway, chicken is their specialty but you can try others as well.

The reason why I like ordering from there is because of the taste of the food. I don't order a lot but when I do the food taste is usually consistent and very good. Broasted chicken is usually very crunchy and perfectly spiced. Better than KFCs cheap attempt to extra crunch up their chicken pieces by adding rice crispies. The very last time I ordered from Chicking, yesterday, I specifically mentioned in the suggestion/request text box in the order online section that I want rice instead of fries. I received the fries. I don't like eating fries. They did not call or anything to let me know that the fries cannot be replaced. They just ignored my request. So Yes, I am complaining about customer service because to me it is as important as taste as well. I will order from them again but will see next time how they will handle my request.
