I love ordering from them! Delivery takes around 1hr, and its totally worth it! Food always comes hot and fresh, and FULL of flavour! What I always order is their pepper chicken as appetiser, nad Chicken Combo, and its alaays yummy. Recommend!

Gypsy Chinese is a very old chain of Chinese Restaurants serving superb Indian style Chinese food across the UAE. We are great fans of the Dubai outlet and have been waiting to try the food at their Abu Dhabi Dalma Mall outlet for ages. We finally managed to go over last night. They are in the Food Court of the mall and turned out they were super busy despite the rainy weather. Here's what we ordered. Manchow Soup Chicken This came piping hot in a neat bowl, thick soup with chunks of chicken and lots of veg with fried noodles as a topping, very tasty and perfect for the cold weather. Crispy Lamb Konjee. This was an amazing dish, slivers of crispy lamb tossed wirh peppers and carrots topped with spring onions tasted fantastic. This was the star dish. Chicken Hot Plate A gravy dish with chunks of chicken in a thick gravy with hints of garlic well spiced and a perfect acompanymenrt for the Fried Rice. Veg Hakka Noodles. The noodles were perfectly cooked tossed with a medley of fresh veg tasted just like noodles from a street vendor in India. We would have loved a bit more spice though. Veg Fried Rice Pure Indian style fired rice with carrots, peas and onions. They use long grain Basmati Rice which added that extra flavor making it just fantastic. Overall it was a great experience, lovely staff, great food at a very good price point and fast service. Hope they find place to open a dine in restaurant like Dubai soon. Thanks for having us, we will be back soon to try the combo meals next time.
The first time i was trying Chinese and the experience was great. Didn’t make me disappoint. Now if i want to try again then I don’t need to think again. Nice!
An Indo-Chinese cuisine always stands out on our list for all its spices, flavour, taste and aroma... and we must say Gypsy Chinese has lived up to its promise of serving the best. We enjoyed STARTERS : - Dynamite Prawns MAINs : - Mee Goreng (Combo Meal) - Triple Schezwan - Classic Fried Rice BEVERAGES: - Fresh Watermelon Juice DESSERT : - Chocolate Mud cake Each dish was uniquely prepared. The Triple Schezwan is highly recommended. Chocolate Mud Cake gets an extra * Our Rating : - Friendly staff - Great Quantity and Quality - Amazing Taste.
Ambience: Though its located in Dalma Mall Food court, I never dine in there. I always prefer to order from this restaurant.
Food: The wontons/momos are the best of my knowledge and their chicken in smoked chilli sauce is something to relish on especially with some in house drinks.
Menu: Their Dine-in menu is different from Zomato online order menu. So be careful if you plan to visit and your favourite item is not available on menu
Price: It depends!, I personally felt its bit price for dine in but cheaper while ordering as the quantity and quality of packing is awesome. They deliver in hygienic cutlery and paper bags.
Overall: One of the best restaurant to munch on Chinese food with a variety.

The best thing about this restaurant is great foods with affordable price. They offer discounts. At the same time, they are very flexible with the menu as well like putting more Chili for me. It’s really a good experience and I will keep order from this restaurant.
What an awesome place for Chinese and Indonesian food. Best part is the taste, the portion sizes and the flavours. I never had such amazing munchurian here in UAE, lovely combination with the hakka noodles. For the rice eaters, mings chicken fried rice is an absolutely must try. The ingredients are very fresh. The crispy fried potatoes and the gypsy spring rolls are from now on my favorite. They are crisp, perfectly stuffed and taste is so amazing. The sauces on the side are so good. Best thing is that it's in middle of a food court, so I don't have to dress up formal or stick to restaurant codes. Grab a bite n go is so simple. I could recommend this to all #chinese food lovers without a doubt.

This restaurant is located at the Food Court in Dalma Mall. First thing is that the cashier was very well mannered. He helped us a lot with choosing the items we wanted to try. It was our first time to this restaurant.
We went for the Dynamite Shrimps which isn’t in the menu but you could request for it. We expected the usual way it would be served but it was presented like Shrimp Tempura along with the Dynamite Sauce on the side. It tasted exactly like the usual Dynamite Shrimps which was not disappointing at all.
Next we tried the Chicken Lollipop & Vegetable Gypsy Spring Rolls. I loved the Spring Rolls. The flavors were perfect.
We got two watermelon juices too which tasted really fresh. For the mains we went for the popular Veg Hakka Noodles which is an absolute must try & so is the Triple Schezwan Fried Rice.
For dessert I really wanted to try the Mud Cake which I had seen many people recommended but sadly it wasn’t available so we went for the Honey Sesame Darsaan which was so unique in combination and tasted great.
Everything was portioned perfectly for two persons.
They do home delivery too.
They have done great combo meals to choose from for such a great price.
This Chinese restaurant is located in the food court opposite fun city.. so there's a lot of seating around..we got the veg Gypsy spring rolls for starters and for the mains we had the chicken Ming rice which was really spicy and was served super hot.. Along with that we ordered fish combo with veg hakka noodles in Manchurian sauce and it was absolutely delicious.. The fish tasted really good with the noodles! Ordered a watermelon juice which could have been more cold.. But taste wise no complaints.. And ended off with sesame honey darsaan which I heard and tried for first time and glad I got a chance to taste.. Not too sweet but really crunchy noodles tossed with sesame seeds and ice cream.. Definitely recommending this place if u happen to be around mussfah..

Gypsy is one of my go-to in Dalma. I always opt for the Manchurian gravy and the Sweet & Sour Chicken when it comes to Chinese.
Tried out their combos which are extremely filling - Veg Hakka noodles with Sweer & Sour and Egg fried rice with Manchurian. The spring rolls were good too. Ordered the Sesame Honey Darsaan having very low expectations but we were surprised by how good it was.
Nice desi style Chinese food. Full of taste. Hakka noodles, schezwan chicken are really good and if you don’t want noodles go for fried rice.
Portion is sufficient for two and even if you have order takeaway, the quality of packing and cutlery is good.
My first option whenever I crave Chinese food in Abu Dhabi !

We ordered the folllowing:-
- Veg hot and sour soup
- Chicken Shanghai fried rice
- Prawn fortune rice
- Egg hakka noodles
Including delivery charges this order cost me AED 70.75 instead of the actual cost of AED 131.
All the dishes were tasty and we liked it. I wouldn't mind ordering from here again provided we have discounts like these. Delivery took around 45 mins to reach.
I have really liked food here. Hot, freshly made and full of flavours. Loved all things I tried, last time it was chicken combo this time I went for triple rice. Wanna try their starters soon. Keep going, compared to fast food this one takes time to prepare ur food but it's worth the wait
Food delivered on time and it was good too. But I got confused about preparing the chopsuey alongside the fried rice and noodles. Could have given some instructions
Gypsy Chinese restaurant is in dalma mall, and located at the food court. The food is delicious and more over is really affordable. They serve the super value meals that just costs 10 dirhams and you have options of dynamite prawns, chicken hakka noodles, chicken wanton noodle soup, classic chicken fried rice and mince chicken bun. The portion size is really good for one person. (we expected to be a smaller portion size).
We ordered the chicken hakka noodles, dynamite prawns, it was crisp and yum and also orderd the chicken combo with egg fried rice. The taste was amazing. The portion size was great. The service was good and efficient. The rates were really good. Overall loved it.. No complains. And for dessert we has the chocolate mud cake was yummmmmmmm... The cake was soft and the Ice cream was yum. Definitely looking forward to try more items from the menu.

It was my second time in gypsy chinese , today i have tried iftar meal (new launch) as Himanshu suggested me, chef rahul make me more happy with food. Food and service was really excellent. Thank you guys.. will visit again soon

Lovely Indian chinese food. Humble staff. Good location with ample seats to enjoy food. Different menu for every budget. Love their Dynamite shrimps.
Tried the Ming prawns fried rice and the word was wow. Prices are reasonable and quantity good. The serving time was quick. Good work. Will try the other varieties next time
Foodcourt is the cheapest option to dine in all but if you take look close on the price, it isn’t that cheap after all. The quick fix of fried foods that costs 20+ AED for the complete set is a big price to pay if done constantly. Don’t worry anymore there is a cheaper option of 10 AED Value Set Meals.
Cooked when you order, good value for money. Your request are considered and big portion. I ordered for shrimp fried rice spicy, shrimps and vegetables are fresh.

For a person who works inside the mall, the usual fastfood burger and nugget meals can get old. Which is why at times I will always go to Gypsy Chinese.
I have always enjoyed chinese cuisine because of my friend's influence but it was my first time trying Indo- Chinese.
As it was situated in the heart of the food court, I can tell the ambiance is pretty noisy but I can tell you the quality of food.
First food I tried was their Prawn dimsum [ a bit pricey at 16aed/ 4 pcs.], it takes 7-10 minutes to serve because they make and steam it to order. I actually watched how it was done and was looking forward to it because having good dimsum in this country is so hard to find.
Their sauces for the prawn shumai was spring onion, schezwan, chilli vinegar and soy sauce. I mix them all up and it really made the dimsum even more delicious. The prawn and wrapper were soft and juicy, not dry at all. Bottomline, I come back here for shumai every time I crave it.
I also recommend their Egg Fried Rice and Chicken Lollipop, the chicken is a crispy and juicy chicken lollipop that is unusually big and enough to accompany the tasty fried rice (which has green onions and egg mix)
Recently tried their Manchurian Chicken and fried rice combo. The chicken is served with red sauce of veggies and spice. The first bite reminded me strongly of Korean spices and it had this spicy yet delicious aftertaste making me want to eat more. Chicken and veggie bits were tender and pairs well with egg fried rice.
Staff were accomodating and nice so I have no problem since they always address my complaints well. Only reason why this got a 4 was because I have to walk all the way from the other side of the mall.
We dine our lunch here at Gypsy Chinese , actually I'm curious to taste the fusion of Indo Chinese Cuisines . Since I'm a big fan of Noodles I ordered the Fish Combo with Hakka Noodles 🍝 Spicy😜 . My friends same me we ordered combos but they choose vegetables and prawns . All of us love the noodles 👌🏻👌🏻 we really enjoyed it .
The price is good cause 24-27 are the ranges of the combos with drinks and serving is good actually it can be share with 2 persons.
And I really enjoyed the creativity that even they are in food court they have a transparent glass towards their cooking area where in we can see how they are cooking our foods and the Chef show me some fire show while I'm covering their cooking sessions 😜👌🏻👌🏻

Don't miss shangai fish at Gypsy Chinese Restaurant. Year after year, my favourite restaurant. The food is consistently exciting and delicious, the portions are just right, and the food temp is absolutely perfect!

The nature of food as to be appreciate in terms of what you buy and the results of what you paid for,visiting Dalma mall with my friend was very interesting,we found a lovely,attractive restaurant....GYPSY CHINESE....i try their combo meals with my friend and their chicken lollipop is was Delicious and fantastic.......their staff were accomodative with a good Smiles and the store Manager was nice man, Active.....i will recommend this restaurant to everyone to visit this place,be an African guy i eat Chinese food,i love their taste of service.
Economical & a good place to eat at 'Dalma Mall', Abu Dhabi. I recommend to try this place, especially their Schezwan Triple & Fried Wontons, even the honey sesame seed noodles are good.
This is one of my favorite weekend stops. The food is awesome and quality is good. One should try the triple sizwan. All the dishes are fresh and worth trying.
Visited delma mall after a very long time. After watching movie at delma we planed to have some Chinese stuff and we came to food court. And we found this restaurant. Starts with food quality 5/5, value for money, for one thing will back because of manager Himanshu. Surely recommend to everyone.

First time I have visited to dalma mall branch and tried chicken hot garlic with egg fried rice and chicken lollypop, it was really awesome and presentable, staff was very nice and service was very quick, highly recommended...
