Despite locrated in the food court but it is really one of my favorite restaurants in the city.
I like all pasta dishes specially baked pastas I tried all and most recommended is seafood Pasta (Lasagna Totto Mari)
Maybe the place don’t look like real Italian restaurants , but really they are much better than a whole lot of of Italian restaurants . You can order you food how you want it add or remove things . So many options for pasta and pizza . The food is clean and well seasoned . Some of the chicken and fish dishes is overpriced though . Need to add eggplant Parmesan dish as they don’t serve it . The staff is friendly and helpful

Il Forno has delicious Italian food. Bursting with flavors, loads of sauces I have tried many dishes here and they have all been good. The shrimp pastas are good value for money. They also allow you to modify the dishes with add ons which is great to customize pizzas and pastas.
In Bawabat Alsharq mall they located in food court, they don’t have their private space for sitting ..
Many options for food 🥘 such as pasta 🍝, lasagne , salad 🥗, 🍜 soup , and pizza 🍕..

I ordered penne arabiata. The chef seems to be Indian. He was cooking live so I asked him to make mine a bit more spicy which he did. Pasta was served piping hot and tasted really good. Serving size is also big. Il forno rocks in Italian food. 😍
one of the Nice Italian food in UAE , amazing guys .... i tried their food several times and it was amazing .... they have many options in their menu , will definitely try the other dishes as well . recommended
Great food, quick delivery, called to confirm order and ask if we wanted to add anything else. Driver then called to confirm the delivery address and get instructions.

Their pasta's are very good and delicious. Same goes to the risotto . The pizza is average nothing special .
I tried the garlic bread with the cheese and I requested a tomato sauce to go with it , but it smelled and tasted nasty and bland but that the only negative thing that I could think of , the prices are very good the delivery is perfect 💛
I really like their pasta, they have good amount of serving that could serve around 2-3 people. Their prices is just right when it comes to the portion they are serving.
The food is delicious, I tried the pasta, pizza , risotto , spaghetti & more other . 5/5 recommended , the prices are very good too .
It is one of the best places for pizza, very delicious, I recommend for pizza lovers, one thing that needs improvement is dine in, like to have a dedicated place not in food court
Its one of the favourites italian rest. in AD for me..i constantly order the Basillica Pizza (Amazing) and the Four cheese pizza...Also i recommend the Main course (Chicken with Spinach Sauce - Pollo di Spinachi)...they are very generous when it comes to the portion they serve! i would recommend them for delivery (it takes them 45 mins at max)

I have eaten here several times since the mall has opened, but just realized that I have never provided a review. This eatery is not much different from the other IL Fornos in town. If you have eaten at any of the other ones, then you are familiar with their menu and the quality of the food. This eatery has its seating/tables in the general food court area, so you will be eating with folks that just ordered from Wendy's, not that there is anything wrong with that, just pointing out you will not be getting a private dinning experience. All in all, I have enjoyed this place and will return when I am in the mall.

This place is definitely the best italian food around. I constantly order from here and it's always great. The prices are also good. The delivery is maybe the best delivery service I experienced. The quantity of the food is generous and always satisfying.

Decent place. Good food. Insane variety and portions! Worth a visit once in a while. Food isn't exceptional but good enough. Have been here loads of times. Food gets a little boring after a while. I am a vegetarian so this review is based only on the vegetarian food available here.
PS: Pizzas here are amazing!
