Since i am a burger Fan i would not leave any burger place and would try as many as i can. So today i was hungry in the evening time and Burger house came to my mind to try them. I have ordered their animal style burger the mini burgers and the cheese burger. Almost all of them have tasted the same and they were one of the Worst Burger i ever had in Abu Dhabi. I will never go back there and the burger tasted very bad.

Popped in to take some parcel! The place was empty which was alarming me! somehow I've took the burger and it was so greasy' <br/>Also seen some cockroaches around the floor;

Horrible people! I ordered food yesterday at 11pm. My order was accepted but the food never came. After 2 hours of waiting, they just changed my order status to delivered.

Just tried this place out I'm sad to say it wasn't great. I had the beef sliders and unfortunately they were very greasy. My husband had the Spicy House which he also said was quite greasy. We shared the chicken wings which were a big disappointment, as they were bone in and super breaded and deep fried (and not tossed in sauce). <br/><br/>It wasn't terrible, but if you are craving a delicious burger, then this isn't the place. <br/>

The food was horrible. The fries were greasy and needed to be cooked longer, the meat patty was like eating rubber, and it was all too greasy. Trust me, save your money.

Quick service at this outlet at Al Muneera. It was a Tuesday at 1pm and there were some people already in there. As the waitress was busy at another table the cook threw at our table (of four) the take out menu which we looked at thinking it was the only menu available. After asking the waitress for the 'proper' menu (so we could read what was in the actual burger), we ordered. Our drinks were presented quickly but we were missing one drink which we asked for again, along with the delicious fries. Our Cheese Burgers arrived soon after. The fries complimented our burgers perfectly (I thought). Burger was cooked to perfection, though not the tastiest burger I have eaten. I did like the fact the burger was simple ; a trendy brioche bun with Iceberg lettuce, white onion, pickles, burger sauce and a slice of American cheese. Flavours weren't over powering. <br/>All in all a simple rather inexpensive lunch time meal for four. We will return.

After trying a new mini burger place, which by the way was a big fail, I remembered that I never got to review this amazing place that serves delicious mini burgers!! I tried this place the first time at a friend's house and fell in love! My absolute favourite would be the chicken mini burger, the chicken was cooked to perfection and the toppings were divine, not to mention the freshly baked buns! The beef one was as good, and although the burgers are mini, I found that given the generous topping servings, 2 were more than enough and trust me I LOVE to eat and eat!<br/>I also tried their sweet potato fries and dipper fries and loved both, especially when dipped in all these different sauces that came with the order. I got to try this place again at Yas Mall and it was just as good as the first time! I wish there was a closer location to my house so I can always order. I haven't tried anything else on their menu, so my rating is based on their minis and fries.

Not my favorite. I have gave their burgers 3 chances and every time I get a surprise of bones in my meat. They say three times is a charm but it was not the case here. Their side dishes are okay though.

This is my first visit. I ordered customised burger. Neither the taste nor the price worth to visit. I ordered something but received something different :(

Tried it once and it is much below my expectation. From the price tag you are expecting the burger wil he served with French fries. Unfortunately burger us just a burger. Luckily the taste of the burger is not bad. My opinion is it is not worth for the money you are paying for.

So I ordered an off the menu burger called the truffle burger. I opted for the latter.<br/><br/>The burger came and was very impressed by the amount of cheese. So much of it was there it concealed the burger from sight. Aesthtically it looked great but did it taste just as good?<br/><br/>Yep, after my first bite I immediately tasted the quality of the condiments, vegetables, burger patty, cheese and bread. Everything fresh and nothing stale or old. An absolute delight.<br/><br/>It is however a messy burger and a tad on the greasier side but tastefully so. Not like shake shack where you could probably drink the burger through a straw and make soap or whatever alternative use with the excess grease that comes off.<br/><br/>The fries and onion rings were good to. Their burgers are delicious with flavorful sauces. <br/>If you haven't tried it yet, I would recommend it if you are a burger lover. And I think it is very filling, I couldn't finish my meal, so it is good for sharing as well if you aren't s serious eater.<br/><br/>Don't miss their dipper fries :)

If you were in Abu dhabi and you didn't try burger house so you made a big mistake buddy! You can have a big heavy duty lunch their and don't forget to order onion rings for extra crunchy🙈.

I've been craving a good decent burger for a while and I finally had one today! Came here to try the famous truffle burger that was not in the menu, medium well. Everything about the burger was perfect, from the bread to the meat to the flavors! It was perfectly cooked even though it took a while to make but when it arrive so warm you could tell that it was so fresh. The interior of the place is very quirky and cool, the graphic work is funny and really unique. Mr bean playing on tv kept me entertained while waiting for my burger and onion rings. Can't wait for this place to open in Dubai I can promise to be a regular customer if they do!

Finally, a decent chili cheese fries in AD!<br/><br/>Went with my family last week, burgers are excellent albeit a bit pricey, are made to order, and the onion rings very good.<br/><br/>Location as others have mentioned is very picturesque, if you grab a table outside under the shade with a breeze blowing off the beach, all in a very good experience<br/><br/>Service was good, orders taken promptly, and food prepared and delivered shortly after.<br/><br/>Would recommend

Burger house is one of my favorite burger joints but It is not the most convenient because it is very pricey for a burger and a side. Their meat patties and their onion rings is what keeps me coming back over and over. They have one of the best onion rings in the city, one of my favorite sides to go with a burger. Although their food is great their service is not so great, incredibly slow for a fast food chain and the place was not clean but thank god I ordered for take away. Also the ventilation in the place is not great, it felt stuffy in their and it seemed that the fumes from the kitchen were trapped in there.

Its my first time to come to this area. I have been wanting to try burger house for a very long time and at last i managed to come. I was really impressed by the location its a high end location. The menu had a variety of choices in appetizers burgers and shakes. I went for the burger house burger with oat bread and chocolate milkshake appetizer was sweet potato and chili fries mix. The food came smoking hot and pretty quick i had to wait till i could eat it. <br/>The burger tasted nice light and juicy the milkshake was rich in taste the appetizer was not the best but the chili cheese sauce is so fresh. Will come here again very soon.

The burgers are greasy and just ok, they could use seasoning to add flavor. The sweet potato fries and regular fries are delicious, I really like the addition of the 5 condiments to dip them in.

Decent burger joint. I understood that it's a local brand / franchise which made me respect the place a little more. Retail area rentals in raha beach are overpriced, so I kind of understand the menu pricing. This place would be much more suited for an abu dhabi downtown outlet with a 25- or so % price drop on the menu items in an ideal world

The staff is nice and I loved the atmosphere, my friend and I ordered a cheese burger and cheese fries. It could have been a perfect burger if it wasn't for the weird spices in the beef (probably cumin) which ruined the whole taste for me and my friend. You guys should probably give customers the choice of getting the burger with such spices or not.  Other than that the cheese fries were good.

Ordered a double burger, somehow juicy but no noticeable taste.

Their burgers are decent but the calorie numbers listed on their website seem unrealistically low...

I've been to BH before and I like the food but I always had some concerns with their service. But yesterday, I planned a long waited gathering with some friends and I recommended going to BH for dinner. Unfortunately the experience was disappointing and we ended up cancelling our order and leaving the restaurant. It took them more than 15 minutes to take our order and we waited for the service but after another 20 minutes they brought the starters and drinks. Then the long wait started. We waited for about an hour and they are yet to service the burgers. Obviously they were full with customers but they staff were many for the amount of tables and customers to give quality service. We made reminder after a reminder to the waiters but in vain and when we saw they the customers who came after us are being served burgers and we are still waiting, we were really disappointed and decided to stop it there and leave. Unfortunately, there was no sense of professional customer service and strangely, they never talk or comfort the customers. When we asked for the check they even presented a full charge. I asked the guy did you check if we were served burgers or not before you present he check. I asked him to delete and the burgers cost and re-print the check. Another thing, since they opened, they show exactly the same clips of Mr Bean video and they never changed it at all. <br/><br/>They unfortunately spoiled our gathering and we left home without a dinner as it was already too late for dinner.

I love burger house a lot but I really got annoyed when I tried the one in al muror road the meat was just so uncooked and even the bread was so smelly I just couldn't eat it and then I went again I had a totally different burger and it was soo good !

I didn't have to face the staff nor did I have to deal with delivery. I had the food picked up and brought to me. So my review is completely unbiased.<br/>The packaging was cute. It wasn't made for the heat to be stored. The food would've easily gotten cold. It was basic hard-paper, but gladly it didn't.<br/>The Burger House burger was a good burger. It was basic serving side. The French fries was good, too. It wasn't the best burger I had, but it is a good burger.

As this retaurant is located inside a residential development(Al Munnera on Al Raha Beach) and have never heard about it elsewhere, I was expecting a place that was unreasonably pricey, designed just to rip the money off the wealthy residents. Nevertheless I gave it a try and unfortunalry my judgement was accurate.<br/><br/>I am on a diet and wanted to avoid fries and beef. Ordered the only chicken burger available and root beer. The waiter informed me this burger does not come with cheese i.e. If I wanted cheese I will have to pay extra, rip off alert!! I said No.. The burger came with no cheese and to my shock no lettuce, no onions, no pickles, only one slice of tomato and some sauce. The bread was half brown at the best.<br/><br/>I had to be satisfied with a bland burger for lunch and pay AED 50/-.<br/><br/>However quality seems to be good, but go only if you happen to be around the area and very hungry.

I have been there recently, and I can tell for everyone who have not been to Al Muneera Island. Do not worry, there is not anything special to be seen there. That place is so tiny, you cannot sit inside with a bunch of people, unless nobody was there. However, I have noticed that families, and especially local families tend to overtake those spaces, that means you either eat outside, and that is not a good idea if we considered the weather conditions, or you take your breakfast, lunch, dinner or whatever to another place. In addition, the food was shocking, I have ordered a specific sandwich, and the sandwich was decent, not something glamorous. However, the bread was sliced bread, I thought they had other kinds of bread, but maybe my sandwich was good with the slice bread on their opinion. I tried their avocado milkshake, and it was one of the worst avocado milkshakes that I have ever tasted before. <br/>Their customer service was awful, but that is not new to me, since all the customer services are the same in the beautiful Islands near Khalifa city and Yas Island.

The burgers, even if well-done, are watery and messy. The beef patty is spiced and tastes a little soapy (patties should never be spiced!). The bread breaks easily and you end up holding the saggy mix with your bare hands very quickly. New "special burgers" are invented every other day; Latino burger, sweet and sour burger etc. And the waiters proudly announce them just before you make your order. Yet, a basic burger does not exist on the menu. <br/><br/>I wanted this place to succeed. That's why I visited them 4 times already. The enthusiasm and passion of the Emirati owner who runs it promised so much potential. The location and the atmosphere are absolutely fantastic. But I honestly think they are lost. As I was leaving the last time, the chef came out and said 'come again, we are rolling out new burgers soon.' That's when it hit me; they won't make it!<br/><br/>If you want to succeed in the world of burger-making you have to get the basics right. Inventing new burgers every week won't help.

Had a great lunchtime meal at Burger House this past afternoon and was extremely surprised and equally delighted to have found this burger joint. Located in the Al Muneera Complex in Al Raha Beach, the atmosphere and location are fantastic for a nice meal on the water.<br/>We started the meal with 1/2 onion rings 1/2 french fries which were served with a plethora of dipping sauces (8 to be exact). This was an interesting addition to the meals and had everyone trying out the different combinations possible. For an entree, burgers are the obvious choice. The Spicy House burger was fantastic, a bit of spice, a fresh bun, beef bacon, onions, jalapenos and a perfectly cooked beef patty. <br/>The prices were quite reasonable considering the quality of food, and service was great for a counter style "fast food" place. I will be returning to this restaurant in the near future and with free home delivery this will be a definite for takeaway on a regular basis.
