They arrived late, 1 hour to be exact, when i opened the box the acai already melted, the presentation looks bad same as the picture; the portion is too little; i was about to eat but i took a photo first to show you. I called them informing that this doesn’t look like my usual order; they answered me back that it’s always like this. They never even apologized or investigate what I usually order. It was so overpriced, very small portion and not worth it! This is what 42 dirhams worth looks like.🤦‍♀️ I even took a photo with a good angle btw.

fresh fruits, tasty acai and fast delivery, what more can i ask for? ive been a fan of the soft serve acai bowl with sweet mango and cocomut shaving for as long as i can remember. perfect comfort food after a hectic day.<br/>

A warm and friendly welcmome with fantastic customer service. Always great, tasty açai served piping hot- just the way we like it. Would definitely recommend. We have been many times since AUGUST and I can’t get enough since I tasted it 😍 it has consistently exceeded our expectations.

I ordered 2hours ago and the restaurant calls me to apologize and assure me that I will have my order in 20mins! The manager fron sioson called me back to tell me I will have it in 15mins , 30 mins I’m still waiting for my order! Absolutely terrible service! <br/>

I always order from Acai express, almost everyday, yesterday their delivery took more than one hour and a half. The Acai was melting. Overall i love this shop, their Acai is wonderful, and the portion is filling. I gave them four starts this time for the late deliver.

i ordered frozen yogurt with mixed nuts and mixed fruits, it was very good and healthy. I received the order in a very fast time, thank you!

Cant get enough of their Arabesca. It eases away the effects from the heat such as headaches, extreme thirst, lack of energy... At least that is how I find it.<br/>I would definitely recommend it.

Im always buying acai in al wahda mall and ordering for delivery too. Friendly staffs. They are Accomodating, they will offer you choices that will satisfy your taste. Acai is very addictive. And about delivery time? Good delivery time.

The order arrived for me and my friend and my friends acai wasn’t the correct ingredients. After calling to inform them they said they would send a new one out and to not touch the one they sent as a mistake and they would swap it over...ok fine, but surely they would send the one we had originally ordered out, and let us keep the mistaken one as a gesture of apology but unfortunately there was no apology and no gesture and in the end we decided to just keep the one they had sent because who wants to wait another hour for a new one while the other one melts? We wanted to eat our acais together! Very disappointed :(

I would say this is what makes acaixpress special. I would stay away from any honey or nutella based meals as it is soo sweet for my test<br/><br/>Service : online deleivry is a pleasant experience for me . Packing is nice and on time

The food was delicious, even for a set Christmas menu, and the staff were fabulous. Manager was easy to deal with in the build-up and staff were very good to us on the day. Would recommend

If you are looking forward to trying Acai i would strongly suggest that you go to one of their outlets and try them fresh. They have many varieties of mixes you can try, you can even customize according to your taste. <br/>That being said, ordering home delivery from them is a gamble sometimes they deliver it fresh on time but sometimes it takes too long and by then some of the toppings and mixes would be kinda dead thus degrading the taste.

The menu has a great range of authentic food. The food was tasty and there was plenty of it ... awesome meal and highly recommend! Good choices on the menu and reasonable pricing.

I really love the mix violet thing and yoghurt. With strawberry and nutella. It's so addictive and took it almost everyday. Also reason I stopped. My throat is not well since then.

I order from this place at least 3x a week and I have to say it's consistent when it comes to delivery time, quality, and just overall experience. Really satisfied with their service, very friendly staff and the Acais are delicious!

AcaiXpress offers an alternative sweet treats here in abu dhabi by infusing the superfood acai berry into desert. I always go with acai classic which is plain version and only has granola topping. You can also choose to have it with different fruits or nuts but personally i still go with the plain one since you cannot buy acai berry itself in grocery. In addition this sweet treat i pack with a lot of healthy benefits. But make sure to brush your teeth after since a leavesa purple stain in your mouth :).

Horrible delivery timings. Each time I place an order it must be delivered late and by late I mean an hour and a half !!! While my place is max 20 mins from the location. <br/><br/>I think their deliver routes are horrible !!

Healthy, yummy and good value for money!<br/><br/>I'm not usualy a fan off Berry flavours but this tasted nothing like a berry. It was creamy and tasted kinda chocolates and not at all tarte. <br/>The lady making the cone was also super nice and let us try before we buyer and even offered toppings for free.<br/>Surprising it was also quite filling.<br/><br/>A must try!!

Since I discovered AcaiXpress two months ago, I've been a regular customer. I must say that the staff are very friendly and helpful. It's my interest in health and fitness that brought me to the place as well as the fact that my gym is right in the same mall, so it very convenient to pass by for an energy refill afterwards. There are a lot of options when it comes juices and smoothies, and tons of more customizations that one can do to a drink (add/change/remove). My favourites are the Detox Green Smoothie and the Banana Roxa Smoothie (both of which I play around with in terms of the ingredients to enhance the taste to my liking).   From the Detox, Thermogenic and Green Juices, the "Apple, Kiwi, & Spinich Juice" is very refreshing. I have not tried any of their meals though but hopefully I will soon. For gym rats like me, there is an option to add a shots from the super food boosters - chia, bee pollen, whey protein, mix, maca, guarana, etc.) and to go for healthier replacements like almond milk (when it is available)! As I said, there are many options to choose from and to try, you just have to pick well, because it depends on the person's taste and what he/she likes. Thanks AcaiXpress for the good service :) Only one con I would add (to be fair) is that sometimes it takes a bit more time to get your drink, so if you're in a hurry it would not be a good idea to pass by because it will take more than 5 mins to get your hands on that yummy healthy stuff!

It is really nice to have something very healthy in the food court where you can usually see all the fast foods. Acai have very high nutrional value and they make it more exciting by adding different kind of fruits and toppings. This is the very first time i tried Acai, it was really not my thing :P I finished my acai bowl with great difficulty.

I love açai. Everyone who knows me can atttest to my love affair to açai but what I dont understand is why in the world would AcaiXpress take more than 1 hour (I am still waiting actually for my order to be delivered while typing this review) for them to deliver my order when my office is just opposite Al Wahda Mall?! This is really disappointing.

When you want something cold in the summer heat .... Something healthy and much more interesting than the usual ice cream ... This thing is refreshing , fruity, and amazing with goji berries and the mix booster mix.<br/><br/>

After a long day at work or a rigorous session at the gym or just when you feel like you need something to satisfy that sweet tooth, no matter what your reason is for heading to this place. An Acai soft cone topped with fresh fruits and a variety of nuts and condiments to choose from, hits the spot everytime! The health benefits of Acai berries are numerous and this has become a dessert of choice at our household since this product was introduced in UAE. Definitely recommend this product to all out there looking for a healthy alternative to ice creams or junk foods like donuts or other sugary treats that more of a threat than a treat to your bodies.

Been here for the first time. The staff was very nice, actually she gave me 3 kinds of free taste in a different mixture. The color violet is the organic berry and it was tasty although at first taste the taste is different coz the berry is organic but after taste the twist is there. I end up to strawbtella and it's great, the staff add extra milk powder also. Happy customer here! <br/>I will be back here to taste the other flavors 😊

When they first opened I was there every single week, servings were good, service was nice. Lately servings have become smaller, every single girl working there makes the same Acai bowl completely different so you never know if it will taste good or not.

First time me and my partner are trying that place. We are definitely coming back.<br/>We had the Acai,orange,banana special juice plus Acai,pinnaple,orange,lime special juice. We added two shots of Superfood into our cocktails. Taste was amazing!<br/>I was also super happy with the staff. They spend so much time explaining to me what is each one of the fruits. <br/>All on all, great healthy stand in Al Wahda mall with a lot of exotic new things to offer!

Healthy dessert - I heard a lot of good benefits of Acai berries so why not to try something healthy today ? There are options on the menu but the very accommodating staff told me to choose whatever I want to include in my shake. I chose strawberry, nuts, granolas, pineapple and honey. The staffs are knowledgeable about the product and very polite. The price is also reasonable for a guilt free dessert.

The lady working there was so nice and helpful explaining everything to us patiently. Food is delicious it's nice to get a healthy snack. I hope they'll stay consistent with the portions and I'll definitely be coming more often. They also offer free delivery from 50 dhs upwards, I ordered once and they delivered within the 30 minutes.

Love that they have gluten and lactose free crepes (made with tapioca flour) which can be sweet or savory. Check them out at Mushrif Park on a Saturday afternoon/evening and listen to the live music.

Absolutely amazing acai! This stuff is really, really good. Perfect way to get your superfood intake. Love the different selections available. Recommend the "coconut dreams", so tasty. Fantastic to have a healthy alternative when you feel like something sweet. Really happy they do delivery now too. My only one problem is how addictive it is!

Acai berries don't taste good on its own. However, knowing that a superfood so difficult to get is within reach, I'd try and may make it my staple :)<br/><br/>I love their selection of other super foods such as flax and goji...
