Order placed - ( Must try ) Grilled Charcoal chicken good enough for 2-3 person.. Fattoush was good , Falafel was yummy , Chicken Shawarma was delicious ..

One of the oldest arabic restaurant in town. Layali al sham is a arabic name which means *for the night the Cham*. Its a Syrian - Lebanese restaurant which serves authentic arabic cuisines. Winner for mixed grill and rice items.
One of my office mate from Syria recommended this place for falafel. It was best falafel I ever had. I could claim best in town. They serves salads for all meals even you order appetisers .
Service and Taste was good. Strongly recommend to arabic food lovers.

First time i visit this restaurant, and I ordered Supreme grilled fish, wow its was so juicy so tender and blended spices so well and hummus also very good but their garlic sauce is not good they have to improve the taste, Staffs are so friendly, must try here. I will visit again and taste their other dishes.
Best place to grab a quick bite of Chicken Shawarma or Falafal. I love their Grilled Hamour Fish. Very well grilled and served with Salad, Fries and other items. They are open up to 3 AM. So, one can rely on them for odd time hunger 😊.
This is one of my favorite restaurant in every month we visit twice in this restaurant. last day we ordered Lamb chops, Chicken Kabab, BBQ Chicken and falafel, All of them well cooked and the taste is astonishing. staffs are very good..
Their daily dishes are delicious and taste like authentic Arabic food made at home.their chicken shawarma is good too,I tried the beef it wasn’t as delicious as the rest of the food.i always get food delivered so I have never been to the shop to comment about the ambience
What a great little gem tucked away near Tourist Club area. It looks tiny from the front, but you walk downstairs to a huge dining area. They serve fresh authentic Lebanese food, we got our usual favourites of mixed grill, numerous dips and their battata harra is to die for! Reasonably priced and lovely everyday Lebanese food.
We frequent here for their shawarma's... it tastes fresh n delicious. The freshly baked bread, juicy chicken, crispy fries, tangy pickles and mayo is put together in a combination that is just right n incredible!!
Also the complimentary falafels they almost always give is something we look forward to, crispy and crunchy on the outside they are piquant.
The MIX GRILL is a stellar. The chicken n mutton kababs, with a portion of fries is quite a punch. Served with salad, kuboos and 2 dips it really does fill 2, though they argue otherwise.

Stopped at this place by accident, their shawarma plate and fresh juices are the freshest you can ever get and is worth every penny. Not that expensive. This is one of the few places in Abu Dhabi were wat u see is wat u get.
Good food. Ordered the Layali kilo grill and fattoush salad. Meat was cooked really well - everything really tender, including the beef that tends to be dry. Fattoush salad was one of the nicest I’ve tried in recent weeks. Very good service. Pleasant mid-week meal. Take cash as they don’t accept credit or debit cards. ATM is opposite the road.
Introduced to me by a friend, and this is one restaurant I stop by for quality food. Every time my experience was good and the food was tasty. Decent ambience and very attentive and friendly staff.I would highly recommend you try the Grilled Hamoor Fillet. Their mixed grill also very good.
Evenings and night you may find it little difficult to find a parking.
I want to give this place a 5 after the last lunch I had here, but the inconsistency of food after several visits is keeping me from it. The first couple of times I visited, the food was good but not great. The special cocktail was loaded with so much honey that you couldn't taste any fruit.
But on my recent lunch visit, I was blown away! We were quite a large group of people so we ordered about 3 kgs of meat (lamb chops, kebabs, and tikka). The meat was to die for! So succulent and grilled perfectly, I was in heaven! The fattoush, hummus, and muttabal was fresh and the hot bread with it was amazing. Learning from my previous visit, I ordered the cocktail without honey and that was also great! I would definitely recommend this place for some amazing Lebanese food.
Very economical and extremely responsive restaurant. They even send meal at 2:00am midnight. The lentil soup, shawarmas, fatoush, mini chicken burger , fries and charcoal chicken are great in taste and good value for money. Mix grill is average. A must try.
the best chicken in town is right here. Look no further, people. Get a weekend here and you're sorted! Foodie heaven. went there for lunch and i was hooked. i am definitely going back there. keep up the great work!
They have good shish tawook and half chicken. Everything comes with a hummus and a salad. The salad isnt always fresh but the hummus and bread is good. Home delivery is fast if you live close to their location.
Its always been a regular stop for my Dinner nor when i need some refreshment Their Large size Meat Shawarma is worth a try .The staff service and delivery is good . I would recommend to any having a quick bite then Layali is the best
Layali mixed grill or even a regular mixed grill is a totally yes if u r fan of grills. Their lamb chops gave me a foodgasm. Fresh warm kuboos with their hummus is totally yum. Portions are huge and extremely affordable. Staff and ambiance ain't fancy. End it up with their sulaimani tea with mint leaves.
P.S - I never have pics of food cz I don't waste time clicking them. I'm a food lover and generally attack the moment it's on the table.
Great food and great prices when compared to other restaurants of this quality. Highly recommend the mezze selection with fresh bread, and their range of grills.
Had heard a lot about the mix grill at this place so ordered in one fine day. First look and I was satisfied to see that it was actually a 'mix' of kebabs and grills and not just chicken and mutton seekhs. There was Arayes, Chicken kebab, mutton kebab.. basically the works. The hummous on the side was delicious.

I like the food, the taste and the aroma here. I like their hospitality and quick home delivery service. I love to order from here as the food quality is awesome.

This place was always on my radar but never got to experience it. So today at a add hoc momemt ordered a half kg mix grill. To be honest was a bit sceptical on not how the taste would be but what would be the content of the parcel. I am used to another arabic joint called Nad Al Shiba, in khalidiya and its works, the hmous, the garlic paste the mouttebal the fotoush, the green salad. So when i had my parcel in my hand and sneak a boo inside sort of comforted me. The pic shows it all. Though not the works i mentioned above but just enough to give you that feeling that a child would get in some new toy. To just diggg in at the earliest. The grill when opened smelled like the perfect smokey grill when u pass by a bbq arena arnd abudhabi corniche. Soft, luscious in your bite. What surprised me was the contents, apart from the mix grill, there were a lil bit of arayes, some grilled chicken wings, some fries, layered with finely chopped parsley and onions. Over all a sumptuous meal that would leave any Arabic food lover content. My verdict..
Taste- 4, ambience - Nil ( take away), value for money - 4. Try it.

Tasty grills,al faham chicken; good service;open till late night and they good green salad. The quantity is also good and the price is reasonable.
Grills are great. Very well cooked and expertly served. Open air dining area tops the joy of food if the weather is supportive. The service is slow. You have to wait long for the food to serve.
Grill is outstanding and tasty! Good customer care, i prefer this restaurant instead of Maroosh as their staff attitude is not friendly! Good job
Wowlicious!. Charcoal grilled chicken scored very high in terms of the smokey taste and smoothness quotient. Hoomous beyruty was awesome too I mean compared to many other nearby Arabic restaurants.baba ghanous had a topping of pomegranate seeds and tastes good. Chicken was accompanied by garlic paste and an eggplant paste.shish tawook was good but can be improved upon in terms of the cooked quotient. Overall ambience is amazing with nice clean interiors and a very good floating fragrance. If you are thinking that the bill would be inflated, you would be mistaken to know that it comes at a value for money price and without any arrogancy attached. Must visit for authentic Arabic taste.
Want cheap and yummiest mix grill! Layali is the answer.. Delicious mix grill with really fresh kuboos served right from the oven..service and ambiance isn't really great at all..food totally tasty..must visit...

الأكل رائع والخدمة كذلك، ليست أول تجربة لي وبالتأكيد ليست الأخيرة. طلبت لبن عيران وساندويتش كباب، والفلافل كانت ضيافة من المطعم أثناء انتظار الطلب.
الاكل جدا لزيز..الكميه كريمة ..الخدمة سريعه...الاسعار جدا معقوله ...المكان مناسب. 👍🏻
