Very bad pizza on premium price. the lesson is stick to the places you know are good. The pizza had almost no toppings. i ordered extra cheese for and there was hardly the amount of normal cheese. there were total 3 or 4 pepperoni on a large pizza. the dough hasn't risen and was dry and hard. the packaging was worst. open box with no seal or bag, no napkins or condiments or accompanying things. Avoid at all cost

The driver called me a liar when he reached on other address by his mistake , the ordered clearly mentioned my address but he reached other address and all I got to hear from him at 12 midnight is I AM A LIAR

Hi. We usually order alot from this place. In times of pandemic, we are very conscious and concern where we order food for the family. When we ordered today from Pizza Pie Company, we had received a pizza in an exposed box, without plastic or paper bag to cover. Please next time make sure to do proper and safe packaging for the food to avoid risking the health of your customer. Covid-19 is just around a corner. Thank you.

I ordered philly steak pizza and for me an average taste only. Im not very fond of the dough. However, they offered promotion here at zomato and I can say that the size of the pizza was worth your money with the very generous discount.

Their Philly Steak Pizza on italian crust is superb! Delivers on time and a real value for the money. They have buy 1, get the next pizza for aed 10! How amazing is that? And their pizzas taste great too!

Ordered pizza pie factory for dinner, the Hawaiian Pizza and Chicken Ranch with sides of potato wedges and garlic bread. The pizzas were great! Arrived hot. However the garlic bread was just ok and the wedges were absolutely dry. Anyway, pizza was decent.

One of the Best Piza in Abu Dhabi. I have ordered for Chicken legend piza n forgot to mention Ranch sauce. They delivered with BBQ sauce. Upon request they change it n delivered very quick. But the garlic bread is lil burnt. They have to take care of it.

There was literally just one tiny piece/speck of meat on each pizza slice along with a tiny jalapeno. Was just a plain cheese pizza in all sense. The crust was also very thick, dry and hard. Totally disappointing!!!

I have just finished my pizza and it was just perfect ...i ordered late at night and was not sure about them as this is my first experience with pizza pie but im happy to share that they did not disappoint ...pizza was freshly made and the garlic bread was also soft and full of taste ...will order from them in future again👍

We had ordered a chicken legend pizza with ranch sauce topping and vegetarian pizza for takeaway. The preferred crust was thin crust. Really happy and satisfied with the taste of the pizzas and would definitely recommend to try out the pizzas, especially the thin crust chicken legend pizza with the ranch sauce topping.

Hands down one of the BEST pizzas in UAE - their thin crust is addictive!

Food was ordered around 8 pm where as it was delivered around 11:30 pm late in the night, was cold and non-eatable because of it. I wanted to cancel the order around 11pm but neither the restaurant nor Zomato customer service allowed to do that, In the end I have suffered with the delay and pathetic.

I have tried the margarita pizza with the extra topping of mushroom and jalapeno. Also made it double melt crust. Overall the pizza is very good but the base is not very melty as they claim. I found the pizza better than the pizza hut. I have ordered during the happy hours with 50% off. It's completely worth the money after discount. I would highly recommend to order from this restaurant whenever there is discount or promotion going on.

Be warned and prepared to receive your food cold and after a minimum 2 hours delay.<br/>Worst experience with this establishment; despite several calls to the restaurant, I was given false promises everytime. This is usually my go to for delivery pizza, their dough is great and they have a decent variety. Their chicken pizzas are my favorite. Their pasta is a 4/5, good quality and satisfying. Desserts are entrees are on the good average side 3/5. <br/>What I appreciate the most is the speedy delivery time and constant offers.

Got a surprise delivery today.. Free chicken legend pizza! I ordered a chicken legend pizza yesterday and got shocked that the BOGO offer was nowhere to be found on the menu. Still, knowing that their pizza is superb, I proceeded with the order even though I'd get only a box. I guess the bogo is still on, I got the other pizza today, free! I have ordered from pizza pie factory few times. Service provided before was appreciable. I ordered pizza and chicken wings this time. Pizza was fine, taste was okay but it was cold. Chicken wings were disappointing in taste, seemed to be raw, it tasted horrible. I couldn't eat it at all, had to discard the whole.

I love the pizza from here but I think it will be more fair if they will add more pineapples to the Hawaiian Delight 🤔

First time ordering from this place and definitely the last. The food arrived over an hour late. It was packaged in a plastic bag and given to me tied up. unfortunately the lasagna looked great but didn’t taste good. The Philly cheesesteak was burned, hard, and inedible. Ona positive note. The Coca Cola was still slightly cold. I wish I could say better things about the place.

Pizza was fine but not better than Pizza Hut. In the end I didn’t find it to have Good value for money. Location of the restaurant is good, but there is not much enough space inside to sit.

I don't like the attitude of their driver.  Before they deliver my food they called me and confirmed that they know my location.  After that I received another call from the driver telling me he is in the back of burjeel because I said my location is back side of burjeel which is right but not exactly at the back of burjeel where the emergency exit are located.  I asked him if he know the school opposite to my location and he told me "no" and ask him if he know ADDC he said the only place he knows is Burjeel.  And he sounds very irritated on me.  First of all I should be the one to be irritated because it is his job to know my location and they confirmed to me that they know my location before he left the restaurant and after that he will gonna tell me that the only place he knows is Burjeel Hospital!!!  Zomato called the restaurant and another driver spoke to me and I explained to him where I am and he know exactly the place.  He told me he will gonna talk to that specific driver who will gonna deliver my order and after few minutes the driver arrived in my location and instead of saying sorry he is telling me that im not right with my instruction because the name of the school is not fatima bint mubarak school and he is telling me its something like deerfields whatever!!! There are two school opposite to the villa where I am located.  It's Fatima Bint Mubarak school and polaris private academy which I mentioned to him but he didnt know at all.  And he will arrived telling me its wrong!!!Can he not just say sorry first beside the only place he knows as per him is just burjeel and he have the guts to lecture me about the name of school opposite to my villa.  If this is the kind of delivery person I will gonna dealt with I would definitely not order again in this restaurant.  I don't argue with anyone I don't mind if the delivery will be a little bit late but calling me and sounding so irritated because he doesnt know my location and the only place he knows is burjeel is not my problem anymore.  And coming here lecturing me about the name of the school next to my villa and trying to justify himself and without feeling sorry is not something I can tolerate.  Sorry but if you don't know my location and you can't talk to me in a correct manner I would appreciate if you will not just accept my order.

To be honest i have been to the area where this restaurant is located but never noticed it, my bad. When I went to try it with zomato gold I realized how much I was missing everytime I wanted to eat pizza. Their pizza dough is very well done, topping is so rich and delicious. I will be back again for another great pizza experience

It has been changed to 'The Pizza Pie Factory' at mostly all locations.<br/><br/>The menu is mostly the same with really minor changes like the availability of different crust options like double melt, classic Italian and classic hand tossed.<br/><br/>The Pizza's are all passable if you are into fast food pizza and the Pizza Pie Factory is quite generous with their cheese to the point that it almost overpowers everything else!!<br/><br/>What makes this outlet so popular is the availability of a buy any pizza and get the other one for only 10 AED which is a great deal.<br/><br/>They also serve chicken wings which are best left alone. I ordered an ultimate pizza and requested for pineapple toppings separately since there is none in the ad-ons. And they gave it so that's a good plus, the pizza is hot and to be fair its ok for the price. But I got disappointed with their chicken ceasar salad, coz the vegetable is only lettuce. Still I will try their other pizza flavors next time.

Pizza is a go to when we want to order in. We thought of trying this new place to experiment. The delivery time was frustratingly long. I called to inquire status and had a difficult time explaining that the pizzas havent arrived. She did call the rider and told me that he was in the building it should reach me any moment. It took another 15 min for the pizzas to finally arrive. Mr Thamer was the delivery person and he complained that there were too many deliveries and it wasn't his fault. <br/>So after the long wait, we were eager to have the pizzas. Unfortunately, yet expextedly, the pizzas were cold, dry and very hard. They lost the freshness completely and we had a couple of stale pizzas which we had to reheat to even make them edible. I feel the pizzas may have tasted better if they were not cold. But given our first experience here, I doubt if we ll give it another go. Disappointed and would not recommend this place, given other better options for pizzas.

Perfect time delivery of Hot pizza, however it was lacking Pizza sauce and was a bit too dry, only if there was more sauce it would have been amazing 🙂. Hope the management reads the feedback and does minor tweak to their recipe by adding more sauce.

So I just had my Philly Cheese steak pizza (double melt) and Italiano (double melt) and both were really good. The Philly cheese steak tastes absolutely amazing especially after changing some of it's ingredients and the double melt crust is phenomenal as usual. The Philly is one of these pizzas that taste so good by itself you don't want to add anything to it (ketchup, Marinara...etc). Try to get the Italiano double melt with Marinara sauce dip though as it makes the experience much better.<br/><br/>I find this branch in Hamdan better than Khalidiya taste wise. I have no clue what's the difference, but I feel their pizzas always taste better. Their delivery is also very fast (20 mins) and they took my order through the phone before the shop even opened as per Zomato. Please keep up the good service and quality. It's seriously one of the most underrated pizzas in town.

Decided to give Pizza pie factory a shot when I saw the BOGO offer. Delivery was pretty quick. Ordered 3 non-veg pizzas for the family and a Vegetarian pizza for myself. The non-veg pizzas were a hit however my veg pizza was just average. Felt like it could use some more pizza sauce.

Last night, some guests were at home. I browsed #Zomato App to quickly order something. Pizza was the safe choice. Checked the special promotions and came across “The Pizza Pie Factory”. They were offering “Buy-One-Get-One” across all Pizzas. I never tried them before so thought to give it a try. I ordered one “Chicken Legend Pizza” and one “Meat Cravers Pizza”.

I tried this place as it came up on my app for Buy 1, Get 1 offer. Overall the pizzas were good, came in hot, the base was soft (which is a must in hand tossed pizzas) and the pretty quick delivery too. I took veg gourmet & chicken gourmet pizza so both were quite similar - as there was no other options for chicken. They are filled with beef & pepperoni options which is not great for chicken lovers like me!

Very impressed! From the payment click to the doorbell of delivery was exactly in 26 mins! Hot tasty pizzas delivered well before time! Ordered for a chicken legend pizza and a pepperoni feast pizza. Fresh tasty and just the perfect hand tossed pizza base made for an enjoyable meal and experience. Definitely ordering again!

I had a complain before regarding the cheese was over cooked, but at the same time it was a very good experience after i received many calls from Mr Ayman the area manager apologizing about what happened and investigated the matter and replaced my order, i can say that it was a perfect pizza and really appreciated the follow up of Mr Ayman. He showed great professionalism as he really cares about the customers .

We had tried Pizza Pie Factory several times at Shahama petrol station food court and they were okay considering limited options at petrol station. This prompted us to try their city store and we went for dine in. We were welcomed by Store Manager Mr. Mohamed Subhan who gave us full idea about various pizza from menu. We ordered Chicken Legend Pizza and Chicken Shawarama Pizza. Both pizza were very tasty and well baked. Their Pizza can compete with Papa Murphy. Definitely recommended for good pizza and service.

This place is a total rip off to the legendary dominos pizza and u will experience the same “quality” pizza u get in pizza hut, and in my case i would consider them even worse cuz pizza hut at least maintain their pizza quality although it is not that good but pizza pie say they provide u with the same pizza u used to have in dominos pizza and it was far from being anywhere near as good as dominos pizza.<br/><br/>I used to have 2 favorite pizza places in abu dhabi and now it has become only one “papa murphy’s pizza”

I ordered a veg pizza and veg pasta. The pizza was dry and ice cold. The pasta was very bland. A whole lotta salt was required to make it edible. Not convinced with the taste. I would not recommend the pasta and the pizza is good if its hot so try dine in instead. :-)

Welcoming at first but frowned on when I said I have zomato gold membership.<br/><br/>The ambience aint much different from a normal cafetaeria which can maximum fit 10 - 15 people with just 4 or 3 tables.Pizza take away boxes on the tables.<br/><br/>Price wise not fair as they charge as almost as much as other good pizza places. They have some lucrative offer but when comparing other place offers the price is a copy and definitely not worth the money.<br/><br/>It is pay up first with zomato gold which is the first time I had like that because it takes away the purpose of dine in only. They have wifi which I dont even remeber what reason they told that they dont know the password so that is a stopper to whoever has gold membership as they would not be able to unlock so have your mobile internet pack if you want make use of your membership.<br/><br/>They serve in paper plates. They served me the wrong pizzas because they don't know their stuff. They just mix up some meat toppings and cheese and some sauce and dough put it in the oven and done. The wrong topping (broccoli) had been put on the ultimate pizza. Seeing me pluck out the broccoli they changed my pizza which I insisted that I did not want to waste food which contradicts whatever their action is because if they throw it it is wastage of food or if they serve it to someone else it is a matter of hygiene.By then I was just trying to finish the pizzas and get out and did not even bother to point out there were no sausages as mentioned in their menu.<br/><br/>After managing to finish the pizzas I was left with a bland taste in my mouth which was the complete opposite of the sense of euphoria. The food is really good it’s delicious it’s easy and fast and to be honest whenever I’m hungry I can just order no I mostly recommend their pizzas some of the sides are good some of the sides are bad but the pizzas are amazing it’s a pizza place not anything else

The place is very good for casual dinning. The taste and ambience is very good. The service provided by the staff is very good and they are friendly. The Pricing is very reasonable and value for money.

I loved this place! We ordered a meat<br/>Pizza and a spicy one and they were both amazing! I wouldn't quiet recommend the lasagna, but please try the pizzas and wings! I think this place will definitely get the recognition it deserves in due time.
