Well you gotta try this out Molten Chocolate Cake of Chili's Khalidiyah perfectly served with Vanilla Ice Cream topped with molten chicolate that blends well with the tasty Hot Chocolate Cake at the bottom🌰, well thats not all U shouldnt miss also the California Flat bread, u might think its pizza style... topped with healthy and tasty ingredients🍕.. in addition to this, i wanna compliment their Friendly servers/staffs, who wanted tonmake sure that their guests will be satisfied with the food and ambiance.. I ordered for delivery just now. Not quite sure how to eat off the plastic bag since I have to scrape off whatever was spilled in there. Can you believe it? You tip because you thought you got the food right, only to open it like this. Oh hey, it’s already been opened. 🙄

I have been there several time, I do enjoy my time at the restaurant as they have an outstanding service and desirous foods. The only thing I find it annoying there is the loud birthday events and music, I do understand that people are happy, but we know that 80% of them do it just for fun not because it is their actual birthday. And the place supervisor I would recommend to check peoples ID to make sure it is an actual birthday event because my friends and I do think 100 times before we go there again because of the birthday events become so annoying especially that day when they had to do it three times within an hour :(

Came to Chili's for dinner today after watching a movie with a friend of mine. This is located inside Khalidiyah Mall. Parking is easily available too. Firstly they served tortilla chips with salsa sauce which was on the house. We then ordered The Ultimate Bacon Burger and Chicken Enchilada Pasta. Food was delish! I would've rated this place with 5 stars BUT the customer was a bit cold! Not sure if they had a long day but they didn't seem very welcoming.

It’s my second time to eat in Chili’s, the first one was in Mall of Emirates, unfortunately I didn’t enjoy the experience. But today in this branch, I ate a lot especially the beef ribs, so tender and the sauce is amazing! Thanks to the wonderful staff and great food. I’ll return definitely!

The last time we were here was over 4 years ago. Primarily because their service was exceptionally poor, food tasted like cardboard and the table and menu were sticky and made you question the overall hygiene. We had heard that their menu had changed and decided to give it a try again yesterday. Out of the three I said earlier, the only thing that has changed is the menu, and in turn, the food. It tasted better than what I remembered, which is only the reason I have given the 3 stars. The service and cleanliness was as it was, but to us it was good to know that we went in skeptical and we were right. Even the Manager came and checked on us at closing time. Makes you wonder what that means. With the food getting better, I would only recommend takeout or home delivery. I haven't tried the home delivery and I hope that does not disappoint when I decide to try them.

Not there fault though :) I recommend all their appetizers as mentioned, burgers, pastas, fajitas and quesadillas so basically the whole menu!

I have always loved chilli's. Especially their salads. Visited the outlet in khalidiya mall. We were their at 9pm and expected little bit of crowd But the place was empty. We were wished and seared to our table. Our order was taken by the waiter. We ordered trio of fajitas. The waiter tried to upset but not a lot of effort put into it. Would have preferred if there was a choice of corn or flour tortillas.after few minutes we thought to order for a salad too as we were getting more hungry and greedy. However none of the staffs were to be around provided the was empty. Caught an eye of the manager(I presume). He sent a waiter to our table. And then we ordered our salad too. Within few minute of waiting we received our yummy delicious salad. Then followed our trio of fajitas.. the quality and quantity is always great in chilli's. The beef and chicken was cooked perfectly and with lots of flavours in it. However the shrimps lacked everything. It felt as if frozen shrimps cooked without thawing them properly. Next time I'm not going to order shrimps. And the condiments were way to less for the fajitas. Especially Guacamole! Over all we are loyal to chilli's.. And would definitely go back for food!!!!

The burgers are to kill for and the standard chili’s ambience, the staff is helpful & courteous and the vibrant atmosphere that is there really ups the ante .... we all love to go there and hog ... and variety of fajitas and tacos they have is amazing...!!!!

My experience was just ok..... food was very good but service was really lacking. Was seated but after waiting more than 10 minutes for a waiter to take our order I finally had to get up to find a waiter. I had to get up 3 times in total during the meal to find a waiter for something - quite annoying. Good chips and salsa, tacos and enchiladas.

We know this is a top spot for burgers and Mexican food all around the country. But the question is, have you had their beef ribs? Their Original and Honey-Chipotle Ribs are to die for. We ordered two full racks (AED 119 each) and the moment we dug in, we knew that the seventh heaven does actually exist. The tenderness and juiciness of the ribs caught us off-guard and tingled our taste buds in the best way they possibly could. A strong recommendation for any good meat lover. Seriously, don’t miss out! Their Strawsicle and Molten Chocolate Chunk ice cream smoothies (AED 23 each) served us as hearty dessert and as always, the staff ensured we left the restaurant with happy faces and even happier stomachs.

Great food. Loved their steak. Their burgers are quite good too. Service was painfully slow. Ambience is good with subtle music and relaxing environment. Although some of their dishes were not so great. The wings were outright sour and the chicken was cold. I would recommend you check them out.

Being a regular customer of Chili’s, my preferred outlet is definitely NOT the Khalidia Mall outlet; we usually go to al Mariah Chili’s where the service is great! Though the food is standard, the service here is low as compared to Chili’s Mariah. Add to this the meat smell of the table where we had to call the waiter for cleaning. The late inefficient food serving is worth noting where 3 of us were served 10 minutes before the remaining 2 of our group in-spite the restaurants as empty at 4pm. After waiting, the waiter brought my quesadilla salad with her untied long hair almost touching the plate! This is our second and last time here.

I like this chain because it has fair prices. Clean and immediate service. Staffs are friendly and outgoing person. Steaks were perfect! Twas moist and juicy, cooked to our request and tasted great. Chipotle Fresh Mex absolutely delicious! Everything blended together just perfectly and complimented each bite. Chicken Ranch Quesadillas which is almost my fave thing at Chilis. The fried cheese and chicken warapped up in a yummy carbs. Then we got the Molten Chocolate Cake and Peanut Butter Banana Split. 👍🏻

The best salad I’ve ever had. I could have this everyday possibly. I have the Buffalo Chicken Salad without Bleu Cheese & Beef Bacon from here since more than a year. I couldn’t imagine not having this when I go to Chili’s. This time I had Mango Iced Tea for drinks which cost 18 Dhs & it was so good. Service is pretty quick & good as always.

A perfect dine place for lunch. We had monterey chicken and margarita grilled chicken. The best part is you can change the side dishes and not just stick to what is written in the menu. Monterey chicken was awesome. I didn't like the boneless buffalo wings and the dipping sauce. It was extremely sour. Molten chocolate cake was average. Ambience is good. Service was excellent.

The molten lava cake is a must try and is a Chili's signature dessert. The Margarita Flatbread is simply delicious and satisfying. I would definitely recommend this. The ambience of Chili's in Khalidiya Mall is calm and the seating is comfortable and their service is generous and welcoming. Would definitely love to try this place again.

When looking for a steak Chili's is the best! We love their New York Strip, it's well done and suited to my taste. We also try their Wings over Buffalo & Mix & Match Fajitas (Make it Trio). Sauces are well blended and complimented the taste of our starters & main dish. Staffs are accomodating & friendly. Recommended to all steak lovers.

Celebrated a friend's b'day here. The portion of the chicken enchilada pasta was huge. It had the perfect amount of sauce. I would recommend the dish to anyone any day. came over here with family for dinner we had Chipotle Flatbread , monetrey chicken with spinach rice on the side , and finally crispy chicken sandwish and for the drinks we had cappuccino and i cant remember the last drink but i think it was called evolution. what i liked : nice waiters , good service , clean place , food arrived hot , the Flatbread tasted realllly great as well as the burger and the evolution drink , at last i am happy with how chillis improved significantly on the last year in terms of menu and food quality and taste. what i didn't like : food takes some time to be prepared , the montrey chicken didnt amaze me like the rest of the dishes the bacon came very chewy and this dish just didnt have the wow factor.

Chili's khaldiya mall is our favourite resturant. Usually we order fajita mix chicken & meat. But my favourite platter is the Rack, this is the best Rack served in Abu Dhabi, best meat & flavour. I visited Chili's at Khalidiyah mall.. This place did not really have anything memorable to it. It was extremely crowded and noisy. Not much enthusiasm from the staff either. The usher just walked us to our tables without as much as eye contact. The menu cards were literally greasy from customers touching the pages after handling food. I ordered the Chipotle Mex bowl - the food was colorful and got a lot of things going on with rice, beans, tortilla crisps, veggies and chicken. I have a love for such an assortment of fresh ingredients. The chicken was slightly on the drier side, though. My husband ordered the Country-fried chicken. And was quite happy with his dish. The prices are definitely up there.. A score of 3 for food alone. But service could hv been better, from my experience.

I am not a huge fan of chili's , but this outlet is my favorite among their branches in the city. Most of which will have to be with the decor and the entire feel about the place. I have been here few times , classic nachos is something i like to crunch on as starters. Their steaks and burgers never impressed me, I do feel the meat isn't that juicy and well done doesn't mean you make them rock hard, however their quesadillas and fajitas are something i prefer having. Please make sure you order their molten chocolate before you leave their restaurant. It is one of the yummiest desserts your gonna get in Abu Dhabi

I had a mix and match Fajita which was way over priced for the quantity. This is rare for chili's as they usually have good quantity and good rates. They tasted amazing as usual. There was a wide variety of mixes and toppings which was quite appeasing. I had a strawberry Margarita with it which tasted ... eh... I didn't like it. When I asked the staff if they could take it back or do something about it, they said no. Wonderful. I didn't drink it. Just left it there. I am usually very happy and satisfied after eating from here. But this time, not really. I paid a total of Dhs 130 dhs and didn't feel like I ate for even Dhs 50. I would recommend the place always but probably not what I ordered.

Chilis is not new to me. Tbh, I try not to come here after numerous ugly encounter in DXB. While waiting for my movie to start, I decided to have a drink at chilis. The tableside guacamole with chips and salsa looks amazing and I had one. This is good for 2-4 persons and was good. The drinks I had were evolution and peach breezer. Both tastes good.

It's been a while so this was my recent visit to Chili's as they had some new dishes on their menu. We went a little away from our usual and ordered a Fajita Fiesta, one with Honey Chipotle and one with Beef & Chicken mix. It comes with Tortilla bread & Condiments with free refills. It was served on a sizzler with onions, tomato, capsicum and some corn & beans. The dish put together tasted pretty good and was filling. For desserts we had our favorite Chocolate Molten Cake and like always we loved it. A sure recommend, especially the Fajita Fiesta menu, so go and try it out. I have already planned my next visit. October when a friend and I went here for a take away and was happy to have used my entertainer voucher for a free pizza for my birthday!! Thanks to the Filipino guy who assited us, unfortunately i forgot his name. He was so accommodating and answered all our inquiries politely.
