Even during this time they are serving. Staff were very friendly. They were patient while taking orders. They were providing only take away. I bought meal pack. It has

•3 breads
•1 litre soft drink
• salad
For a snack its absolutely enough. Nearly two to three members can have it. If your stoping here try it.
ordered snack box..very tasty and freshly made...no doubt the quality is always so good and same ...but the delivery was not on time...took them 1 hour to deliver usually it comes within 10 minutes...lil bit disappointed but the deliver said bec of current panedemic he got late...otherwise their service is always good and they always match up to our expectations ...price is also good and food is our fav comfort food...
Kfc has the best fried chicken in the town ! Amazing taste ! Love the dalma mall outlet too ! Except during rush hours it’s hard to find a place to sit !
Kind of not satisfied with the delivery today. Im not sure what happen but it force me to take my delivery on the front desk of my building. And im all the way on the 3rd floor.. while the other delivery was good and on my rooms door.

Update Feb'19 - I'm absolutely surprised by how this place turned around for the better. I've been coming back here many times now, and the service has improved beyond belief. I've noticed a drastic change in the same service staff attitude and it is really good. The food is served fresh and hot, and service is really fast. Highly recommended!
Jan'18 - I'm surprised I've never reviewed this place despite the many times I've been here. Up until about couple of years, there weren't too many KFCs around so you'd somehow end up here to get your fix. Obviously KFCs don't need much mention, but this place could definitely use some.
First of all, the food is very inconsistent. There are times when the food is perfect, and then there are more times when it's exactly the opposite. But I guess it's becoming characteristic of other KFCs as well.
The staff are typical of most other KFCs with varying attitudes, but this outlet stretches it a bit. It's best if you visit the place when it's empty, so you can be sure the person is listening. The only time I got any respect from the supervisor and staff was once many years ago, and I later realized it was only because I had my office id tag on me. But my recent visit revealed a shocking practice, where I was greeted with smiles and courtesy (I assumed it's because I was the only one there) by a familiar staff member who isn't otherwise much to my surprise, and he mentions you can get discounts if you order online and kept encouraging to get online to order. Though surprised to learn about this promotion, I got online to visit KFC website when the staff mentions I need to visit the KFC feedback/survey site instead and they would provide an old bill to enter the required fields and eventually get the discount code. However, they insisted that they'd fill the survey form themselves. Realizing something fishy was at work, I kindly declined, offered to proceed without the discount and took my order and left. And even though I only got a Snack box, the person still managed to get my order wrong. But the service is quick as always.
Thankfully, since there are many KFCs around these days you needn't bring yourself to this outlet anymore (the nearest one is right opposite Mazyad Mall). And for those of you who really don't want to hurt your integrity, this is one you can avoid.
Nothing to say more about good delivery timing great offers and all staff working there is also have a great respect to customers , only the issue is friday if we order its geeting too much delay try to make this delivery also fast

I am a regular customer of KFC UAE since 1999. I guess everyone does :-) When i moved here in Abu Dhabi 3 years ago and lived in our accommodation (Mussafah) provided by our hotel, I became a regular caller of KFC hotline 600522252. I have encountered so many times receiving wrong orders. You asked for upsize spicy french fries, they will give you normal fries on a regular size. You ordered a mountain dew, they will give you pepsi. I ordered a rice meal (rice with two piece chicken) they delivered only rice and since it was a last order 'coz it was 00:50hrs when i placed my order, the delivery man cannot come back with chicken anymore 'coz their kitchen is already closed. I was forced to eat the rice. I just put the chicken sauce to add taste. He promised me to deliver the two chicken the next night. I received my two pending chicken at 12 midnight but only chicken no rice :-( not even a singe bun. Most of the time they are getting into my nerves. I thought my stress will only be at work but when you reached home...there's a follow up. To get rid of this, tell the order taker to make sure they will bring the exact order you've placed and you will not accept or pay if one of the order is wrong.
