Tired the Chicken Wonton Soup and Singapore Chicken Noodles. Absolutely loved the food. Soup was served hot!
Delivery of the food took almost an hour long.
First time ordering from here as well as first time ordering through Zomato! The food was great, ordered Kung Pai chicken and Singaporean noodles. Not disappointed, the food was here on time, the driver didn't have hard time understanding the locations and it was ready to eat hot. Will definitely be ordering from here again ✌️ Also, the portions were really generous! Good for it's price.
Update: so we had some issues with our order last time and the staff was very glad to compensate us regarding that. Now, our recent order was again, great! I've tried their multiple
UPDATE: I don't usually order food but this place has become my go to for ordering! Love it. Had issues with delivery once and they are happy to compensate for that too. Never faced any issues with the food, never had a dish that I didn't like, highly recommend their Pad Thai and Kung pao chicken, yum! ❤️❤️ Pad Thai has to be my favourite 😍
The Bamee Goreng noodles is my top favorite when i go to soy express. It is just the perfect touch of amazing thai spice and noodles perfectly cooked in the bamee soy based sauce. My mouth waters each time I am heading there because all i want is a plate of these amazing noodles.
The food are Affordable. Big serving for a less expensive price. The food taste good. Delivered earlier than expected. Packed nicely and securely. The delivery guy was nice even if he has to wait for me at the lobby for a couple of minutes. The experience was really great.
Food in here is very nice and u can alter it according to your taste buds. I usually do take aways n it's super quick. A decent asian food place.
I ordered The famous thai noodles and they are really bad, dont order it. They taste like ketchup and noodles. Not only that but it also came really late :(
Update: The staff kindly contacted me, sincerely apologized and asked for my opinion on how they should improve the dish and explained why it tasted that way. They also sent me today on time exactly delicious spicy noodles that everyone in my family enjoyed. Id like to thank the staff for being so kind, considerate and understanding. Would definitely order more frequently from soy Express
Amazing food but preparation + delivery takes a long time. But the quality is always worth the wait. Price has recently increased too, not all dishes are worth it but I am quite happy with the vegan options.
They served the food on time, food was great too! they follow instructions from my comment. Can't wait on my next order. Some communication issues with the delivery boy but overall the food is realy really great!.

Staffs are really accommodating. The restaurant is small and can only accommodate few customers but otherwise food are good. overall the experience is good
Fantastic! One of our favorite places. Same restaurant as Royal Orchid with a slightly smaller menu. The lemon and coriander soup was simple but so delicious. The dipping sauces that come with the food are surprisingly spicy!
Based on the reviews, I decided to check this place out and was not disappointed. The food tasted good. However I would recommend if you could increase the rice portions and due to it being an oriental cuisine it would go better to have jasmine rice instead of basmati, goes much better with oriental dishes. Overall, highly recommended.
Loved the Singapore noodles! Chicken dim sums were also delicious and delivery was fast. The only negative thing was that I would’ve liked to get some more soy sauce, so next time I’ll make sure to ask for extra.
Great food! Very authentic flavour. I won’t give them a five star because I don’t think the tenderloin red curry was actually made from a tenderloin but from a cheaper cut of beef instead. Apart from that, the flavours were perfect and I’ll definitely give them another try.
Love their food and service! Absolute value for money too.
I've tried their padh Thai, bami goreng, prawn thai curry, fried rice and every one of them have been perfect!

Ordering and processing time was fast and easy. Delivery was timely and the delivery man was friendly. Our whole compound smelled the food when the delivery man came to the garlte. The food was delicious! Exactly as described. Some dishes were pretty spicy, that is something to be aware of, but very tasty!

Great place to order Asian food. The ba Mee goreng is super!! Delivery is fast and the food is neatly packed... The delivery person is also very courteous.

Food was delivered promptly, exactly as described and delicious. From taking the order via zomato there was no fuss, nice touch as some meals come with rice. Try not to over order...we will be placing another order soon...brilliant. 😁
The delivery time was fast, I loved the taste of the food. The way it was present very clean and tidy.the connection way was good as well, the driver contacted me via what’s app for location as soon as the food was ready.

Tom yam, assorted dim sum & hakka noodles were delicious, even though the tom yam soup was spicier than desired. The stir fried exotic greens was below average. Unfortunately, no cutlery was provided eventhough the go green option was not selected. Delivery was almost an hour early.
When I purchase through the app I should be able to utilize my Etihad discount
Great place for chinese food.
I have tried their food on multiple delivery ocassions and they always managed to arrive in time with hot food.
my personal favourite is Sesame fried chicken! I could just snack on those for days while watching tv.
I also enjoyed their general tsao chicken with their white jasmine rice.
sometimes the food comes with different preparation and slight change of flavour which I belive depends on the cook, day and time of request.
I ordered the crispy honey chicken and have ordered this before but it didn't come crispy came soggy. Please next time can you provide crispy thanks
Months ago, Had the shrimp dumplings, Thai curry and another dish delivered. Don't remember the last one as it wasn't memorable and didn't taste as good (some dry noodles). The shrimp dumplings and red Thai curry was awesome.
This week I ordered the chili chicken and the prawn chowmein and I couldn’t rave about it more!!! This place has tasty food and each dish tasted different. It also didn’t hurt that I had 2 for 1 entertainer offer for delivery.
The chicken kung pao and the prawn chowmein is a regular now for me.
I’m ordering again today.
My only grief is - that the delivery time is quite long. It took a complete 1 hour for the food to be delivered, even though it’s barely 12 Mins Away
All I'll say is, try it...
Ordered from Soy Express today and was The Best meal I had in ages. They delivered early and the food was still hot. I had assorted dim sum and General Tsao's chicken, absolutely amazing!!! Will definitely be ordering from here again soon ☺

Fantastic food. Always perfectly packaged and delivered well above the expected time. I always order the crystal shrimp dumplings and the steamed chicken dumplings (momos). Their Thai curries (red and green) are delicious, too. I don't think I've ordered something from them that I didn't end up loving.
Ordered first time for delivery. The food is really good except the fried rice that is too dry. Overall is a great experience. Will definitely order again.
Good food, fast delivery time and cheap. It hits all the right spots. I do not know why people are rating this place low. We have been ordering for a while and so far we haven't been disappointed once.

I went there in Etihad Plaza while craving for good Chinese and found their food to be pretty fresh, generous in quantity and excellent is quality. Honey potato fries are absolutely fantastic, so are the noodles and prawns.

Wow....a hidden gem in Khalifa City A. Soy Express is a wonderful Chinese Restaurant.
We ordered Crispy Honey Chicken and asked them to add chili to make it a little spicy. It was so good! So crispy, slightly sweet and just the right amount of kick from the chili.
We also ordered Vegetable Singapore Noodles and were equally impressed. They were well cooked and well seasoned. The vegetables were crispy and the dish was very light without any oily taste or residue.....which usually is the case oily noodles 😠 but not Soy Express 😋.
For an appetizer we had Vegetable Spring Rolls and they also were perfection! Crispy inside and out without any oily taste. A definite winner again!
The location is a little difficult to find on our first trip here...needs better signage. The only reason we didn't rate 5 was due to the size of the restaurant. We went there assuming it was a dine in restaurant and discovered they just started dine in 2 weeks ago. They have 1 table inside and 2 outside. With the quality of their food they should expand to a larger venue.
I also have to complement the Manager, Bishnu. He was so friendly, courteous and attentive. He even offered us a complementary ice tea which was also quite delicious.
We will definitely be back to visit Soy Express again. We may even consider their "Bring Home The Chef" for our next party.

I ordered online through zomato and was impressed they came on time. It is true that they are not consistent with the quality of their food but this time i can't complain anything. I'd definitely call for delivery again.

We have only ordered for delivery which is always punctual. Everything is always super hot.
We have learnt to stay away from the traditional Chinese stir fries here as all the meat is coated (probably in cornflour) which make the meat and texture of the dish 'gluggy'. However the two curries they offer (Green and Red) are both super tasty and I love their Singapore Noodles!

Soy Express is a very good place to eat especially for me that works very late. Most of the time i have it delivered to my home. The delivery time is fast. Tonight I ordered vegetable - exotic green. A nice light meal at night time. The food is good and cooked just in the right heat. The serving portions are generous too. The price are considerable. Hence, there is when I ordered for delivery the plate, spoon and fork are always forgotten. Kindly consider this to be automatocally added on every delivery.
Excellent customer service experience! I want to mention the restaurant manager Mr.Rishi Raj specially as he managed a difficult situation with absolute great professionalism and his customer recovery skills were excellent! Good job! Great food!

Just moved to Al Reef last week and as our kitchen was all over the place we decided to look at what can be delivered. Looked on Talabat and found Soy Express was delivering so went ahead and placed an order.Went with Wok friend chicken with garlic and soy marinade, Beef Tenderloin with Black Pepper Sauce, Singapore noodles and veg friend rice.Delivery took just under forty minutes and the food was nice and warm and the orders were accurate.On opening the containers the aromas were delightful, all items looked and tasted fantastic, loved each and every item on the order.Will definitely be a regular here and cant wait to place our next order, got some discount as well from Talabat which made the meal more affordable too.Keep up the good work Soy Express Team !!!
Ordered for delivery - food was delicious and they delivered to the door although was a little slow even at 1600 in the afternoon! We live less than 5 minutes from etihad plaza so think they could deliver faster! Otherwise though it is a great place for food and will definitely order again.
Enjoyed the food. Love the new menu with duck spring rolls. Food took 40 mins For delivery which was well worth it as it was yummy. They have a new number as they told me due to Etisalat issues. Yummy. Try the crispy lamb Beijing style.
