We celebrate my friend birthday and he booked for a buffet worth 29aed per head. We are more than 20 who attended the party. Taking our food “buffet”. It’s eating time…….!. Don’t worry if you are a vegetarian they also their salad area which you can choose a variety od salads.

Good filipino food.. Better to eat here lunch time as most of the foods are fresh.. at night some of the foods are hard to eat.. one of the best is halo halo and desert area.. they also have street foods section where in they will cook it fresh and serve you inclusive in the buffet..

This is my second time coming here and I brought my friends to enjoy the meal. All day buffet of DH 29 (exVat) with more than 10 main courses offered. I love the new concept and design, and what I love is the servers leave us alone just to enjoy our meal. They are ready to help, but they don't disturb and basically let the guests come and just enjoy having a delight meal and enjoying our time. Restaurant is clean, food is refilled and not looking empty, food taste is ok, some just a bit salty but with the range offered and the price, I believe it is good enough. Appetizers, main courses and desserts available and also beverages of ice tea and healthy infused water. Would definitely come back.
Ambiance was good, however we didnt really enjoyed the food. Yes it is affordable and eat all you can but they need to work out with the taste of their food.

I ate here last night and so far it was okay. Place is nice and many choices of food. Though some are not that good. I actually tasted all of the food available in their buffet. What I like the most was the beef kare-kare, kinilaw, gizard dish, pancit, chicken sisig and their iced tea. Just got disappointed on the seafood carbonara, fresh lumpia (the wrap is hard) and the halo-halo as their pinipig is somehow old. Hopefully they will fix it as I want to go back here to try more Filipino dishes. Good price for a lot of food choices.

We went here last Thursday for the seafood night, I just found out that they upgraded their interior and it was nice, but the toilet was left undone and seems no attending to it cos tissue paper is all over the place, the food.... I will start with the negative, the chicken dinakdakan taste off / lapsed, the maki roll is far from being Japanese, seems no Japanese ingredients at all aside from nori should have use at least a Japanese mayonnaise, the sauce on grill food is not that so good. I hope they had squid as an option too (maybe to expensive to be part of the seafood night) then the good food, I loved the kare-Kare a lot! It’s delicious also the one beef this was good, then the service is also good tho had a mistake about my request not to put sauce on my grilled seafood, but the staff is very willing to change it so it was just fine and acceptable, staff are attentive kudos! In general i liked my visit and will still consider coming back.

Saturday lunch buffet, AED29 plus tax. 17 February 2018, approx 1:00-to 2:30pm.
the entire resto smells like mothball. one male server is tucking in his shirt in the plain view of customers. very loud music, and 1 same song played repeatedly. servers are busy singing along with the music that they feel disturbed when approached by the customer.

majority of the food tastes good, however, the corn in halo-halo section and palitaw taste sour, undoubtedly expired. notified the waiter and was notified that its been replaced already, no apology, only sarcastic "replaced already".

the cashier is grumpy, she assumes that all diners are familiar with the pay first before getting your plate theme of their resto. since it is my first time to their buffet, i asked for a plate and was told to pay first so i can have a plate. they wont give you any further plate. once paid youl have access for ONE PLATE only.
desserts are covered with cling film that you have to open to get a piece of dessert. ceiling is leaking with water.
Food wise, i might consider going back, but I wont recommend it. I am shy to even say it is a Filipino restaurant. the food is promising but the service, cleanliness and system has to be revamped by the owner.

Review your CCTV, see how your cashier and servers are turning off the customers.

We actually got little bit hungry with my friends, but we just want to have a light dinner so se decided to eat in this Filipino Restaurant and have some soup. We take Filipino style spaghetti 🍝 and Lomi . It's actually very affordable . 1 serving of Lomi for 10AED and 1 serving of Spaghetti 15 AED. The taste I can rate as average and just normal.

The ambience of the place is good I see some decorations that represent our own country Philippines 🇵🇭. And it's quite spacious . Now a days Barion Fiesta is serving a Buffet Meals for only 29 AED and a lot of customers are actually coming .

Its really a nice and affordable place for Filipinos here in Abudhabi

Eat all you can for 29 dhs... but we are only provided for a plate right after we pay from the cashier and we used it over and over again until we finished. The plates, utensils and etc are not enough for weekends where a lot of customers most specially pinoys are coming to try their new buffet concept. I observed that they will only serve almost 1/4 of the tray and once empty, they will change it to a different dishes. Fair enough for a 29dhs buffet and more improvements are needed to satisfy customers. This might be the spacious branch they have in AUH. I was'nt able to take some photos as we are all starving.

Worst Buffet Experience!

I had my dinner here 2 days ago (Tuesday to be exact). Dishes which I've tried first were "Dinakdakan", "Kare Kare" and "Salmon on Tamarind Soup Base". When I took some portion of their dinakdakan dish and put it on my plate I already smell spoiled food. So I approached one of their staff for them to double check their dinakdakan dish. But what the staff did was call one lady (maybe she's the Owner or what I'm not sure) about my complain and that lady did not check the food but went straight to my table and said that "mam it's not spoiled, it's only the smell of the mayo and vinegar". And then one of their staff gave me a bowl to put there the spoiled dinakdakan and suggested for me to just pick some other dishes.

My sister cooks dinakdakan too with same ingredients and it never smelled like spoiled food unless it's really spoiled. And the macaroni red sauce pasta looked like it's been there for 3 days. Also, their other dishes are not hot or even warm compared to other buffet restaurants. Especially if you will serve beef, soups and other dishes with sauce it should be always be on minimal heat temperature.

I don't know how good food is being categorized in this restaurant or to other people but for me, it's not something I would recommend to my friends. Good food is not only about the taste but also how well it is being served. And yes I prefer freshly cooked food but if the food is still good after 2-3 days it's fine with me.

Thou there's one thing I loved about this restaurant, which was their shrimp paste. :)

These are my own comments and observations from experience.

Fair prices and nice food, a good place to go if you have a big party with limited budget. The fried chicken is very good, the bulalo a close second. Would recommend if you have a hankering for warm food and lots of it.

Kamayan Barrio Fiesta added an open buffet in their menu and this is as far the cheapest and best filipino buffet deal here in abu dhabi.
Why? First the selections, aside from the usual filipino dishes they have a wide array of seafoods which is really a great treat especially for a filipino buffet. At the time we had our buffet there served crabs, shrimps, calamari, squid adobo, fish fillet, dinakdakan, fried chicken, bbq chicken, afritada, karekare, sinigang na salmon, ginataang sitaw at kalabasa, pansit mix, pansit palabok, sphagetti, fish kilawin, plain and fried rice, salads and crackers.
Second, the buffet includes unlimited drinks and desserts. Their dessert includes halohalo, jello in cream, and tapioca with corn.
Third, for only 29 dirhams you can enjoy all of this items. It was really a great deal.
The quality? It was above average. Don't expect a 5 star food since this is not a posh restaurant. But in comparison to all other filipino restaurant here in abu dhabi, they were above average.
The ambiance? Since it was summer, their airconditioner couldn't accommodate the number of people dining at that time.
Downside? You have to pay first before you enjoy the buffet and they will give you one plate per person. And that plate is the same plate you'll use to get another food which was unusual for an open buffet. For whatever reason, it was inconvenient to the diners, since in my case i have to wipe-out my plate with tissue to get another refill so the sauces of each dish will not mix.
My overall experience was great because it was a great deal. This is a must try for all filipinos out there. To all other nationalities i recommend you to try their buffet also to experience the filipino food.

ordered bulalo and all I got was one very big bone and a few meat. even the soup spilled all over the place because the container they used were not strong enough to hold the heat. just wasted my money.

Good philippino restaurant. Good location. Lots of varieties. You can start eating your order in less than 2 minutes. It is a typical philippino restaurant.

barrio fiesta is located at najda nearby area of el dorado cinema. they offer unlimited goto and beef noodles for just 10/-aed. serving is already huge for their hugee bowl which u will surely not ask for more. aside from this, they also some other combo meals at a very low price, with different viands to choose from. food were all tasty and purely filipino dishes.

Online order:

The order that i have placed is not available but still they have confirmed the order. The 2 filipino staffs in that merchant is suggesting the same chicken but in different combination and i have to pay the extra amount. What i have told the staffs that since the payment is already authorized and since the same chicken is available let them deliver whatever the equivalent of my order, no more no less so i will not have to pay any extra amount. This 2 filipino staff is not so attentive in finding alternative solution that they have to pass the telephone in different persons just to solve their issues!

First and foremost, let them not confirm the order if the same is not available! Secondly, if they call the customer/s let them have their alternative solutions ready so the customer will not be irritated with their annoying irritable voice tonality.

Oh yeah! Filipino foodie cravings! We had fresh lumpia wrap (veggie thing) with peanut sauce! It was great, not just as great as my moms cooking. Lol 😂 kidding aside, the serving was big for this one. Compared to the others. I ordered pancit (stir fried noodles) adobong manok (sauted chicken in soy sauce in vinegar) it was just right. The servers were not minding us. No people connection. The wifi sucks! I cannot connect. And the waiters are not willing to help me with it. I could have rated it a 4 if they were smiling and helpful
