Unfortunately today is my last visit and me & any of my family member never visit this place again. staff was v.v.very rude. he first misbehaved with me then he misbehaved with my wife also. they have no idea about customer services and dont know how to talk. Thanks for foolish treatment. i tried to call their helpline 3 to 4 time but no answer. BC management should spend some time to train their staff for customer service. Worst worst worst experience.

The street food vendors like Chawpaty in Mumbai behave their customers politely than him. This store must change their rude staff as they are competing with international and famous restaurants like McDonald's etc.

I had similar experience in Mall of Emirates branch Bombay Chowpatty as well. Staff need to be trained for customer services and misrepresentation. Serving is too less according to price.

Considering this place is in a food court with ALOT of fast food options, they still managed to turn my head their way, and not in disappointment. Chole bature was piping hot. Biryani was definitely above average but paneer tikka wasalright, nothing too special

Was our favorite and always the go to restaurant during our visit to Lamcy Plaza (Dubai) which has been now closed for quite sometime. Was glad to see this at the Delma Mall . Didn't dine her yet but will surely do the next time we visit here. Just had one of their prepared masala chai after a meal at another outlet. The NonVeg meal is definetly a choice that one is looking for. How comparatively good are they to keep up to the one at Lamcy is something that we are keen to watch out for.

Tried Raj Kachori. Taste Was Good. Staff was very polite and service was quick. Will visit next time for sure. Coffee was ekdum desi style. It tooked me back to mumbai street where we usually used to consume coffee. Over all best experience.

Worst chat shop and pathetic behavior of the staffs... Serves u old frozen potatoes and completely tasteless bhel puri. When asked about the taste the staff will justify it as the finest recipe and ingredients. Please visit this place if u want stomach upset and digestion problems

Pretty average Indian food. Easy on the wallet, and not overly spicy. Perhaps a good idea for people who are new to Indian food. I ordered the platter, with butter chicken, lamb curry, rice, salad, roti, and some sauces. It was a lot of food! I like the chicken, but was not a fan of the lamb curry. Service with a smile, as well, made for a good meal.

I am a big fan of Punjabi Samoosa. It was my snack time So I went for Samoosa Chaat. It was really nice. I enjoyed it. Can't say anything bad about it cause I LIKED IT😃. My friend had Rabadi Cup. It was yummy as well.

Took mix kebab. Couple of chicken pieces weren't cooked well. Informed manager, who instead of considering the feedback, told me that chicken kebabs are cooked like that. Very bad experience.I'll avoid in future.

Had worst experience with masala dosa which was literally masala less dosa and chicken biryani. The sambar no exception then salty water they served chicken biryani with bondi raita ????? The chicken was tasteless and uncooked. Very bad and pathetic experience of my life for food I got here. Recommended no one shouldn't dine over there.

I wanted to try some good chaat and i saw Bombay Chowpatty . Ordered dahi puri and paani puri . Both dishes were ok . The paani puri was not that good at this place . Also i tried the tandoori chicken puri which was the only dish I liked over here . The tandoori chicken was good . And every meal should end with a dessert so I tried the rabri cup which was awesome . They could improve on the taste of their chaat items .

If we happen to see a BC outlet, chances are my wife is going to order a chaat and masala tea for me. In order to get something cool and filling, we opted for the dahi puri, loaded with curd and sweet sauce. I was a bit disappointed this time, as the flavor of the chaat was a bit off. And the tea also seemed too watery. But I'm going to assume my taste buds were off this time and come back again later for another try..

Chole bhature are my favorite dish and the perfection of this I found here. I had not eaten such a mutton curry in recent times. The plus point is they really use indian mutton and they say not like many those who say they use indian and when I taste I realize they were not honest. The staffs were friendly. I hope they start as a full fledge restaurant.

We take maisoor masala dhosa....very hard dhosa plus nothing tasty & nothing like Mumbai...this restaurant spoiling name of Mumbai... actually this is south indian type of dhosa....Mumbai dhosa Totally different they dont know how to make !!! I have lived in Mumbai for Almost 26 years,so I know how Samosa and bomay chai taste like. I tried the Samosa and masala tea but to my experience it was horrible.The tea u cannot gulp it down your throat.You get a better one in Cafeteria for Aed 1 .Improve on your tea first rest will follow.

Ughh... I am so sorry to write this but I have to. Ordered some food from here today, while I sat down to eat and opened my napkin a baby cockroach crawled out. I tried my best to use my husbands fork and eat the food but I just couldn't. All I could think was, If there is one... I am sure many, if not all food court restaurants have roaches but they don't serve them on the tray. I took the food back, pulled the manager aside and showed him. He was very quick to resolve the problem , offered me smtg else, but I couldn't eat and he gave me my money back. He was really kind abt it, but I will never eat here again.

I was looking for a fruit juice stand around the area as I prefer pure fresh squeezed fruit/veg juice or nothing. And luckily, they are the only shop offering such. We ordered fresh pineapple juice but was a big disappointment. So this review was for the fresh pineapple juice they served. As I am not sure if they really served me a fresh one as it tasted almost like water. However, the staff was kind enough to gave me a new and another one but it was still the same, unfortunately. My conclusion is, I think they gave me a half water/half freshly squeeze pineapple. Can't say anything more! And I hope they would look into this....😠😞😑😚

They serve superb chaat and service is fast. Absolutely no waiting time. The other food items are OK but chaats are extremely tasty and satisfying. You can customise your chaat as u like it, but do not hesitate to mention how u want ur chaat to be.

One of the worst outlet of Bombay chowpatty...I ordered chola bhatura.. It was tasteless... The size of the bhatura was good but the quantity of chole provided were only for a single bhatura... So i would say don't waste your money here

Ordered the non veg combo and a tandoori chicken. The food is average. It is good for a change if you don't regularly have Indian food. The combo is good if you want to taste two or three dishes . The tandoori chicken was well cooked and spicy enough.

Worst experience. Biggest mistake to order from this restaurant. Ordered Chole Bhatura and pau Bhaji. Bhatura was ok but chole were Tasteless and had the consistency of sambhar. Bhaji was just Mixed Veggies mashed and served hot.

Came here for lunch last week and I ordered the non veg combo. The only saving grace was the rice and the roti. The butter Chicken didn't even taste like how an authentic butter chicken should. While the Rogan Ghosht was like some random south indian mutton curry. Very Disappointed with the food.
