The forst time I ever went to amy Johnny Rockets outlet was in New Delhi & loved their huge range of veg burgers!
Not to brag, but they are one of the very few putlets in UAE which has some range of vegetrain options in menu.
However, I didnt like the milkshake we ordered while the same order used to taste so good in India
I always love the burger of Johnny Rockets,especially my favourite Rocket Single.Its just mouth watering and the milkshakes are awesome.Cannot skip a day without having Johnny Rockets burger.😀 Great service.
Best burger in town and best sweet potato fries.

This burger joint has some really good burgers that only few places can match.
We orded The Original 💸AED35 and Route 66 💸AED37.
Both with double patty and they really satisfied our taste buds.
Patties were big and juicy and all the ingredients were so fresh. Rout 66 is my personal favorite. It has a lot of melted cheese on top and caramelized onions.
They are at zomato gold but particularly this branch is not covered.
Hands down to finger licking burgers. As always, very delicious juicy properly cooked patties with fresh buns. Best part was complimentary birthday milkshake using entertainer.
I've been a regular guest via delivery but haven't really tried it freshly out of the grill and so after my meeting today at Sun Tower we decided to drop by. And my expectation was meet. I have to note that the staff (even their few, for me, during lunch) was still very accomodating and friendly. Was able to witness how my favorite Route 66 is being made and it taste so good. Bravo Team Johnny!
4/5 for their beef burgers, the melrose cheese burger abd #12 are more than delicious .

Chipotle ranch chicken burger is not what i thought . Chicken is thick and it has a weird texture .
Phillycheese steak sub is so dry ,it needs nrbq sauce or something to make it better

I'm not fun of giving reviews guys but doing this for such an amazing team work.
I was in line for an order for i was craving for an american taste burgers...
Two staff i can see clearly the cook and cashier serving customers who are in lunch break and some are residents on the area whom i knew some of them...
It was amazing how two people work together with such a busy hour with a great communication i guees, for they got all order request done even with guest late notice.
Cashier still manage to greet me with a sincere smile while doing some shakes..such a multitasking job they are doin.👏👏👏
For me it was a struggle but i can see that for them it was fun and they are enjoying their job...
The food was fantastic i can see and taste that it was made with love.Salute to the cook who made all the burgers, starters, and drinks👏👏👏...
I knew those two will eventally think of me posting it on instagram not for a review, since i told them ill be taking a picture of my food before claiming it in the counter which i did..
Cashier even told me, she hopes we enjoy our food, in which we did...

I am happy with their service, little bit expensive but burger with mushroom was great. This burger shop recommend of one of my colleague and I never dissappointed! Cashier ask me to rate them on this platform. Will recommend also to other friends.
I visited shams boutik branch earlier today and ordered 3 burgers with banana milkshake and rocket wings with barbecue sauce in it. It was a superfluous experience with the friendly and accommodating staffs. Surely gonna comeback and bring the gangs with me. Thumbs up 👍👍👍👍👍
I remembered when we are in foodcourt 2 days back. The place is bit quite and not crowded. First shop got my attention is johnny rockets because of greetings and smily face of the staff there. So we decided to try with my hubby. Ordered chicken spicy of mine and beef with onion ring to my hubby and absolutely delicious. The shop bit busy because they have only 2 staff working together but still we got good service, correct and fresh food. Until we left the foodcourt and pass by to their shop still cashier is smiling with us, say thank you and asking for how everything. This is totally amazing! Good experience and for sure we recommend it to my friends and family.
Came cold and rough bread, they sent what was from the morning i guess, Sadly they didnt bother redoing the burger bread and patte.

Good filling burgers. Milkshake was great! Nice and thick with good flavour. Definitely does the job for a filling pick-me-up. Would revisit if only for a shake.
We dined in boutik foodcourt and we have small convo with guy there and he encourage me to give some feedback on zomato about my ezperience. the fast service and packaging was organized as i expected.burger with bacon was delicious and onion rings is crispy as my husband requested. Nice cashier smiley face and very accomodating. Perfect Atmosphere with happy staff that i loved it in this place.
I was there in the foodcourt this afternoon for lunch with my friends. We tried their burgers with mushroom and veggie for my other friend. All are both delicious and the place was awesome! The cashier was friendly working with the other guy and they both little bit busy. We got good food and friendly service. Cashier also offer me to take some desserts and milkshakes..nice lunch experience in this place. 5 is deserved to the Johnny young lady.
Great staff...You guys made it easy for me to let them eat first before play, when you help me out talking with my kids specially the two little boys havin tantrums for they wana play right away. The cashier was a kid friendly i can tell...Kids enjoy watchin their cute little burgers being cooked.
Such a great food my kids love their kiddie burgers i didnt even need to force them to eat...

Just checked in now with my family. we're repeated customer in delivery and tried to dine in today for lunch. got excellent service specially the cashier on duty was so cheerful and very accommodating. we paid more dirhams because that cashier has a different way of tricks to upsell but the good things is they have a great customer service and we have a good lunch with good food. Oreo milkshakes is a blast and their crispy burger was amazing! Incharge on duty requested to me to give my feedback about our experience and he asking me to come back.very sure we will come soon in this place.
i remembered when i dine in on this restaurant last week! it was national day and they're are little bit busy but i got excellent service and good food. i used my entertainer points and cashier on duty asking her incharge on duty if its allow to use because this promo has restriction during public holiday. the incharge on duty allowing me to use my entertainer because according to him he want me to be happy and satisfied. this is service am looking for.there priority is the customer satisfaction! nice people, great food and perfect service to all.

Literally the best burger I've ever had!!my hubby and I ordered single burger but the cashier wearing blue shirt asked me to make it double and crispy chicken with cheese and large fries.everything is excellent! Little bit high price but they have great service all staff are smiling and fast.before I left one guy offer me desserts and delivery menus and informed me that they had delivery service which is great! This is customer service I am looking for! Will invite my friends to come back soon.I heard that they have best milkshakes, guy added to me. I will try next time.
My last time experienced in this place maybe 3 to 4 days ago was amazing.I am asking to the cashier give me a biggest burger that they have. Cashier explained me that I can regular burger then can added more Patty if I am willing.so I agreed! One regular burger and additional 2 patties and she offers me to have bacon and cheese on it to make more delicious! And I agreed on it.and you know because of the convincing power of this lady she offered to try me their dessert as this is yummy and fresh dessert!awesome! I pay a a hundred dirhams but because of her smile,customer service and excellent offers to me my money worths. I have planned to come back this weekend😘
I and my one friend went there for lunch we order 2 burgers one Route 66 and the 2nd one smokehouse both were amazing I must say the quality of the beef was heavenly amazing.
This place is awesome! i love the variety of toppings that you can choose to grace your burger(combination of route 66 with bacon and grilled egg) plus the fries with cheese and grilled mushroom on the top are very tasty.perfect suggestion of manager incharge and staff agreed on that selection.BEST BURGER i'ved tasted! the service and staff were excellent! very nice, approachable quick and kind service.loved it!!
First visit here for carryout.had a double patty mushroom swiss burger that was great, along with jalapeno popper and absolutely delicious, juicy and cooked to perfection. i loved the layout of the restaurant.best halal burgers in the business, no comparison , very consistent and i've never had a bad experience in this restaurant. i really loved everything about this place! from the internal design to the super nice staff. the prices are reasonable because of their amazing customer service with lovely smile, friendly and helpfull staff- big asset of your business.. will i come back? a BIG yeeeeess!

I treat myself because I was tired of the deadlines at work. So, I chose to go to Shams Boutik, then I pass by at Johnny Rockets and realized that, I am tired and exhausted but thinking of the staffs there, even they are tired serving people they are still smiling and greeting their customers. Kudos to the staffs and thank you for serving me delicious burger!

Fresh !fresh fresh!!! This may be the best burger in town. Great food at a geat price. The fries with bacon and cheese was delicious and looks yummy and fabulous! If you are hungry,Johnny Rockets in Al Reem island would definitely filled you up. The patties of my cheese burger was so delicious, tender and cooked to perfection. Side fries and onion rings were delicious too and served perfectly.! I was so happy with the service i had at your restaurant. Cashier and in-charge on duty was so friendly and polite. Atmosphere was amazing and the decor was really pretty.I will be back soon.

This was my first time ordering the veggie burger. The next time I order it, I’ll asked that it is fried a tad bit firmer as it falls apart when eating it. It was delicious nonetheless.
It was my first time visited Boutik Mall. We just look around and it was suprised that Johnnyrockets are there. We had dinner last night from there and we ordered route 66 burger and smoke house. The bread is so soft and the beef is so juicy same as the other branch that we already visited in Abu Dhabi. We also ordered the milkshakes which are Oreo cookies and cream and choco peanut butter. That was so tasty and thick and I love it.😍 The ambience there is nice and the staff are very accommodating and friendly. That's why we love Johnnyrockets. From the food to the staff. Keep it up.😊

I placed an order online and after 15 minutes i got my order. GOSH it was sizzling hot wrapped with this aluminum thing. Afterwards, someone called me to check how was my meal , I'm surprise how they manage to even call me though they're busy. I really appreciate it. Keep it up. Time to make change and switch to the new pepper bacon swiss burger that they call. It was very tasty ang juicy. One great time for a new try. The staff is really convincing when she is suggesting that i cant resist. I never had a regret paying for it. That was worth the amount. Nice and luxury hamburger. I like this volume. It worth with this high price. Takes some time to serve, but I totally understand because they are making meet in front of us. I like this style.
We had the original burger meal for lunch and it was good. The burger patty tastes good and fresh. The fries are thick but crispy and not soggy. The staff are accommodating.
Best mushroom burger of my LIFE!
They delivered my order in less than 30mins. Which is pretty awesome considering the time frame they gave me was 60mins. Aside from that, I really loved their Caramel Twix shake and bacon fries.

If your looking for a satisfying non frozen burger place. Look no further. Hot dogs are a disappointment though. Had it on 2 separate occasions. Both weren't so good.
I tried the original burger, chipotle ranch chicken and melrose cheeseburger and they all tasted average. so far it's the smoke house burger that standout. thanks to the bacon and onion rings. the beef patty is fresh, juicy and well done which is applicable to all hamburgers.
but i consider it expensive for a fast food burger. the price not appropriate to the portion size. one time we ordered large size melrose burger. they said its double patty but as we inspect our burger, it looks just a regular one...divided into 2. see the picture and decide.
i also have a love and hate feeling over the bread buns. its too soft like im eating air in every bite that's why i dislike it. but on the other hand, the taste of the burger patty is more prominent with air-like buns.
Had buffalo chicken burger and I am sure that I am going back to try more of their veg and chicken options. But one burger a month as it is heavy and full of delicious calories.
Fresh burger their motto is definitely true. The staff is friendly and advises well on the choices. Only thing is that Fresh fast food is expensive than regular fast food...
