Review ‪hanoi Naturally‬ -

(التعليق الأصلي) Hanoi Naturally in WTC Mall has good authentic Vietnamese dishes and staff are friendly too. Their menu has not changed for many years, so for the new customers read carefully when you ordering the Main Dishes because it doesn’t come with a side dish under the word “compliment” which requires the customer to pay separately. Most restaurants (PF Chang, Ming Chamber) that I know are offering a free complimentary side dish (at least one bowl of rice) when ordering their main dishes.

(التعليق الأصلي) The best Vietnamese restaurant in town. We regularly visit the WTC branch; the menu has a wide variety specialities as well as Vietnamese cocktails and hot drinks. Staff are all friendly and efficient. Will definitely visit soon!

(التعليق الأصلي) Very average food. Beef in the Pho noodle soup was very dry and hard. Waiter very unpleasant and throwing literally the dishes on the table. Very rude. Only cash payment in this pandemic. Dark inside. People using their phones torch to read. Not coming again.

(التعليق الأصلي) I regularly eat pho bo, one time the noodles smelled bad like from an old cabinet or stock. My husband ordered almost the same pho bo but his noodles was fine. Zomato connected me to the resto. It was a bad customer experience talking to this filipino guy who made it. Aside from losing appetite, I just lost the idea of eating again at this resto.

(تمت الترجمة بواسطة Google.) لا شيء أفضل من حساء لحم البقر في هانوي Naturally WTC Mall ، أبو ظبي في يوم عاصف بارد (التعليق الأصلي) Nothing better than Pho beef soup at Hanoi Naturally WTC mall, Abu Dhabi on a cold windy day

(التعليق الأصلي) The portions of the foods are getting lesser and lesser, not value for money. The bowls for the noodles are very old and in bad conditions, informed the Filipino waitress couple of times to change the bowls because it s not hygienic, but no actions taken. I used to visit this restaurant regularly. But I am not keen to visit anymore , there are plenty of other options of foods outside in the food courts.

(التعليق الأصلي) food is very good and authentic. it's a bit on the pricey side, 60 AED for a bowl of bun with chicken, and shrimp salad roles. service is very good and fast so i didn't mind the price as you're paying for good quality, healthy food. it is located in the WTC food court but it's tucked away with its own private seating so its much more calmer than the rest of the food court. highly recommended!!

نجمة واحدة ، كانت تذهب كثيرًا لكنها ستتجنبها في الوقت الحالي (التعليق الأصلي) We live in pandemic where everyone has to wear mask and try to avoid touching things, especially filthy banknotes. Only here during this situation they decided to go cash only. One star, used to go a lot but will avoid for now

Delicious food, try the Vietnamese coconut chicken curry and the caramelized ginger chicken with lime leaves.
Hannu-Daniel Goiss
I've ordered a few times from here and also been to their branches multiple times over the last few years.<br/>Last time I've ordered "Mien ga" and "Cha nem". Having been to Vietnam multiple times before, the food to me didn't taste exactly like it does there, but I still like it and keep going back.<br/>Hence it deserves a 5 star review.
Reshma Mary
I tried their Beef Pho and it's really good. Good value for money especially with zomato pro.
Darylle Acosta
Order their best sellers Beef balls Pho, Spring roll bun bowl and Iced Vietnamese coffee. 🇻🇳☕️🍜 Loved the Pho. Authentic taste! Place is spacious and have good mood music. 🎶 Price? A bit expensive but served in big bowls. Just one thing, waiter didn't help much when I asked how the Vietnamese coffee worked. 😪 Overall: ⭐️⭐️⭐️. Good place, but won't be coming back. 👏🏻

Hanoi naturally is ALWAYS good in my humble opinion. The spicy shrimp rice vermicelli (but with rice noodles instead) is so good and I love the chilli vinegar they have.
Kristine Lloyd
The peanut sauce has changed, it's too liquidy. Like a pea size of peanut butter then the rest were water.
Katherine Amanda Yazdani
The atmosphere on this Restaurant is casual and inviting, and is comfortable, though the seating consists of tables with small metal chairs and two picnic tables. The food is tasty and hot. The salad has a tangy sweetness with mango and shrimp. We enjoy it every single time.
Robin Roy
Their pho was so warming and delicious. Spring roll was light and yumm. Had a great experience.

We go weekly in a group. The pho beef noodles portion had been reduced significantly, perhaps we are Zomato users. The other branches (ie. Boutik Mall) are way more generous. As for the WTC Mall, despite telling them several times about the portion size, our feedback was ignored. AED38 for a few slices of beef, handful of noodles and a lot of broth in worn out bowls.
Vishnu Prakash
One of my favorite restuarant. We tried stir fried noodles, beef dish(bo kho) with sticky white rice. Nice place, but for indians majority of the dishe names are unfamiliar. All dishes need to try if it is new visitor.

Service and staff are great! Food taste is awesome! Must try and u will come back and come back ❤️❤️👍

Our first experience with Vietnamese cuisine, and we were happy with the experience. The food was tasty and the serving sizes were quite large. The staff was friendly and prompt with the service.
Arhit Abraham
I went with a friend who recommended it and was not sure I would enjoy the food. To be honest, I was quite surprised of how much Iiked it, especially the quantity. There was enough for me and a half. 😁<br/><br/>The staff were also quite friendly, so overall I liked the experience.

Best Vietnamese restaurant in town. Light healthy choices. Efficient friendly staff. Regularly eating here.
Ronak Kotecha
A vegetarian at a Vietnamese restaurant - that's a good twist, but I had to go there after a work meeting for lunch with my colleagues who are all hardcore non-vegetarians. However, amidst jabs and jokes on vegetarians, I somehow managed to come out quite satiated thanks to that one fresh papaya (with peanuts) salad that this restaurant serves. It was such a blockbuster that not only did my non-veg co-workers polish it off but we also had to order it again. Apart from this I only had steamed rice with a tomato based Tofu main dish which was a big disappointment. They have a very limited veg offering so beware but quite authentic Vietnamese cuisine for those who like it. They have some really cool drinks also to go along. I would go there again just for that salad though!<br/> Service is quick and ambiance is cool too

Amazing food with authentic Vietnamese flavor
Aj Zap
The staff is rude, it was nearly closing time so they didnt want to get any more orders from the customers but still, technically they are still open. They dont want to serve but since they cant close either, they hurried us up and we didnt enjoy the food. Bad way to treat customers
Vikas Singh
Great place to have authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Being vegetarians we had fewer options, We tried rice with fried water spinach and it was great. We also tried the mint drink which was quite thrist quenching

First time to try a Vietnamese restaurant and luckily Hanoi Naturally did not disappoint. We've tried Pho Bu Chin and Ga Rang Gung and boy were they delicious. The Pho 🍲 has this homemade feel to it that makes you want to sip and slurp all day long. The chicken was a class of its own, with the bite of ginger that leaves you wanting more. <br/><br/>The only thing that disappointed us was their milk tea. We've tried their Thai Floating Market and it was a huge let down. Other cheaper options are better than it. And it's packaging added to the disappointment. Maybe they need to tweak the flavor to make it better. Just an advice though. <br/><br/>If you are looking for something new to try, have a taste of their food and find out. Maybe, it will be your go to place next. 👍🏼
Anfal Abdul Saheb
Really flavorful pho. It was such a comfort eating it, that I wanted to be at the comfort of my own home with my PJs on and having pho. A must try. The Himalayan iced tea was delicious as well. A bit sweet for my liking but it was not bad.
Elmojo Karyouti
Excellent Vegan friendly options, their lemon grass chilli tofu and Vermicilli rice noodles is a great combination, never disappoints highly recommend it, i hope one day they add some bahn mi chay options

Food is nice and service is fast too. Only option in WTC for authentic Vietnamese food. Ambience is decent and space is adequate for few people.

Was craving Pho, did a quick search and very luckily found Hanoi Naturally in the WTC<br/><br/>Located in the food court level, Hanoi Naturally is a cozy comfortable restaurant that strives and delivers authentic Vietnamese cuisine. They have a very nice selection of different kinds of 'Pho", which is the Vietnamese soup that is the main star of Hanoi.<br/><br/>Beef, Chicken and shrimp variations with noodles are available. Spicy and non-spicy versions are available. A few standard dipping sauces and Sriracha sauce is present on the table for you to customize the soup to your personal taste.<br/><br/>Pickled red onions, fresh lettuce, cilantro, bean sprouts and lime are given complimentary to add to the Pho.<br/><br/>There are also a variety of main dishes that one can try if one is so inclined. <br/><br/>The restaurant is tastefully decorated with murals and some bar and bench seating is available. <br/><br/>Service is friendly and relatively quick.<br/><br/>My only complaint is that the menu is printed in tiny font making it difficult to read.

Pretty good. It’s a family oriented restaurant with big tables. Like the friendly and attentive staff. Food is good and price is reasonable. It is even better with Zomato Gold!

Your review<br/>"Recently had lunch at Hanoi, WTC, the dishes we ordered were the shrimp noodle soup, the mixed meat shrimp dry rice noodle, chicken satay, sweet potato shrimp fritters and vegetable spring rolls. Unfortunately the shrimp and meat that was used that day seemed to lack a degree of freshness leaving an undesirable taste in our mouths and negatively affecting our dining experience at the restaurant that afternoon. It was highly disappointing as we have previously enjoyed the food at Hanoi. However after our recent experience, we will not be frequenting this restaurant." <br/>

The worst experience ever. i just came back from Vietnam and i was so excited when i heard about this restaurant but the moment i got in everything was unprofessional from the staff who took the order untill the time they bring the bill its a mess there never be back
Sharoon Joseph
I had my lunch with my colleague yesterday, Service and the staff was really amazing, I ordered my rice noodles with Beef slice as my main dish, let me tell you guys. Food was very delicious, I got what I expected, the juice in the dish was enough spicy wow, I loved it and it made my stomach full, If you visit WTC definitely you should try here,
Aaren Martis
Good portions, good ambience and one of the first restaurants where you ask for spicy and they actually make it that way. The traditional Pho is the classic here. Portions are a bit too much for one, probably you can share it. Cooked well with a good aroma that left the taste buds tingling with every spoon.
Nadeen
I liked the atmosphere of the place really cozy and clean. We had Buk Choy as a starter and had mixed Pho which was ok! Very generous quantity but the taste seemed bland a bit. Also ordered sizzling fish from main course which was perfect, very tasty!
Imran
I went to Hanoi with my colleagues and we mixed and tried a few things. I found the food to be of slightly different taste than the type I like. I probably cant go too far away from Indian touch in my food. My western colleagues do enjoy the food and I will probably go again to try something else from the menu.<br/><br/>The staff was nice and restaurant was clean<br/><br/>I had some nice Vietnamese food while in Vietnam and was expecting the same taste, but I guess it’s difficult to reproduce the same taste outside the country.

If you love Vietnamese food, this place is it! Authentic Vietnamese food. Their pho noodles are a must try. You would love the lemon iced tea as well! And anything with lemongrass flavour is anyway my favourite ❤️ you can use your zomato gold too! Love the interiors of this place too !
Marie
Asian food rocks! Grew up with noodle soups and I definitely come to Hanoi for that comfort level in food! Always hot and spicy. Always basically fresh and healthy.
Vince Ang
I came with my Arab boss and it is his first time to try Vietnamese food. He loved it! He said, I never fail to bring him to nice places. In deed, this is one of the best Vietnamese restaurant I tried in UAE.
Tania John
Authentic Vietnamese cuisine! I love their pho soup and Vietnamese rice paper rolls. I wish more people would try Vietnamese food because it’s really amazing.
Emily
Super disappointed with our meal at Hanoi. The pho and bun bo hue noodles are not what I’ve had at other Vietnamese restaurants. They use mi fun and ho fun, respectively, which totally ruins the actual pho. The soup base is really bland and the beef was wayyyy overcooked, it was hard by the time it got into my mouth. The best item on the menu was the watermelon juice, unfortunately.

Located inside the WTC, is a Vietnamese restaurant which serves (from what I see and taste) authentic Vietnamese cuisine.<br/><br/>We always come here for their Pho (noodle bowls).  We miss this a lot in Canada so when we found out there was a pho place, we had to try.  And we were not disappointed.  Their broth is delicious and the noodles are the right thickness and width.
TheExpatfoodie
Compared to other viet restaurants this wAs a bit more pricey. <br/><br/>In terms of food, there wasnt anything “wow”. Just your typical viet food. <br/><br/>Whats the worst is the service of the staff! I dont really know whether they arent trained regarding customer service or they just are no longer motivated. No one welcomed us and the server was not as accommodating. <br/><br/>The ambience is the saving grace! As it is very airy and clean. <br/><br/>I wont come back to this resto as there are a lot more better options.
Michelle Mones
Vietnamese food cravings? especially the rolls... so good, you know that the ingredients are fresh when you feel and hear the crunch sound of the veggies, the tropical interior images around the walls gives the place a cool, tropic ambience :))
Elizabeth
Hanoi speaks comfort food for me 🥰 Their spicy beef pho is all time favorite and full of flavor. Their mix bun bowl (chicken, beef & shrimp) is my go-to when I feel like having a cheat meal on a normal day and don't want to cheat. It just satisfies my cravings in the right way! For starters I'd recommend trying their summer rolls with the peanut sauce.. it is very light and you will still have space for mains. Their shrimp crackers are good too but only for those who like the seafood flavour. I have tried their chicken wings from the starters menu as well and it wasn't the best to be honest. The lemongrass chicken (mains) as in the picture is good with a serving of rice 😊<br/>I haven't tried any other authentic Vietnamese places, so this is my favorite and I'd recommend people to try it if you need something not too heavy 😊✌️
FoodSnobbery
Good service very friendly and helpful. We haven’t had Vietnamese cuisine before and it may be that it’s not to our liking and not a reflection of the restaurant. The food was good but nothing I’d remember a couple of hours later.

Pho here is the best in Abu Dhabi. I like Pho. All services are good, I like the taste, green curry was also good taste, staff are friendly, all OK!!!
Nivedha Chandran
First time trying the Vietnamese pho bo.. Absolutely refreshing and it was indeed good. Food portion and Food quality are excellent.. Friendly staffs..Quite a simple ambiance.. Will defntly come back to try the other dishes.

I’ve been visiting hanoi naturally since late 2015 when I was living in RAK,moved to Abu Dhabi I just can’t thankful enough that they got few branches too.I used to go in Khalifa st branch but today i went in WTC and the atmosphere was so good ! As usual I had Pho but the broth wasn’t that hot and not as flavorful as i used to eat in khalifa branch (sorry!) but the meatball was so gooooood ,banh Xeo was good just a bit too sweet ,and my friend got sizzling beef and as Firstimer eating Vietnamese food he got amazed ! Anyway Hanoi naturally always be my one of favorite!
Denzil Pinto
One of my cuisines and lucky to have this close to my home. Great place to gather for a meal especially for dinner. Most of the items in the menu are good to try. Do not forget to order the side dish to enjoy the meal fully.
Elz Quin
The shanghai rolls for appetizer was excellent. However i ddnt really enjoy the rest. The chicken with lemon and ginger was efficient. Pho was also manageable. Staffs really dont know how to sell their menu when i asked one of them of their best seller.
Luna Vona
Follow me on insta @LUNA_VONA for Abu Dhabi's best eats!<br/><br/>I have long been an aficionado of pho – A satisfying bowl of this hearty goodness is all I need to cure my cravings for the ultimate comfort food. <br/><br/>Located in the food court of the World Trade Center Mall in Abu Dhabi, Hanoi Naturally serves home-made, fresh Vietnamese specialties with a very attractive price tag. I found this canteen-style eatery to be the ideal spot for a casual lunch or dinner. <br/><br/>While their pho's are the undisputed bestsellers, the restaurant also offers a variety of other Vietnamese staples, including summer rolls, salads, banh xeo's and bun bowls.<br/><br/>Everything tasted fresh and home-made. While Hanoi Naturally's website promises its dishes are prepared its own team of Vietnamese chefs, I find the food lacks in flavour and authenticity compared to the real deal one would get in the streets of Saigon. That said, Hanoi Naturally probably is the closest Authentic Vietnamese eatery I have visited in the UAE. <br/><br/>Its surrounding is stylishly decorated with vibrant banana trees and framed images of Vietnam's countryside. While seating is not very comfortable (it's not the kind of place you sit down for a long meal - though understandable given its competitive price range), the place was immaculately clean. <br/><br/>To summarise, at Hanoi Naturally, you can expect No fuss, No frills - Just good food!
Lisa Cherian
Wanted to try a new place in Wtc mall instead of the usual pizza or fast food chains and why not try a new cuisine we thought ! Vietnamese it is ! Quite a disappointment though as we were 8 adults and ordered a couple of dishes but only the mango salad was the saving grace. The rice rolls were really chewy and hard and so was the duck overcooked. The wings were also dry and lacked any flavour. To top it all the service was also bad. The servers had arguments among each other, mixed up orders and most annoying fact is that they wanted us to leave as quickly as possible and it was atleast an hour into closing time !
Winda.deftiani
We love pho! And the new place ambiance is great. The noodle soup and bun bowl are always our choice. The best choice to warm the cold night. <br/><br/>The banana fritter and vietnamese coffee are the best choice for dessert.
Tucker Laymond
Pho!!! Pho here is so good. I like putting red spicy sauce in the pho. Only negative point is sometime taste of the pho is a little different, hardness of the noodle is also different. Other than that, all good!
Larry Davies
If you want phô, this is about it in Abu Dhabi. It foots the bill. Last visit I also had the eggplant and tofu dish, which was yummy. I haven't tried enough of the menu but it's worth the visit if you are a phô addict like me.
Nadim Kourda
We did not eat here because the waiter tried to cheat us. They refused to accept the Entertainer coupons pretexting that Christmas was a holiday, in the UAE. I like good Vietnamese food but I prefer honest people.
Tahir
Tried this place for lunch and was pleasantly surprised at how fresh and nice the food tasted. Well worth the visit. We were walking around the mall looking for a place to eat and this place had the most people seated so we tried it.
MomyCha
First time dining in their new place in WTC mall since they relocated from khalifa street. Atmosphere is definitely better with lots of seating. I always go for the pho (soup) be it beef, chicken or duck. My personal fave is bun bo bowl which is a salad of fresh veg, herbs, beef slices and vermicelli with sweet-tangy sauce. A must try!! You could add chilis if you desire some spice.
Hafiya
Love the pho here.<br/>A bit pricey because bowl full of broth with very little portion of noodle.<br/>If u like spicy, u can add chili which serve separate.<br/><br/><br/><br/><br/><br/><br/><br/><br/><br/>
SE LIN
In love with this place! Portion sizes are out of this world, both bun's and pho's are large for a serial over eater :) I preferred their previous location as the hassle of parking in WTC is the only downfall - I always seem to get lost in this mall.
Critiqué Culinaire
Since my office is not far from this place, I thought of coming in for lunch for an old time favourite pho hoa and a Vietnamese coffee.<br/><br/>Truly the menu is Vietnamese but the quality of its taste is no near Vietnamese at all! (For the ones I had) Chicken is tough like a gum, and broth is of bland taste.<br/><br/>Vietnamese coffee is as closest as I could get but served without a teaspoon to stir up the condense milk which is thick. Instead was given a straw??!!!??<br/><br/>Server was a very unpleasant obnoxious oximoron who I have to correct for making me a fool!<br/><br/>What a show! Vietnamese nd Vietnam is a lovely place with great culinary culture and just being handled by incompetent people in the F&B Industry.<br/><br/>Very unhappy experience!
Paolo Rossetti
Authentic Vietnamese - great noodle soup! Had the five-spiced duck in noodles pho: good meaty slices, strong green bok choi, and abundant wheat noodles - overall quite nice. I learned to eat pho as follows: to soup stock add condiments that are sour, spicy, salty (had to ask for fish sauce) and some raw veggies usually served at the table (we got bean sprouts, raw onion, mint, and some iceberg lettuce) - dump it all in and stir, taste and add condiments as needed to balance out your preference. Then, how to eat: do not just lift up bundles of noodles and slurp and splash everywhere! Instead take the plastic spoon shaped like a little boat, and delicately pull up a few noodle strands and place them into the spoon, add a piece of veggie or duck, dip into the soup, and proceed to the mouth. At Hanoi Naturally I also enjoyed an artichoke tea, which caught my fancy in being perhaps a little weird, and it was lovely - will have that again. For a good bowl of noodle soup, this restaurant is very nice, but not exceptional.
Narendar Gopalan
Had been to Hanoi Restaurant to try the Vietnamese cuisine, not tried one before, the ambience is set like a street food stall with a big graffiti on the walls, the food is quite nice, healthy and feels light in the tummy We ordered Papaya salad, Shrimp crackers, vegetable spring roll, one vegetable broth, one chicken broth both with noodles, chicken coconut curry, root vegetables in coconut curry, shrimp with ginger all with rice and rice noodles, all were yummy especially we loved the Papaya salad for Dessert we had lotus seed and longun fruit in a syrup and banana fritters with vanilla ice-cream the lotus seed was not that great but liked the banana fritters, we wanted to try sesame and coconut dumplings in ginger syrup but unfortunately it was not available, hope I can taste this next time. Will definitely visit them again

There noodles is soo goood, all of their ingredient is fresh and their food is so light & healthy. <br/>Definitely will come here again and again. :D<br/>
Kabagis
Good value for price, fast service, cozy place. Size of rolls was impressive.<br/><br/>Pho Hoa still slightly better in terms of taste, choices, and noodles. <br/><br/>

I feel a bit under the weather last month that's why we opt for something healthy.  I am craving for matcha, so we ordered  "The Glacier" - matcha green tea frappe and "Thai Floating Market" - ice -shaken iced tea.  For Noodle Soup, we ordered " Pho Bo Thap Cam" -  brisket, steak slice, beef-balls with rice noodles. It is good for 2. Delicious and serving was pretty fast. The staffs are also helpful as it is our first time to nom here.
Mustafa Toker
If you want to describe the food here with one word : Wooow. I really started to like asian food.<br/>We tried fired shrimp and sizzling fish. They were awesome. The only thing that i can complain is that they are in the food court of a mall. Normally, I do not prefer.
Lily
I had Vietnamese cuisine for the first time here. I had ordered the bun dac biet which is rice noodles with a tangy sauce, peanuts, raw vegetables, shrimps, chicken and beef. It had a lot of quantity and seemed like a low-calorie, nutritious dish. Service was quick. The murals on the walls made the ambience attractive.
Eddiekayshun
Update. Now at WTC! Good simple flavours and very fresh. A little bland if you prefer spicy / Thai food but this is good food and the price is reasonable for the mall - perhaps a little pricey for what the dishes are though. <br/><br/>This is not at WTC - check map. There may one opening at the mall later though. Very good noodles and excellent service. Nice feel to the place and we had a nice time here. Worth it if you fancy nice Viet food.
Kim Dongkyu
They moved to WTC mall food court!! Google maps and their web site shows wrong place!!<br/><br/>If you visited Vietnam or Tailand and tried their rice noodle, you will be disappointed this. It is not a great rice noodle, but this is abu dhabi. If you love Pho, visit and try. I'll visit this weekend again.
Jette Alt
This is actually a review for the new Hanoi restaurant at WTC mall. Restaurant was quite busy on Friday for lunch, mainly Asian guests. I had the tumeric fish on a hot plate and the salad with Vietnamese dressing. The food was pretty good, I liked the fresh taste but fish could have been cooked in less oil. I like the interior design of the restaurant and Hanoi is so far the best restaurant option in the food court where you can find only burgers and other unhealthy food.
Jonathan H
Ok, well if you're a fan of Vietnamese this place will make you happy! Look no further than the bun no, the fo ga (chicken broth) and the paper rice rolls. Super healthy, super delicious and very quick delivery.
Serena
Absolutely refreshing food served here, Staff is friendly and would recommend the best option. Food options and quality are excellent. No greasy, stuffy, oily kind of food, its more of greens and fresh vegetables, meat and sea food. Love their soups too. Location is perfect, decor can improve a bit.<br/><br/>Highly recommended.
Christian S
Food was ok but disappointing overall. Nothing special. Had higher expectations. Ordered a soup and and spring rolls. Ambience is like a fast food restaurant.
Espher Maniacup
It was a good Vietnamese first time for me. <br/>Ordered their pho bo and Vietnamese coffee and it was indeed good. <br/>Will definitely come back and excited to try other dishes.
Shaffalika Gandhi
Very good Vietnamese food. Similar to what we had in Vietnam. But here the added advantage that you can ask them to make a few changes to conform to your taste buds / health eg. Less oil and salt in the Pho.
Jae Hakeem
I first visited Hanoi over a year ago after moving to the UAE and missing pho at my favorite local pho bistro in the US. Since then I have tried to visit at least twice a month. I must say regardless of the dish, I'm always satisfied. Today was no different. If you can find parking out front or if you are dropped off by public transportation, you should definitely stop by and try it out. Very inexpensive and it every dish is filled with so much flavor. You won't be disappointed!!!
Fhink Chubbiness
hanoi is conveniently located in khalifa street just nearby golden fork restaurant. food is great and satisfying though price is a little bit high. their staff were approachable and assistive.overall experience of oura had been great 4/5. surely be we will be coming once again to this place.
AKhan
Tried this restaurant with some friends a few years back. The food was good and served fresh. However nothing too exciting and I didn't go back to try it again.
Nik Champness
excellent food<br/>amazing vegetarian!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!<br/>best tofu omg up there with the royal orchard garlic tofu<br/>super yummy!!<br/>defiantly will return<br/>very happy <br/><br/>

I love their branch in the WTC mall! Since I am a huge fan of flavour full Asian soups this one is a must go! We ordered big bowls of Pho, one with chicken one with beef meat balls. It was perfect. The soup, the sides and sauces! <br/>We shared a glas of vietnamese coffee afterwards. It is so rich indifferent flavours, just unbelievable!
Isabella P.
One of my favourite restaurants in Abu Dhabi! I've never had authentic Vietnamese food so I'm not writing about the food's authenticity, I'm writing about its taste, and to me, the food is delicious! I adore the food here because the dishes are loaded with vegetables and tasty sauces. The pho is so good - highly recommended! And the summer rolls (especially the ones with tofu). The food is served quickly and the waiters are always attentive and smiling. Love this place for lunch or dinner! :)
Sana
Although it is a far cry from authentic Vietnamese cuisine in the heart of Abu Dhabi, the summer rolls and pho ga are the highlights with some ginger tea to wash it all down.
D.
I like this place, but I had better noodle and spring rolls in the past. Pho comes with lots of meat. Meatballs were not so tasty but pho itself was ok.
Eating My Way Around
Used to be a lunchtime fave when I was working in the city, and I still visit when I'm back in AD. The menu and decor have changed a bit, as have the prices upwards bit still a favourite for simple, delicious and fulfilling food. Love that they have a kids menu with decent options and no deep fried crap. Some of the staff are the same and still remember me which I love! Only bugbear is I wish they'd do something about the toilet, it's always been a bit grotty and not well supplied. Will definitely be back many more times. <br/>

This is a good place for eating a healthy soul food meal.<br/><br/>It was a cold dinner night and im not feeling well due to the cold breeze of winter.<br/>I saw this place near NBAD Khalifa St and since im a noodle fanatic i tried their Pho. <br/>Vietnamese dishes are more of comfy light meal..the taste of the ginger and herbs soup combined with all the fresh vegetables and very nice chili paste turns my cold feeling into a satisfied appetite.<br/><br/>their spring rolls and chicken wings are also good, even the attentive waitress are also nice. dining place is simple but not crowdy.<br/><br/>a must try place this winter season.

It's only good for a quick fix of noodle soup but the stock in the soup is not as tasty as before. Service is also poor. The one in Dubai is better.

Countable few places that have vietnamese cuisine in AD. Some are expensive, which means, it is limited to special occasions :). Then there are some that are by the food court, so not a sit down meal at a restaurant. And then there is Hanoi, perfectly sat in the middle. Affordable and a sit down restaurant atmosphere. Its a bit of shame that there aren't many people these days in the restaurant. Couple of years ago, it used to be pretty busy. I just hope they stay open. So, as a foodie, i say to all foodies..... Go eat at Hanoi. <br/>I have a standard order of summer rolls, beef and egg sizzler, sweet potato shrimp patti, bun dishes and pho. Well, not all at the same visit( if i can help it). I have never been disappointed. Many a times, i have been the lady of leisure and decided to stop at Hanoi for some lunch after my shopping 😄. My point with that statement is: i always enjoy eating at Hanoi.
Umami Quest
If you're searching for Umami food look no further!!! Seriously, this place is packed with it. This was my first time at a Vietnamese restaurant, but let me tell you... When food smells this good, you know it's good, with fresh ingredients straight from the "pan"... It can't get any better than that. <br/><br/>The summer rolls are full of vegetables so fresh and crunchy, they didn't last long enough to take a picture. or mains we ordered the ga sa ot and tom rang me, which came hot and very generous in portions, so so sooooo (mouth watering) full of Umami flavors and comforting, you'll definitely finish your meal with a smile and wondering why you've missed out on this charming little restaurant.<br/><br/>The place is simple but the service and the food are of the highest quality.

My taste buds were content. I would recommend their Bun dishes. If you like chilly oil in your Pho, then you will like their Pho (very decent).

I think I’m addicted to Hanoi; I mean, the food couldn’t be any fresher! I tried Hanoi at a girlfriend’s house a few weeks ago and although it took me a while, I finally agreed to try it. The verdict? Fabulous! I was blown away on how fast they delivered and how fresh the food was. I repeatedly said “this is unbelievable, this food tastes amazing” and my friend, laughing and enjoying my reaction, said “I told you so!”. Hanoi Café is one of Abu Dhabi’s gems, luckily they aren’t too far from where I live and now with two locations this incredible little restaurant is always busy. When you walk in the staff are so friendly and the food is absolutely fresh and made to order. The menu is based on Vietnamese / Asian traditional dishes that range from prawn mein, beef ball pho soups, glass noodle salads like prawn and mango salad, and the papaya salad (which I love) stir fries in tangy sauces, marinated fish and chicken dishes like the caramelized ginger chicken with lime leaves are an absolute must! Their fresh summer rolls are deliciously crunchy served with a sweet sauce, they are to die for! In short, their menu is filled with lots of options to choose from. A friendly word of warning though - I was told not to order the prawn crackers and I really wish I hadn’t as they are so addictive, I now I order them every time!<br/><br/>They also serve five different desserts, mostly with coconut, banana and ginger. We just couldn’t decide on what to order, so we went for the “Che Choi” a sesame and coconut dumpling in ginger syrup! There’s lots to order from the drinks section in the way of ice teas and fresh juices – the green tea frappe being particularly famous so you can be sure that I’ll be trying that next time.<br/><br/>The food is excellent, affordable, their service is great and they are always on time with deliveries. <br/><br/>What we ordered  :<br/><br/>Prawn Crackers<br/><br/>Stir fry glass noodles (with Veggies)<br/><br/>Papaya Salad<br/><br/>Summer rolls<br/><br/>Che choi sesame and coconut dumpling

My longing to try vietnamese cuisine brought an enthusiastic friend and I to Hanoi on a relatively quiet evening. Located right opposite NBAD on khalifa street, its hard to miss. We were greeted with smiles and had the option to sit anywhere as it the place was nearly empty. We chose a cozy spot by the window and began perusing the menu. After much deliberation, we ordered a mi chay (veg tofu broth with egg noodles), mi tom (prawn noodle soup) and dau sa ot (lemongrass chilli tofu). The vegetarian here involves mainly tofu dishes. Surprisingly the noodle soups were at our tables in 10 minutes. A word of advice: the bowls are huge and one soup can easily serve two. They were good but lacked some punch. Luckily there are an array of sauces at your disposal. Moving on to the lemongrass chilli tofu, which was served with a bowl of rice. It tasted really good. The lemongrass flavour stood out and the rice served as its perfect accompaniment. The ambiance does leave something to be desired but good food makes up for it. Though slightly pricey, its worth the odd visit. Bon appetit.

I consider myself quite the expert on pho having tried many different versions from all around the world and really loved the broth here for the traditional pho, as well as the vegetarian. Not sure why they opt for lemon as opposed to lime wedges and I really wish more veges came with the soup as well finding the basil to supply. I also tried the tofu vermicelli/bun dish and thought it was pretty good. Both dishes were definitely very filling! <br/><br/>All and all it has become a favorite to satisfy my pho cravings when I'm visiting the UAE.

Hanoi is the best Vietnamese restaurant I have experienced in Abu Dhabi. As a restaurant not a great set up however the food is authentic Vietnam cuisine. Favorite dish Ga Ca Ri and rice.

Don't be deceived by the very simple appearance of this restaurant... because, by the time you leave ... you will have a heart that's happy and a tummy that's full!<br/>Today was my second visit to Hanoi ... the first time being almost a year ago. We ordered Fresh Summer Rolls, ga sa ot ( panfried marinated chicken with lemongrass chilli ), bo bit tet ( sizzling beef steak ) and bo luc lac ( peppered beef ).<br/>The Summer Rolls arrived within 5 minutes of ordering them. You do not need a season to enjoy these fresh rolls. They are stuffed with vegetables and vermicelli and are light and healthy. Do not hesitate to eat with your hands!  Both the beef dishes arrived soon after. One of them was served with eggs and fries and the other over salad. The beef was soft and flavorful. Both of them came with a bowl of rice. Please note that the beef doesn't come with any gravy so it may be a bit dry to have it alone with a bowl of rice. The chicken was our savior. It arrived with lots of gravy. So, we were able to use it for all the rice we had. It was delicious. <br/>The servers are very friendly and the prices are good enough for the portions they give. I have no complains about anything here. They're food is light and not loaded with oil. At the end of it all, you feel like you've had a great home cooked meal!  Looking forward to visiting them same. Promise, I wont wait for another year!

Got delivery last night and it was quick and well packaged. Good value generally, except the pho portion was rather small. The taste was pretty decent, and the the bún portions were good and well made.<br/><br/>Overall we will order again from Hanoi Naturally.

Sooooo sooooo good. The pho is superb and the main dishes are rather healthy. This place remains my favorite Asian food. Try it, you'll like it.

A nice new flavor experience! That is my first impress when i taste rare steak slice pho and panfried marinated chicken with lemon grass. This is my first vietnamese food and i'm impressed! The strong ginger flavor in the clear soup steak pho and interesting combination of sweet marinated chicken and coconut milk.<br/>I am finishing my dinner with tropical soda. Somehow this drink remind me with an Indonesian traditional passionfruit syrup. Nice touch Vietnam!

Look at me, a Vietnamese tourist having Vietnamese food in Abu Dhabi. I guess sometimes you're just curious to find out what your hometown food tastes like somewhere else. Very cozy place. I must say I was very impressed at the variety of dishes on the menu and there are many items that I can never find at a Vietnamese place in New Zealand. Decided to go for chả cá lã vọng (sizzling grilled fish with vermicelli) , didn't have the shrimp paste like it should do but I guess not a lot of foreigners are fond of that. Loved the presentation! Can't remember what I had for the drink but it was a fruit shake. Overall I was quite satisfied :)
