Heard about the Capital's best cakes.. I finally tried it and I absolutely loved. Absolute Fresh and Delicious and perfectly baked! Best cakes indeed!

Visited my cousin this weekend, down the building i saw this cute cake shop. As the name suggests, a place for MOM’s homemade Cupcakes, cute cupcakes! We tried the lotus and red velvet cupcakes. The frosting is so soft it just melts in your mouth and the cake is just perfectly baked! Would definitely visit again and will recommend friends for orders.
After having lunch at a nearby Korean restaurant, stopped by Mama's Cupcakes to try their famous Mocha and Terimasu cupcakes..the cupcakes were fresh and delicious! Will surely visit again next time in Abu Dhabi.
Had an emergency delivery to surprise a friend on her birthday and Mama's Cupcakes got my back! I was in Dubai and delivery was in Abu Dhabi. Ordering with them is hassle free and very straightforward. Would definitely recommend Mama's Cupcakes.
This place has very nice cupcakes, esp the personalised ones. I had to order persinalised cupcakes in a very short notice , and mamas cupcakes came for my rescue. The staff was so helpful that they not only made a dozen of personalised cupcakes within 2 hrs (without any extra charges) but also took the order on call and went an extra mile to assist me to select the customisation through watsapp pics sent by them. Overall i would say its too good if u want quick customisation of cakes, cuocakes, cookies etc. Otherwise also they have a regular stock of all these which are eye candy for kids and adults, not to mention great taste too.

Their cupcakes are lovely and are quite good. Unfortunately, they don't always have all of them displayed. So if you go there, better not to have great expectations. Parking is hectic. Price is okay.

One of the hidden gems in abu dhabi, lovely shop with wonderful and cheerful staff. The variety of the cupcakes were amazing not to mention their other products such as cake pops, cookies and cakes. I tried the red velvet, chocolate and dark chocolate. All were so tempting and delicious. Cookies specially the chocolate cookies were amazing. Definitely will be their again.
There was a time that this was my lifeline call for coffee and hot chocolate. They were always accommodating and nice enough to come round with my order in the morning or after lunch. They also have very interesting and colorful cupcakes that look yummy. Nice staff.
We ordered a red velvet cake for my sister's graduation. It was so good!, it felt like a gooey brownie from the inside mixed red velvet with chocolate 👌🏻👅.
After reading all the reviews on Zomato, I've been craving to visit this place since last few months. Mama's cupcakes offers a wide range of cakes, cupcakes and cookies. I've tried their Red velvet, Strawberry, Chocolate and Pistachio cupcakes, Carrot cake and Vanilla Oatmeal cookies. To be honest, I only found their red velvet and chocolate cupcakes to be good. The rest were the normal basic stuff and I found nothing extraordinarily special in them. The strawberry cupcake was quite tasteless too.
But for those of you, looking for yummy red velvet cupcakes, do visit this tiny lil cupcake shop located on Muroor Road. A special mention to all the staff at Mama's cupcakes. Keep up the good work!
Decided out this place as it was only 3 of us in the office early morning, and we wanted a birthday treat that wouldn't be excess. So we tried 3 flavours. Light chocolate, Tiramisu and Mocha. The cupcakes are smaller in size compared to average sizes like in Bloomsbury and is slightly expensive for their size. The taste was fresh, the cream was soft, well flavoured and not excessively sweet.They have some unique flavours however, the cupcakes look ordinary. Having some fancy sprinkles on at least some varieties will be a great add on especially for little celebrations.
I am wondering, how I missed this place all this while. Cupcakes so yumm, that you'll even grab one even if you are in diet. Soft moist cupcakes, topped with freshly whisked ( at least tastes life if it is whisked fresh) toppings.....a world apart. Yummmmm...! The best butter cream and cream cheese frosting I have had so far. Red velvette and peanut butter are the ones I gave tried so far. Waiting to get there again to try more flavours. It just won't get out of my head...

I completely agree with Tamanna since I too judge a cupcake shop by their Red Velvet cupcakes. There is something about those little red cakes that is so irresistible! Mama’s Cupcakes is a cute cupcake shop offering everything cupcakes. Their menu is extensive but sadly not all cupcakes are available all the time. The most popular ones are available all the time though. And as mentioned, I ordered their Red Velvet cupcakes with cream cheese icing. Mama’s totally banged on the cream cheese icing. It was creamy with the slight sour associated with the cream cheese and not extra sweet too. As for the cake itself, It wasn't as soft as it should have been (a few extra minutes on the oven??) but that did not compromise on the taste factor whatsoever and along with the icing it was truly delightful.
I also tried their passion fruit cupcake. It was an amusing surprise actually. I normally do not like extremes of tastes (I like my spicy as spicy and my sweet as sweet – not both) but this was an exception. The slight tartness of passion fruit was a welcome revelation midst the sweet cake. A must try. Also the staff here (a young guy) was extremely cordial and wonderful!

Finally a cupcake shop that is close to my office and serves tasty cupcakes, thank you Mama's Cupcakes. With that I mean, Bloomsbury and Blossom cupcakes which are also located in the same area and they serve horrible cupcakes.
Now I know as a food blogger I should be experimenting with food and all that, but honestly I judge a cupcake shop with their Red Velvet Cream Cheese cupcake. So yet again, that's exactly what I picked up.
What I liked the most about the red velvet cupcake was that the frosting on it had the perfect amount of sweetness, unlike other places that over do it. The red velvet cake as well was very soft and almost melted in my mouth.
For someone who is looking for an extra sweet cupcake, this definitely isn't the place for you.
Their interiors are cute, but then again that's something I say about every cupcake shop. Because it's become a cliche to throw in some pink into every cupcake shop.
There was only one girl at the shop and she was friendly and sweet.
I also loved their carry bag.
