Beautiful place to have breakfast and any meal of the day, I came to have a celebratory breakfast after getting my license, the service is really nice and helpful, they care especially Marina, she made sure I have a delightful experience, the food is delicious, its like fine dining but casual prices if that makes sense, highly recommend:)

The food was great,and our friend Tenji helped us a lot and made it even more welcoming. I had Spanish latte and it was good. I also had the Nutella brownie and the Elizabeth French toast both were very good.
Tenji offered amazing service and food suggestions, the food is really great and the dinner atmosphere was pleasant.
The food was amazing, some sort of a mixture between the authentic Italian cuisine & the cultural Emirati Cuisine.

I love that place. Very high quality food, it seems to be pricy but the food quality is very high which makes the prices reasonable. Best salads and best seafood soup in town. Welcome heavenly fresh bread basket, very presentable and helpful staff, quiet clean inside seating as well, fast service. My all time favorite place keep it up✌🏼

ALL the way from DUBAI to visited this newly opened restaurant located on the ground level of very famous Dalma Mall .
They have wide ranges of unique food starting from breakfast option to main, which was scrumptious at every bite. The staffs were all humble throughout the day.
For drinks we ordered the Cucumber lemonade, passion ale, Strawberry lava, Strawberry Mojito, Miss Passion, Hazelnut Latte. I would recommend to try the Miss passion and Hazelnut Latte, where Miss passion ale was Mango, milk, strawberry and raspberry blended drink.
For starters we ordered the
Calamari
Tender squids ring coated in parmigian cheese and topped with chili, parsley and lemon served with soy sauce. this was one of my fav here.
Spicy Chicken Tacos
Baked spicy chicken tacos served with fresh red onion, tomatoes, coriander, celery and avocado mousse.
Stuffed Mushroom
Portobello mushroom baked with spinach, garlic, onion, spices topper with fried Shimeji and served with cream sauce.
For main course we ordered
Emirati style Prawn
Rigatoni pasta served in a cheesy tomato and cream sauce with sauteed prawns. Super creamy and cheesy with a good amount of prawns.
Eggplants and Buffalo
Tomato, cow mozzarella, fried eggplants, cherry tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, parmigian cheese, basil, oregano, evoo.
Jumbo Prawns and Zatar
Juicy breaded and baked prawns with parsley, garlic and zaatar served with cherry tomato salad, jirjir, fresh mints, basil pesto dressing, violet chips, radish, and lime.
For desserts we tried the
Awww
A pot served with soft cake topped with chocolate sauce and also presented with a white chocolate sunflower. This was one of the best pot desserts i have had. The dessert was just “Awww”.
Elizabeth toast
My next fav was Caramelized bread served with fresh strawberry, dates sauce and vanilla ice cream.
Overall I can actually say we had a feast on weekend which will stay with us for a very long time. I loved almost all the dishes over here .
Everything we ordered was so good, reasonable prices but the Mojitos and juices was a bit overpriced, they have Fazaa & Homat Alwatan, discount as well. Don’t forget to show it because they don’t mention it.

Visited Third Avenue Cafe for breakfast. They have breakfast selection from salmon to waffles. I ordered Morning French Toast, big enough for 4 people to share - it's like a cake, soft, spongy, with just the right amount of cereals and strawberries. I also ordered the Avocado and Smoked Salmon that has an interesting taste because of the almonds and pistachios. Also my server was nice enough to change my coffee free of charge after it got cold, thank you! Will definitely come again to try the rest of the menu.
Third Avenue – Abu Dhabi has many restaurants but I genuinely wanted to try this restaurant, it is located in Delma mall and we simply loved each and everything we tried here. The ambiance is classy and very lavish, the food menu is digital and every dish is presented beautifully. Staff is very courteous.
Great place to dine with Arabic cuisines, we really had a good time. Staff Santosh was extremely very good with his knowledge. Manager Mohammed was excellent, he recommended us Arabic dishes and we really enjoyed. Great service and beautiful ambience.
We will definitely come back
21st Century is about Fusion Food; the fusion of flavours, the fusion of tests, aromas, cuisines, etc. to mention a few. Cutthroat competition in F and B industry makes the players think out of the box, and Third Avenue Boutique is pushing four sides of the box very well. They have an ample amount of Food Fusions and Mocktails to please the test buds.
Had a long drive from Dubai all the way to Abu Dhabi to try out the newly opened third avenue cafe in Dalma Mall. And I am glad to say that it was absolutely worth it. From the staff to the food, almost everything was impeccable. Twist me: These were delicious Chicken Tender strips with fries, violet chips and topped with jalapeño cheese cream and pecorino cheese. I loved the violet chips with the dish, they were so delicious! the dish costs 69AED but honestly you can share it between 3. The chicken tender strips were so cheese paired with the cheese.

Located on the ground level of very famous Dalma Mall (prime property), Third Avenue rarely has had a quiet night. Its is a very classy restaurant for very classy people. Ambience is fantastically beautiful and parking is freely available.
Lets start with the food. Salad we tried were Beet Beet & the Burrata. Beet Beet salad had carpaccino of beetroot, one of the best beetroot salad i ever had. Burrata salad was equally good, it had colourful veggies with burrata cheese. Both the salad is a must have.
Appetizer we had were Arancine, it basically fried Saffron balls stuffed with Halloumi cheese. "Fancy" as the name suggests was very fancy dish with Prawns n halloumi cheese coated with spicy sweet sauce. York Taco was the Showstopper, it was a baked chicken taco with all the goodness stuffed in it. It was so delicious that we finished it off in no time.
In Main course we had Sea & Soil is Salmon served with Quinoa. the Salmon was very well done and the Quinoa had some veggies inside which made it very relishing. This is a must have on all tables. Excellent dish. "Only in Dubai" is Saffron rice with prawns n Halloumi cheese. Brilliantly prepared. Chop chop was also one of the highlights of the day, grilled lamb chops served with mash potato and sauteed wild mushroom. That was really something.
Our server Ehab paid attention to all our requirements throughout our meal. Stunning food fantantic service and enjoyable experience. Presentation is as good as the taste. Definitely a place to go.
