i generally like to dine in papa murphys but ordering was a bad idea, i ordered my favourite chicken garlic and herb mediterranean, but it was delivered too too late, too too cold and we just couldnt enjoy it after reheating, so i wont be ordering online again

I got myself a takeaway margarita pizza. The base was good, with evenly spread sauce that was flavorful and delicious, and lots of cheese. Ordered pizza at 9 pm . no one is answering is if calling the call center , zomato is neither giving support . When customer support can not be handled mention it before hand . So i can die hungry rather wait for your pizza . Really Disappointed with Papa Murphy's & zomato . I would give no star for this if possible . Pizza tastes good but that shouldn't justify late delivery . It has been 2 hrs and still no pizza . 😒

I did not receive my order Zomato was down and call center was busy till 12am ridiculous service for delivery and the site says delivered I have not yet got my parcel and I am unable to call them as apparently Zomato system is down and the call center is busy for the last 4hrs...please never order.Shitty service

OH MY GOD! One of the best pizzas I have ever had! We ordered the Chicken Garlic and Chicken Mediterranean and Cheesy Garlic bread. The cheesy garlic bread and chicken garlic were absolutely amazing! I still think about the food! It garlic pizza was so new to me and is my favourite ever!

I ordered the pocket pizza meal for delivery, it was supposed to come with wings, I also ordered garlic toast with cheese with it, wings and toast never arrived, I tried calling the restaurant to resolve this issue with no response from anyone, extremely unhappy with how they treated a customer. Their pizza sauce is just absolutely extraordinary! The pepperoni has never felt like its half raw. They have an endless array of selections. I will always only buy pizza from them.

Worst worst experience I don’t think people working here are happy doing they job the stone like face and while talking to a guy I think he was the manager he was very rude like he never wanted to talk much as I asked him for the best selling pizza and he told me to choose from the menu as per my taste and choice I seen them making pizzas with dirty gloves 🧤 the same person using one gloves he had on for meat chicken and veggies my order was a pepperoni pizza and veggie pizza I would never want to come back to this restaurant again

I had ordered chicken alfredo pasta. Where as delivery is just boiled pasta and chicken. Chef forgot to put white sauce and cheese in pasta. No sauce at all.

I ordered Penne Carbonara with very cute garlic toast, and chicken wings honey flavor with garlic dip. Well I should have ordered Pizza anyway as it would be their specialty obviously. :) It's not bad but it's not extraordinary. I gave 3 stars for the delivery time though.

I always have the veggie pizza. Really love the taste. I order this atleast 2 times in a week. I’m only disappointed with the delivery time. They take 1 hour to deliver to my place even though their store is just 1km from my area. Anyway, that’s not counted. I would recommend everyone to check out this place.

Order online from a hotel where we were put up in around the Maqta area. Ordered one Large pizza along with some 2 chicken wings. The portions were really small as compared to other Pizza outlets and seemed too Expensive.. It cost me around 99dhs. Later realized that there was an offer on Talabat which could have been a better choice. But overall without offers, Expensive and Portion limited..

I would put 0 rating on the resturant and the service! Not even 0 if there was -5 i would choose it usually if i am happy with the service i just click on a rate but this!!! Was worth explaining why i hate hate ordering through zomato and restaurants such papa murphy are not taking it seriously, i pay online and expect to receive it on a reasonable time but not over an 1:30hr waiting for it. Plus when i contact them they dont respond and the driver has an attitude, the problem is the resturant it only 5 minutes away from my location and took this much time for 1 pizza to be delivered. Just the WORSE
