I saw one of the labor transfer cold food from the car "don't have fridge" to the restaurant by waste container & when I asked him why he said that his supervisor said that I went to the mall management & told them about it & they say that they will ask the restaurant to stop this way of transfer 😳 السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته تفاجأت اليوم ان احد العمال يحمل اكل مجمد من شنطة سيارة خاصة وينقله الى هذا المطعم في درام زباله سالت العامل عن السبب قال المول يفرض علينا ان لا نستخدم عربانات المول ومسؤولين المطعم اخبروني ان انقله بهذي الحاوية.. تبعته للمطعم وسالت احد العاملين "عربي الجنسية" واعترف انه فعلا هذي طريقة نقل الاغذيه عندهم رحت إدارة المول واخبرتهم بالقصة وكان ردهم مفاجأة قالوا سنجبر المطعم على ان لا يستخدم هذه الطريقة في نقل الاغذية عموما تم احالة الموضوع للجهات المختصة وسيتم إجراء اللازم

اكل نظيف وخدمة ممتازة

الاكل ممتاز والسعر معقول.. جربت المشاوي والمحشي وطاجن البشميل.. بشكل عام انصح بزيارته

المطعم ماعليه كلام، كمية الطعام الذي تتناوله مقابل المبلغ المدفوع كبيرة، الطعم متميز، ينقص المطعم كابينات للعوائل

مطعم جربت فيه 4 أطباق ولكن للاسف تركت الاكل وخرجت تعامل النادل كانت جميلة جدا يشكر على تعامله اللطيف

الاكل سيىء جدااا لم نكمله وعند العودة الى المنزل تسممنا من الطعاام ..لا انصح به

Very bad experience, maybe because the restaurant was crowded, but this shouldn’t be an excuse for such food and service. Food was served very late; hummus was served 25 minutes after ordering, and the grilled stuff was served almost 90 minutes after ordering. We had to remind the waitress more than 3 or 4 times of what we have ordered. And the food: Knuckles Soup tasted very bad and it was cold, Molokhya was tasteless, rice was dry and very hard yo chew, almost crunchy, and finally grilled kofta and kebab were cold and dry. After reminding the waitress 5 times about my rice, she picked it up from the kitchen, stuck her finger in it -I’m assuming to check its temperature- and then served it to me. And when we asked for cutleries, they gave us plastic set because they ran out of stainless steel ones!!!

The service was terrible. The food was delayed eventhough the restaurant wasn't crowded. We asked four times for our juice. The food quality was below average especially the meat that was dry and chewy.

We called Studio Masr to book a table for iftar, gave our name and phone number & they confirmed the booking. Then we drove for 30 minutes to Yas Mall only to find that the restaurant is full with customers & when tried to ask about our booking/table no body cared to answer. <br/>They handed us from one waiter to another & at the end the answer was '' we have problem with our booking system & many customers showed up at the restaurant & we couldn't say no to them''<br/>That was our experience!!

Very bad service and food was bad, dry and cold when served.. The place was messy and lack management.. I would never recommend it to any during Ramadan

Been to Ferrari world and have come out for better valve lunch and saw the lunch special of soup,salad,main course and soft drink, all for only 35AED. The meal came with freshly made bread as well. The lentil soup starter was very tasty. I had the grilled chicken with rice and fries , whilst my son had the pasta with grilled chicken. Both were very nice and good size portions. We got excellent service from Ali as well. The food was freshly prepared. Thoroughly recommended.<br/>

We went to eat in Studio Masr and we had a very good first time experience, we ordered beef liver alexandrian style, lentil soup and mumbar. Beef liver had too much vegetables in it to my liking but we still enjoyed it. And I was a bit disappointed that they have removed mohamara from the menu, which I saw in the menu, when checking menu here in Zomato. Overall I think we will defiantly go and eat there again

Its very nice and the staff are very friendly will definitely come back and eat here with other friends thumbs up to the team and management food is very tasty and presentable

The worst delivery ever the order took 3 hours and the food is cold and some items are missing, the salad was without dressing and the one rice side is missing. Not recommended

I spend great day with my family there and we enjoy a lot I like the place too much and sure in the future will be there with my friends keep it up

One of the big fat jokes in the food industry .... driver had a flat tire called the restaurant to cancel and they wanted me to take it anyway even though it’s been out for delivery for more than 2 hours. I give them - 100 stars

One of the best restaurants in UAE, Going there at least once a month, food is really nice and tasty with lots of varieties... You feel same as if you are in Egypt.. MUST try.

My order was not fresh and tasted preheated. Starting from the meat which was stiff, rice old and chicken not cooked ! I'm really disappointed and it's not worth the money.

Resturant atmosphere is great, cozy place. Good quality food specially kofta & grilled chicken. Bread is very good and fresh highly recommended.

REVIEW (2) JULY 2019<br/>In nutshell: don't visit this restaurant.<br/><br/>We visited it based on my previous visit. It was 10:50 pm at Wednesday and we were last accepted customers. The restaurant was empty, we are the only customers there. The waiter asked us on a table that is not clean, and we asked him to clean it. We ordered Mix Grill and Lamb Shank with Fatta. The food time more than 30 minutes to be served. Then we discovered it was cold from inside, it was clear is not fresh and it just heated. They tried to hide that by putting tomatto sauce on the lamb shank so you can notice it. In addition the taste was clear the food it not fresh and cold. In addition, mix grill was smelling bad looks like it is rotten. After all that, we literally saw a cockroach on the floor. This is the restaurant floor, can you imagine the kitchen.<br/><br/>REVIEW (1) DECEMBER 2108<br/>The food were delicious and great. We tried fatta and mix grill, both were well done and great. I tried their sweets too and that was delicious. If you want to try Egyptian food, this is the place to go in Abu Dhabi.<br/><br/>The staff were very friendly and nice too.

Awesome taste and very yummy tasty chicken. Lentil soup and breast chicken highly recommended. Very reasonable rates, service staffs very cooperative and last but not the least salads we're really fresh..<br/>Ambience is very pleasant.<br/>The food presentation was very attractive.<br/>Rice quality was very nice. New taste specially for Indians.<br/>Chicken was very juicy and felt like home. Combo pack system found really good. My wife, and I love grilled foods, and Studio Masr is among our go-to restaurants. The ambiance is nice, the staff are very friendly, and the food are really great! It’s one of the good options for Mediterranean cuisines.

We always come here for authentic Arabic food, their service is excellent and quick. I would highly recommend Mansaf it is the best in town.. will definitely go back again

Very nice food and fantastic place. We liked the location at Yas Mall Abu Dhabi and we enjoy the view on the fountains and Ferrari World area.

As an Egyptian I would say it’s the best Egyptian food in UAE and one of the best in general. Service and the people are amazing specially the Manager Mr. Yasser, very professional and welcoming with great hospitality attitude. I would highly recommend it.

We tried Mumbar as starter, Kashkask kofta and Mix grill as main course. Mumbar was average however seeing in the menu even surprising. Kofta was juicy and delicious, mix grill was ok. Served with french fries and hot bread. <br/><br/>Prices are reasonable. It is not easy to find this taste with this price in uae. <br/><br/>Service was Not good and welcoming. Managers don’t seem interested and lack of attention, waiters dont have proper training working near to tourist attraction place. This place can go easily one rank above with better management. Right now it is exactly 3.5 star place.

The food was good specially the Egyptians bread I like it too much, we ordered mix grill it was so tasty, I didn’t like the taste of lamb chops, also the Cola doesn’t have soda, service was good

Food was great ,<br/><br/>- Sadly management was horrible - they tried to charge us extra for some free complimentary appetizers , which was un called for !<br/><br/>So sad , the food quality was fine. But wont visit again - any restaurant operation should be fair and clear with their costs

Was awful experience the food was cold and I asked them to reheat it, and they brought it back very dry , and the restaurant was not clean very messed up . It's a shame to say it's serving Egyptian food .<br/>

Their breakfast is very good,an array of authentic Egyptian breakfast food comes with freshly baked bran bread for a good price of 70 dirhams excluding drinks I suggest you add black tea with lent

The service was very bad and slow, we left without having our iftar, I do not recommend the place for Ramadan Iftar as the staff are not trained to handle all the orders and deliver it in a timely manner

We were a group of 15, the service started very lousy and unfriendly. Safwat the waitress ignored our table more than once till I talked to Emad the restaurant’s manager. The food came after 45 minutes but it was super delicious. The Chief Ahmed Sherif is the best one among all of the branches of studio masr. You can eat a good food but lose your temper from the service provided. The management should consider putting a serious plan to train and improve the customers service.

However, I was looking for duck meal and Kushari meal (famous meals in Egypt) but was suprized that they don't have it in their menu!<br/><br/>Ambiance:<br/>Normal. We first tried Studio Masr way back when they first opened in WTC and loved their on table BBQ Grille option. <br/><br/>Finally has an opportunity to try their Yas Mall outlet last week for dinner. <br/><br/>It's located in the Ferrari World Welcome Pavilion and it's quiet a big place with two floors of indoor dining and a terrace as well. <br/><br/>We ordered their famous mixed starter tray a long with an order of Chicken Liver which came with their signature fresh bakes puffy bread. <br/><br/>For mains we went with their Studio Masr Grile, a meatball dish and their beef mansaf. <br/><br/>The appetizers were superb, the dips and bread were a perfect match and went down in no time. <br/><br/>The mix grille was fantastic, the chops were perfectly done and tasted amazing along with the mutton and chicken kebabs, highly recommend trying <br/><br/> The meatball dish was also very nice but the Mansaf was a let down we didn't like it al all. <br/><br/>Service was speedy and the staff please. They don't give you big plates and you have to ask for forks and spoons apart from this all was good. <br/><br/>If you plan on visiting stick to the grills and the starters. <br/><br/>

1st time here.. Outdoor setting area beside the fountain is really nice, but food were average, i have ordered Amer Alentiqam, Mansaf Fatah, Tomyah & cala. Big portion and reasonable prices but the taste is average nothing special. <br/><br/>Staff unwelcomed specially the Egyptian one! He didn't even smile or reply back when u thank him! Really bad.

My experience with egyption food is not rich, still you can notice the good quality of any place, actually this restaurant is one of the good restaurants in AD, service was so good the staff was so friendly, and they do their best to make you satisfied :) the food was good and tasty, I liked soujok and moulokhyah the most, and the most interesting plate is the starter with that fresh delicious bread 🙂

Great experience. Team who served was extremely friendly. Food was tasty. I would come to this restaurant to try something more. Atmosphere was so cool. We choose to sort outside. Serving team offered me all the options.

One of the worst Arabian restaurants which I have tried ever. Tasteless food and starters, poor service and expensive beside the previous points. Ever for the salsa which they serve complementary they do ask for charge if would like to have more ! I do not recommend this restaurant.

Nice ambient and friendly staff, however the food wasn't good at all, the Egyptian flavour wasn't there at all.<br/>The Knuckles soup was the only good thing we had there.<br/>The Meat Grill was tasteless!!<br/>Their branch in ADWTC was much better and they offered a real Egyptian flavour.<br/>I can't say I enjoyed there and definitely will not be back again.

One of the best Egyptian restaurants in town probably.. I got it by chance while walking in Yas Mall.. ordered mixed starters and it was amaaaaaaazing!!! The pigeon with freeka was interesting.. I must come again to try their grills!<br/><br/>The seats weren't very comfortable but the ambience was superb!

My favourite restraunt in yas mall.<br/>Tagen freelance with chicken. Zizi family ice cream. Grill are fantastic and moulikhia....Need to increase drink and sweet menu.
