A sofa seat was vacated just as we entered so we informed the staff that we would like to sit there. They acknowledged it but did not come forward to sanitize or clean the table or anything so don't expect any extra immaculate sanitization here. Perhaps the customers before us did not eat much at the table. However given the current times it would have been nice if they sanitized the seats and table before we sat. Moving on to my order, I was trying to decide what to order when the staff at the counter suggested I try the new Salted Pistachio drink. I told him I didn't think it was my thing but he kept insisting (to an uncomfortable level) and so I gave in. Unfortunately the drink was too sweet for my taste. Nevertheless, I find the location pretty nice and bright so I would still go back if needed but this time stay firm on my own choice of drink.

They have some new product Berry white chocolate , so ordered and my friend ordered something with toffee nut. Both were turned good and we enjoyed coffee. I usually enjoy a coffee break here in between shopping sprees for the ambience is so lively and bright and the sofas so comfortable. The staff is friendly too, however, on my last experience they pushed me to try their new Salted Pistachio drink which turned out to be too sweet for my taste. Nevertheless, I will go back for my own choice of drink next time :)

Me being a coffee fan, caribou coffee really did step up to my coffee cravings. Not only do they have a good variety of coffee, they dont comprise on the quality of the drink that they have.<br/><br/>The next time you want to pamper yourself, do what I did! Start your day with caribou coffee 😊

Been here (Sahara Centre) twice with the hubby, and it’s always a pleasant experience dining here. This Caribou branch not only offers affordable food and drinks, staff members are also very nice and accommodating. Plus, the ambiance is cozy and open.<br/><br/>Whenever we hang out here, I always order the Mango Orange Key Lime smoothie (fruits and yogurt drink). It may be too sweet for my taste, but I tone it down by requesting a cup of ice on the side. 🤗 <br/><br/>We also order their fudgy Brownie and this Pistachio flavored cake. So far, so good, Caribou’s pastries are deliciously good and satisfying.

No matter how much u ask for using mugs, they insist on putting everything in plastic cups! Extremely disappointed with this restaurant's attitude to the environment! I will never go again<br/>

The first thing you will get when you walk in is an amazing welcome from Moses and his wing man Brian. They were full of energy and the will to serve even a few minutes before closing- that’s impressive given the times I’ve been greeted by sad tired faces when your entering a place near the end of a shift. There is seating for large groups and and a new matcha frappes drink. They need to make this available in hot form too as that is actually what I wanted. Good choice of pastries and snacks and very good coffee.

One of my favourites here is the Oreo Cheesecake...and the cappunico... the cafe is located at a corner and the ambience is quite cozy... their frappes and chocolate fudge cake is excellent too. The interesting part of this place it frequently has some new additions to the menu...<br/><br/>And yes... life is short...stay awake for it 😍😍

This is my favorite coffee place, it has several options to choose from and the taste is rich. The last time I've visited the place, the wifi wasn’t working that we'll and that effected the overall situation

I mainly went there to try the new pumpkin spice lattes...since it’s a Thursday most of the tables were full...It was my first time trying pumpkin spice so I asked the guy at the counter which one was good and he said to go for the latte since the mocha one is too sweet...so we ordered pumpkin spice latte, cookies and cream milkshake, carrot cake and dark chocolate chip cookie. <br/>The latte was just like normal coffee..didn’t taste or smell any different! Maybe I should’ve gone for the chai one...since I’m a tea person. I had asked him to heat the cookie so when I took it to the table I realized it’s center was looking dark brown and it had a burnt smell...so I asked him to give me another one...anyway it wasn’t that great either. But the carrot cake...that was goooood! It’s tasted fresh and was soft...just had the right amount of sweetness!! The cream cheese layer was really creamy...we both couldn’t finish it up<br/><br/>
