Made an order restaurant called and informed they will run 40 min late as driver is busy 1 and a half hour later drives messages me it will take him 50 minutes more!! Horrible!

Driver was very unprofessional; he complained to me that I ordered late and kept repeating it with an aggressive tone, if I was orderning late they shouldn’t have accepted my order in the first place or at least should have called me and cancelled my order. I don’t need to hear the driver ranting me about it. He even told me to use Talabat services next time while ordering on Zomato.

Absolutely terrible, worst food i had in the last 5 years, steak and cheese takes my 1/10, disgusting disgusting disgusting, dont ever think about ordering food from here unless you’re drunk

Ordered their steak and cheese sandwich, took my time to pick what vegetables/sauces I want in it. In the end I recieved the complete wrong thing

I ordered from subway itself and the sandwich bread was fresh and hot and very delicious and then after 10 mins i decided to order another one from zomato. when it reached the bread wasn’t fresh and it wasn’t even hot maybe it wasn’t toasted.

1:30 mins to fix a sandwich that you dont even have to cook

Good service and good food. I personally like to order salads cause the quantity is WAY more than a sub sandwich. The staff is super friendly too

This fast food station is a craving fulfilling station, it's amazing how many combinations you can create from just behind the small glass counter. You get to dress a sandwich with a ridiculous amount of toppings and sauces under a very reasonable price. Personal Favorites:<br/>-Chocolate Chip Cookie (get it heated 😋)<br/>-Subway Club Sandwich with Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Mayonnaise, Ranch and Mustard. <br/>

Subway must be the best shop for subs in uae where we can order of our choice on everything from bread to the end the staffs do their job at the best

So i ordered from subway today at 9:27pm and asked when would the food would arrive, they said they would send it once the driver reach back. Given that i live in AUS dorms, i expected the food would reach fast. After 52min (at 10:19pm) I called back to check up with my order, they said already on the way and should arrive within 10-15min, and which it didnt and i had to call back again at 10:41 and it reached at 10:45.<br/><br/>Getting to the main point for the 1 rating, i was surprised that the receipt showed that the order was placed only at 10:25 (58min after actually ordering) while at 10:19 they told me it is on the was. Obviously, the workers are lying and it is a serious issue that i wish managers should consider. The attached pictures have the timings and receipt which proves my story.<br/><br/>I also had other bad services with the employees that totally changed my view during this order.<br/><br/>Note: if any manager read this, please do not fire the employee/reduce salary or anything that could have high impact on them and just train your employees to say the truth

Visited this location last night during dinner hours around 10 pm . Ordered for a footlong Chicken Teriyaki sub . Firstly it was freshly toasted further fresh veggies were been added to it and later decided to top it up with Chipotle , Thousand Island & Honey Mustard Sauce . The service was pretty quick as the sub was ready within 6-7 mins of time . Pricing wise Subway has always been pocket friendly and ambience wise also this location of Subway was small and decent .

Ordered the Italian BMT with Parmesan bread along with tomatoes, jalapenos and lettuce topped with thousand island dressing is an pretty delightful combo. The customer service wasn't satisfactory.

Would advice everyone to order in store itself rather than delivery because they are always careless about any special instructions you may want even if you emphasis it or say it a hundred times.. Yet in store its infront of you so you can always make sure you get what you want

Called up the store for a delivery at 12pm sharp. Person taking the order could not understand, and it took 17 minutes to place the order. They said it ll take 45 minutes maximum and the driver will call back. The driver did call back after 15 minutes and said it ll take 1hr 30 min minimum to deliver. <br/>They gave me reasons about drivers not available, and waisted my lunch hour, coz nobody else will tk order at the last minute.

I have gone there early morning for a highly waited for breakfast. Yet, what I have received was one Level above a poison. And the staff agree with me about that. I have received a sandwich with very old vegitables that age more than 2 days, at least that's what the lady there said. Nevertheless, the bread wasn't freshly baked as well and the service time was so slow. It has taken them above 7 minutes to prepare a simple, unsophisticated sandwich. Subway is the place to go if you need to grab a sandwich and looking for healthy options, that you can fully customize according to your preference, 2 million combinations possible :p<br/>Friendly staff and convenient location for people in university.

I like the new avocado spread. I used to love their cookies, but now I wish they're weren't too sweet. I also wish the chicken wasn't processed. Probably not the healthiest option, but not bad for a quick fix. Also, I have to mention that their staff are always in good spirits.

Subway is the best place to eat clean and fresh! Service is great always and they have really good offers from time to time! Their bread is always baked in house as well as their cookies which are amazing!

Absolutely infuriating. Made an order for delivery and they told me it'll be only arrive an hour after they originally promised. Then when I tried to give them information about getting hold of me, they just hung up.

Subway was great to let me to decide whichever kind of food I like to add on sandwich, whether healthy or meaty. But "BEWARE", mixing differently and randomly can suffer your stomach, choose the right food!
